Author's Notes:

This is how Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie's day went after school. They see familiar faces while trying to hype themselves for tonight's party. Some things are written from Tales of Scootaloo. What more can I say? The timeline is existant despite going through different scenarios. Sometimes leading towards the right direction but it's a no-brainer here.

Now that Canterlot High dismissed everyone, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie decided to go to the mall to buy the best dresses for tonight since Rarity is in no condition to make dresses or even come at all. With the whole demonic possession and evilness in the mix along with Sweetie Belle's attempt with suicide was too much for Rarity. Applejack couldn't make it either. She had an accident which they will see her sometime today after the mall. As the bus pulled in front of the mall, they got off the bus and went to the first store they see. A music store. Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie couldn't help but reflect on the good times they had playing music together. Forming the Rainbooms, saving everyone from the Sirens with the help of Twilight Sparkle and Sunset Shimmer. Their smiles faded away as soon as they remembered them. They left the store and sat down at a bench nearby looking down.

"I can't believe we did that."

"I know Dashie but it can't be helped. The past is history and we need to move on."

"To better ourselves if we don't want to lose any more friends."

"Good point Fluttershy and Pinkie. I wish that we can take all of this away and have things back to the way they were."

"I know Dashie but we can't hold onto the past anymore. Like Hope said about Scootaloo, she moved on with her life and making the best of it. It's up to us now to follow along or get left behind."

"You sound like Sunset, Pinkie."

Pinkie took a deep breath after hearing Fluttershy comparing her to Sunset. She's trying to hold back tears and it worked.

"Let's go to another store and hopefully it can help us focus for the party tonight and the upcoming Friendship Games."

"Alright then." Both Pinkie and Fluttershy said.

As they went up the escalator they found a dress store which they needed. While exploring in the shop, Savvy Saddles called out to Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie. The three of them approached.

"Just the three I needed to see. Rarity had designer outfits for you three and wanted to keep it a surprise when the new year came."

"She did?" Pinkie asked.

"Yes. Something was going on in school and she asked me to pick up her latest designs especially for you three. She told me that she gave the first two already to Applejack and Sunset Shimmer."

The girls cringed when hearing the name Sunset Shimmer as Savvy is talking.

"Something I said?"

"Just, some things happen and we need to move on. That's all." Rainbow said.

"Well, anyways, these dresses fit your style and it's free so here you go."

Savvy gave the girls their dresses for them to use for tonight's party.

"Thank you, Savvy. Hope you have a nice weekend." Fluttershy said.

"You, too. Enjoy and have fun."

Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie left the store. They saw and loved the dresses already. A nice gift from Rarity which they'll have to thank later today. Right now, with the smiles on their faces, nothing else can go wrong. The three of them looked around checking out the latest in sports gear, gadgets, pets, and food within the mall. They are having a fun time to pump themselves up for tonight. As they headed towards the escalator going down, they were met by familiar faces especially one.

"Squirt?"

"Silver Spoon?" Fluttershy said.

"S-S-Sirens!" Pinkie shouted.

Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie remained in place. So have the others. Silence reigned for a few moments.

"Scootaloo! What are you doing with the sirens?! What are you doing with Silver Spoon?! Why are you hanging out with bullies and evil creatures from another world?!" Rainbow shouted in disgust.

"They're my new friends now Rainbow Dash. Unlike you, they never abandoned me."

"Abandon you... Scootaloo, listen to me."

Rainbow Dash went up to Scootaloo but Adagio, Aria, and Sonata got in front of her. Rainbow couldn't help herself. She has the opportunity to make peace with Scootaloo. To try and explain. Maybe...just...maybe...they can talk to each other every now or then at the least. Rainbow knew she'll have to get to Scootaloo in order for her to listen.

"Look, she is trying to live her life without the like of you," Adagio said.

"It is best for you to take a hike," Aria stated.

"So leave her alone," Sonata said.

Seeing the Sirens up close and telling her to back off really made Rainbow angry. So angry that she can take all three of them on her own. Rainbow Dash ran and throws her punch at Adagio but she grabbed her hand and pulls Rainbow Dash into an armbar.

"Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow OW!" Rainbow cried in pain a little.

"Now, I could pretend that this never happens but I think you wanted this to happen," Adagio said as she puts pressure on Rainbow's arm.

"Please, let Dashie go." Pinkie said.

Adagio released the grip of the armbar allowing Rainbow Dash to get up and shake off her arm a little.

"I think you three should get moving. We don't want to cause a scene here now do we?"

"You got lucky, that's all," Rainbow said. Then tries to look at Scootaloo who turned away from her. "Look, I made my mistakes and just want to talk to Scootaloo."

"No. I don't want anything to you Rainbow Dash."

"Scootaloo, please."

"Just go away."

"I'm sorry."

Scootaloo turns around.

"I'm sorry for the mess that you were put into. I'm sorry about your loss and sorry that I wasn't the best sister I can be for you."

"Is that it?"

"Yea?"

"I'm not accepting your apology Rainbow Dash. You abandoned me for Sunset Shimmer."

Rainbow became irate after hearing Scootaloo saying she doesn't accept her apology. Hearing Sunset Shimmer's name again made her snapped. She's tired of feeling sorry and tired of hearing her name.

"You're still mad about Sunset Shimmer?! She's gone! Forever!"

