Chapter 1: Just When I Thought I Was Past The Headaches
The sun shown bright down on Canterlot City as the hussle and bussle of the morning commute could be heard throughout the town as citizens young and old did their best to make it to school or work on time. All save for three girls who were slowly strolling through the park.
"Ahh I love the sunshine!" Sonata exclaimed as she stretched out her arms and puffed out her chest. "So refreshing!"
"It is way too early in the day to deal with her cheerfullness" Aria replied as she looked over at Adagio who as usual was walking in the center of the group slightly ahead of her sisters.
"Perhaps" Adagio chuckled. " But I can't say She's wrong. The sun does feel good. Nice and warm, truly the best time of year in this or any other world. Wouldn't you agree?" Adagio asked looking back at Aria.
"Yea, sure-whatever" Aria blushed, looking away from her sister.
"I just love how warm it is! The rest of the year can be a bit nippy, wonder why that is?" Sonata curiously inquired.
"Its because we're sirens Sonata" Adagio sighed realizing she'd have to give her sister a lesson before they even got to school.
Sonata just looked at Adagio quite confused. "Listen sis, we are sirens, we were born under the sea which means we were originally cold blooded creatures." Adagio explained. "We may be in human bodies now but unlike the rest of these hot blooded hairless apes we still get chilly easier then them, kapesh!?" Adagio finished.
"Uh...not really" Sonata ashamedly answered.
Adagio just rolled her eyes and sighed.
"She's saying that since we're sirens we feel hot n cold in more extreme ways yea air head!" Aria scolded.
Sonata just looking at her with an angry pout as she crossed her arms. "I thought you weren't going to call me airhead anymore!" Sonata whinned.
"Then stop acting like one." Aria mockingly replied.
"That's quite enough Aria." Adagio scolded. "Sonata's right, you promised you'd be nicer to her, and our friends. Or have you both already forgotten about the Sandalwood incident?" Adagio asked the two in a rather stern tone. The two sisters just paused and looked at one another before replying "No" in unison and reluctantly apologizing to each other.
Adagio just sighed and rolled her eyes. It wasn't always easy being the leader of The Dazzlings but at least the past months had helped her get a better handle on keeping her little sisters in line (given they were only younger then her by three minutes but still) Sonata almost being the victim of some perverted potheads sexual assault had at least knocked enough sense into her to know she was safest staying with the pack; and Aria, well Aria was a whole other story entirely. It seems the shortest of the sirens was quite smitten with her sisters more then one would put in the normal parameters of a platonic realationship, and after recent events Aria was even more affectionate towards Adagio. Of course as a proper lady and leader of her pack Adagio would never stoop so low as to engage in some improper incestuous acts, but at the same time it was her job as leader to keep Aria and Sonata happy and healthy as well as under control. So if she occasionally had to reward Aria with a kiss on the cheek or forehead for good behaviour then she was fine with that. Though she knew the short purple siren most likely desired another kiss on the lips despite Adagio explicitly stating to her that was a one time thing as a reward for saving Sonata from ending up as Sandalwood's sex toy.
Adagio was quickly brought out of her thoughts though as she heard the sound of honking horns and fast feet as she snapped back to and realized they had made it through the park to the highway on the other side. Not too long now, just another couple of blocks and they would be at Canterlot High, just in time for the bell to ring and the last day before summer break to begin.
Pinkie Pie & Rarity both smiled as they put the finishing touches on the decorations in the gym.
"Oh this looks super duper awesome possom!" Pinkie Pie cheered as she jumped up and down.
"Indeed Ms. Pie." Rarity agreed. "I dare say we've outdone ourselves with this one!" Rarity replied patting herself on the back. "The students of Canterlot High can enjoy their final day of class partying in style!"
"Yea, and after all the pain studying for finals was we deserve it!" Pinkie added.
"Indeed. Thank heavens Sunset & Twilight offered to tutor us all, I don't think I would have passed without their help!" Rarity dramatically stated.
"Ha, speak for yourself!" They heard a voice mock looking towards the door to see Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy & Applejack. "I'm 20% smarter then the average student. I would have passed either way!" The rainbow haired teen boasted.
"Don't go Jiynxing it now Dash." AJ warned "act all cocky and they'll just be sure an make the tests harder fer next year!" Applejack scolded.
"Oh my, I hope not!" Fluttershy stammered. "I-I Don't know if I could handle that!"
"Don't worry Fluttershy, deep down you're just as much a smarty smart pants as Sunny & Twy!" Pinkie reassured the shy yellow girl.
"Yea, too bad she gets wicked bad test anxiety" Rainbow joked, the rest of the group just glaring at her with snake eyes. Before they could scold her for the comment though they heard the door slam open once more and saw Sunset & Twilight walk in.
"Morning girls" Sunset cheerfully greeted. "We all set for the celebration today?" The unicorn turned teen asked.
"Absopositivly" Pinkie cheered as she threw confetti in the air.
"Yea and I'm ready to rock Rainbooms style!" Dash replied shredding on an air guitar. "How bout you girls!?" She excitedly asked.
"You know it!" Sunset replied fistbumping Dash.
"I-I guess" Twilight replied, her friends noticing her dower tone.
"What's wrong with her?" Rarity whispered to Sunset.
Sunset just sighed and replied "I think She's bummed Timber Spruce is going to be too busy at Camp Everfree to spend much time with her." Sunset answered.
Rarity just looked over at Twilight then back at Sunset and chuckled. "Oh what a greedy girl our Twilight is wanting both you and Timber to herself."
"Yea, but what yea gonna do." Sunset sighed.
"Speaking of romance..." Rarity started in preparing to gossip. "I hear tell one Juniper Montage has plans to confess her feelings to our dear fiend turned friend Adagio Dazzle today." Rarity chuckled again.
Sunset just looked at Rarity in surprise, if true that would definitely be an interesting turn of events.
Meanwhile as Adagio and her sisters entered the school the tall siren leader suddenly felt a small headache coming on and sincerly hoped it wasn't an omen her day wouldn't be as nice and relaxing as she was hoping.

Chapter 2: Concerts By Day; Confessions By Night
Adagio looked around the gymnasium as she set on the bleachers and sighed. She was thankful her day had been rather relaxing so far despite her initial uncertainty but honestly she was starting to get a bit bored. The Rainbooms were up on stage setting things up and tuning their instruments for the big show in a couple of hours and Octavia and Vinyl were practicing for their performance as well.
"Shouldn't we be practicing too?" Sonata asked obviously quite bored as well at this point.
"With what?" Aria asked her sister. "Our Gemstones make our background music and our only instrument is our voice." The purple punk reminded her.
"Oh...yea." Sonata blushed.
Adagio chuckled and was about to chime in before the door swung open with a loud thud.
"RAINBOW DASH!" An angry high pitched voice that reminded Adagio of nails scratching a chalk board screamed. Everyone looking over to see the source of the commotion was Trixie Lulamoon who was accompanied by her usual henchgirls.
