Alicorn Amulet's Prisoner.

I was the prisoner of the alicorn amulet for 1,000 years and 25 days, yes I was counting. Now I'm free and able to be with my twin brother, Discord.

I was a human named ___ before being reborn as Eris, Discord's twin sister and one of The Chaos Twins, and I get to live a much better life than my previous one. After I get out of this blasted amulet that uses my power to do whatever the user wants, to a certain degree, without my will and it corrupts them since they aren't made to use or hold chaos magic!!!!

Warning: There will be the main character x Thorax later in the story. Along with maybe Fluttershy x Discord.

My Backstory And Freedom.

Another day in this cursed amulet. Hmm... might as well tell the audience who I am and stuff before going on. Hello, my name is Eris, known to some in the human world as the Greek goddess of chaos which is technically what I am, last I checked I'm one thousand thirty two years old (1,032), and no one knows but I was human, before me and Discord became twins, known as Van I was pretty crazy. Now let's go back one thousand nineteen years, before I was in this amulet and when I first came to this new world.

I woke up and found myself in a clearing in the middle of a forest. I looked to my right and saw a small younger version of Discord wearing a brown shirt and green pants curled up like a cat sleeping. I looked at myself and found out that I looked just like him except female, right hand a eagle talon, left hand a lion paw. I was also wearing the same clothes as he was, a brown shirt and green pants.

Discord opened his eyes and yawned while getting up.

He then said something slightly surprising, "Morning sis."

I immediately said back, "Morning bro. How'd you sleep?"

"I slept fine. You?"

"I slept fine." We both went and wondered around this forest we're in for the next 2 hours before Discord found something.

"Hey sis look! I found a pony village," Discord said. I ran over to the bush he was hiding in and looked to where he was pointing with his lion paw.

"Hot coco?" I asked him while drinking some from excitement. He accepted the offered cup and we turned to the village, paying close attention to it.

It was just early morning so you wouldn't see many up and about. But we did see an anthro pegasus mare flying about, probably getting the weather ready for the day. Then the town was suddenly very active, most of them were wearing poor clothing so this must be a poor farming village or something like that, if the small farms every where say anything about it.

"How about we make the day slightly more exciting for the ponies?" Discord asked me. I smiled and said, "Let's do it."

Discord and I have been causing small amounts of chaos for the past five years before anything actually exciting happened, Discord is having magic surges! The ground was checkered blue and purple, pigs got wings and were flying around, the trees around us were floating upside down, and Discord, now an adult, was in a solid golden glow with his eyes green, freaking out.

"Eris what should I do?!" he yelled at me. I told him to just take deep breaths and relax, he tried to do that and it at least undid some of the chaos, there were no more flying pigs.

"Just keep taking deep breaths and calm down!" I instructed him. After a little bit of time he was no longer having the surge and all the chaos was undone.

"It must of been those things that did it," yelled a unicorn stallion leading an entire village here. He shot a blast of magic at me but Discord pulled me out of the way in time.

"Thanks Dissy but we should run now," I told him. He agreed and we ran as fast as we could. The village followed us in anger. Discord snapped his talon like he did he was worried and in a flash of light we were now in our little cave.

"Discord, how did you do that?" I asked my twin brother.

"I don't know! I just snapped my talon wishing we were in a safe place and now we're here!" Discord sounds like he's starting to go into freak out mode which is not good.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, bro, just calm down. Take deep breaths and calm down," I said trying to calm him down so we wouldn't have a repeat of what happened earlier. Discord started taking deep slow breaths slowly calming down.

"Okay. I'm calm, I'm collected," said Discord going into a meditation stance, crossed legged. But for some reason he was now floating in that stance. I didn't say anything since I didn't want him to start freaking out again. He got over his new magical power in about a year. Turns out he became an adult, along with me a few hours after his surge, according to a book we had since we were children that kept us informed of our conditions. Now skip to about five years later.

I was floating around just minding my own business when I was blasted by a dark color schemed unicorn.

"You'll be perfect for completing my amulet," he said with a hint of dark joy in his voice. He levitated an amulet and put it on me and blasted me again while I was recovering. Next thing I knew I woke up in a void of red. At first I just snapped my talon wishing to be in our cabin in the woods but it didn't work. After a few tries I started freaking out.

"Let me out. Let me out. Let me out. Let me out!" I kept saying for the next hour I believe. Now I'm feeling a lot of pain and my talon was glowing red. I screamed from how painful it was, it stopped a few minutes later. Now I'm seeing a lot of screens in front of me showing that dark unicorn's life as a colt to the stallion he is today. Turns out he was abused and bullied his entire life so he got into dark magic to get revenge and he was unable to use regular magic since he had no happiness in him to cast it.

That's why he put me in here? was what I thought when I saw that. Then I saw his latest memory with him blasting me with his magic and me being absorbed my the amulet by the looks of it.

I felt sorry for him at first but later on I didn't care since he got corrupted from the dark magic and my own chaos magic, making him lose sight of what his goal was and instead tried to make everyone respect him. Good thing he died. After that it was nothing for about one thousand years and it seemed Trixie Lulamoon was now using it. Then nothing again.

Now I'm here, stuck in a box in Zecora's hut. Until I was taken out and put on. Since it wasn't a unicorn I immediately tried taking control of the wearer.

Spike, wearing a yellow shirt and purple pants, was putting on the Alicorn Amulet, being supervised by the Mane 6 and the Princesses, for a test to see what would happen if a unicorn wasn't wearing it but something else. After he put it on he got a head ache and grunted from the pain.

"Are ya okay Spike?" asked Applejack in worry.

"Yea I'm fine," he said after getting over the head ache. Until it came back with four times the amount of force. He fell down from the pain but as soon as it happened he stood back up and stretched.

Then a mare's voice came out of his mouth and said, "Well, now I know that works. Oh dear." Spike said that last part in worry since he saw that the Mane 6 and Princesses were standing in front of him.

"Can anyone direct me to Discord," he asked with that mare's voice.

"Not until you tell us who you are and why you took Spike's body," said Twilight.

Spike adopted a bored face and said while looking at his talon, "Well what would you do if you were trapped in a amulet for one thousand twenty three years?"

"Did someone call?" asked the trickster known as Discord. Spike jumped up and hugged Discord in a bear hug.

"Discord! Tt's been over a thousand years! It's so good to see you again!" yelled Spike in that mare's voice still. Though Discord went wide eyed and asked, "Eris?"

At Spike's nodding Discord fainted. Spike got up and dusted himself off. "Question. Can you get my actual self out of this cursed amulet?" he asked in an innocent voice. He took of the amulet and threw it at the group staring at what transpired.

"Finally, I could possibly get out of here. Especially since Discord knows I'm in here," I said in excitement.

It took three hours but after a flash of red and a bone crushing from Discord, it was safe to say that I'm free. "I'm a free spirit again woohoo!" I yelled in excited. I then destroyed the Alicorn Amulet since it's easy to destroy without me in it. I then sang a song to the Mane 6 and Princesses as a thank you.

I even did everything the music video showed except with the Mane 6 and Princesses instead of Starlight.

