My Little Pets: Friendship is Magic

It was a very nice day today in Ponyville. The sun was bright and warm, with no clouds in sight. One little cat was enjoying this day. Inside Carousel Boutique, Opalescence was taking a nice nap near the window.

“Meow…” smiled Opal as she turned on her side.

Suddenly, Opal heard a knock on the door and opened one eye as she watch her owner, Rarity, head to the door and open it. The cat just yawns and returns to her nap.

*blink*

Opal opened her eyes and was face-to-face with two purple eyes. Acting quickly, Opal jump into the air and had her claws on the ceiling. As she calm down, she realizes who it was. It was Pinkie’s pet, Gummy.

*blink*

Opal came down and was about to slice the little alligator up but she notices something taped to Gummy neck, as he stood up and started to blink again. It was a note that reads:

Dear Opal

Mommy is going out with Pinkie. I need you to watch over Gummy, since Pinkie doesn’t like it when he’s all alone. Be a good girl for mommy, okay?

Rarity

Opal took the note and tosses it a side and walk off, while leaving Gummy all alone.

*blink?*

Opal entered Rarity’s bedroom and started to claw her little bed before going to sleep. But before she could go to sleep, a very loud crash could be heard from down stairs. Fast as her little feet could carry her, Opal made it down stairs and was horrify to see EVERYTHING scattered across the room, while Gummy was just playing with a ball of yarn.

“MEOW!” shouted Opal as she gave chase at Gummy, who was riding on the ball across the room.

This chase went on for a few minutes as Opal was able to grab a piece of yarn from the ball and started to pull it. Gummy fell on the ground and was blinking as he notices the ball of yarn was now gone. He went derp as Opal got near him…

The back door of Carousel Boutique opened and Gummy went flying as Opal sticks her tongue out and quickly shut the door.

As Opal was staring at the huge mess, Sweetie Belle, Applebloom and Scootaloo quickly entered the room and started to clean the mess as they shouted something about how they failed again. Realizing who fault this was, Opal quickly ran outside and didn’t found Gummy anywhere. With Sweetie Belle and her friends still cleaning, Opal quickly ran to Twilight’s house.

*SLAM!*

Opal was hoping to see Twilight or even Spike but only found him…

“Who?” said Owlowiscious as he turn his head like an owl will do as he stop reading a book from Twilight’s reading stand “Who?”

Opal ran over to the owl and started explaining what she did and how Gummy is now gone! After finishing listen to Opal, Owlowiscious opened his wings and took off outside.

“Meow…” whispered Opal as she dash off to find Fluttershy and Applejack.

As this was happening, Gummy was just walking along on the dirt path as it head to Everfree forest. Gummy stop and stood up and started to blink. This went on for a few seconds, until he look back and blink. With that, Gummy entered the forest but not after Owlowiscious was able to spot him.

After heading back into town, Owlowiscious spotted Opal and she was with two other pets. It was Angel and Winona. As he landed, Angel started to tap his feet as he wanted to find Gummy real quick, since Opal pulled him from his lunch, that Fluttershy made for him before she left somewhere.

“Who who who who who who!” explained Owlowiscious to the gang of pets.

Winona quickly ran next to the owl and started to bark. Soon everyone nodded and started to follow Owlowiscious to the forest. As they made it there, Winona took point, as she started to smell Gummy scent.

Meanwhile, Gummy came to a stop under a tree and look up. There in the tree was a fruit of some kind. Learning from Pinkie, he started to walk up on the tree as he headed to the fruits.

Back with the others, Winona soon found Gummy’s scent and was leading the others to the tree, where Gummy just climb on. As they search around of the base of the tree, Angel was hit on the head with a fruit. As they all look up, they could see Gummy and he was trying to get the fruits but couldn’t.

“Meow!” shouted Opal to Gummy “MEOW, MEOW, MEOW!” explained Opal as she said sorry but Gummy kept trying to get the fruit.

Angel did a face-palm and quickly spoke to Owlowiscious and explained to him to get Gummy. Owlowiscious nodded and took off to get him.

“Who!” smiled Owlowiscious as he flew next to Gummy.

*blink!*

Everyone down below was shock to see Gummy as he tried to bite Owlowiscious. Angel and Opal did a sigh before started to climb the tree. Angel turned back and saw Winona just staring at them.

“BARK!” cheered Winona as she wig her tail and watch as Angel waved back.

Before the two could reach the top, Owlowiscious started to scream. As they reach the top, Angel and Opal did a sweatdrop as they saw Gummy, chewing on Owlowiscious head.

“Meow…” sighed Opal as she did a face-palm.

Angel quickly ran up to them and started to pull Gummy off but as soon he got Gummy off, Gummy calm onto Angel’s head. As Angel started to fight, the branch they were on, started to break. Seeing this, Owlowiscious pick up Angel (and Gummy who was still on Angel’s head) by his feet but couldn’t get Opal in time as the branch finally broke. As Opal was screaming, Winona quickly got into place and was able to save her.

As the pets stood in front of Rarity’s house, Angel, who gave up on getting Gummy off, was tapping his feet as Opal quickly went inside and returned with a ball of string. Seeing this, Gummy let Angel go and started to wig his tail but he was quickly kicked in the rear by Angel, who was covered in spit.

*On this day, Opal and the other pets learned to never get in between Gummy and a fruit*
