Aqua awakes in a foreign land filled with death and drought. After complications, she makes her way back to main land Equestria. She is not, however, what she had first imagined she was. Bouncing between hopelessness, unbridled motivation, unhindered wrath, and a newfound excessive zeal, Aqua rides along the roller coaster of events set in motion from the last book. Turmoil is very near in her future; the threat of a dragon of unparalleled size looms, and many loose ends are brought together.
