A new candy...

Big Shocker

"Are you done yet?" asked Rainbow.

"Almost," replied Pinkie. We were back at Sugarcube Corner to test out Pinkie's new candy.

"and.......................DONE!" Pinkie said as a new aroma filled the air.

"Ooh..... this smell's good and frisky," I said as everyone took a sniff.

"Yeah it does," Rainbow said.

"Ready," said Pinkie coming out of the kitchen. She put bowls of 4 candies in front of us.

"What is it?" asked Fluttershy.

"I call it Big Shocker!" she replied. "Go on. Try it." We put one in our mouths and...

"Whoa! NOW THAT'S SOUR!" Applejack replied, eyes watering from the sour taste.

"Very.................Powerful!" said Rarity.

".....................and hard," said Twilight.

"Duh, they are gobstoppers after all," Pinkie replied.

"But more sour...." said Rainbow.

"Yup," Pinkie said.

"Really...pungent," commented Spike.

"Sour too," I said. They chuckled.

"Very much like a lemon with sweetness. Very sour like a lime. Too big to swallow so choking is out of the way. Very well done, Pinkie...if that's okay," said Fluttershy.

"I'm just glad you sillies like it," Pinkie said bouncing.

"How did you get the idea for this one?" asked Twilight.

"Remember when I tasted that Rainbow in Cloudsdale? I thought I could make a better way to get a sensation in your mouth with candy. I thought of using a gobstopper. So I did," Pinkie replied.

"How long did it take to get the recipe right?" asked Rarity.

"Only 2 hours. Not long compared to the Rain-bits taking 5," she replied.

"Huey! 3 for these and 5 for the Rain-bits. Why did it take so dang long?" asked Applejack.

"I always watch reruns of candy creating shows in a marathon,"

There were 5 flavors; Very Cherry, Blue Raspberry Blast, Sour Green Apple, Sour Strawberry and Sour Watermelon.

We each took home one of each; I got 3 of the Green Apple, Strawberry and Watermelon.

"THANK YOU!" we said together to our host.

"Your welcome," Pinkie said. We began to leave. Before Rainbow and I left, I asked, "What's next?"

"Can't say. Don't wanna spoil it," she replied as we took off.

Satisfying is a good word to use for the experience.

Pinkie Pies

Twilight and Spike were walking to Sugarcube Corner.

"Today's another Taste Test, Spike," said Twilight.

"All Right. What's cooking today?" asked Spike.

"Let's go in to find out." They did just that.

We all sat at the counter as we waited for Pinkie to bring out her latest creation.

"Only a minute, friends," Pinkie said as a chocolaty smell filled the air.

"Chocolate. My favorite...aside from Sapphires," Spike said, taking a whiff.

"Very...chocolaty fragrance indeed," Rarity said, hugging Spike close.

"Is that...marshmallows?" Fluttershy asked, taking a whiff.  

"DONE! I'm coming." The pink pony came into the room with treats in hoof. "Here they are. I call them Pinkie Pies. Chocolaty cake outside, pink marshmallow inside."

"Dear. This is HEAVENLY!" Rarity shouted, eating them one at a time, really fast.

"She's right. Delightful," Fluttershy said.

"Awesome!" Rainbow and I said before making out(we do that a lot).

"Good eats, Pinkie," Applejack said.

"Yeah. Chocolaty and marshmallows," Spike said.

"Yes. Great," Twilight said.

"Thank, guys. Your the best," Pinkie said as we ate more.