"Oh, hey Trixie.....What is it now?" Dash huffed half heartedly feeling she already had a pretty good idea of what the problem was.
"Lavender Lace, Fuchsia Blush and I would like to know why The Illusions got snubbed from yet another musical performance!?" Trixie angrily growled looking up at the stage at Rainbow Dash.
"Well you see Trix" Dash began as she cleared her throat. "First off we only had room for two opening acts and of course we were going to give one to the Dazzlings; second off Octavia asked if she and Vinyl could perform some new Classic-techno Synth thing they've been working on and that sounded pretty cool so I was all like sure why not. And finally..." Rainbow paused.
"And Finally what?" Trixie asked, quite perturbed at the point.
"Well I just really really don't like you!" Rainbow Dash smiled down at the girl.
Trixie's face was hot with anger and steam was practically fuming out of her ears as she stomped the gym floor and did her best to calm down.
"Chill Trix, don't let her get under your skin." Lavender stated trying to get the silver haired girl to calm down.
"Yea, I mean c'mon we're too good for this rinky dink school performance anyway." Fuchsia Blush boasted putting her hand on Trixie's shoulder only to have it quickly slapped off as the angry blue moon girl turned around her nostrils still flaring and eyes full of anger.
"Calm down, don't you dare tell me to calm down when this is all you're fault!" Trixie angrily snarled at the two girls.
"Our Fault!?" The two gasped in surprise.
"Yea, you're fault, if you were any good at being Trixie's back-up singers or henchmen Trixie wouldn't be in this mess, she would be the one on stage getting all the love and admiration of her fellow students. Trixie! Not those dumb Dazzlings or Retarded Rainbooms!" The angry wannabe musical magician shouted at the two.
Lavender and Fuchsia just stared at each other and then back at Trixie as they angrily replied "Fine, if that's how you feel we quite!" The two girls screeched in response. "You don't pay us nearly enough to put up with your moods!" Fuschia added as she pulled a clump of money out of her pocket and threw it at Trixie's face before she and Lavender just stomped off.
"Everyone in the room just set there frozen staring at the angry pale blue girl. For a moment Trixie just stood there and did nothing before finally turning around staring Rainbow Dash dead in the eyes with the most hateful look she had ever seen as Trixie finally spoke. "You'll pay for this Rainbow Dash, you'll all pay!" She stated before running off.
"Um, should we be worried about that?" Twilight asked a look of concern on her face.
"Nah, it'll be fine, now let's get back to practice." RD assured her band mates as she strummed her guitar.
"Well that was mildly entertaining I suppose" Adagio internally chuckled to herself as she looked down at the room from the bleachers.
A few hours later it was almost time for the show to start and The Dazzlings were preparing to start their set as soon as Principle Celestia finished her end of the year speech.
All of a sudden however Adagio felt a finger tap her shoulder. She looked back and saw her friend Juniper Montage.
"H-hey Adagio" Juniper stammered "H-how yea doin." The lime green girl stuttered as she pushed up her glasses.
"Oh, I'm good, just the usual, showing the world how amazing I am" Adagio joked as she puffed up her hair. "And you? Haven't seen you around today, what have you been up to Junebug?" Adagio cooed
"W-well-y-you see" Juniper mumbled.
"Spit it out Junie, I don't have all day" Adagio sighed.
"I-I was wondering if you and the rest of the girls wanted to come to my uncle's barbecue tonight?" The nervous girl stuttered. " You see my uncle has a little party every year on the first night of summer but all of his friends are busy this year so he said I could invite some of mine so...yea." Juniper finished with a nervous gulp.
Adagio thought it over for a minute and smiled. "Sure, we'd love to."
Juniper was obviously quite pleased with this response as she let out a small adorable squee. "Ok, I, I'll call my uncle and tell him to be sure to have everything ready for tonight!" Juniper cheered. "Best of luck on stage she sang as she ran off back into the crowd.
Adagio just smiled as she turned around to face her sisters. "C'mon girls, we got a show to open." She confidently smiled as she slowly walked on up to the stage.
Adagio took a deep breath as she closed and opened her eyes looking out at the crowd, all the students gathered in the gym waiting for the show. She just let out a confident chuckle before addressing her audience.
"OK CHS, are you ready to rock!?" Adagio shouted through the microphone. The rest of the school cheering "YEA" in unison .
"OK then let's get this party started!" Adagio replied as the crowd cheered and the magical music began.
I want you to see the best in me. But I'm afraid I'm cursed. I want you to see the best in me, even at my worst!
I want you to see the best in me, girl you know it's true. I want you to see the best in me, cause I see the best of me in You!
The entire school cheered as Adagio and her sisters performed and there in the crowd stood Juniper, mesmerized by Adagio's words and movements. "OK, that's it, no more putting it off. Tonight I'm going to tell Adagio how I feel about her!" Juniper confidently told herself as she looked back up on the stage to see her crush waving at the crowd.
"C'mon Unc, they'll be here any minute! We've got to make sure everything is perfect!" Juniper nervously squealed as she ran back and fourth in the back yard trying to make sure everything was perfect.
"Juniper, calm down." Her uncle sighed. "I've directed thirty five movies and hosted countless social events I'm pretty sure I can handle cooking for a couple of teenage girls." The older man chuckled at his niece.
Juniper just paused and stared nervously at her uncle. "And you remembered that Fluttershy and Sunset are vegetarians right? And that Twilight's allergic to pickles or that Adagio and her sisters prefer fish patties!?" Juniper nervously asked her caretaker.
"Yea Junebug" her uncle sighed as he flipped one of the burgers. Half the burgers are Veggie and I got some salmon patties too, I even got some of that fancy flavored water you said that Rarity girl liked. Everything is fine, I'm sure they'll love it. That they'll love you." The kindly old cinematographer reassured her.
"Oh thanks Unc! You're the best!" Juniper replied giving the old man a hug. "Yea, I know he replied with a chuckle. All of a sudden the doorbell rang. "Well, sounds like they,re here, you ready Junebug?" The old man asked.
Juniper just gulped. "As ready as I'll ever be I suppose" she nervously replied.
Over the course of the party Juniper did her best to try to tell Adagio how she felt but was foiled at near every turn. She tried telling her how much she had loved The Dazzlings new song but RD overheard and butted in proclaiming the Rainbooms songs were better. She tried to ask her about the food but as fate would have it Twilight had accidentialy eaten one of the burgers with Pickles on it so she had to help Sunset take her to the restroom and then when she tried to ask her what movies she'd been watching lately Pinkie butted in and started randomly talking about Bridleway musicals! Sufficed to say the evening had not gone as Juniper had planned. But thankfully there was one last chance. As the sun went down Juniper's uncle set up a screen and projector outside.
"OK, who's ready for a movie?" He asked the girls as they all set down on a blanket in front. Juniper being sure to sit close to Adagio
"So what are we watching this year Unc!" Juniper asked with a smile.
