Crystal was in the castle library reading up on some types of bending and magic types. As she was reading, she began to think to herself. As far as she knows, she had the magic to control the Elements of Nature but could she bend them like all her friends? That never really came to mind before but now she was learning about the different types of bending and it made her curious.

Korra and Mako came into the library, "There you Crystal. Iris was looking for you."

"Oh... hi.. um.. Korra, Mako?" Crystal started.

"Yes Crystal?" Korra asked.

"Do you think I can bend the elements like you and the others?" Crystal asked. Korra and Mako stared at each other in surprise. "Huh.... we never really thought about that before." Mako said.

"Yeah... I don't know about that but there's one way we can find out if you can bend the elements." Korra said.

Soon, the two of them were outside with Iris and Crystal. Korra and Crystal were standing near a small lake. "Now try to do what I do, alright?" Korra asked, looking at Crystal. Crystal nodded and watched as Korra moved her hands, making the water stir and rise up a little. Crystal held her hands out the water and concentrated hard. The water began to move a little bit but suddenly Crystal cried out in pain and fell down holding her head.

"Crystal!" Korra cried. Iris and Mako gasped and ran over. Crystal groaned and held her head. "I think I blew one of my brain cells." she groaned.

"Easy, Crystal." Iris said.

"Maybe we should try with Airbending first?" Korra suggested.

"Right." Mako said. Soon, Korra was showing Crystal some simple Airbending moves and wanted Crystal to do the same thing but whenever Crystal tried to copy her, it ended with her getting a splitting headache. The same happened with Earth and Firebending.

Now Crystal was laying in bed with an ice pack on her head. "Ugh... my aching head." she groaned. Hiro and the others were in her room with her. "Just take it easy, Crystal." Mai stated.

"Gee, wonder why you can't do any bending?" Chi asked.

"Chi, we don't know that for sure." Nori scolded. Chi held up her hands, "Alright, alright."

Crystal groaned, "Just face it, I'll never be able to bend like you guys. I'll just be relying on my magic for the rest of my life."

"Crystal, don't say that." Iris reassured. "I'm sure you'll be able to bend in no time."

Crystal sighed, "Yeah right." Crystal covered herself with her covers. "Can be alone now?"

Iris sighed, "Alright.." Iris and the others walked out of her room and were met with Korra and Mako. "How is she?" Korra asked.

"She's down in the dumps." Akari stated.

Korra sighed, "Poor girl. Wish we knew what was wrong."

"Maybe she'll be better by tomorrow." Mako reassured.

The Next day

"YIKES?!" Iris cried. Iris, Korra and Mako were sitting at the table for a nice breakfast when Crystal came in with her hair extremely messy, bags under her eyes and miserable look on her face. Iris flinched at the sight of her, "Umm... you okay there Crystal?" Iris asked gently.

"Ehh..." Crystal went over to the toaster and placed two pieces of toast inside. Korra, Mako and Iris were behind her looking at each other. Soon the toast was done and Crystal levitated the pieces of toast onto a plate. "Um... don't you um... wanna get dressed Crystal?" Mako asked.

"... No thanks... there's no point." Crystal said in a sad tone then she walked away from them.

"Oh dear... this no bending thing is really getting to her." Iris said with a worried tone.

"That's for sure." Korra said in the same tone. "You better go check on her, dear."

Iris nodded and went to Crystal's room and opened the door. She found Crystal laying in bed with her dragons and Yo-Kai friends nearby looking at her with concern. "How is she?" Iris asked.

"She's a blue as a blue jay." Whisper said. "This no bending thing must be really hard on her."

"I've nyever seen her this sad before." Sailornyan said.

"Yeah, it's scary." Jibanyan stated. "There's gotta be something to cheer her up."

"Well why don't you ask a certain stone dragon if she can bed or not." a voice said and that's when Discord appeared.

"Discord? What are you doing here?" Iris asked.

"Oh, I couldn't help but overhear a certain friend of ours is having trouble bending the elements like her friends, here." Discord said. "So I thought maybe a certain Sentinal Dragon knows if Crystal can bend the elements or not."

"That's actually a great idea.. but how are we gonna find the Sentinal?" Akari asked.

"No need." The Sentinal flew int through the window and fluttered onto the floor.

"Sentinal!" Mai asked.

"Wow, he's good with timing." Hiro said.

"I heard your concerns about your friend and I do have an answer as to why she cannot bend the Elements."

Crystal shot up in bed, now surprised and interested. "You do?!" she exclaimed.

"Yes... you cannot bend the Elements like your friends yet. And the reason being is that you haven't unlocked that ability yet, young one."

"Unlocked it? So I have to unlock the ability to bend the Elements? How?" Crystal asked.

"That is something you will have to find on your own, my young student." Crystal sighed. Iris and the others came to her side, "Don't worry buddy, you'll unlock your bending before you know it." Mai stated.