Adjusting To The Present - "That's Easy!" - And Dealing With Magic Surges. "Oh Come On!!"

After the song was over I got an applause from my audience. Now that I'm actually paying attention to them closely I noticed the Princesses were wearing dresses that went with the theme of the day and night and the Mane 6 were wearing various articles of clothing. Oh look, there's Spike and he's wearing a green shirt with purple pants.

"Let's get introductions out of the way. My name is Eris, one of The Chaos Twins and a spirit of chaos, and you are?" I said after they were done clapping at my performance.

"Allow me," said Discord. "These are the Bearers of Harmony, Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie. Those two alicorns other than Twilight are the co-rulers of Equestria, Celestia and Luna. Also this is Spike, savior of the Crystal Empire, Twilight's number one assistant, and the reason that you are free, since you took control of him when he put the amulet on." Discord floated above each one he introduced while telling me their names and who they are.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Eris," said Celestia.

"How long have you been in there? If you don't mind that is," asked Fluttershy.

"I have been in that amulet for around one thousand years and twenty five days," was my answer. Everyone gasped at this.

"Oh you poor thing!" exclaimed Rarity. I shrugged my shoulders to that.

"How are you still sane dear sis!" exclaimed Discord. I face palmed from at that.

"I'm confused how you're still sane after being in stone for one thousand years, but then again you were able to tell your surroundings and I was never sane in the first place," was my answer to Discord.

"Wait. How did you know about that?" he asked.

"Trixie Lulamoon's memories hold history as well as negative memories," was my answer.

"Why exactly did you look in Trixie's memories?" asked the very unicorn mare I was speaking about.

"Because you were wearing the amulet and I had nothing to do. It's kinda odd that only two beings used the amulet and no more," I answered Trixie's question and started going into La-La Land.

Discord snapped in front of my face bringing me back to the real world, "Equestria to Eris." I shook my head and brought a cup of hot chocolate out of my mane to wake me up.

"Sorry about that, that tends to happen from time to time," I said. I then went POOF and I was in the Everfree Forest. "My magic doesn't usually do that," I commented. Then I went POOF again and was in the room I was in earlier with everyone wondering where I went.

I shrugged my shoulders and said, "I teleported to the Everfree by accident, don't know how or why. Usually my magic doesn't do that." At that statement Discord asked if I was having a random surge.

I rose my eyebrow and asked, "What do you mean?"

"Well according to the 'Condition Book' you were unable to use your magic during your imprisonment. I at least was able to subtly use my magic so it won't build up and explode," he said, answering my question.

"Yea the amulet made sure no magic escaped no matter what," I commented.

"Sorry to interrupt ya'll but why hasn't Eris's magic 'explode' even though she has been free for the past fifteen minutes?" asked Applejack.

"My magic has most likely been affecting an area not far from here or maybe not you never really know," was my answer.

Maud Pie was destroying a living tree that was trying to steal the Pie Family's hard earned rocks.

"No on takes the Pie Family's rocks," she said in that monotone voice she always uses.

"Alrighty then," said Applejack to my answer.

"What should we do now?" I asked the group and my brother. Pinkie gasped and left almost at the speed of sound it self. "Just Pinkie being Pinkie," I said to that.

"How about we give you a tour of Ponyville?" asked Twilight.

"Sure, it would be nice to know the area my saviors live in," I said, agreeing to the suggestion. I snapped my talon and turned into a grey coated unicorn mare with a white mane and tail, wearing clothing that has the color of my real form. "I'm ready," I said. Everyone was blinking in surprise while Discord is using a not amused expression. "What Discord?" I asked him.

"You don't need to look like a pony, it's normal for me to be around so I doubt they would freak out at the sight of you," was his 'brilliant' answer. "Did they at first stay away and were afraid of you?" I asked him. He deflated a little and nodded. "Then what says they wouldn't do so with me as well?" I asked him. He shrugged his shoulders. I nodded with a smile of victory. "That's what I thought."

So Twilight and the rest of the Mane 6 minus Pinkie led the way out of the castle. Discord stayed with the Princesses to probably talk to them. After we got out of the castle I was led to a boutique.

Rarity then went to the front and said, "This my dear Eris is the Carousel Boutique, where every garment is chic, unique and magnifique. It's my work place and home with my sister Sweetie Bell." I smiled at that due to how the boutique looked and that she has her sister living with her.

Then for some reason a song started playing and a stallion appeared and was on a desk drawing something.

While the song was playing ink creatures showed up and started terrorizing Ponyville, but when the song ended all of them went back to the stallion and into the paper he was drawing in, then the stallion and his desk vanished.

I smiled and said in a somewhat strained voice, "Let's just keep going with the tour do you agree?" The five mares nodded and led me to a building that looked like it was made of food but it obviously isn't.

"This is where Pinkie lives and works at, Sugar Cube Corner, she doesn't own the place if that's what you thought though," Twilight helpfully told me. I thanked her for the info and we went to our next destination.

We stopped in front of an orchard. Applejack went to the front of the group and said, "This here is Sweet Apple Acres, where ya'll find the best apples in Equestria." I nodded very intrigued by this and that there were soooo many apples.

And guess what happened next. Another song started playing and the area around us became dark. There were also these things that were going around doing nothing but still everyone was freaking out because of them.

After the song ended the things faded from existence while it was getting brighter until they were gone completely and it was back to a sunny day with a few clouds floating about. "Well that happened," I commented.

The group shook there heads and lead me down a dirt road up until we stopped in front of a cottage with a lot of animals. Fluttershy went to the front of the group this time and said, "This is where I live. I also help take care of animals that live in Ponyville as well as wild ones." I smiled at this because of how kind she was to help animals including wild ones.

Another song happened now! "I'm getting tired of this," I commented dryly. Although it's a good song I'm getting annoyed from how frequent they've been.

While the song was going on a pegasus mare and stallion couple by the looks of it were singing the lyrics and dancing in the air with the song.

When the song ended the couple went to the ground, bowed, and vanished in a puff of white like when a pegasus destroys a cloud. "That was a good song," commented Rainbow. Everyone agreed, including me, and by the time we went back to Twilight's castle it was almost sunset.

"This is my home, it's also used as the town library since the old one was destroyed," said Twilight when we got there. We went inside and found Discord smirking that smirk when he was about to prank someone.

"Prank alert," I simply said and I winked at Discord. He winked back and pie fell on the everyone's head, while they were looking at me in confusion, except mine and Discord's. Me and him laughed our flanks off, I was laughing so hard I turned back to my real self.

"Oh I haven't laughed that hard for way too long," I said while trying to catch my breath. Me and Discord said our goodbyes and went to the Chaos Dimension.

"You will be sleeping in that room, call for me if you need anything," said Discord while pointing at a room to the left. He went into the room to the right while I entered my room. It looked like my style, grey wallpaper, red flowers at the window, and a blue bed with a yellow pillow. I went in the bed and went to sleep with a smile on my face.

Why Am I In The Human Dimension?