"I got a special treat for you girls" Juniper's uncle replied. "We're gonna watch the first flick I ever worked on. Space Parrots From Planet 9!" He happily exclaimed.
All of a sudden Juniper's face fell flat as she said nothing as her uncle set-up the reel and began playing the film. Adagio meanwhile could tell something was wrong but didn't say anything as she had no desire to stir-up trouble.
After a little over an hour into the movie everyone had gotten into a comfortable position as they laid back and watched the cheesy old Sci-fi flick. Everyone save Juniper who was becoming quite obviously increasingly on edge until she couldn't take it anymore and ran back into the house.
"Junebug? What's wrong?" The uncle shouted as the others looked on in surprise quite confused by Juniper's random outburst. All accept for Adagio who slowly got up and told the rest with a confident smile "Don't worry, I'll handle it." The group still just looking on in confusion as Adagio slowly walked towards the house.
Inside the house Adagio could here sobbing coming from the nearest guest bath. She slowly walked up and knocked on the door. "Junie it's Dag, you ok?" She asked the sobbing green haired teen.
"I-i'm sorry I-I-oh I ruined the party." Juniper sobbed. "And on top of that every time I tried to talk to you I got interuppted!" She continued to cry.
Adagio just sighed as she opened up the door and stepped inside. "Well, I'm here now, so wanna tell me what's Wrong?" She softly asked.
Juniper looked up at Adagio. "I-its that stupid movie!" Juniper hissed.
Adagio quite taken back by this just chuckled. "I mean yea it's pretty cheesy but I don't think...." But before Adagio could finish Juniper interrupted.
"That-that's not what I mean!" Juniper angrily huffed. "I-its just that that movie, the last time I watched it. The last time I watched it was the same summer my parents died!" Juniper sobbed.
Adagio just paused, not prepared for such a response. "I-i'm sorry, I had no idea." Adagio somberly replied now feeling sympathy pains for Juniper as she too knew the pain of losing ones parents.
"Oh Adagio, I-I." Juniper stammered as she stood back up and looked in the sirens eyes some primal urge inside her taking over as she rocketed right towards Adagio's lips and embraced her in a kiss. At first Adagio was surprised by this but she too quickly got caught up in the heat of the moment and reciprocated Juniper's kiss in kind with one of her own. Before she knew it the two were in the room's small tub and pulling at each other's cloths in an attempt to get them off as they continued to passinionantly kiss and carress one another. Meanwhile the rest of the group had gone back to watching the movie, save for Aria who could just sense that something was up as she stared angrily at the house. She didn't know what exactly but she knew something was going on in there.
Author's Notes:
Well, ok then.... I'm sure that's not what Juniper expected to happen, but I bet she can work with it.
Next time Aria VS Juniper! Plus Trixie is back because of course she is!
Also some surprise apperances and of course things will only get more ridiculous from here, you have been warned.
Chapter 3: A Punk, A Nerd And A Trickster Walk Into A Diner....
Aria set patiently outside waiting for Adagio to return with Juniper but as one would expect patience was not her strong suite. Eventually Aria decided to check in on her sister and their Friend[ as she attempted to get up only to have the sleeve of her hoodie grabbed by Sonata
"Yea, better not sis, we don't need you making a scene here afterall" Sonata whispered staring up at Aria with a smile. Aria merely looking back and growling, Sonata quickly letting go of her sister's sleeve. "Fine, but don't say I didn't warn you." the bubbly siren huffed as Aria continued on her way into the house.
Slowly walking through Aria focused using her siren senses to listen for Adagio and Juniper, hearing some rustling coming from nearby she walked down one of the halls to what she could only guess was a restroom. The closer she got the more sounds she could hear, and she could sense Adagio's aura as well. She didn't know exactly what to expect but she was about to find out, or so she thought to herself as she slowly reached for the doorknob, but quickly paused uncertain weather or not she should proceed.
All of a sudden the door came open and hit Aria straight on the head as it did. "DAMN IT THAT HURT!" The short purple siren screamed as she closed her eyes and whinced; opening them only to see Adagio and Juniper at the door, fully clothed though it was quite obvious something had gone on as their attire was somewhat disheveled compared to before.
"OH MY GOODNESS I'M SO SORRY!" Juniper replied in a shriek not expecting anyone to be at the door as she opened it. Aria stared at Juniper with daggers in her eyes. She would have killed the girl then and there for daring to harm her, even if unintentionally had Adagio not been around.
"You ok sis? That looks like a nasty bump." Adagio chuckled staring down at her sister.
"I'm fine" Aria growled "What were you two doing in there anyway!?" The agitated Aria asked.
"O-Oh,w-well you see..." Juniper stammered, her face blushing bright red, unsure of how to answer.
"I was just cheering Juniper up, that's all" Adagio playfully smiled. "Seems that silly movie brought up some not so pleasant memories for her, the kind about losing your parents and what not, i'm sure you can sympathize dear sister" Adagio cooed still feigning innocence towards Aria.
"Yea, whatever...." Aria scowled "Let's just get back outside before someone other then me notices something's up." Aria huffed as she grabbed Adagio's arm and began to pull her along, Adagio just looking back and giving a wink towards Juniper who was slowly following behind causing the poor girl to blush again.
After the party had ended the Dazzlings and Sunset decided to head back to the loft, only this time there was one admitingly unsurprising tag along.
"Why did you invite her to spend the night!?" Aria growled at Adagio as she pointed back at Juniper who was following behind the rest of the girls, trying to find a comfortable way to carry her over night bag.
"Well, she was nice enough to invite us to a party, so it only makes sense I return the favor" Adagio cheekily replied.
Aria just stared at her sister with a rather disgruntled look "I don't think that's how that works" she pouted.
"Perhaps, perhaps not." Adagio chuckled "Can't blame me if i'm still wrapping my head around all these complex friendship and human rules." She playfully cooed as she made her lips into a fake pout.
"pfft...Whatever" Aria grumpily huffed.
"Well I think it'll be fun!" Sonata cheered. "I bet Juniper can tell us all about how the humans make those magical moving pictures they turn into movies!" the silly siren sister chuckled.
"Yea" Adagio agreed "It'll be fun, so chill sis"
Aria just huffed once more and turned her head away from her sisters. No matter what they said she still wasn't happy about it.
"Ahh, home sweet home" Sunset sang as she unlocked the door to the loft and proceeded to stretch out her arms as she walked in, The Dazzlings and Juniper following close behind.
"OK, well it's pretty late so I think i'm going to hit the shower then head to bed, you girls can take the bath if you want" Sunset smiled looking back at her roommates.
"Sounds good to me." Adagio smiled as she followed Sunset towards the bathroom.
"W-wait....y-you all bathe at the same time!?" Juniper asked in a rather shocked fashion.
"Well, yea...sometimes." Adagio replied. "I mean we don't bathe with Sunset cause that would be weird, but like she said, she'll take the shower and we'll take the tub." Adagio smiled.
"u-um won't it g-get a little cramped?" Juniper asked, still uncertain.
