A Flutterdash tale...

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Asked Twilight as her two friends stood before her.

"Yes." Rainbowdash and Fluttershy said simultaneously

"This is rather complicated magic, i mean getting Fluttershy pregnant with your genes, it shouldn't be possible..."

"Please Twilight, just help us."

"Ok..."

I can't belive i'm doing this! Twilight screamed in her head.

"If you want a baby THAT ba-"

"Yes we do!" Rainbow interupted.

"Are you absolutly positive, giving birth would be very painful" Twilight said to Fluttershy

Fluttershy whispered "Yes, I'm sure."

"Ok here goes nothing..."

(This means the setting and/or time has changed)

"Did it work?" Rainbowdash asked

"Yes but-" Twilight Responded

"Yay!" Fluttershy Yelled (to her, but it was still pretty quiet)

"But it may take anywhere from 9 months to a year to deliver..."

"That's fine, but i just can't wait!" Fluttershy exclaimed.

At this great moment, the couple stopped and thought how this came to be...

Several Years Earlier...

It was a typical day in Ponyville, the bird were chirping and there was not a cloud in the sky. As Fluttershy woke up, she sensed this day would be... different. She started it as almost like any day, she feed her many woodland critters, put the nocturnal animals to bed, and woke up the animals that were still sleeping.

As Rainbowdash woke up, she to sensed that this day would be different. She woke up Tank, her pet tortoise, and made herself something to eat.

“Eggs...?” Rainbowdash pondered

“No...”

“Oj...?” I guess...

“Pancakes...?” Sure...

“Tank,” Rainbowdash yelled

“How would you like Oj and pancakes for breakfast?”

The turtle shook his head in response.

“Ok, Oj and pancakes it is then...”

As Fluttershy continued to clean up, she looked outside the window and saw the most perfect rainbow. It was breathtaking and it reminded her of Rainbowdash. Fluttershy sighed.

“Oh Angel, I feel so confused...” Fluttershy said.

Angel looked a the rainbow and seemed to understand exactly what his owner was feeling. He pointed at Fluttershy's heart and the rainbow as to ask a question.

“I just don't know...” Replied Fluttershy

“I can't understand these feelings...”

As Rainbowdash finished her breakfast and walked out the door, she flew around, checking for any stray clouds, as the forecast was clear skies. She say the most beautiful bird, it was a yellow songbird with tiny pink feathers. As it sang its song, Rainbowdash couldn't help but think of Fluttershy.

“I don't understand these feeling for Fluttershy, I mean I know she's my friend, but she just feels like... more... then just my friend...!” Rainbowdash exclaimed to herself

“UGH! Why am I feeling like this!” Rainbowdash exclaimed.

(This means a flashback)

It was along time ago when Rainbowdash first saw Fluttershy, she was as beautiful then as she was now. Rainbowdash was just walking along towards her house in Cloud City when she saw Fluttershy, with her long pink mane, light yellow coat, and those beautiful aqua eyes.

“Hey!” Rainbowdash yelled towards the young Fluttershy.

The young Fluttershy hid her face behind her mane and looked away as young Rainbowdash walked towards her.

“Why are you so shy, I don't bite, what's your name?” Rainbowdash asked.

“Fluttershy...” She responded in in inaudible whisper.

“I didn't quite hear you...” Rainbowdash Responded.

“My name is Fluttershy...” Fluttershy responded.

“That's a nice name, so where are you going Fluttershy?”

“I'm going home...” Fluttershy whispered.

“Can I come with you, I don't really have anything to do today?” Rainbowdash asked.

“I guess, if you really want to...” Fluttershy answered.

So they both walked to Fluttershy's house. As they walked they did some small-talk about school and their lives in general. They approached a white-ish gray house with Wooden crossbeams.

“So this is your house?” Rainbowdash asked

“Yes, do you want to come in, I mean if that's ok with you...” she asked.

“Of course I would like to come in!” Rainbowdash responded

As they walk into Fluttershy's house Rainbowdash see's a mouse hole and asks,

“Do you have a rodent problem?”

Fluttershy replies,”Oh no no no, my house is an animal sanctuary!”

“Oh that's cool!” Rainbowdash Exclaimed.

As they finished their conversation about animals Fluttershy's father walks in.

“Who is this Fluttershy?!” He worriedly asks.

“Oh, this is my new friend Rainbowdash!” She exclaimed.

“Oh, I'm so happy to see you making friends!”

After Fluttershy's father left, they continued into Fluttershy's room and continued talking about both their interests, such as music and flying. They both shared many interests, despite their hugely different personalities.

“Let's do this again sometime!” Fluttershy exclaimed

“You bet!” Rainbowdash replied

So they met up again and again until they were best-friends

“I feel so good around her...*sigh*.” She said

“I wish our visits would NEVER end...”

*Rainbowdash sighs

“That was a great day, I met my best friend ever...”

Fluttershy goes through the same events, just from her perspective

*Fluttershy sighs

“That was a great day, I met my best friend ever...”

“Oh Angel, how am I supposed to tell 'Dashie how I feel...”

*Angel makes a talking had motion and points to the rainbow.

“You think I should just tell her?!” She exclaimed

*Angel nods

“If you think that will really work...”

“How am I supposed to tell 'Flutters how I feel!” Rainbowdash asked when she was just walking back in her house.

*Tank gives the same advice as Angel

“But Tank, I don't know if that will work!”

