The girls and Spike meet the TMNT

What is there was a portal that DIDN'T take the girls to Equestria? What if there is more than one universe?

Sunset Shimmer and the Mane 6 are about to find out.

More Portal's?

Author's Notes:

This is my first time writing on FimFiction. Hope you enjoy the first chapter.

Sitting outside Canterlot High, 7 teenage girls, known as Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle, Sunset Shimmer, Rarity and Rainbow Dash were talking about Sunset's life in the other world.

".... I loved every minute of my time with Princess Celestia... That is until I betrayed her and ran away during my studies." Sunset told the group.

"Don't worry, Sunset. That's been an' gone! You're better than that!" Applejack said, tipping her Stetson up slightly to stop it from covering her eyes.

"Yeah!" Pinkie and Rainbow Dash agreed.

"What matters is you've changed... For the better!" Rarity added.

"I know." Sunset sighed, "but I'm sure that when I stole the crown from Princess Twilight, that more than the Storm King's magic came into this world." It was true, the evil Storm King had destroyed the Friendship Festival in Equestria and when he was defeated, some of his magic found it's way through the Portal in Canterlot Castle. "Who knows, maybe there are other Portal's in this world that don't lead to Twilight's castle."

"It may be possible, Sugarcube." Applejack agreed. "But how the hay are we gonna find a new Portal in a place as big as this!"

"By searching the Suburban land?" Rainbow asked, raising an eyebrow at the farm girl.

"Dash is right. If there are other Portal's somewhere, that they have to be near to where we are." Twilight said.

"we start our search tomorrow morning. Let's all meet at Applejack's farm tomorrow morning." Sunset replied. "There's lots of land by the farm, so there's more than one place for a portal to open."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sunset arrived home later than planned that evening. She walked into her apartment and picked up the book her and her friends frequently contacted Princess Twilight with. She picked up a pen frommher desk, sat down on the couch and began writing.

Dear Princess Twilight,
My friends and I belive there are more portals opening around Canterlot City. We don't know for sure if they lead to Equestria, but all of us are going out to search, starting at AJ's farm.
I hope that we find something linked to Equestrian Magic or even related to the Storm King.
Your friend,
Sunset Shimmer.

Sunset smiled as she closed the book and placed it back on her desk. "What if these other Portal's don't lead to Equestria?" She thought. "We'll just have to wait until tomorrow."

The Search

The next morning, the Rainbooms were gathered inside Applejack's room. "So, do we split up ta find these here Portals?" Applejack asked.

"It's worth a shot." Twilight stated, looking over the entire map of Sweet Apple Acres.

"Then, what are we waiting for?!" Pinkie cheered. "Let's get searching!!"

And with that, and a giggle from the other Rainbooms, they were off searching for the Portals. Applejack and Rarity took to the north side of the farmland, Pinkie and Twilight took south, Fluttershy to west with Harry the bear, and Rainbow and Sunset took east.

---------------------------

"so, where should we start first?" Applejack asked, looking over the land.

"We could look over by that old shack?" Rarity suggested, earning a stiffled giggle from the farmgirl. "What? What did I say?" Rarity asked.

"That there ain't a shack, Sugarcube." Applejack told her. "That's a barn. We use it to store hay bales and animal feed. She said with a giggle.

They continued to trek through the farmland until something glowing caught Applejack's eye. "Rarity, Ah think we found a Portal!" She called over her shoulder.

The fashionista trudged over and looked at the Portal in front of them. "It looks... Magnificent." She exclaimed.

Applejack took out her phone and texted Sunset and Rainbow.

AJ: Girls, we found a Portal!

RD: Where?!

AJ: By the old shack, 10 kilometres north of the farm

SS: Hang tight, AJ. We're gonna let the others know then we'll be right over.

AJ: Alright. We'll be by the shack, waiting.

Author's Notes:

Jinkies! Rarity and Applejack are working together?! I never thought those two would work side-by-side on one of Rarity's most hated places, Sweet Apple Acres apple farm.

Finding the Portal/ meeting the Turtles

A short time later, the rest of the Rainbooms joined Applejack and Rarity at the Portal. "I wonder where it leads to." Rainbow stated.

"We're about to find out." A voice said from behind Twilight. The girls turned around to find Spike getting ready to leap into the Portal. "Paws, don't fail me now!" He exclaimed, running into the the Portal and dissapearing.