"No Way!" Sonata chuckled "Principle Celestia spared no expense when she helped Sunset redo this place, the tub is huge, and its got jets, bubble jets, it's almost like a hot tub!" Sonata cheered getting excited as she thought of playing with all the bubbles.
"Oh-a-OK" Juniper replied still sounding rather unsure.
"But hey, if you wanna wait, we don't mind" Aria deviously chuckled looking back at Juniper with a scowl. With that however something inside Juniper turned on like a switch. She could tell Aria was taunting her and despite her usually reserved nature she was not one to be trifled with.
"Oh, no-it's fine really" Juniper replied in a now more confident and relaxed voice. "I just wasn't sure if the tub would fit us all, but if the bath is as large as Sonata says, then i'm sure it'll be fine." Juniper smiled back to Aria who know was clinching her fists in anger.
"OK, that's enough chit-chat" Adagio interrupted "Let's clean-up!" The siren leader commanded as she motioned for the others to come along.
In the bathroom the steam rose and bubbles floated in the air as the four girls set and relaxed in the large in ground square tub, just relaxing and listening to Sunset hum whatever song she was obsessed with at the moment in the shower area next to them.
"I gotta admit, this is pretty relaxing" Juniper sighed in relief as she let herself sink further into the water.
"Yea, and there's loads of bubbles!" Sonata cheered as she splashed around and made a small mountain out of her bubbly friends.
"Will you stop that!" Aria growled "We're trying to relax yea bubble brain!" Aria growled over at her sister.
"Ahh, why so grumpy Ari?" Sonata playfully asked "is it cause you're having to share a bath with your future sister-in-law!?" The big boobed blue siren playfully chuckled as she pointed over to Juniper.
"MY WHAT!?" Aria growled. Juniper just trying to sink down even further to hide her beet red face.
"Don't antagonize her like that Sonata, and don't jump to conclusions either" Adagio scolded "Juniper is just a friend" the siren leader replied "A very.....special friend" She added as she slowly moved closer and moved her hand down Juniper's back, the view of which protected by the bubbles & steam and only given away by the slight twitch the green skinned girl made.
"OK, whatever you say Dagi" Sonata chuckled as she went back to playing with her bubbles. Aria however just staring at the two quite intently, and still not sure she believed her big sister's comment.
After the girls had finished their bath they set on the bed in their nice silk Pajamas. "So. what now?" Juniper asked unsure of what would come next.
"Well, now we go to bed" Adagio said rather non-chelauntly.
"Wow, really, like, no late night sleepover games? No truth or dare? No spin the bottle?" Juniper asked again rather disappointed.
"Nope, just sleep, night Junebug" Adagio smiled as she laid down in the middle of the bed, her two sisters quickly rushing to take the left and right sides closest to her, Aria wrapping her arms around Adagio's and giving Juniper a sinister smile. Juniper just rolled her eyes and decided to let Aria's nasty look slide this time as she plopped down on the remaining free-space on the bed and tried her best to drift to sleep.
The next morning the girls walked along the sidewalk as the morning sun shown brightly and a slight yet warm summer wind blew the leaves on the trees and carried the songs of the birds through the air.
"So-where are we going again?" Juniper asked with a yawn still somewhat sleepy.
"Well I thought we'd go by Coinky-Dink World and get some breakfast" Adagio replied with a smile.
"Oh, you mean that 50's themed diner outside the mall?" Juniper asked
"Yep, that's the one. Why not start summer off with a big greasy retro breakfast" The eldest siren sister chuckled.
"That's just your excuse to make us walk half way across town in the morning you masochist!" Aria whined
"Well you could've stayed at the loft with Sonata and Sunset Aria" Adagio reminded her sister. Aria let out a low groan as she folded her arms. "Yea, no thanks." She said out loud while internally thinking how there was no way in Hades she was going to leave Adagio alone with Juniper again.
"Well then, there's really no need to complain, so buck up and come-on lil sis." Adagio teased as she motioned for Aria to speed-up the pace.
At the dinner the three girls were quickly seated and made their order. After the waitress left they continued their conversation.
"So, why are we really here?" Aria huffed in an attempt to interrogate Adagio.
"Why whatever do you mean?" Adagio playfully cooed
"You know exactly what I mean!" Aria growled at Adagio.
"Fine" Adagio replied in a rather disgruntled tone. "I figured the more time you and Juniper spent together the better you would get along. I know how possessive you can be towards Sonata and I Aria, but you have to accept we are going to want to make other friends, I know how much you care for me and i'm flattered, but c'mon little sis, you can't expect me to only hang out with you and Sonata" Adagio answered.
Aria just crossed her arms and moaned. "Yea I figured it was something like that. But you know it's not like i'd do anything to hurt the little nerdette over here, You know i've been trying to be, better about my....outbursts" Aria finished, giving off a small blush as she crossed her arms even tighter.
"Oh, I know sweetie and you have been doing an excellent job keeping your temper under control lately....for the most part" Adagio happily replied. "But I know if I don't nip this in the bud now you'll just get grumpy again, so give Junie a chance ok?" Adagio begged giving Aria a sad look with big puppy dog eyes. Aria just rolled her eyes and was about to reply when they heard a girls voice outside screaming.
"H-H-HEEELLLPP!!" The shrill loud pitched voice screamed. The three girls looking out the diner window to see their classmate Trixie Lulamoon being confronted by what looked liked three Crystal Prep students.
"W-we should help her!" Juniper panicked looking at the scene
"Ugg.....do we have to!?" Aria sighed
"i'm afraid so sis, The Rainbooms would probably scold us if we let a classmate get hurt, even one annoying as Trixie" Adagio sighed as she got up from the table and proceeded to walk out the door; Aria and Juniper following behind.
"B-but why!?" Trixie begged, her back now up against the metal outside the dinner "I-I gave you the money, y-you said you'd help me!" the wanna be magician whined.
"Yea, thing about that is" The Crystal Prep girl paused "We don't help Canterlot High losers" The girl and her cronies chuckled as the moved closer to Trixie.
"I'd stop right there if I were you" Adagio warned as the three moved closer to their classmate.
"Oh, and who are you to threaten someone like me!?" the main girl cackled as she turned around to look at Adagio. Adagio took in the sight; The girl had light tan skin and short blue streaked hair, she was wearing goggles and a crystal prep uniform, which personally Adagio found quite funny given it was summer and their was no reason for any schools students to wear such a thing.
"Well, shouldn't you introduce yourself first?" Adagio confidently smirked back at the girl.
"Fair enough" The girl cackled "my name is Indigo Zap" the leader of the group of bullies announced "The tall lanky loser to the right of me is Fleur-De-Liz and the short chubby yellow chick is Upper Crust" Indigo continued her introductions, the two girls behind her just giving angry looks obviously not enjoying how Indigo had described them.
"Indigo...indigo..You know I think i've heard that name before..." Adagio pondered. "Oh that's right, you're one of those Shadowbolt losers that almost got reality ripped apart back at the Friendship Games" Adagio chuckled looking deviously at the girl.