*Tank says “It will, trust me!” in turtle (that's what Rainbowdash assumed)

“If you really think it will.”

Rainbowdash and Fluttershy fly to each others houses and nearly fly into each other because they are in such deep though.

“Oh hey Fluttershy...” Rainbowdash says

“Hi...” Fluttershy whispers

“I have something to tell you...” They say simultaneously.

“You go first, if that's ok with you...” Fluttershy says

“Ok, ummm, I don't really know how to say this, so I'll just say it!”

“'Flutters, II-I-I Love you!” Rainbowdash Sputtered out.

“*Gasp* I love you too Dashie!”

Then they embraced, slowly tilting their heads together, and they felt their soft lips on one another.

“Oh 'Dashie!” Fluttershy said.

“Oh 'Flutters!” Rainbowdash said.

“Bu-but  what will the others think!?' Fluttershy Asked

“If they are our friends, they will accept us for who we are!” Rainbowdash Exclaimed

“But what if-”

Fluttershy was cut of by a kiss.

“But nothing, if they are truly our friends they will accept us!”

“So you told us to meet here?” Rarity asks as the mane six walks into Twilight's library

“Yes, I have some important news...” Rainbowdash said

“So do I” Fluttershy continued

“We are in love!” They said

The others gasped.

“Wait, so you're GAY?!” Pinkie screams.

Applejack, Rarity, and Twilight yelled “Pinkie!”

But Rainbowdash and Fluttershy both said “Yep!”

Applejack said “Ok y'all prove it!” as if it were a challenge

*Rainbowdash and Fluttershy start kissing

“Proof enough for you Applejack?” Rainbowdash retorted

“PARTY!” Pinkie yelled

“Oh please no Pinkie, respect their privacy!” Twilight said

“It's ok Twi' we're fine with it right 'Flutters?”

“Yep!”

“THEN A PARTY IT IS!” Pinkie exclaimed

Two years of dating later

Rainbowdash started acting wired around Fluttershy. Up to the point where they couldn't carry out a conversation.

“'Dashie, are you excited for the big race!?” Fluttershy asked

“Yep, to bad I won't be competing.” Rainbowdash said

“Oh 'Dashie, it's ok, it'll be just as fun!”

Later at the race, they got some popcorn and other candies, and they sat down in the front row. Rainbowdash was acting all jittery and Fluttershy was starting to notice.

“'Dashie, are you ok?” Fluttershy asked

“Yeah I'm fine 'Flutters” Rainbowdash absently replied

Rainbowdash reached into the popcorn bucket and took out a black box just as they appeared on the Jumbo-tron.

“'Dashie we're on the Jumbo-tron!”

“I know,” Rainbowdash replied and got down on one knee and said

“'Flutters... Will you marry me?!” Rainbowdash asked

“Oh 'Dashie, YES 'Dashie YES!” Fluttershy screamed in response.

Later that night!

Since pinkie heard about the proposal and decided to throw a surprise party.

“Thiswillbesoexcitingtoseethelookontheirfaces!” Pikie rapidly exclaimed

Rainbowdash was carrying Fluttershy back to her cottage and put her down to open the door and...

“SURPRISE!” Pinkie, Twilight, Rarity, and Applejack yelled.

“Congrats to the happy couple!” Twilight exclaimed.

“Aw, guys you didn't have to do this for us!” Rainbowdash said

“Nonsense, this is the best possible thing!” Rarity told them

“Yeah, y'all should be happy!” Applejack agreed

“OHHHH WHEN'S THE WEDDING!?” Pinkie asked

“In about 2 months” Fluttershy said, as they had discussed the wedding plans

“You'll bake the sweets Pinkie, Applejack will bake the food, Rarity will design the dresses, and Twilight will be the receptionist! Rainbowdash said

“Sounds like a plan!” Twilight agreed.

2 months later

“Will you, Rainbowdash take Fluttershy as your lawfully wedded wife, for good or for ill?”

“I do!”

“Will you, Fluttershy take Rainbowdash as your lawfully wedded wife, for good or for ill?”

“I-I do!”

“You may now kiss the bride!”

Rainbowdash and Fluttershy passionately kiss. Twilight looks at the two of her best friends she just married, as Fluttershy throws the bouquet and Derpy Hooves catches it and blushes.

“My life just became one hundred and twenty percent cooler!” Rainbowdash said and Fluttershy blushed

Now.

The couple smiled as they recalled the happy memory.

“Oh 'Dashie, I love you so much!”

“I love you to!”

They both embraced and left Twilight just looking at them awkwardly.

“We you should be getting back to your new home”

The happy couple flies to their new home in the clouds that overlooks Ponyville. As they fly inside Fluttershy becomes very tired.

“Oh the baby seems to be weighing me down.” Fluttershy said happily.

“It's ok “Flutters, i'll just do most of the out-of-the-house work from now on!” Rainbowdash exclaimed.

They move close to each other and kiss goodnight and snuggle in to the bed.

“'Night” Rainbowdash said

“Good night.” Fluttershy replied

Eleven months later.

“Push!” Rainbowdash told Fluttershy as she help her hoof for support

“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!” Fluttershy Wailed in pain as the baby came out.

“It's a girl!” The nurse announced as she gave the baby to Fluttershy.

She had a yellow coat and a rainbow mane speckled with pink, and had beautiful Maroon eyes.

“She has your eyes 'Dashie...” Fluttershy said
