Cadence was sitting in Canterlot Castle alongside her husband, Celestia, Luna and Amore, Cadence frowned “I do believe we should visit Klugetown the capital of Twilight’s Kingdom.”

Amore nodded “It’s not a bad idea, if you are going through diplomatic relations it is a good idea to visit their capital at least once.”

Celestia frowned “I’m not sure that’s a good idea.”

Luna grimaced “Stop being petty about the fact that your plans for Twilight derailed, we need her help.”

Shining Armour frowned “I also have some misgivings, what if she decided to kill us when we arrive, we don’t have anywhere near enough forces to protect ourselves.”

Luna frowned turning to her sister “I unlike somepony was paying attention to her power, is she wanted she could have simply erased all of Equestria of the face of the map. Even if there was an army of Alicorns as strong as me and my sister it would make no difference she would destroy them all.”

There was a moment of silence, Luna frowned “We are going, all of us as it does concern both the Crystal Empire and Equestria.” Luna then began writing a letter “There are a few others who I want to come with us.”

Meanwhile in Ponyville Fluttershy was patching up Pinkie’s front legs “You really did a number on them, I suggest being careful don’t pout too much weight on them, so no bouncing.”

Pinkie nodded with a smile “Yeah, I’ll let them heal, thanks Fluttershy.”

Fluttershy smiled “Well then I’ll see you later, I’m sure have a few parties to plan.” Pinkie nodded as she slowly trotted out of the door back to Ponyville, Fluttershy then had recently begun an exercise regiment to help her body recover from her severe case of Undernutrition. She had begun her daily exercises of wing ups, sit-ups and then a lap of Ponyville both on the ground and in the air.

Fluttershy after her exercises had a shower and then headed into town. As she trotted towards Rarity's place she heard a familiar voice “So Rainbow Dash here you are, I think it’s time to make you scream.”

Fluttershy took to the air and looked around before her eyes narrowed on the three stallions, as she growled “Hoops, Dumb-Bell and Score!”

Fluttershy a fearsome screech like that of a griffon before diving down smashing Hoops skull into the ground then bursting off at lightning speed slamming into Dumb-Bell, she then caught Score’s hoof before throwing him into Hoops, Fluttershy then flew in front of Rainbow Dash “You will not dare hurt any of my friends again!” The three galloped off at as fast as their hooves could carry them.

Rainbow smiled weakly “Thanks Fluttershy, those three ambushed me.”

Fluttershy smiled “Come on, I have a Spa Day with Rarity and I believe you could us some relaxation.”

Rainbow frowned “But it’s not cool…”

Fluttershy smiled “Come on Rainbow, you need to relax a little.”

Rainbow slumped over “I can’t fly quite as fast as I used to, I keep trying to push it but I just hit the same level.” She cried “I just want to be able to fly like I used too!”

Fluttershy shook her head giving her friend a hug “It will come back but you body needs to recover, while the wounds may have closed it doesn’t mean your muscles are up to what they were before. Your body needs to rebuild those slowly so tone down your training a bit, now come on let’s go and relax.”

Rainbow smiled weakly “I’ll try.”

Fluttershy smiled “Come on let’s fly over to Rarity’s she’s likely sowing something now she’s got her groove back.”

Rainbow Nodded “Okay.” The two took to the air flying towards Carousel Boutique, they landed outside and Fluttershy knocked on the door.

Rarity called out “Give me a second let me just finish this seam.” Rarity then smiled “Sweetie Belle can you finish while I’m out?”

Sweetie Belle smiled “Sure I can, go on.”

Rarity smiled “Thanks sis, there’s some bits on the table if you want to get something from Sugarcube Corner for you and your friends.” Rarity the opened the door “Fluttershy, you ready to head to the spa.”

Fluttershy smiled “Is it okay if I bring a guest.”

Rainbow Dash smiled “Fluttershy convinced me to come, said I needed to relax.”

Rarity smiled “Great we can give you a…”

Fluttershy shook her head “Let’s start with the basic massage, a simple mane styling and a basic spa treatment, we want her to come with us again.”

Rarity blushed “Right, well let’s go don’t want to be late.” Rainbow let a small chuckle at Rarity’s behaviour, Rarity huffed as the trio trotted to the spa. They entered the Spa, Rarity smiled “Aloe, Lotus we want our usual plus one basic treatment for Rainbow Dash here.”

Aloe smiled “The rooms already prepared our cousin, Lavender Essence is here to help us out.”

Fluttershy smiled at Rainbow as they entered the massage room “Rainbow, you’ll enjoy this trust me.”

Rainbow nervously got up on a board and laid out, her concerns soon vanished as Lavender Essence slowly began to massage her back with her hooves “Dear your muscles are quite tight, I feel you need to come here more often.”

Rainbow had a dopey smile one her face, Rarity looked with a smile at Fluttershy “She really needed this.”

Fluttershy nodded “Yep.”

After the massage Fluttershy smiled “Now it’s time for hairstyling.”

Rainbow shouted “What?!”

Fluttershy shook her head “Don’t worry Rainbow, that just means they’ll brush your mane, they also may preen you wings if you need it. I must admit my wings get quite messy sometimes and it helps to have done professionally.”

Rainbow smiled sheepishly “Oh.”

Rarity smiled “Come on, hurry up you two.”

Lavender carefully brushed Rainbow’s mane as she sat there, Fluttershy smiled as she felt her wings being preened. Soon they were all revealing in the Spa. Rainbow smiled “Thanks girls, I really needed that, I may come here again with you.”

Fluttershy grinned at Rarity “Mission accomplished.”

Rarity grinned back “Indeed.”

After about twenty minutes of relaxing in the pool they got out and dried off, as soon as they exited the building with a smile to see a carriage with Pinkie and Applejack in it, Applejack called out “We have go to Canterlot, the Princesses have summoned us!” The trio got in two of their other friends unaware of they of where they would be going next.