I woke up in bed and found a green magical rift that was slightly dizzying since it showed Equestria on one half but on the other half was some kind of party going on in a cave with humans in there instead of the average anthro being of Equis. I walked into the half with the party and found out the Human 7 were staring at the rift in confusion and worry but everyone else was too busy partying to notice it. The rift closed behind me when I entered after a few seconds. I did a shushing motion and did a follow me motion after that.

They followed me to the front of the cave. I was invisible to everyone else so that's why there was no panic. After we were outside I snapped my talons and became a human version of myself, grey skin, white hair and wearing clothes that were the colors of my body. I also was an adult, adults here are either exactly or over twenty six here. "How can I help you heroes of this realm?" I asked them in a polite voice.

"Are you related to Discord?" asked Sunset Shimmer.

"I'm his twin sister," I said bluntly. "We are both reformed so you don't have to worry about me making chaos around this world. That was my brother's thing when he went crazy from me vanishing."

"Who are you exactly?" asked human Twilight. I told her, "I am Eris, one of the two chaos spirits of Equestria, one of The Chaos Twins, and friend to those that want Harmony and not pure Chaos or pure Order."

"Did you also used to be a human before becoming Discord's sister and always was a little dark crazy?" asked Pinkie Pie in super hyperspeed. I nodded and did the zipping mouth motion. She did a thumps up at that.

"Is there anymore questions?" I asked the group in front of me. They shook their heads and I said, "Okay then, now lets just enjoy this party you're having since I got nothing else to do." I said. We went back and continued the party. The girls went and played a song, I was too busy trying the food on the table to know what song.

I was in the middle of trying a cupcake when (At least I think) I was approached by Gloriosa Daisy and Timber Spruce.

"How are you enjoying the part?" asked Gloriosa.

After I swallowed a bite from my cupcake I said, "I'm enjoying it well, how about you two?"

"We're doing fine. So who are you?" Timber asked.

"I'm Eris, one of The Chaos Twins and friend to those that want Harmony," was my answer to his question.

After the party ended I went with the school group on the trip back to Canterlot High since again I had nothing better to do. Not two minutes during the ride we faced a problem. I went with the other adults to see what was going on.

There are timberwolves. The ones actually made of timber. Luckily they are fueled by nature magic which I'm a master of unlike my bro. The other adults dashed back into the bus while the Human 7 came out. "What's going on?" Fluttershy asked but gasped when she saw the timberwolves.

"What are timberwolves doing here?!" Sunset exclaimed.

I just walked up to the timberwolves calmly making shushing noises when ever the wolves growled or barked. I reached the one leading them and touched his snout with my yellow gloved hand, my hand glowed green while I said in a whisper, "There's no need for aggression, nobody is doing anything bad to the forest, you can rest." When I was done saying that the timberwolves glowed green and broke apart with their pieces scattering into the woods, back to their proper place. I turned around and walked back into the bus, passing by the Human 7 with slack-jawed expressions as I entered.

After the 7 went back into the bus we were back riding to Canterlot High.

The ride took around several hours and I had to drive half of it since everyone was up all night but we made it to the high-school. After everyone unloaded, and the bus driver thanking me for driving the rest of the way, everyone dispersed since it's now a weekend. I simply walked to the gateway disguised as a statue and went back to Equestria.

When I went through the portal I saw that I was in Twilight's castle in the throne room with a worried looking Discord, wearing his usual brown shirt and green pants, and the Mane 6 suggesting where I could be. I coughed and snapped my talons. The light of me turning back into a draconequus brought everyone's attention and Discord hugged me almost as much as he did when I was released from the alicorn amulet weeping in tears of joy. "I swear I was only gone for one night," I commented, Discord can be very clingy to me at times.

I decided to take out my photo book or whatever you call them and gave it to Pinkie Pie to show the girls some events that happened before my disappearance. When they first opened the book they aww'd, except Dash of course, they were looking at pictures when we were only thirteen since that was when our lives began. "Eris, you and Discord were adorable when you were younger," Fluttershy complimented.

The girls giggled at that, except Dash she just chuckled, and Discord was now five feet from me, blushing and giving me the stink eye. "I will get you back for that," he said with hatred in his voice. I giggled that screamed mischief at that threat.

"You know that is almost impossible right Discord?" I asked him in mirth. He just glared at me with more force making me burst into laughter and falling over but floating.

Me and Discord shivered making me stop laughing. There was a temporary magic imbalance. Discord said he will check what it was and he'll be right back. He came back a moment later and said it was just a Flurry Heart having a magic surge.

Why Must I Meet Royalty, It's So Boring. Also What Am I Feeling When I Look At The Odd One, Thorax?

Now that I had some time to adjust it turns out I have to go meet the Princess Cadence, Shining Armour, and someone named Thorax, who is also a king. [Insert Groaning Here] Me and everyone else is in a train at the moment, Discord offered teleporting us to the Crystal Empire but I declined since magic is still reacting badly when it touches me at the moment. Twilight had to ask a sensitive question, "So Eris. I hope you don't mind but what was it like in that amulet?"

I faked a hurt look and said, "Twilight! That is something I hate to speak of! How could you?" I giggled and said, "At first it wasn't that bad as long as someone was wearing it but it got annoying fast. You couldn't do anything! Not even sleep! I stayed awake the entire time just staring at a void of red, forced to do nothing but wait." I was being dramatic while I was saying most of that, like Discord did while trying to conquer Equestria.

Twilight did a face of annoyance, "You're very similar to Discord, did you know that?" I asked her what did she expect, we're twins after all.

"We have arrived at the Crystal Empire!" Pinkie Pie yelled while wearing a conductor outfit. The train stopped after she said that and the doors opened to reveal a snowy wasteland. We all walked out with no difficulty, Twilight made a bubble but I stepped out before I was trapped in there with them.

"Um. Eris, you do know it's freezing out there right?" Twilight asked me and giving me a look that asked if I was dumb or not.

"Eris is extremely resisted to the cold Twilight," Discord explained, "In fact she is able to withstand below sub-zero temperature, although she is very weak to the heat unlike me."

I rolled my eyes at that. "But you are very weak to the cold," I shot back. And with that we all walked toward the big pink shield in the middle of the blizzard.

When we got there the shield was giving me and Discord a bit of difficulty but we got in eventually. When I entered I found a rather beautiful scene, there was a sunny sky, even though I dislike them it was nice, a green grass field, some bushes with berries that look like they are made of crystal, and many buildings made of pure crystal somehow. I marveled at the beauty of the Crystal Empire. "Shocked at it's beauty?" Discord asked, I just rolled my eyes and nodded as a response to his question.

We walked to the castle in the middle of the city since that is where we're meeting the other ponies."So who are we exactly meeting?" I asked. Everyone sighed in slight annoyance at that.

"We are meeting my brother, my sister-in-law, and a dear friend of ours," Twilight said with an annoyed tone, they're annoyed since I asked this at least three times, four counting this time. We passed some guards wearing crystal armor who saluted as we passed and a glowing blue crystal shaped as a heart before entering one of the doors into the castle. It took about twenty minutes before we entered the throne room.

