Twilight Sparkle was laying on a blanket in an open field near Ponyville by looking at the sky and trying to see what shapes the clouds formed with her knowledge, she was by herself unfortunately as nobody wanted to go with her at that time. She was glad that she had gotten a break from doing work as princess for a bit as she needed it.

As she laid there she kept track of time as she needed to go back home later on due to needing to eat around that time. She was lucky she had no meetings that day with other kigdoms as she didnt have the paitence to deal with the disagreements or the arguments.

As Twilight laid there somebody walked up to her in a slow manner, at first she couldn't hear the footsteps but as they came closer Twilight noticed them, she turned around and saw Scootaloo, Twilight was shocked at seeing Scootaloo all by herself as Scootaloo wasn't with her friends like how she usually was, Twilight was also surprised by how Scootaloo had left Ponyville.

"Hey Scootaloo! Where's your friends? I'm pretty sure they are our playing somewhere! Why did you come track me down? Is there someone that you need help with?" Twilight asked, Scootaloo nodded shyly, she tried to speak but was overwhelmed as she never gets the chance to talk to a Princess especially one who has saved Equestria a few times with the elements of harmony but now that she was talking to her she was overwhelmed. It took a few seconds for her to speak but finally she did.

"I was playing with my friends outside for a bit but decided to return to them later, Yes there is....it's something that's been on my mind for a while, I tried talking to other people about it but they didn't understand, Only Rainbow Dash understood but told me to seek someone else as she didn't know how to go about it. So I came to see you. I understand that you might not help me due to having to much work as princess but if you could work around that then please do that." Scootaloo told Twilight.

"And what is this that you are seeking out Scootaloo?" Twilight asked thinking that Scootaloo was trying to cause trouble or something, Scootaloo looked down at her hands for a few moments and then looked at Twilight and spoke.

"I want to be baptized Twilight, it's something that I've wanted since going to church while I was little....I know that I want this. When I saw pictures of your baptism it encouraged me to study the bible even more, I'm not being coerced or anything, I truly want this Twilight." Scootaloo said. Twilight stood up and put a hand on Scootaloo's shoulder.

"Scootaloo you have no idea how happy this makes me for you to come to this decision, I'm proud that you have chosen to accept Jesus as your savior, however I'm wondering why you have come to see me on about this issue...surely you could have gone to a pastor who could have given you one?" Twilight suggested. Scootaloo sighed.

"I don't want to be baptized in public and I certainly don't want any of those so called ministers or pastors or layminsters or whoever you want to call them baptize me, I don't want to baptized by a leader in a denomination I want a normal everyday church goer do it for me in privacy....do you understand Twilight?" Scootaloo asked Twilight, Twilight saw Scootaloo's request as reasonable as a lot of denominations can suck you in even if you never claim to be a member and just wanted a baptism, plus the bible never stated that only figureheads in a church were only allowed to baptize so she could baptize Scootaloo and it would be appropriate, she also knew that she could do the baptism but she still needed to ask a few more questions as she wanted to make sure that this was Scootaloo's ultimate wish.

"I understand where you coming from Scootaloo, you don't want to seem connected to any of the denominations? Is that correct?" Twilight asked, Scootaloo nodded.

"That and I know you a lot, plus I just want privacy doing it you know, I know their should be another witness and that only a experienced religious leader or pastor should give our a baptism but..." Scootaloo began to say but Twilight waved her concern off.

"Scootaloo I never understood that rule about how their has to be three people present for a baptism, I disagree with it. Their were never any witnesses accept for God at Jesus's baptism by John. It doesn't make any sense what so ever, public baptism ceremonies are different because those are desired, i have problems with public ones, besides my baptism was public as well, i just have an issue with the idea about how their has to be a third person present a baptism, that is not required also you have no idea how many times I have heard that you need to be baptized by only experienced Christian leaders who are men! This is false! I was baptized by Amy and she's a female pastor, I understand that you want privacy...I will want some to as it would seem weird for the princess of Equestria to baptize someone, Also I can make sure that i can get free time from my duties as princess for a few hours one day to baptize you. I can baptize you at my castle, don't worry about any of those things...All's you have to do now for me is...take a week to decide on this....I know you don't want to wait and that's so wonderful for you to want to be baptized in the Christian Faith due to your professed faith in Jesus and the gospel so quickly but just...I implore you to study a bit more...not that I don't think your ready but because I want to make sure that your prepared." Twilight explained.

