Pinkie Pie woke up one lovely morning blushing to see that Mrs. Cake was standing overhead and was busily changing her diaper. Pinkie Pie blushed to see a new diaper was over her rump with balloons printed all over the fabric for wetness indicators with two pink tabs sitting square on a bright yellow landing zone, and pink leak guards lining around the mare's thighs. The mare despite being used to being in embarrassing situations found this a bit than usual as she looked up at Mrs. Cake who was also wearing a giant thick diaper with little cupcakes printed all over the fabric along, two pink tabs taped over a bright baby blue landing zone with leak bright pink leak guards surrounding her thighs. Pinkie couldn't help but blush and whispered, "you don't need to change me everyday Mrs. cake."

Mrs. Cake chuckled as she pressed a hoof into Pinkie Pie's padding cooed, "oh but I have to sweetheart I love changing diapers!"

She gave the padding a few pats making it crinkle quite loudly. Pinkie Pie couldn't help but kick her back legs creating clouds of foal powder and loud crinkling noises. Pinkie Pie then jumped off the changing table in her room and landed down on the ground with a cloud of foal powder billowing from her leg holes as she asked, "so how was Mr. Cake this morning?"

Mrs. Cake rolled her eyes as she shuffled about putting the changing supplies away as she casually explained, "you know how he is, he's so embarrassed about wearing his diapers. I've been trying to convince him it's not a big deal, but I'm afraid he's just not used to this new situation of ours."

Pinkie Pie snickered as she waddled around breaking into her new diaper as she asked, "so, he's just being a nervous piddle butt is all. He just needs some encouragement!"

Mrs. Cake burst into laughter as she waddled over and hugged pinkie pie so close their diapers smashed into each other creating a symphony of crinkles. "If anypony can get him to love this new Equestria it's you my little Pinkie Pie!"

Pinkie Pie chuckled nervously as she asked," does that mean I'm adopted as a cake twin...guess that'll make the cake triplets!"

Mrs. Cake laughed , "I could only imagine you as a foal! Deary me, no I just still have those maternal instincts going through me." She ruffled Pinkie Pie's mane as she stood up in her diaper quite proudly and exclaimed, "well I won't let you down where can I find grumpy pants?"

Mrs. cake just waved a hoof and replied, "oh he's downstairs."

Pinkie Pie squealed as she quickly bounced down the steps into the main room where she found Mr. cake walking down wearing a pair of black pants with his diaper fabric peeking out of the top quite adorably. Pinkie Pie gasped in surprise and shouted, "Mr. Cake why are you wearing pants?!"

Mr. cake blushed and scrunched his back legs together making embarrassing crinkling noises as he whimpered, "be...because I'm wearing a diaper. "

Pinkie Pie waved a hoof and scoffed "were all wearing diapers! Besides its a nice day! There's no need to wear pants!"

Mr. Cake rolled his eyes. "Pinkie Pie, not everypony is accommodating with this curse like you. Most of us ponies would rather not be in diapers!"

Pinkie Pie looked around the room seeing that many of ponies downstairs all sitting quietly wearing pants and trying to hide their obvious diaper bulges. Pinkie Pie was now pouting and cried, "so that doesn't mean you should be mopey all day!"

The patrons were all whimpering with diapers crinkling, and some odd hissing with everypony being unsure of what to say. Nurse Redheart rose up and slammed a hoof down as she shouted, "we're wearing diapers that's why! we can't continue living like this; it's embarrassing!"

Many ponies nodded in agreement; some shouted "yeah!"

Pinkie pie crossed her hooves and snapped back, "oh that's all? So you have to wear big poofy white padding around your bottoms, and you think it's the end of the world! Let me tell you something if you can't fix a situation then make the most of it!"

Everypony gave each other with odd looks, and Pinkie pie began with Mr. Cake taking her hooves and pulled the pants down with one swoop and threw them aside. Carrot Cake squeaked and stammered in embarrassment as his diaper, (with little cakes printed on the fabric, bright orange tabs taped over a yellow landing zone and yellow leak guards going around his thighs) was revealed to the world. The stallion was utterly embarrassed as he pressed his back legs together pushing out a large cloud of foal powder and a decent amount of crinkling making many ponies burst into laughter as he squeaked and stammered, "Pinkie Pie! Why did..d..di..did yo..you do that!"

Pinkie Pie hopped around the stallion and chirped "because diapers are fun! And you shouldn't be embarrassed about wearing them!" The mare then smashed her diaper into Mr. Cake's creating a cloud of foal powder that billowed outwards followed by more crinkling. Many more ponies burst into laughter as Mr.Cake's face was now completely red, and Pinkie Pie didn't stop there. She began removing the pants of many ponies all over the shop and revealing their puffy white rumps to the world. She came upon Nurse Redheart who was wearing a pair of blue jeans. The nurse snapped, "no! get away from me!"

But she was helpless as Pinkie pie took the bottom of the pants legs and swiped them away revealing the nurse in a simple thick white diaper with a huge red cross printed on top. The nurse squeaked and tried to cover her padding with her hooves only to create more emberassing crinkling noises. Pinkie Pie then bounced back and giggled "aww look at Redheart with a big red cross on her diaper."

Redheart whimpered, "yeah so what? It reflects my cutie mark"

Pinkie pie then bounced over to Caramel who got up and tried to run. But Pinkie Pie placed a hoof on a string and Caramel squeaked as he tripped and his pants slipped right off revealing a light pink diaper with little flowers printed all over the fabric. Everypony around burst into fits of laughter as Caramel tried to cover his embarrassing pink diaper and whimpered. Pinkie Pie just dawwed and cooed, "oh look at your adorable diaper! That's the cutest thing I've ever seen!"

Caramel crossed his hooves over this thick diaper and blushed as he whimpered, "I guess it's a little cute."

Pinkie pie then turned her attention to Dr. Whooves who was trying to sneak out of the shop. But she simply popped overhead and dropped down like a ninja and sliced his pants with a pair of scissors. Dr.Whooves could only blush as his brown pants fell apart revealing a thick white diaper with little clocks printed all over the fabric.

Pinkie Pie couldn't help but give the padding a few solid pats causing foal powder to poof from the stallion's leg holes as she asked, "What's with all the clocks? Do you time yourself when you have a diaper change?"

The doctor who was still quite emberassed simply replied, "I just have a admiration for time. It's nothing really."

Many ponies giggled as they stopped feeling embarrassed and were now admiring their various prints on their own padding. Pinkie Pie stood then stood on top of the stairs and exclaimed, "now stop fussing over your diapers and resume your breakfasts and have fun! Remember no pants, and show off your padded rumps off and don't be mopey!"

Many ponies clapped some even cheered as Pinkie Pie happily bounced off and outside of Sugarcube Corner. The mare gasped upon the dozens of ponies all mopeing around and looking downtrodden in their embarrassing diapers. Pinkie Pie stomped a hoof onto the ground and growled, "it's going to take a lot more than removing pants to get Ponyville back to being happy! this calls for a makeover!"