In the throne room was a white coated and blue maned/tailed unicorn stallion with blue eyes wearing a military outfit for high ranking guards, a pink coated and purple, magenta, and yellow maned/tailed alicorn mare with purple eyes wearing a dress that was mostly her mane/tail colors in a very nice fashion and wearing a small crown, and an odd one. The odd one had a black coat and short gray mane and tail with completely blue eyes, as in nothing but blue getting lighter towards the middle to act as a pupil, he was also wearing a plain dark green shirt and dark green pants, he also had insect like wings and a horn.

Now there are spark flying around me, I sighed and said, "Magic always got to not work now a days, don't mind the sparks they won't harm anything."

"Why exactly is that happening?" the odd one asked. I explained my slight problem of my magic not being used for so long, making my magic go haywire a lot. "Yikes," was his response to my predicament, he seems to have a slight buzz to his voice but it's barely noticeable.

My magic decided 'romance time' and now we are all at a dinner table with candles and everything on top of a tower. Fluttershy and Discord, the unicorn stallion and the alicorn mare, Applejack and Rainbow Dash, Twilight and Pinkie Pie, me and that odd stallion. I face palmed and sighed in annoyance before saying, "Discord, please undo all this and put us back in the throne room please."

Discord undid it all and put us back in the throne room with a snap of his eagle talon. I was really angry at my magic to do that of all things. The pink alicorn mare spoke up and asked, "So who is the new draconequus?"

I snapped out of my anger and said with a bow, "My name is Eris and I am the twin sister of Discord." The three unknowns introduced themselves, the pink alicorn is Princess Cadence but she prefers Cadence more, the unicorn stallion is Shining Armor and Cadence's husband, and the odd one is Thorax who is king of the changelings. Last I checked, which was over a thousand years ago, changelings did not look anything like Thorax except for the wings.

"So how come we haven't heard of you until now?" Shining asked with a tad of suspension. The Bearers and Discord flinched at him asking that.

But I giggled slightly at that before becoming blank and saying, "I was missing for the past thousand years and stuck inside the Alicorn Amulet. It should have been called the Draconequus Amulet in my point of view." The three used looks of pity at that statement and said they were sorry that it happened to me. My magic sparked red and another me, but a pony version, showed up on a stage before breaking in a song.

During the song she kept appearing next to everyone and said certain lines, like at the love and hate she showed up next to Thorax. She stopped doing it at the middle of the song and just started dancing until it ended. She winked at Thorax and after a poof of purple she and the stage was gone. I was pretty angry at my magic again, trust me you would if your magic never listened to you and did things that would embarrass you pretty badly.

"Eris, please calm down. Your eyes are glowing purple," Discord told me. I took deep breaths in and out, I calmed down enough that my eyes were no longer glowing. I looked at everyone in the room to see all of them slightly worried and I just noticed this weird feeling that I have every time I looked at Thorax for some reason, it's really annoying.

Cadence cleared her throat and said, "Well then. Would you like a tour of the castle Eris?" I nodded and the three along with the rest of the group showed me around the castle and told me rooms and their purposes. We once came across a dark door but no one would say anything about it except 'It's a forbidden room for a reason' which isn't helping my curiosity.

Now. Let's Find Out What's Behind That Black Door. *In The Morning* What Would You Like For Breakfast?

It's the middle of the night and everyone is asleep...except for me. I'm sneaking around the castle to get to the black door and see what's inside, good thing I have a photographic memory. Also the guards are very good at their job, I almost got spotted more times than I can count. I finally made it to the door and scanned for spells on it, there was only a locking spell which I got rid of in a snap. Get it? No? Yes? If you get it then yay! If you don't then I'll explain, I snapped and made the spell vanish from existence.

I opened the door and walked in, closing the door behind me with my tail. The room turned out to be a library but it had an ominous look to it which I love, I have a like for spooky stuff that creeps others out. Every book in the room had a black cover with red writing saying their titles, I took the one closest to me and find it's a book of shadow magic. I decided to look into it since I was always fascinated of the dark arts since I was imprisoned, that stupid unicorn only had knowledge of making dark magic artifacts and basic spells anyone can do such as levitation but with using negativity instead of positivity.

'So this is a library full of dark magic. No wonder no one's allowed in here, but why not destroy the books?' I asked in my head. I tried to destroy a book of necromancy nearby and found myself unable to. 'So they're protected. But what can be powerful enough to resist a draconequui's magic?' I pondered this thought for a minute before shrugging it off and continue reading the book of shadow magic.

I was reading a book about some type of nightmare magic before it and every book in the entire library turned into smoke and the world faded into a red void, I saw no way out and was starting to panic. 'Was that all a dream? Am I still in the Alicorn Amulet?...' even I couldn't understand what I was thinking for a bit before realizing something, this was a nightmare room. A nightmare room usually looks like nothing bad until you enter it which makes it become one of the fears that you are scared of most, my own being that my freedom was just a dream and I'm actually still in the Alicorn Amulet.

At that realization I used some of the knowledge I acquired and dispelled the illusion, making it turn to an empty library. "The books must only be around during the night, which also makes it safe to be in here while not dying from the insanity a nightmare room gives to it's victim," I said out loud while walking out of the room, now useless until night fall. After closing the door behind me I teleported to my room and found it being sunrise, which proves my theory about the library being only available at night.

Also turns out you need to be shy to turn into a full shadow but if you want to become some black cloud then you have to be uncomfortable with others. Or you could use a ton of negativity to do it, luckily I'm able to force myself to feel certain emotions thanks to having a thousand years of practice in that amulet. It's really hard to make me feel an emotion without my permission.

I heard the rulers of the Crystal Empire waking up from bed and the sounds of a baby crying? It's likely just a side effect to being exposed to the nightmare room and not an actual infant crying but then again, I have been proven wrong before. Such as one time Discord and me heard a goat and found it to be a frog of all things that made the noise, it was naturally chaotic! Which is really rare. That was an amazing day, we even kept it as a pet until it passed away which made it a pretty sad day for us.

I grabbed a hot chocolate from my mane and turned into my pony form. While taking a sip of my hot coco I walked out of the room, planning to go to the library and look at some story books to read and entertain myself. Whilst walking there I bumped into Twilight who was going to go through some of the factual books, boooorrrriiiinnnngggg. Me and Twilight went our separate ways after entering the library, me going to the fiction part of it and Twilight going to the non-fiction part.

I found some Daring Doo books so I had myself preoccupied until everyone was awake and ready to start the day. I just noticed that my magic is back in my control again, yes!

It took about two hours before everyone was awake and ready for the day, it also took that long for me to read all those Daring Doo books. I'm right now walking down a few hallways to get to the dining room at the moment, I'm also still in my pony form. When ever I pass a guard they seem to be slightly nervous for some reason, Discord probably gave them a warning about not messing with me or something. Discord was always slightly overprotective even though I'm the oldest...actually we came to existence at the same millisecond so never mind about me being older but he's still overprotective.

I didn't notice I was at the dining hall until I walked into the door by accident, making me fall to my back. I heard Rainbow chuckling at my misfortune. "Laugh it up Rainbow. Now for a random way to the room..." I started thinking of different ways of getting their before looking at the wall next to me and getting an idea. I stood up and hid while Rainbow entered the room and walked into the wall which is a weird experience to have no matter how many times you do it.