"DON'T SAY THAT NAME!" Indigo Zap growled, her anger quick and fierce.
"What name would that be darling?" Adagio teased. "Shadowbolts? But, that's what you are aren't you?" Adagio playfully asked once again.
Indigo just clinched her fists and growled in anger. "Yea, I used to be a Shadowbolt, I was part of the team alright, A Shadowbolt the schools top academic and athletic elite!" she continued.
"used to? Oh my what happened!?" Adagio asked feigning concern.
"Canterlot High happened, that's what!" Indigo growled. "Those stupid Friendship Games, they got Principle Cinch fired, that bimbo Cadence took over the school and ever since she's been trying to make it all nice and friendly and frufruey like all you little brats at Canterlot High!" Indigo angrily growled.
"w-well, that sounds like she's trying to make things better" Juniper nervously interrupted.
"SHE'S NOT!" Indigo angrily growled. "Crystal Preparatory Academy has a long legacy of grooming society's elites, we don't do namby pamby bullshit like friendship!" Indigo growled. "We study, and exercise our minds and bodies to the peak of human perfection and then we graduate go off to some triple A college and move on to be the top of the crop. World leaders, corporate mougels, doctors, lawyers you name it. But now that idiot Cadence has us turning into another coven of childish hippy dippy friendship lovers!" Indigo angrily growled once more.
"And i'm guessing your grumpy attitude didn't mesh with your schools new point of view" Adagio continued to agg on the girl.
"Hehe, guess not, cause here I am kicked off the Shadowbolts while my ex team-mates throw stupid parties on yachts and make music videos with those Rainboom bitches!" Indigo growled. "So if I can vent by beating up some of you CHS goody goodies why not go for it." Indigo evilly smiled looking back at Trixie.
"Yea, no sorry, it sucks your pride made you such a bitch but I can't let you hurt my classmate. Aria, sic er!" Adagio commanded. Aria taking the cue and ponying-up as she ran towards Indigo and punched the girl right in the core of her body "Wow, you really do work out, I can feel those abs even through all that uniform" Aria mocked as the punch made impact and the energy reverberated through Indigo's body causing her to screech out in pain as she grabbed her stomach and fell down to the ground. The two other girls just looking on in sheer terror as Aria looked up at them causing them to scream and run away.
After the other two were out of sight Adagio turned her attention to Trixie "Hey, chalkboard mouth, you wanna grab some breakfast?" Adagio asked in a surprisingly relaxed tone given the events that had just occurred as she pointed back towards the dinner entrance.
"Uh. Um-yes-th-thank you" Trixie replied still stunned by the whole situation as she ran towards the group of girls who were now heading back into the Diner.
Meanwhile Indigo just looked back up as she saw the last of them walk back in. "D-damn you Canterlot bitches....t-this isn't over!" She huffed as she caught her breath. "Not by a long shot, i'll get you back before the summer's out, you'll see!" She promised herself as she attempted to get back-up so she could walk herself back home to nurse her wounds.
Author's Notes:
New Chapter, YAY!
Man Adagio you sure have your hands full, trying to get Aria and Juniper to get along, now you've taken in a stray Trixie, Adagio if you take in stray Trixie's they never leave!
Also pretty sure Indigo wants to kill you now, but hey I-i'm sure everything will be fine....maybe.
Anywho thanks for reading and will go back and fix errors later on.
Next time: Adagio teaches Trixie how to be humble and Aria and Juniper continue to quarrel.
Chapter 4: How To Train Your Trixie; or Aria & Juniper's New Rival!?
Adagio and the rest of her crew looked on in awe as Trixie scarfed down her brunch like a hungry Timberwolf.
"Well, I guess the stress of almost being assaulted by belligerent bullies can give one quite an appetite." Juniper chuckled as she watched Trixie suck down the last pancake.
Trixie just looked at the three girls as she swallowed and let out a small burp, blushing as she excused herself.
"Trixie is very grateful for your help and the breakfast but Trixie believes it is time she should be going." The girl stated as she began to get-up to leave the restaurant before a very commanding voice quickly changed her mind.
"Oh, you're not going anywhere Ms. Lulamoon" Adagio stated in a very stern and commanding tone. "We still have some questions to ask you" The seductive siren cooed with mischievous delight. Trixie paused for a moment as to analyze the situation before reluctantly sitting back down.
"What is it you wish to ask the great and powerful Trixie!?" The light blue teen asked in her usually cocky and flamboyant tone.
"First off I would like to know what you were doing with those Crystal Prep brats in the first place" Adagio smirked. "And secondly where are Lavender and Fuchsia? Don't tell me you still haven't made-up with them?" Adagio slyly added knowing the question would sting the prideful showgirl.
There was a long pause, but eventually Trixie let out a deep breath and sigh as she decided to give in and answer Adagio's questions. "Trixie was with the Crystal Prep students because they said they would agree to help Trixie with her problem...until they found out I was a CHS student that is." She responded with a pout.
"And what problem would that be?" Adagio asked with a sly smile on her face feeling she already knew the answer. Trixie looked at Adagio with anger in her eyes. "You know very well what my problem is." The angry magician replied.
"Yes, but I want to hear you say it" Adagio teased.
Trixie let out a low growl but eventually relented. "IT'S THOSE FUCKING RAINBOOMS ALRIGHT!!" The girl angrily shouted at Adagio and the others, the rest of the patrons in the restaurant looking over in shock at the girls random and rather loud outburst.
"Hey! Use your inside voice yea moron!" Aria scolded growling back at Trixie.
"S-sorry" Trixie stuttered at the short yet intimidating siren sister. "Trixie-Trixie thought if she payed those girls to beat-up the Rainbooms it would make her feel better after, after they....." Trixie paused clutching her right shoulder tightly.
"After they what?" Adagio agged on.
"After they caused Trixie to lose her band." The silver haired girl sobbed.
Adagio just sighed and resituated herself in the booth. "You know that's not what happened. I mean don't get me wrong Rainbow Dash can be a total bitch at times, but you were the one that started the confrontation that day, you were the one that let it escalate and you were the one that lost the only two friends you had at that school over a petty squabble." Adagio recapped for the sad showgirl.
Trixie just looked straight down and did her best to prevent herself from crying. "Y-you're right, b-but Fuchsia and Lavender were never really my friends, I payed them part of my allowance to hang out with me.....T-Trixie......I-I haven't had any real friends in a long-long time" the sad girl admitted as she hung her head even lower and moved her right hand up to her forehead as she did her best to hide the tears that began to roll down her eyes.
Adagio looked at the sad girl in front of her. In a way Trixie wasn't all that different then she or her sisters or Juniper had been. Just a girl lashing out at the world feeling she was owed more then she had but not knowing how to attain it without using or manipulating others.
"Well....you know" Adagio began. "If you want, we could be your friends" Adagio finished a slight tinge of uncertainty in her voice. Aria and Juniper just looking at her like she was crazy.