"Spike!" The girls exclaimed, following the puppy through the Portal.

-------------------

"That's gonna leave a dent." Spike groaned as he slowly got to his paws. He shook his head to rid himself of the sudden dizziness before taking in his surroundings. "Huh? This isn't Equestria?"

"You're not kidding!" Twilight groan from behind him. "I think were in a different dimension." The girls were currently in a giant heap, with Applejack on the bottom of the pile.

"I know where we are!!" Pinkie exclaimed, leaping off the like and onto her feet. "I've watched this show a while back, it's called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles."

"That means... We're in New York City!" Twilight and Rarity exclaimed, both equ as excited, but for different reasons.

"Hold up!" Applejack said, hesitantly. "We're in a different dimension.... In a City?!!"

"Yeah!" Pinkie replied, bouncing up and down.

"what's wrong, Applejack?" Sunset asked, walking over to the farmgirl.

"It's just... Ah'm not used ta life in the big city. Mah family were all born in the countryside, raised on a farm." Applejack gulped.

"I know. But you have us, so stop worrying!" Pinkie smiled. "We got this together!"

"Ah guess." Applejack blushed.

"Guys... What's that?!" Rainbow asked, pointing up onto the rooftops where four figures stood, each with different weapons.

"Don't worry, Dashie." Pinkie assured. "They're just the TMNT. Leo, Raph, Mikey and Donnie."

Suddenly, the four figures jumped in front of the seven teens and one asked in a childish voice, "you're not afraid of us?" It said to Pinkie.

Author's Notes:

So, chapter 3 done.

Pinkie's not afraid of the guys? Who'dve thought?

Still, more chapters to go!

See ya, my Ninjas!

The Lair

"wait, you're not afraid of us?" Another voice asked again.

"nope!" "Yes!" Pinkie and the others stated at the same time.

"Were not the bad guys, trust me." The same voice as before stated.

"Shut up, Mikey!" A gruff voice barked before an audible thump rang out from the shadows.

"Who and what are you?" Rarity asked.

One of the figures stepped forward out of the shadows, revealing a large mutant with a purple mask over his eyes and a stick-like object with a blade on one end in his hand. "I'm-"

Pinkie interrupted. "He's Donatello, also known by his brothers and friends as Donnie, Don or Brainiac!" There was a grunt of annoyance before another mutant left the shadows, wearing a red mask. "That's Raphael, one of Donnie's older brothers. He also goes by Raph or hothead." A third mutant walked into the moonlight, wearing a blue mask. "That's Leonardo, Donnie and Raph's older brother. He also goes by Leo or Fearless Leader." Finally, the last mutant walked into the moonlight, wearing an orange mask. "And finally, Michelangelo. The youngest brother. He also goes by Mikey, Mike or Dr Namenstein."

"You guys are monsters." Rarity exclaimed

"We're Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, actually." Leo replied, placing his Katana Swords back in their places on his shell. "And you are?" He asked.

"That's Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle. I'm Pinkie Pie." Pinkie greeted.

"Nice to meet you girls." Donnie replied.

"Dudes, we got company!" Mikey yelled as he saw a bunch of Foot Ninjas running towards them.

"We see 'em, Mikey." Raph growled. "You and Don get the girls ta the Lair. We'll meet ya there!"

"Why is it that you guys get the fun," Donnie whined. "When me and knucklehead do air recon!"

"Just go!" Leo barked over his shoulder.

"We ain't going anywhere." Applejack mused, her pony ears and tail glowed as she began to pony up, same for the other girls. "An', if Ah'm honest, y'all could use a helpin' hand."

"Light it up, ladies!!" Pinkie squealed.

The girls ponied up and, with Applejack taking the lead, used their powers to take down the Foot Bots. "How the heck-?" Raph started, amazed at the girls' fighting techniques.

Applejack hoisted a Foot Bot over her head with one hand. "These guys are droppin' like flies!"

"And you just rhymed." Pinkie commented.

------------

The fight continued for a little while longer, until all the Foot Bots were down. Pinkie huffed. "We did it!"

"We sure did." Rainbow and Sunset agreed.

I think we should go down to the Lair and tell Splinter we completed our recon mission." Leo stated.

"Yeah." The three mutants agreed with a high three.

"Who's Splinter?" Spike asked, walking around the corner.

"He's our Father and Sensei." Mikey explained, simply

"What do you mean by 'down to the Lair'?" Sunset asked.