I was able to look through the walls and decided coming out of the table would be a funny prank. But what's this? There is an infant in the room! I made some stars so she wouldn't get spooked and start crying. I am in the middle of the fourth of a football field large table but no one's there so I go to the edge and pop out of a empty platter. Everyone except the baby, who was distracted, and Discord jumped at least five feet while doing a small scream! I teleported myself to the chair next to Discord laughing my hand off. Seriously my right yellow gloved hand fell off by how hard I was laughing. I put it back on after I calmed down a bit.

Everyone did a slight laugh at the prank as well, mostly giggles since most of us here are girls. I teleported next to the little one and asked everyone while tickling her, "So who's this little cutie?" I stopped tickling after a second and put her back on her chair next to Cadence.

Shining answered my question by saying, "That's mine and Cadence's kid, Flurry Heart, she's one winter old. She's also the first natural born alicorn according to the princesses." A double of mine in my seat nodded in understanding and put a thinking impression on. I then got rid of the double and took her spot with the same face and position she had.

"Yes I see. Well she's absolutely adorable! And probably hard to keep track of," I commented. The rulers of the Empire nodded at my comment. "Anyone want cake? Coffee? How about some waffles or pancakes?" I asked with a notepad in hand. Pinkie wanted a small cup of coffee and a stack of three waffles and pancakes with extra syrup, Twilight wanted three pancakes with some syrup, Rarity wanted a cup of herbal tea(I'm not surprised) and a pancake with a small amount of syrup, Rainbow wanted some cider with five waffles just plain with butter, Applejack wanted some apple pie and a cup of cider as well, and the last part of the mane 6, Fluttershy, wanted what Rarity wanted.

Thorax didn't want anything and was fine, Shining and Cadence wanted the same exact thing which was three waffles with a little extra syrup, and Discord just wanted some hot chocolate. I wrote them all down and gave them to another me with a waiter outfit on, who left the door and came right back in with floating platters behind her with lids on and the drinks appearing in front of the one who ordered it. After everyone's plates was set down and I pulled a cup of orange juice out of my mane the lids flashed to nothing and everyone dug in to their meals! In a polite way of course.

Getting To Know Thorax And The Crystal Empire Rulers.

When everyone left the room I jumped out a window and landed on a floating chair which went around to the library's window before landing inside. Twilight was at the other side of a table while that was happening, and she didn't even look! I feel offended! Not really.

I decided to read some biology books since when I'm bored and there's no books that tell stories around I tend to study and be a workaholic. Last time I was bored I literally chopped down a tenth of the Whitetail Woods back then when me and Discord were going to school disguised as ponies and wanted to live like them and help around the town. That was a very boring time of our lives, I wouldn't be surprised if Discord forgot about it.

I accidentally went into a disturbing section of one book and immediately went to the next one which was about the horns that all unicorns have.

It talked about well known facts such as it is the strongest part of the body so unless you bring a train on it, it won't break along with the mentioning about depending on how much power a unicorn has their horn is stronger, Twilight can have a castle on her horn and it would only crack a bit is my guess because of how powerful she is.

The next section talked about how a pegasus has hollow bones to help them with lifting off the ground and how very skilled pegasi could even cast spells with their wings but their has only been one who was able to do that and sadley his/her name has been lost to time.

There was some stuff about how dense a Earth Pony's bones are but a guard got my attention and told me that Thorax and the Crystal Empire rulers wanted to speak with me. After putting the books away I went to the throne room and waited until I was called in. When I did I got the weird feeling again from Thorax, I'm chalking it up to being new around changeling magic until I figure out why I feel this when I see him.

"Hello Eris. I was hoping that we could get to know your a little more. Discord wasn't really helpful with the subject, said he lost most of his memory when you went missing except for small facts," Shining told me this whilst Thorax pulled out a piece of paper and a quill with ink, ready to write anything and he seemed to be hiding his face behind the paper for some reason. Oh well.

"What is it that you would like to know?" I asked them.

"Do you have any family other than Discord?" was Cadence's first question.

"Don't know. We just suddenly appeared into existence, the past had a lot of Order so we just thought we needed to spread more Chaos," was my honest answer. The three showed signs of pity when I mentioned the 'no family except each other' part.

"What did you do for fun before the Amulet Incident?" Shining asked me.

"Hmm, Discord and I mostly did small pranks and I sometimes play a song but when we were REALLY bored then we did some kind of crime. Not anything that hurts others though, it's against Discord's morals and it's against some of mine," I answered after a bit of thought.

"Did you find Equestria before being put into the amulet?" Thorax asked with a slightly nervous tone, something is going on in his head.

"Me and Discord were in Equestria since we came to existence, we stayed most of the time except for when Discord went to go exploring and found everywhere else to be boring," I responded. "Now why don't we talk about you three for a moment." When they nodded, thinking it was only fair, I continued, "How did you three become royalty?"

Cadence answered first, "I become a princess when I found my talent in helping others with love, such as an arguing couple, or to help ponies, as well as other creatures, get together and become a couple." Interesting.

Shining then answered next, "I became royalty when I married Caddy, worst wedding I've seen though." The three did looks of dislike at the mention of this wedding.

"What about you Thorax?" I asked him.

He took a deep breath to calm down, the wedding brings bad memories I guess, before saying, "I became a king when I helped save the Bearers of Harmony, Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Shining Armor from Chrysalis and reformed most of the changeling race." I inquired who Chrysalis is and he said, "The old ruler of the changelings. She was a rather cruel ruler, didn't try to make an agreement and invaded Canterlot during Shining and Cadence's wedding." That explains the looks of dislike earlier.

"So, back to our questions. Do you know why Discord took over Equestria for a few years?" I did a look of surprise at this question, Discord would never do that...unless he wasn't himself.

"Discord," I said in a voice that was feigned with disappointment.

Discord appeared and said nervously, "Yes sis?" I asked him Cadence's questions and he started sweating bullets. No seriously, he was sweating bullets you would find in a gun. "I may have used-your-type-of-chaos-magic-when-you-went-missing-hoping-I-could-use-it-to-find-you," he had a look of regret on his face while saying the last part.

"Dissy, I told you what that stuff does to those that use it. I was made to use that type of magic, you can barely handle it. It takes something very important to someone to break that magic's curse, what was it?" I said to Discord.

"Having someone to hang out with, someone that could appreciate the chaos I make on a daily basis," was his answer. Cadence whispered in my ear some very good blackmail after he said that. He then went off somewhere, likely to get his mind off the subject of his time while 'evil.'

Thorax cleared his throat before saying, "This question was from Twilight, how does your biology work?" I think Thorax is looking a little green.

But I can't tell since I'm laughing so hard that I needed to put it into a jar, I wiped a tear from my eye and said, "Draconequui don't have any biology, at least Discord and I don't. We like to eat and drink stuff since it makes us feel less like.....a being made of magic? Or an undead?" I shrugged and said, "Eh, don't know a good analogy. We don't have any actual need of food and when we do eat or drink our magic dissolves it and recycles it to the environment or to our magical stamina A.K.A magic reserves." The three had their jaws dropped at that casual statement.