After Twilight explained this Scootaloo expected to be upset at this response but fortunately she realized how much sense it made for her to make sure she wanted this for herself.

"Your right Twilight I will read about it a bit more and we can do it....well anywhere your okay with." Scootaloo said.

"I'm fine with anywhere your okay Scootaloo as long as your baptized it won't matter." Twilight suggested.

"Don't you have like...a bathtub in the castle?" Scootaloo asked, Twilight nodded with a shrug.

"Yeah I do...we could do it there I guess as I don't want to bother Amy about allowing her baptizmal pool to be used by us. its just that it's going to seem strange about a princess baptizing someone as royalty usually doesn't...do those things for people but I guess it doesn't matter what they think." Twilight said, Scootaloo hugged her.

"Thank you so much, I'll take a week to think about it and then I'll come to you and we will go from there." Scootaloo said. Twilight nodded and Scootaloo let her go.

"I'm so glad you could talk to me about this, just think it over for a few days and if you truly want this I'll do it for you, if you need any further guidance I'll help you with that as well." Twilight explained, Scootaloo nodded with a huge smile.

"I will Twilight! Thanks!" Scootaloo exclaimed, she walked back to Ponyville as Twilight watched her leave as Twilight was happy that Scootaloo could come to her for this however she needed to make sure that Scootaloo wasn't just jumping into it immediately as Scootaloo needed to be absolutely sure of her faith.

A week passed by quickly and Scootaloo put on her baptismal gown soon and went over to Twilight's castle so they can set up a day thats free for her to be baptized. They both decided that they next day was good enough as Twilight didnt have anything planned with any of the princess's or her friends. Soon a few more days passed and Twilight saw that Scotaloo was walking back over to her while she was eating lunch one day, she remembered exactly why Scootaloo was back. Twilight finished eating and cleaned up after herself and then spoke to Scootaloo.

"I didn't know you were coming...before we begin I want to tell you a story about me as I think that this relates." Twilight said. Scootaloo nodded and they then walked upstairs.

"Before I was a Christian I was a godless hell bound atheist who hated God and so was Spike but now he's more tolerant of Christians because of me, I was an atheist up until the day when a Demon started haunting my home, I went to Celestia talk to her about the problem and she encouraged me to open my eyes to see the truth and once I did I called a priest named John to come in and cleanse the place, I had such an awakening that day that it hit me in the gut, I went to a female pastor who baptized me and I've been a Christian ever since!" Twilight declared while they continued the walk.

"Wow! Faith can change people....Wow! I didn't know Celestia was a Christian!" Scootaloo exclaimed making Twilight laughed as they were almost at the top.

"You bet she is! You should write a report to her about this!" Twilight exclaimed, Scootaloo nodded as she would think about doing that. Before they got their Twilight took off her element necklace and placed it in her room as she had been wearing it due to accidentally taking it with her that day, she had been lucky that it did not get lost or she would have caused a lot of trouble for herself and Equestria. She finished that and continued to walk with Scootaloo.

As they both entered the bathroom Scootaloo got a bit nervous.

"Twilight....it's not to late for me is it? Am I...going to hell anyway?" Scootaloo asked with fright, Twilight shook her head she pulled her in for another hug.