"When you abandoned me, I was relentlessly bullied whenever I walked back home. My mom doesn't pick me up and you used to walk me back home. Ever since Sunset Shimmer became a priority to you due to Princess Twilight's favor, all you do is hang out with Sunset Shimmer all the time. All I had was Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle and you know what happened after being neglected for so long? Chaos! Chaos spread like a wildfire throughout the internet and in school. My mom died because of Diamond Tiara and Anon-A-Miss. Have I made my mistakes?! Yes! And I Confessed the very next day! I knew that Anon-A-Miss was not the answer I was looking for. The only reason why I joined it was that I wanted you back. My depression was killing me and you know what? I'm happy that now I have new friends, a new family and a new life away from you! I don't want to see you ever again! All three of you! Even Applejack, Rarity, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle. You can all rot in hell for all I care!"

Scootaloo ran the other way as Silver Spoon followed her from behind. Adagio and her sisters remained still as Rainbow Dash has tears in her eyes a little. Pinkie Pie hair deflated and Fluttershy remained silent.

"You really messed this poor girl up by ignoring her. Hope you are proud of yourselves." Adagio said as calm as she can be.

"If we ever see you try and make an attempt to talk or fix this, we would gladly teach you a real lesson about life," Aria said as she popped her knuckles.

"You all make me sick just by looking at you and knowing what you did to Sunset Shimmer and to Scootaloo. Talk about real friendship." Sonata said.

Rainbow Dash got pissed after hearing the sirens mentioning about friendship. She knows more about friendship then the three Sirens put together.

"You don't even know what friendship is! Are you ever do is making it worse for everyone! Feed on their hatred to satisfy yourselves!"

"Like yourselves when you got rid of Sunset Shimmer instead of hearing her out?" Adagio stated with her arms crossed. Looking displeased at Rainbow Dash.

"Wow," Aria claps, "you are a hypocrite."

"Apparently, we know more about friendship than the three of you. The scary part of it is that you used to have the magic of friendship and now it's gone. Now if you excuse uswe have to comfort our friend." Adagio said.

Sonata started to walk the same path as Scootaloo and Silver Spoon. Adagio followed her and finally, Aria glared back and gave them a warning that she has eyes on them. Rainbow Dash pants and ran the other way. Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy try to keep up with her. Adagio, Aria, and Sonata met up with Silver Spoon and Scootaloo outside of the gates. Rainbow ran as far and fast as she can while tears streamed down her eyes. Fluttershy and Pinkie try to keep up with her. Rainbow Dash ran into the girl's room and fell to the floor. She couldn't believe what the sirens told her. A reality check. Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy came in to check on Rainbow who couldn't stop crying and coughing. Fluttershy and Pinkie hugged their friend and not wanting to let go until Rainbow finished letting her emotions out.

Twenty-five minutes later, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Pinkie left the bathroom. Rainbow sat by a bench nearby and looked directly at the floor.

"I can't believe they said that. The Sirens...telling me about friendship and now being compared to them during the Battle of the Bands incident. What a disgusting taste in my mouth."

Fluttershy remained silent. Unfortunately, it was the truth. The moment the Sirens were gone, they turned into one by neglecting Sunset Shimmer. Pinkie Pies tries to do her best impression to get a smile of Rainbow's face but it didn't work out. She tried reminding her about the party, about the Friendship Games. Nothing worked as Rainbow got up.

"I want...to go...home..."

"Dashie?"

"Don't even bother Pinkie, I'm in no mood for tonight's party. You'll have to go without me."

A last-minute idea came to Pinkie's mind. If this thought doesn't work then nothing will.

"If you think you are the only one struggling, well guess what?"

Rainbow looks at Pinkie.

"You're not. We have brothers and sisters at Canterlot High who is also suffering. There is a special group that is turning frowns upside down. If the Changelings can make the next step forwards due to Anon-A-Miss, betrayals and reality checks then why can't you?"

Rainbow Dash froze for a sec as she was about to respond. She remembers the notable changes within Canterlot High already. Being inspired and feeling alive. How she wanted to be a leader again. To scream. To shout. To unite and fight. Rainbow began to smile and looked up at the ceiling dome. Her eyes set high in the sky.

"You're right Pinkie Pie! No need to dwell in the past. We need to step up and be awesome!"

"That's the spirit Rainbow Dash!"

Fluttershy remained silent but she smiled brightly.

"Let's go, girls! We have a party to go to and there are those who need to feel pumped up as we are right now!"

Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy left the mall and headed towards Rainbow's house. Her parents aren't home so they can get ready there and plan out how to exploit everyone's emotion and get everyone hyped up for the Friendship games.

Thirty-five minutes later, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy made it to the house. Windy opened the door. She looked down a little but can see the flare in her daughter's eyes. She let her be and welcomed her friends. Bow wasn't home.

"Rainbow, there's something you want to tell me?"

"Yea, remember that party I mentioned to you?"

"The one about tonight?"

"Yea."

"I told you can go. Just message me when you want to come home so I can pick you up."

"Thanks, mom."

"Just tell me right now, what are you planning?"

"We're planning to do our part in the party to bring the energy, love, and trust that was taken away by past actions."

"Oh you and..."

"Mom...please...don't mention it."

"Sorry, sweetie."

"Thanks."

"Well, since that's the case, I'll let you be."

Windy left the room and headed towards the bedroom. Fluttershy and Pinkie went to Rainbow's room. From there, they jotted down what they needed to do to help out for tonight's party. It's going to be one incredible night.