Shining whispered to himself something along the lines of, "Twi's going to flip out when she hears this."

After they got out of their shock with a little help, from yours truly, Shining asked, "How does you magic work?"

I had another laughing session and after getting over it I said, "Hay if I know. I tried figuring it out myself and I have no idea but I have a theory or two." Cadence motioned me to continue, "I think that my magic comes from my chaotic personality although I can't prove this theory without more draconequui in the dimension."

"That leads us to our next question on the list," Cadence said, "Are there any other reality warpers you know of?" I shrugged my shoulders.

"I don't know. Discord is the one who liked going to other dimensions, I bet there are more reality warpers just not in this dimension since I haven't sensed anything with that much power. Unless you count the Tree of Harmony but it only reverses warps in reality and it needs it's Bearers in order to do so," I answered. "Anything else?"

A new voice joined the conversation, "What's your view on parties?"

I adopted an unamused expression and said, "Pinkie?"

"Yessss?" Pinkie said from above me.

"Please get out of my mane," I told her.

"Okie dokie!" She said in her usual optimistic tone. She jumped out of my mane, did a few flips in the air, and landed doing a cartwheel out the room.

The others and I just shook our heads, "Just Pinkie being Pinkie." I sent a message to the Pink One telling her I'm a fan of really small parties like friendly gatherings and such and not a fan of large parties due to being nervous around those I don't know most of the time.

"Is that everything you wanted to know?" I asked the three. Before they could answer a loud BOOM! happened. 'Really?' I thought while looking out a window and sensed a powerful aura nearby. 'Another reality warper?'

I couldn't think of what to do despite some suggestions so I did what a friend suggested and gave a little background on Eris and Discord.

The next chapter after the next one will, hopefully, have Eris and Thorax get together. Keep giving suggestions if you want to please. Just not Cadence doing her thing since that's just too simple and cliche to me.

Dealing With Another Reality Warper.

It's a cosmic entity if that strange creature's aura says anything about it, more powerful than my kind. The being in question is a non-anthromorphic griffon that was avian on both ends, it doesn't have any lion parts of it body like normal ones.

The griffon has enormous wings, big enough to mistake the them for a cloak. The wings start black in color but then turns grayish purple, blueish purple, and luminescent white at the tip of her feathers. It's legs are long and appear blackened near the talons. There's a bandage covering the right side of it's face and it's forehead. The eyes have black sclera(the white area), dark red irises, and white pupils. There are some kind of shaded markings on the irises and whites of the eyes but I can't tell the exact shape. The beak is black and fades to silver while going away from the face. It has a long and whip like tail.

I transported myself to in front of it only to see it turn into an anthro version, turns out it's a she according to her chest. She was wearing a black and purple scarf with stars dotting around it, a plain blue t-shirt, and a pair of pants. She seems to like loose clothing since her clothes look pretty loose but it compliments her look nicely, I'm no fashionista but even I can tell.

She thumbed her beak at me before grinning like a crazy and dashing off. I turned into my pony form and followed her to see her doing nothing much, other than using a form of mind magic to give slight temporary madness to everyone she passed by! There went that twitch again but the anger was aimed at her, this is the type of Chaos I'm in charge of around here! Maybe I should let Shade have some fun? Nah.

I chased after her and made some shadows to help me track her as stealthily as possible without her noticing. There was a song(stop at 00:55) playing that went the opposite of what was going on and chaotic because of that. There was a slight chill with her magic but there was the feeling of a forest as well, why? Perhaps she has a bond with the winter and nature? Going to need confirmation to tell.

A shadow informed me she seems to be trying to leave the Empire and to the mountains, the shadows also seem to be attacked by her shadow when they get close. 'Uma? Summon the crew,' I said to the Pirate part of my mind.

'Would I get some free time?' Uma responded.

'Yes but no mischief,' I said back. I then released the pirate. She's a pony/zebra hybrid with a dark brown coat and aqua mane/tail, she wears a pirate captain outfit with a scabbard at her side, her eyes are golden.

"Alright boys! Let's search for the griffon but no mischief!" When Uma said that an entire grew of pirates, either ponies or zebras, that then went around the Empire. There's no way that griffon can hide now. Only a few minutes later and Harry thinks he found her but isn't certain. I transported to him, via ship, and landed next to him only to find a zebra dressed as that voodoo man in Princess And The Frog, Dr. Facilier.

The zebra said, "Might I ask what I might be able to assist you with?" She gave a charming smile before saying, "My name's Xecorai. Dr. Xecorai, as I asked beforehand, is there perchance, anything I might be able to do to assist you friendly lot in your current endeavor?"

Uma came down and said, "We're looking for a griffon. She is rather unique in appearance so she isn't that hard to spot." She then pulled a rope next to her and went back up to the ship.

After she left Xecoria chuckled and said "Oh, so you're all after HER then... well, I can honestly say I know exactly where She is right this moment..." She then snapped her fingers to reveal the very griffon we're looking for. She did the 'come at me' gesture after saying,"Let's see if you're REALLY up to snuff, kiddo." I put Uma and her crew back into my head before a appropriate song played, I believe it might of meant to insult me but failed miserably. She's challenging me to a Warper Duel, basically a trolling war for reality warpers that lasts until one of them gives up. That's how me and Discord did it anyways, Discord always won.

"Rules?" I asked the griffon with a small frown, I'm the worst on jokes, pranks, and humor altogether so you should expect this kind of reaction from me.

"Turn based, and don't break reality to the point where you can't fix it. Otherwise? No. Holds. Barred," was her answer and she's now using that darn trick of making reality a puppet. Before I could do anything she sent me...somewhere. I'm literally being thrown around the time stream like a rag doll in all sorts of ways, forward, backward, up, down, left, right, and even inside-out somehow. Now I know what happened to my watch, I dropped it into a volcano by accident.

Then I had to escape this thing called a 'Mind-Eater.' Why was I given a wheel of cheddar cheese, I don't know. "Awwww... hiding Your Madness away? What, are you afraid something'll happen if you let them OUT?" The griffon then underwent a strange transformation, black or white lines drew themselves across her face, burning the bandage in the process, that connected on various parts of her face in such a way that it looked like a maze of glowing marks that was pretty hard to follow.

The griffons voice was different, like a completely different being was speaking, when she said, "Ohoooh, the girls haven't let ME out in a while. So this should be a HELL of a lotta fun, even though I'm still being kept on a leash." She then started some random stuff that were puns I think, each one bonked me on the head. Until she did weapon puns. When she was done there was several axes and swords in my chest but no blood.

A bit of grabbing my head and doing mind magic on me later she killed the crew and Uma, somehow they popped back out of my head, with a pistol that had some dials labeled 'KR' and 'KB' when I got back up from the backlash.

That just got me mad, 'Girls. Let's put out full power,' I told the three beings in my head. Uma came first then Gaia, Page, and Blank appeared to the real world, Uma just was put back in my head when she died.

Gaia is a green colored earth pony with golden eyes, wearing a robe that looks like it's made of leaves. Page is a black coated unicorn with a blue and green mane/tail and has golden eyes as well, wearing a purple robe. Blank is basically Surprise but more calm, has golden eyes, and wears a yellow robe. None of them have cutie marks if you looked at their hands.

