Well, this was always a crap-shoot. Some experiments succeed, some fail. That's just how life goes.
I just wanted to see if I could write a story like this, and sadly it looks like it just wasn't meant to be. I really love these two, and I'm proud of what's here, but the drive to actually tell this story just isn't there anymore.
To those who've enjoyed it, I'll be posting a brief summary of how the rest of the tale would have been told.
Sorry I couldn't give this love story the telling it deserved.