Trixie looked up and wiped the tears from her eyes. "Y-you mean it?" Trixie asked in the most pathetic voice Adagio had heard in quite some time.
"Yea, sure, why not" The siren leader replied. "I mean, lets be honest when it comes down to it you're not that bad. I mean you never turned into a Demon at a prom or used a battle of the bands to enslave a school." Adagio chuckled. "Or use a magic mirror to try to kill people you don't like" Aria added in as a jab at Juniper.
Trixie just looked at Adagio "OK, but-whats the catch?" Trixie added still unsure of the siren's intent outside of what was most likely a general sense of empathetic pity.
"Three good deeds'' Adagio answered. "We'll go into the mall, spend as much time as we need. You do three good deeds, show us you aren't the brat everyone thinks you are and you can join my crew" Adagio answered with a smile.
Trixie scratched her chin as she thought about the proposition "OK, Trixie accepts your offer!" she replied with confidence as she held out her hand and Adagio shook in reply.
"OK then" Adagio grinned "Let's get started."
Inside the mall people walked, talked and ran as the rather large building was bustling with life. It almost seemed like everyone in Canterlot City was there. CHS students, Crystal Prep students, College Students, little kids with their parents, and was that the Mayor? Yes everyone seemed to be enjoying the start of their summer break with a trip to Canterlot Mall, not surprising though as it was one of the largest shopping centers in the country.
"Well, let's get started" Adagio stated as she looked back at the rest of the girls.
"Um-OK, but....what-what should Trixie do?" the girl curiously asked Adagio.
"That's up to you Lulamoon" Adagio told Trixie with a sly smile. "Like I said, Three good deeds, that's all, there's no specifics, just help three people and your good, you have till the mall closes...good luck" Adagio chuckled giving off a sly grin. Trixie just letting out a small nervous gulp.
"And what are we supposed to do while Trixie goes through your trials Adagio?" Aria pouted not to happy at the thought of having to waste an entire day at the mall. Adagio just walked up to Aria and wrapped her arm around her sister. "You and Juniper are free to do whatever you want lil sis." Adagio cooed "Just be sure to stay out of trouble" she whispered into Aria's ear causing the shortest siren to blush. "Meanwhile i'll be keeping an eye on Trix here to make sure she doesn't slack off." Adagio stated pointing over at Trixie.
Juniper could tell Adagio's answer didn't sit well with Aria despite the light teasing. "Well, since Adagio wants you and I to spend more time together, how about we do some shopping, i'm sure it would help us become better friends if I know what kind of stuff you're into" Juniper smiled looking down at Aria. "whatever" Aria huffed as she moved closer to Juniper who took that as a sign of acceptance and took hold of Aria's hand as the two walked off and Juniper waved goodbye to Adagio.
Adagio returned the gesture and then focused her attention back to her new project. "OK, well, you heard Aria, better not dally, let's see what you got." Adagio teased as she took Trixie's hand and quickly walked her up the nearest escalator.
It had been half an hour of walking through the mall and Trixie still hadn't found anyone to help. As much as she hated to admit it she began to panic. She looked around and saw Adagio sitting on a nearby bench. The sight of the seemingly ever confident siren filling her with dread. "C'mon Trixie, just calm down, you can do this!" The blue mage told herself. "Y-you don't have anything to worry about" she continued to self reassure. "I mean sure if you fail this you'll be a friendless loser and with your luck that creepy Indigo girl will jump you in some dark ally and beat your ass to a pulp and...." Trixie's train of thought derailed as she began to panic at both the thought of being alone and potentially being beat-up by an angry crystal prep student. But before things built-up to a full panic something penetrated her inner turmoil. It was faint but Trixie could hear what sounded like a small child sobbing. Trixie opened her eyes and looked around after a couple minutes of looking around she saw a small child by a fountain sobbing as others passed by seeming to ignore him. Trixie however could see the child was in need of help and moved forward.
"H-hello little one, are-are you ok?" Trixie nervously asked the young boy as she bent down to look him face to face. The young boy looked-up at the blue girl and seemed to instantly calm down. "I-I lost my mama" the child sobbed as he looked at Trixie. Trixie just looked at the child with a look of sorrowful concern and replied "Well now, that's no good, do you-do you need help finding her?" the teen nervously asked.
The child thought it over for a minute having been warned of stranger danger, but after a minute figured it would be worth the risk if it would help him reunite wit his mother. "Yes please!" The small child smiled up at the girl. Trixie just smiled back and held out her hand as she stood back up. "OK, lets go then, my names Trixie, Trixie Lulamoon, nice to meet you" Trixie smiled. The young boy just shook her hand and introduced himself in return "I'm Button Mash, nice ta meet yea!" the child cheered. "Now let's go find my mommy!!"
Juniper walked next to Aria as the two tried to maneuver their way through the Trot Topic store inside the mall.
"Ugg, they never make these places large enough" Juniper moaned as she had to squeeze between some racks and a rather large middle-aged metal head.
"Tell me about it" Aria huffed "But they got some pretty rad stuff here, so what evs" the punkish teen replied as she made her way to the back part of the store to look at the band shirts and various other memorabilia.
"So, see anything you like?" Juniper asked Aria as she looked at the various t-shirts. "if you see anything you want just ask and i'll get it for you" Juniper smiled.
Aria just scoffed. "I know what you're doing and it's not going to work" Aria scowled looking over at Juniper.
"W-what ever do you mean" Juniper stuttered.
"You're just trying to butter me up, buy me off, whatever you want to call it. But listen here little nerdette, if you think i'm just going to sit back and let you have Adagio you're crazier then Sonata after a sugar high!" Aria mocked.
Juniper just pushed up her glasses and and let out a deep breath "Listen, Aria, I know you're very protective of your sisters" Juniper began "But at the end of the day Adagio is the one who decides who she spends her time with, who she befriends and who she dates" Juniper sternly stated. "So if you don't want to be friends thats fine, but we don't have to be enimies either you know" The girl smiled as she picked up a Maretallica shirt and held it in front of the girl. "We can meet in the middle if you'd like....Frienimies?" Juniper asked as she continued to smile and hold up the shirt.
Aria just rolled her eyes and huffed "Whatever" she begrudgingly replied.
Adagio set on the bench and did her best to keep from falling asleep, waiting for Trixie seemed to be a bit more boring then she expected as she had lost sight of the girl after she ran off with a crying kid. All of a sudden though she heard footsteps fast approaching and an all to familiar voice chuckling happily.
"Adagio, Adagio I did it!" Trixie happily chuckled looking down at the sitting siren.
"Did what?" Adagio yawned as she opened her eyes to look at the recently returned Trixie.
"Trixie did a good Deed!" She sang as she hopped up and down.
"Oh, really?" Adagio teased
"Yes really, Trixie helped a child find his missing mother! She even awarded Trixie with a gift!" Trixie answered holding up the tootsie pop straight at Adagio's face.
"Well, that's good, but you do good deeds for the sake of it, not for rewards" Adagio replied.