"Yeah and then Pinkie and I will have a 'Congratulations on your new ability' Party!" Hiro exclaimed. "Yeah!" Crystal smiled at her friends and hugged them. "Thanks you guys."

Whisper wiped his eye with a hankie. "So sweet."

"Nyow that's what I call friendship." Sailornyan stated.

"That's for sure." Jibanyan added.

The Sentinal and Discord smiled at the gang of friends.

Yo Kai Shmoopie

Crystal was walking through Harmony City on her way to the mall. Whisper, Sailornyan and Jibanyan were with her. She was about to enter the mall when, "Hey Crystal!" Crystal turned around and saw Korra, Mako, Ali, Mika and San. "Oh hey everyone, what is it?"

"There's something wrong with Iris." San said.

"Wrong?" Crystal asked.

"She's been saying weird things like 'forgive me like doughnuts' all morning." Korra stated.

"Huh? Now what's weird. Let me take a took." Crystal said. The family led her to the castle where they found Iris in her room sleeping. "There's gotta be a Yo-Kai in here, making Iris act like this." Crystal said.

"Oh Crystal there is no Yo-Kai who making Iris act strange." Whisper said. Crystal used her Yo-Kai Watch light and it revealed a Yo-Kai floating over iris. The yo kai was like a pink puppy with a red heart in the middle of it's body which it was holding and it was holding a blue hat.

"Got'cha!" Crystal said.

"What the-?!" Korra and the others exclaimed.

"What is that thing?" San exclaimed.

Whisper scrambled through his Yo-kai Pad. "Got it. This Yo-kai is called Shmoopie. This darling little rascals is responsible for confounding feelings like 'You're so cute how can I be mad at you and now that I think about it is my fault.'."

"Okay.. um.. Shmoopie can you please leave our daughter alone?" Korra called.

"No sorry, lady but I'm staying with this little girl." Shmoopie said with her soft and high voice.

"What? Why not?" Mika asked.

"Because I need something to be with me all the time so I can show my cuteness powers to everyone." Shmoopie explained.

"Well can you do that to someone other than our daughter?" Mako asked.

"Sorry, the first person I see is the person I inspirit." Shmoopie stated.

"This can't be good." Ali said. "We have to get rid of Shmoopie, but how?"

"Oh wait. Sailornyan, can you talk to Shmoopie?" Crystal suggested.

"Sure buddy." Sailornyan said before walking over to Shmoopie.

"Wait.. why did you choose Sailornyan?" Korra asked. Whisper looked at his Yo-Kai Pad and looked up Sailornyan's abilities. It says here that Sailornyan is famous among sailors for her feminine charm."

"Feminine charm? So she can make men fall in love with her?" Mako asked.

"That's exactly right. And if I'm correct Sailornyan is going to use that to make Shmoopie leave." Whisper added. Sailornyan approached Shmoopie. "Hey Shmoopie." she called.

"Yes?"

"You think you're so cute huh?"

"Yes, my cuteness level is unbeatable."

"But have you ever got a boyfriend because of your charm?" Shmoope froze and sweat dropped, "Well... no I never got a boyfriend. But that doesn't matter because you don't have a boyfriend either."

"Oh yes I do."

"You do?!" Korra and the other exclaimed in shock.

"Yes Jibanyan is my boyfriend."

"He is?!" Crystal exclaimed.

"He is?!" Shmoopie exclaimed.

"I am?!" Jibanyan added in shock.

"Yes he is." Sailornyan said. "He's the most lovely cat I ever met and thanks to my cuteness, he's all mine."

Shmoopie turned red with jealousy. Well then how we ask the cat who he likes better?"

"Fine then." Sailornyan and Shmoopie stood in front of Jibanyan who sweat dropped at them. "Uh.. girls."

"So Jibanyan, which one os us do you like better?" Shmoopie asked.

Jibanyan hummed looking at Shmoopie and Sailornyan. "Uh... Sailornyan." Shmoopie jaw dropped and turned white with a black outline. "How can you like her more than me?!" Shmoopie exclaimed.

"Uh... cause she's a cat like me?" Jibanyan sweat dropped at the angry puppy. Shmoopie growled and flew out the window but not before her medal came out and it fell into Crystal's hands.

"Her medal. Awesome."

Whisper took out a large book from behind him. "Here Crystal put the medal in here."

Crystal took the book in her hands.

"Whisper, what's that thing?" Crystal asked.

"This is the Yo-Kai Medallion. You can place all the medals you get in here." Crystal placed Shmoopie, Sailornyan and Jibanyna's medals inside of it. "Thanks Whisper." Crystal said.

"Now let's give Iris some space." Korra said. Everyone nodded and exited the room, allowing the Princess to get the rest she needed.