"Page, take us to the Void," I said with an ice cold voice. She nodded and took out a painting of the Void from Dishonored. The painting soon faded along with our surroundings only to find us in the same scene the painting showed. There was a door with a lock floating above me, the lock tends to glitch like a computer occasionally. Me and the others lifted our right hand and said, "The Beast shall now be free." We turned into colored smoke(Gaia's being green, Page's being purple, Blank's being white, and mine being all those colors along with dark pink) and went into the lock.

That's when we faded and Shade awoke.

I opened my eyes at last, it's been forever since I last saw the outside world. I saw my black coat and blue and green mane/tail and looked in a mirror to see my great dark pink eyes. It's been centuries since I've seen myself, I almost forgot what I looked like! I see a rather strange looking griffon wearing a loose blue t-shirt and a loose pair of pants, she fired her gun at me and launched me out of the Void and into the streets. When I got up I saw her standing over me with a throwing knife balanced on her talon. "Been awhile Shade," the griffon said.

I find myself in a chair enjoying a cup of liquefied order magic, my favorite! The griffon was across a table from me that appeared as well. "Do I know you? My memories are quite fuzzy from lack of wakefulness," I told the griffon with an eyebrow raised.

“No I wouldn’t expect you to remember ME but does the name Pandorica ring any bells? Personally, I’m betting not as 1,000 years locked up in a psychic void while your host was locked up in an amulet can be quite taxing on the memory,” the odd griffon said. I nodded, saying that she was correct about the name ringing no bells. The burnt bandages on her face fell away, revealing a second and third eye(the third one being on her forehead), and the markings on her faded before saying in a different voice, "As disappointing as that is, I'm really not surprised. You never really did get the chance to set our faces to memory when we made you. We had to send you away far too quickly for that to happen. But it worked out in the end, I suppose." She took a sip of her drink before continuing, "You might be wondering why we made you. I won't tell. You have to figure that out on your own, although I CAN tell you where to start looking."

She tossed over a scroll and I put it in my hammer space for safekeeping, "That'll be helpful. The Lockriddle is this:Voiceless it cries, Wingless flutters, Toothless bites, Mouthless mutters. That's it! Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to be captured and questioned by a purple alicorn now. And maybe be blasted by the R.D.L." The very alicorn she meant then appeared and blasted Pandorica off the table. What she said was pretty funny, "Oi! Don't spill me drink! You don't know what that stuff does to mortals!!" Very true, she's basically drinking liquid madness after all.

Like the smart alicorn she is, Twilight burned the cup and exclaimed, "And just who do you think you are, spreading chaos like you own the place?!" Discord showed up and was about to say it was his job to make chaos but he noticed me. He put me back into the Void! Let me out you b****!

I awoke again and found myself in the Crystal Empire Royal Library with Discord, Twilight, and the griffon. She was absolutely covered in wards, probably won't do much since she's more powerful than me. I'm the more powerful chaos entity since I'm mostly into insanity and psychopathy stuff, Discord is more child-like with his chaos unless the situation calls for him to go to the deeper part of chaos magic.

I was thrown from the 'driver's seat' of my mind and found Shade out of the Void somehow, I must've forgotten to put the lock back on. I tried but failed, someone or something is blocking my ability to make the lock! At first me and the others freaked out but Shade isn't being as crazy as she usually was back then, she's acting more like a normal pony with some...obsessions over burning and blowing things up. Back then she would try to kill everything in sight but now, it ain't natural is all I can say.

I decided to put us all to sleep so I can process what's going on and adjust to the fact that Shade can't be kept in the Void and is more sane than she was before.

Me? In Love? Ha! That's Funny, Thorax Is The One Heads Over Hoofs For Someone!

The first thing I saw when I woke up was Thorax hovering over me, his magic is easy to sense when I've seen him around the palace since I first got here. In response, I made a double behind him and went, "Boo!" He 'eeped' and teleported somewhere from the fright, the double and I giggled at his reaction and I went to see what to do. As I exited my room I dispelled the double and tried thinking of something entertaining. 'Pranks? Nah. Watching a robbery? Nope. Why is it so hard to think of something entertaining too?' I thought inside my head.

"Because most of the fun stuff for you is something bad happening?" said the voice of my bro. Discord appeared beside me with a formal outfit with even a fake mustache to boot.

"What's with the get-up, you going on a date or something?" I questioned him.

"Why of course not dear sister. I'm simply going to be the waiter for today's breakfast so I might as well look the part," was his response. I rolled my eyes with a smile at how random he can be. There was a slight rubble around us joined with a magical imbalance coming from down the hall behind us.

"I'll go check it out. Likely Flurry Heart again, I'll just have a waffle or two for breakfast," I told him before snapping with my lion paw.

Why didn't I use my talon? I ask this since I'm now in the middle of a mountain range with a desert that stretches for miles in front of me an behind me. Wait. When did Thorax get here? "Hey Thorax, do you know where we are?" I asked the changeling.

​"Yes. But why are we at the border of my kingdom and the desert that Apple Loosa is in?" He asked me with a non-existent eyebrow raised in confusion.

I laughed nervously with my paw rubbing the back of my head. "I used my lion paw to use teleportation. Why that means anything is because whenever I use my paw my magic does something random that's out of my control. Last time it happened was how I got caught by surprise and put into the Alicorn Amulet," I explained to him. Jeez, the Amulet keeps being mentioned, I need to try to stop that. I transported Thorax to whatever his previous location was and made myself poof in front of the royal's quarters.

I knocked on the door and heard no response, did a thermal scan around the room, which was blocked, and knocked again. I quickly phased my face through the wall to find the room with no one in it. That was a waste of time. I transported to the dining room, invisible might I add, and saw everyone enjoying themselves and talking. Wait, how does the baby know I'm here? She's looking straight at me with a smile and waving! If it was Pinkie or Discord then it would make a little more sense but the baby? I made some stars appear for her to be distracted and play with before getting to my seat visible again.

"There you are. Where were you Eris?" Discord asked me. I explained how I used my paw on accident again and he sighed at that, "That would be lucky number seven in how many times you've done that. Remember when your magic made it rain sugar donuts or maybe the time it turned a bakery into a cake?"

I sighed, "Fond memories, except for the Blade Invasion."

"Blade Invasion?" Twilight asked. "What's that?"

I and Discord glanced at each other before sighing and saying simultaneously, "The Blade Invasion was an incident where every type of blade started attacking and chasing anything."

I continued with, "All because I snapped with my paw."

"Luckily no one was harmed from that except for a few shallow cuts on ponies arms and legs," Discord said with some relief.

"So, what'd I miss before I got here?" I asked.

Pinkie told me, "Nothing really except for Thorax randomly vanishing and reappearing a few seconds later. You know anything about that?" she asked me.

I pointed my talon at my lion paw in response to her question, saying, "She did it!"

The paw sighed before saying with my voice, "Why'd you put me under the carriage?"

