Welcome, Bronies, Pegasisters, and whomever else may be reading this story. Welcome to 'The Broken and The Damned', the rewrite of my first ever story!

Now, before this gets started, I just want to use this time to make a few points clear on somethings.

First of all, this will not be an exact re-write of the Previous story. New plot direction, new characters, new setting, new, almost everything. So, in truth, this is only really a rewrite in spirit and with a few things. It could very well just be considered a new story on its own, or a rewrite.

Second, is that, while there is no consistent upload scheduele, expect one chapter a week. Maybe two if I'm on break from school, or I get lucky or something. Other then that, one a week.

Third has to do with interludes. Yes, I will have some in this story. No, they won't be especially common. They will also mostly be about things that are important in the Canon timeline: Sombra, Tirek, etc.

Next, I will be putting out a need for an editor and someone to make me a coverpiece. While not needed, both would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me if you want to do this, and we'll work something out.

Finally, I just want to thank all of you who are supporting me and others like me. It just feels good when you see your story did well, or that you got a positive comment; its just a warming fuzzy feeling. Thank you all.