"Oh" Trixie pouted.
"But you still took the initiative so I guess i'll count it" Adagio slyly cooed causing Trixie to smile and jump up and down once more.
"Well, that's one down, only two to go" Adagio reminded the silly showgirl causing her good mood to instantly deflate.
"Oh....yea..." Trixie sighed remembering her task was not yet done.
Hours passed as morning turned to noon into afternoon and finally into evening and Aria and Juniper figured it was high time to go find Adagio and Trixie.
"So, you think the brat managed to pass?" Aria jokingly asked Juniper.
"I think she did, Adagio is right, Trixie can be annoying, but she's not evil" Juniper replied with a smile. "And besides everybody deserves friends, right"
Aria just rolled her eyes "Yea, I guess" she reluctantly agreed still not fond of the prospect of having to put up with the annoying wanna be performer. As the two finally found their friends however Aria's mood quickly improved ecspecially seeing as Trixie's was rather sour.
"Trixie it's fine you still have a couple of hours" Adagio reminded her.
"It is not fine, Trixie has been walking around this stupid mall all day and has not found anyone to help since this morning!" Trixie huffed as she stomped her feet on the ground and crossed her arms.
"hehe, told yea she couldn't do it." Aria scoffed looking over at Trixie
"Ohh...Trixie" Juniper empathetically bemoaned.
Trixie just looked over at Aria and Juniper "Well it's not like Trixie didn't try, and Trixie did help a little boy find his mother, so Trixie at least proved she has excellent person detecting skills" The blue girl boasted.
"Yea, but sounds to me you're still failing the test" Aria mocked.
Trixie just looked angrily at Aria before tearing-up and crying.
"Aria" Adagio scolded looking over at her sister angrily
"What!?" Aria replied somewhat surprised by her sister's reaction looking on as Adagio slowly walked up to Trixie
"Don't let her teasing get to you, no one's failed anything, you're still our friend" Adagio reassured the sad showgirl.
"B-but T-Trixie only d-did one good deed, y-you said t-three" the sad teen sobbed.
"Yea, I know, but as you humans say Rome wasn't built in a day." Adagio chuckled rubbing the back of her palm against Trixie's cheek. "No one goes from sinner to saint in a day, I can attest to that" Adagio reassured her. "And if I wasn't your friend would I have offered to waste an entire day trying to help you out." The dominant siren noted.
Trixie thought about it for a bit and began to smile, still crying though this time tears of joy as she hugged Adagio "T-thank you, T-Trixie promises she'll be the most humble and helpful friend Adagio Dazzle has ever had!" Trixie stated a she continued to hug the senior siren sister. Meanwhile Aria and Juniper just stood and watched things playout as they both came to the realization that with Trixie around it meant there would now be even more competition for Adagio's attention.
looking at one another the two locked eyes both giving the same expression of "we were fools to let this happen."
Back at Sunset's loft Sonata set on the couch and flipped through the channels until she heard a knock on the door. "Oh goody, pizzas here!" She smiled as she hopped up and began to skip to the door opening and screaming "HELLO PIZZA!" only to see it was actually Adagio and the rest of the girls at the door, now apparently with one more tag along. "Aww, you're not pizza!" Sonata pouted.
"Nice to see you too sis" Adagio chuckled "Where's Sunset?" she asked.
"Oh, Twilight called her, something about needing to talk and she rushed over there, I dunno I think Twy's still being an Emo-Emily or whatever they call it" Sonata chuckled. "So, what's with the tag-along?" Sonata asked pointing to Trixie
"Long story sis, i'll tell you after our bath" Adagio replied as she headed towards the bathroom. Sonata just shrugged her shoulders and plopped back on the couch to continue waiting for her pizza. Meanwhile Aria just decided to plop down beside her and Juniper just walked over to Sunset's bookshelf to see if she could find anything interesting. Trixie just standing there unsure of what to do.
Later that night the girls were all sitting comfortably in their PJ's on the now made out bed, Trixie still surprisingly quite.
"I don't think i've ever seen her this quite, it's creepy!" Sonata whispered over to Juniper. the lime green girl just nodding in agreement. "You know Trixie I was nice enough to let you borrow a pair of my Pajamas the least you could do is try to be not boring" Sonata pouted.
"Oh, um-sorry, T-Trixie is just unsure of what to do, T-I-i've never been to a high school sleep over before" The usually boastful girl admitted with a blush.
"Oh, we could make out!" Sonata chuckled causing Trixie to double back and almost fall off the bed.
"W-what!?" Trixie asked in a shriek
"Don't tease her like that blockhead, you're gonna give her a heart attack." Aria scolded Sonata punching her softly on the shoulder.
"Aww, I was just having a little fun Sis" Sonata pouted again.
"Well, they are called sleep overs, so lets just sleep" Adagio chuckled as she went to her usual spot and began to lay down. Aria and Sonata as usual quickly scrambling to her side.
"Still no games I guess then" Juniper sighed as she rolled her eyes and plopped down on her pillow. Trixie still somewhat shaken up by Sonata's comment just slapped her cheeks to regain her composure before also laying down. Shortly all the girls found themselves fast asleep entering the land of dreams, and Adagio especially was in for doozy of a dreamscape.

Adagio set on her throne silently humming her favorite Saphire Shores tune as she waited for her commander to return with the news from the front. All of a sudden the doors to the palace slammed open and Sunset Shimmer walked in and bowed before her queen.
"Ahh, General Sunset, where's your commander?" Adagio angrily huffed looking down at the bowing bacon haired girl.
"My sincerest Apologies Queen Adagio, Commander Midnight Sparkle and her battalion are finishing up things in Abnysia; I was sent ahead to give you the good news" Sunset explained continuing to bow.
"Oh, and what news would that be?" Adagio cooed in anticipation.
"The Abnysians have surrendered to you, meaning that along with the recent conquest of Equestria, Mt. Aris, Seaquestria, Griffonstone, The Dragonlands, The Changling Hive, Zafrica, Neighpan, Yak-Yakistan, The Crystal Empire and the remnants of the Storm Nation you are now ruler of all the United Critter Nation, and it should only be a matter of time until the Sky-Pirates fall in line as well, meaning Queen Adagio, aside from the Monster Lands you are more or less....."
"RULE THE WHOLE FUCKIN WORLD BABY!" Queen Adagio shouted in delight as she got up from her chair and held her staff high the bright red stone at the top glowing with the same energy as its master.
"Um, yes my queen, exactly." Sunset finished.
"Of course you can thank my team and I for that" The two heard a voice proclaim, both girls looking back to see Commander Midnight Sparkle giving a smug smile as she looked over at Sunset. "Of course your excellency deserves praise for bringing us all together, but lets be honest my Queen, if it weren't for my brains and Sunset and the other's powers you'd still be a sad little fish begging for scraps on the street" The Commander chuckled fixing her glasses.
"You'd be wise to watch your tongue Commander Sparkle lest I remove it, besides isn't it Applejack's job to be brutally honest?" The Queen cackled.