"We live in the sewers." Donnie replied. "In an abandoned underground subway station."

"In the sewers?!" Rarity exclaimed before fainting into Applejack's arms.

"Is she Alright?" Leo asked.

"yea, Rarity will be fine. She just hates gettin' down an' dirty, is all." Applejack replied. "So, off to the sewers then?" She asked.

"Of course." Mikey replied, walking over to the nearest manhole cover and opening it. Donnie took hold of Rarity and, hoisting her over his shoulder, jumped into the sewers.

Leo and Mikey followed afterwards as Raph let the tpgirls go in before him. After everyone had entered, and Raph had checked they weren't being followed, he closed the manh cover after jumping in.

---------------------------

They arrived in the Lair shortly after. Donnie walked into his lab, which doubled as an infirmary and carefully placed Rarity down onto one of the beds. "Has she ever been out this long?" He asked, turning to Applejack, who was leaning against the door.

"Nope. Not since Ah can remember." Applejack replied.

"I'll keep her in here until she wakes up. I'll be in the garage if you need me." Donnie replied, walking towards the garage door.

Splinter

A few hours later, Rarity stirred. She wasn't out in the City anymore, she noted as she tried to open her eyes. Strange, she thought. this looks nothing like my home or New York City. Where am I?

Soft footsteps could be heard from the far side of the room as someo stepped closer. Out of her periferal vision, Rarity could see the tips of a brown Stetson. It was Applejack! "How are ya feelin', Sugarcube?" Applejack asked as she came face-to-face with Rarity.

"Sore." Rarity replied. "What happened? Where are we?" She asked.

"First off, ya fainted inta my arms. Second, we're in New York City sewers." Applejack replied in a hushed tone.

"How long was I out?" Rarity asked.

She noticed as Applejack suddenly tensed. "Ah'll guess about 3 hours and 45 minutes." She replied.

Rarity exhaled a long, deep breath she didn't know she was holding. "Where are the others?"

"Pinkie and Mikey are in the kitchen, cooking; Raph and Rainbow Dash are playing videogames; Twilight is with Leo and Sunset is helping Donnie in the garage." Applejack replied. "That reminds me... Ah'm gonna tell the others you're awake." She turned around to the door and began walking away. "Rarity's awake, y'all!!" Applejack barked before returning to the room and taking a seat beside Rarity.

Soon, the door opened again, revealing the rest of their friends, plus the turtles and a giant rat. "Hey, Rarity." Sunset greeted. "How do you feel?" She asked.

"Sore and slightly dizzy, darling." Rarity replied.

"that is to be expected from hitting your head when you fainted." Donnie explained as he walked over to a computer on the other side of the room.

"Don, what are you doing?" Leo asked.

"trying to figure out what caused Rarity to faint, except for seeing something she's not familiar with." Donnie replied, typing on the computer. This all has to link to a sort of head injury. He thought. Something could have happened to Rarity as a child, or a past experience like a trauma or something. Maybe even a fear of something. I'll have to do more research. He looked over at his brothers and everyone except Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie and motioned for them to give them some space.

Once the others had left, Donnie turned to Applejack and asked, "I'm guessing you have known Rarity the longest?"

Applejack replied, "yeah. Rarity turned up at the farm one day during middle school without her parents. She told mah daddy that her parents were killed by a serial killer and asked if she could stay at the farm. Mah Daddy said yes and called me over, tellin' me to show Rarity around the farm. Ah smiled and nodded and Rarity and Ah toured the farm, going from the orchards ta the farmhouse. We got back to my room when Rarity said she felt dizzy and Ah told her ta sit down on mah bed until she felt better." Applejack explained. "As Ah guided her ta the bed, Ah felt Rarity suddenly go limp. Ah called for mah Mom and Dad as Ah carefully layed Rarity on mah bed. Mom and Dad walked in an'-" she was suddenly, briefly cut off by Rarity, who added.

"Bright Mac knew my Father and knew how much I loved him. A few months before my parents died and a few years since Sweetie Belle was born, I became more protective, jumpy and frightened after nightmares about my parents' deaths. I learned the next day, that I was diagnosed with PTSD. Applejack helped me so much, so I repayed her by lending a hand with her chores around the farm." Rarity said.

Before Don could reply, or even open his mouth, Leo poked his head into the room and said, "Donatello, time for Training!" Before leaving as swiftly as he appeared.