"No it's not to late, only when you had died in sin would it be to late but don't worry you've changed, but once your baptized you must try and follow Jesus's teachings and worship God, you should also buy a bible and study it, if you sin you should always ask for forgiveness to God by Jesus's name." Twilight reminded her. Scootaloo nodded and Twilight released her from the hug and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Are you sure that you want this Scootaloo? Do you want a few more days to think this over?" Twilight asked as she was making absolutely sure that Scootaloo really wanted this even if she had already answered, Scootaloo nodded passionetly and Twilight turned around and plugged up the drain. Once that wad done she turned on the hot and cold water and made it warm as she obviously didn't want it to burn. Scootaloo waited with anxiousness as she really wanted to do this but at the same time she was also nervous for some reason, she knew she shouldnt be because she was finally getting what she wanted which was getting baptized in the christian faith but at the same time the water and the atmosphere unnerved her while it relaxed her.

Once Twilight filled up the bathtub she shut the water off and Twilight turned to Scootaloo and then proceeded to help her get into the tub so she wont fall.

Scootaloo sat down into the water, the warm water cascaded over her as she rested down into it. Twilight knelt on her knees so she could be eye level with Scootaloo, Twilight hoped that Scootaloo wasn't thinking this over again but she also had a feeling that she wasn't.

Scootaloo was a bit hesitant but also anxious, Twilight waited for Scootaloo to calm down.

Once Scootaloo calmed down Twilight put a hand on Scootaloo's shoulder and spoke.

"Ready?" Twilight asked. Scootaloo turned to look at Twilight.

"I'm nervous and i dont know why." Scootaloo said in anxiously, Twilight rubbed Scootaloo's back in a soothing manner.

"Do you want to wait for a few minutes? If you want a few more days as well i can let you wait? Twilight asked, Scootaloo shook her head no.

"No I want to do this now, I dont want to wait anymore as I know that I want this, I'm just nervous." Scootaloo said in a shaky voice.

"Dont be nervous! God wants this for you because he loves you, you will be submerged but it will only be for a few seconds." Twilight reassured, hearing that made Scootaloo feel less nervous.

"I know Twilight thanks youre the best! Scootaloo said, Twilight hugged her and spoke.

"Are you ready?" Twilight asked, Scootaloo nodded as she was prepared. Scootaloo was glad that the princess was so paitent with her if it had anybody else they would have gotten annoyed and lost their paitence.

Scootaloo then turned to look up front and Twilight finally carried it out, Twilight placed a hand on Scootaloo's back and raised her other hand.

"Do you reject Satan and all of his evil deeds and empty promises?" Twilight asked. Scootaloo nodded and remembered that she had to speak. She felt stupid but wasn't to harsh on herself.

"I do." Scootaloo answered.

"Do you accept that Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected for the remission of your sins?" Twilight asked.

"I do." Scootaloo said knowing that it wasn't long now.

"Then on your confession of faith and your remission of sins I baptize you in Jesus's name." Twilight said. She took her other hand and submerged Scootaloo's body into the water and pulled her out.

Scootaloo wiped the water away from her eyes as she shook her hair causing water to spray out from it, Scootaloo looked up at Twilight with a smile as Twilight looked back at her with a smile as well as nothing else was said as everything had already been said. Scootaloo hugged Twilight in happiness and Twilight wrapped her arms around her as well and spoke.

"Thank you." Scootaloo said with a soft emotional voice, Twilight smiled as she felt happy that she could make Scootaloo happy. They were both overcome with emotion.

"Your welcome." Twilight responded, after Scootaloo pulled out from the hug she examined her wet baptismal gown and laughed and so did Twilight.

"Come on! I have some extra clothing in your size!" Twilight laughed as she helped Scootaloo out of the bathtub. Once she did that Twilight pulled the plug out of the drain to get the water to go down and once the water was gone Scootaloo got undressed out of her gown, dried herself off, got changed and hung out with Twilight for a bit. After that she told Rainbow Dash about her decision and Rainbow Dash congratulated her. Scootaloo she knew that even if she was going to have to ask God for forgiveness whenever she sinned and work at being a good Christian she realized that she had helpers along the way.