"Because I'm honest when I'm not acting or keeping a secret like where Celestia's cake stash went off to," I covered my mouth after that slip-up and did a quick scan for Celestia. After I found her I teleported her to my home, where she was surrounded in cake. I sighed in relief, pulling out the acting card by saying, "She didn't hear me. Good."

We continued breakfast with silence until Rarity said something that many have heard before, "Idea!"

I questioned, "What is it Rarity?"

Rarity answered with a large smile of excitement on her face, "I should make you a dress! You can't go to some formal meeting or anything along those lines in that, no offense to your fashion choice."

"None taken Rarity. Nothing too fancy though, I shan't let our brother find a way to embarrass us with what we're wearing," I said, slipping into old Equestrian along with the royal 'We'.

"How would I even be able to anyways?" asked Discord. I gave him a deadpan and he caught on after a moment, "Because it would make me able to tease you about the outfit being too girly for you?"

I nodded and said, "That and I don't like super fancy things unless it's really good. Which, from what I've heard, Rarity is amazing at making outfit's so I bet whatever it would be will be amazing."

"I may stoop low, sure, but I wouldn't make fun of an outfit of all things Eris. I'm hurt you would think that," Discord said with a mocking tone in his voice.

We all had a quiet breakfast after that and left to do our own things.

After looking through the library for a while Twilight asked if I wanted to take a walk with the girls. I agreed after a few moments and put the storybooks back where they were.

When Twi and I arrived outside the castle the other Elements of Harmony were there as well as Cadence. I asked what we were doing today and Cadance said, “We’re gonna have a day to ourselves, just us girls.” I asked who would be taking care of Flurry Heart and it turns out the guys will be taking care of her and the next day the roles will be switched.

”Interesting,” I said, interested in what we would be doing. Rarity suggested going to the spa and I turned myself into a potted plant saying, ”Nope, nope, nope, nope!”

”Whatever is the matter, dear? The spa is always so relaxing,” Rarity said, confused on why I did what I did. I turned into my pony form before taking out a sign from behind my back saying, ’Relaxing is MUCH too painful. I prefer watching some comedy that makes no sense.’

Pinkie hangs from the top on one of my antlers/horns, ”Isn’t that also relaxing but just a different way of doing it?” I nodded and turned the sign over, ’The only part of the spa I would likely participate in is a mud bath or just a bath. *Shrug.* Whichever is fine.’ I then turned into my pony form and followed.

Shining Armor closed the door behind him and turned to Thorax. ”Ok. What's going on with you whenever Eris is around?” he asked quietly while putting Flurry Heart in bed. Discord agreed, wanting to know what is going on since it involves his sister.

Thorax chuckled nervously, ”It’s nothing guys. I'm simply having this feeling when around her, kinda like the love I have with friends but...different.” Shining knew exactly what was going on as soon as those words left Thorax’s mouth.

”So you’re attracted to her.”

”No, I'm not!”

”You are. My wife is the princess of love Thorax. When you have a wife like that you tend to pick up a few things,” Shining said, causing Thorax to shut up.

Discord hmmed and nods, ”I’ll give you one chance if you start making moves on my sister Thorax but if things go sour for over a week I'm gonna cut. Your. Strings.”

Thorax nodded, ”I would approach her about it but I always feel too weird to do anything. Maybe you guys can help?” Discord took out a list from his shirt collar and a pen from his ear before starting to write what Eris likes.

”We’re gonna need someplace quiet. A picnic at night could work well since she loves nighttime. To make it not as suspicious we could all have it together in groups given by taking a name out of a hat, it'll need to be rigged for Thorax to go with Eris or the other way around so this idea would work,” Discord looked up and saw Shining and Thorax’s looks of shock. ”What? Love is an innocent, chaotic thing so I'm a part of the innocent part, getting together and such, while Eris is part of the more ’bad’ parts of love, which I'm hoping you know what I'm meaning Thorax and Shining, you know what it is since Flurry Heart is here.”

Thorax shook away his shock, ”Kinda makes sense. So, should we do this tonight?”

Shining also recovered and said, ”Might as well.”

The girls all decided to just have a mud bath and some time in the steam room when they arrived and they’re all currently just relaxing in the warm room, me only having to put an ice cube or two on herself to not overheat every once in a while.

”Now this is relaxing,” Cadence said, relieved to not have to take care of Flurry Heart for the day.

”I thought so, how do you feel Eris?” Rarity asked me.

I responded with a ”Meh” of boredom. ”Spa’s don't really relax me in the slightest but it does feel nice I guess,” I then said. After that, the spa pony notified us that our time is up and the mud bath is ready.

After we had our mud bath and paid for everything, plus a small tip of five bits, we went off to the park. I suggested we just look at the sky or our surroundings, ”This is always what I did when I had nothing to do back then. Watching the children play, seeing some taking a walk, and anything, in general, that happens always brought a smile on my face.”

”It is a pretty relaxing thing to do, ” Fluttershy commented, sitting in the bench next to me and watching what’s going on.

The rest of the girls were laying on the ground, watching the clouds and listening to what’s going on. They all agreed as well with Fluttershy.

After we all did various things everyone suggested we returned to the castle and was met with a surprise note on our doors.

Dear (Insert Name)

The others and I thought of doing a picnic tonight. Come over to the announcing balcony and we’ll see you there!

From Discord

I was filled with suspicion on this as Discord usually has a prank or two put in these types of activities so I teleported over before anyone else and saw just they guys with a top hat. ”Ok Discord. Spill the beans, what’s this about?” I asked my dear brother with a deadpan as my expression.

Discord held his hands up. ”Nothing sis. It's just a little picnic I thought of doing. It isn't a prank or anything like that,” Discord said this with a bit of alarm. He’s hiding something but being truthful about this not being a prank. I’ll play along for now.

I turned around and noticed the others have just arrived and Twilight asked the same thing I did, she was met with a similar answer. “Everyone,” Discord started, “in this hat is small pieces of paper with a name. The name you draw is the one you’ll have a picnic with if you were drawn you don’t get to draw I’m afraid. I’ll supply with everything you would need.” Discord handed the hat to Cadance and she drew Shining Armor.

Twilight drew Pinkie, Dash drew Applejack, and Fluttershy drew Discord. When I was given the hat I got Thorax but I swear I sensed chaos magic being used on the hat so I’m guessing Discord rigged it. Since the remaining paper pieces were taken already and the hat was no longer needed, Discord summoned some floating fire and placed the hat in it before having it drift away.

“So. When exactly is this picnic?” Dash asked with some curiosity.

“Right now,” Discord said before snapping and teleporting us to an isolated part of the park. The moon was shining over the small clearing with only a few clouds in the sky, picnic blankets were already set and there was a name by each one. The one with Thorax’s name was in the middle of the clearing and I walked over there before taking a seat and stare at the moon while Thorax talked to Discord real quick.

After that we had just a normal picnic with nothing really happening but when it became midnight Thorax tried to say something but was interrupted by a sudden thick fog to appear and difficult to see through. I conjured some of my magic and made a chilling wind pass through to try and disperse the fog but it failed and the fog flickered strangely. I then felt myself getting grabbed and the familiar feeling of warping through space.

We then arrived at our destination.