"Apologies my queen" Midnight Sparkle responded with a bow "I guess I let the excitement of our recent victory get the better of me.
"Well you know Commander Midnight, I believe I can help you relieve some of that energy" Sunset cooed staring over at her commander with a blush.
"Oh, get a room you two" Queen Adagio teased as she rolled her eyes. "Actually you know that sounds like a good idea, celebration of victory is important after all....perhaps i'll go seek some fun in my chambers as well" The Queen deviously smiled as a plan formed in her head.
Adagio looked at herself in the mirror. As much as she adored the ornate dresses her personal maid Rarity made for her there was just something much more liberating about what she had on now. The black leather corset with straps leading down to black lace leggings attached to black latex high heeled. boots. On her arms long black latex gloves and her usual spiked hairpiece in her hair. The outfit hugged her body tightly insinuating her form showing off her curves. She loved the power the outfit made her feel, a real proper dominatrix outfit for a Queen who had just dominated the world, well most of the world anyway. Tonight was her night, and while her Shadowbolt soldiers celebrated down in the dining hall she would be celebrating in the privacy of her own quarters with her three favorite pets.
"OK Sonata dear, you can bring them in now!" Adagio happily sang into the room's communicator.
"OK Dagi...er Queen Adagio" The bubbly Siren replied back "Be there lickity split!"
Adagio squeed in malevolent glee as she jumped up on her large bed, it's red silk covers soft yet strong much like she was as she waited for Sonata to arrive with her pets. Thankfully the newly minted Queen of the world didn't have to wait long as just a couple of minutes later Sonata arrived with all three of the queens pets, collar, leash & all.
"Here you are my queen." Sonata sang as she walked in with the pets "They've missed you yea know." Sonata chuckled "The runt especially wouldn't stop whining"
"Oh, is that so." Adagio cooed. "Well worry not my pets for tonight I shall give you plenty of love." She smiled devilishly looking down at them. On the left side was Juniper Montage her silver collar accenting her green skin quite well, twitching fox ears on her forehead showing her excitement her fluffy fox-girl tail shaking bringing attention to her lower assets. On the right Trixie the bustiest of her pets purred as the bell on her purple collar rang her catlike ears also twitching with excitement and her tail slowly moving back and forth. And in the middle the runt Aria Blaze, small whines came from the short purple skinned mutt as her long droopy ears could not hide her wanting eyes and the fast wagging of her short tail as the bell on her black collar rang even faster then Trixie's. Despite Aria's rather unimpressive physique small breasts and an only average size flank Adagio still admired how loyal and determined the little thing was.
"OK my pets, let us begin" Adagio cooed with delight as she motioned for Juniper and Trixie to jump up on the bed, Aria whining at the apparent rejection "Now now little one, don't be sad, I'll let you join in later, but for now these two shall suffice" Adagio chuckled as Juniper and Trixie slowly crawled towards her. "Now which of you shall I play with first?" Adagio playfully asked herself as her pets looked on in earnest.
"I think......Trixie" She finally decided, much to Juniper's dismay, the Fox-Girl letting out a small hiss at Trixie before obediently backing away to wait at the edge of the bed. Trixie rubbing up against Adagio and purring as her body slowly vibrated.
"Ohh, that's nice" Adagio replied as she felt the ripples throughout her body. "But I can think of something better!" The Queen exclaimed as she grabbed Trixie's breasts and began to grope and squeeze them. Trixie just purring at the sensation. "Hehe, do you like that my little pet?" Adagio asked as she looked at Trixie's blushing face "MEOW!" Trixie exclaimed in reply. "I'll take that as a yes." Adagio smiled as she continued on playing with Trixie's breasts until she got bored.
"OK Junebug, your turn!" Adagio sang as she promptly pushed Trixie over to the side and motioned for Juniper to come forward. Trixie letting out a small hiss herself at Juniper for not getting to play with her mistress for any longer then she did. Juniper happily ignoring the blue skinned cat girl and crawling up to her mistress with utter delight.
"I have something special for you Junebug." Adagio devilishly smiled as she used her magic to levitate a strap-on towards the bed and attach it to herself. "We're gonna play your favorite game. Fuck the fox!" Adagio laughed as she levitated Juniper with her magic, turning her around and positioning her with her ass-up her tail frozen in place as not to be in Adagio's way. Juniper let out a small whimper, uncertain of what to think as this particular game usually ended with her being quite sore due to her mistress endurance. Then again it wasn't her job to think or worry, merely to obey her mistress wishes so she quickly let the uncertainty die and prepared for the fun.
Adagio just looked at her green little fox girl and smiled, "Ready? Here we go!" She sang as she positioned the strap-on right in front of Juniper's opening and began to lurch forward until she found herself inside the the girl's backside and began to rut her ass mercilessly. Juniper making various noises in response that Adagio took as a sign of her pet's pleasure. This process went on for a good ten minutes before the queen once again found herself bored and magically removed Juniper from her toy pushing her aside next to Trixie causing both to pout once more.
"Now now my pets you can't be greedy, i've played with you and now its time for the runt to have a turn" Adagio smiled as she motioned for Aria to come to the bed. The short purple dog girl just barking happily and wagging her tail as she did so.
"And for you little one I have something very special "Adagio sang as she removed the strap-on and unzipped her outfit revealing her rather wet and excited sex. "You shall clean your mistress until she feels as much pleasure as she gave the rest of her pets." Adagio sang as she gave the runt her commands. Aria just looked on with eager an excited eyes her tail wagging even faster as she approached her mistress.
Adagio closed her eyes and prepared for what was to come as she could feel Aria's breath on her nethers and her tongue slowly reaching in, moving around to find the perfect spot. "Yes my pet get it good and clean!" Adagio commanded as Aria obliged by increasing her pace. "Yes....Yes..." Adagio cooed as the world seemed to melt around her.
"Yes"
"Yes"
"NO!!"
Adagio Dazzle woke-up in a cold sweat, she looked around to find that she was back in Sunset's loft or more accurately she had never left. "A dream, just a dream" Adagio reassured herself. "A very....very messed up dream" She continued as she looked around the bed, her friends and sisters still sleeping, for some reason seeing their faces making her blush as she realized she had dreamed such thoughts about those she cared about in their actual company. The thought not quite sitting right with her as she looked at the clock to see that it was just around 5:00 A.M. "Well I can't go back to sleep after that" Adagio thought to herself. "Guess i'll just take a shower to kill sometime and then go see if you know who can give me any advice about this dream" She sighed to herself as she slowly got off the bed doing her best not to wake her friends or her sisters and slowly sneak off to the bathroom. Surely a warm shower would be just what she needed to clear her head and help her forget the most embarrassing dream she had in quite some time....hopefully.

Chapter 6: Tea Time or Scheme Time!?
SLAM!
Aria Blaze abruptly awoke to the sound of the apartment door closing. Groggily opening and closing her eyes and stretching she quickly noticed that something was missing.
"Adagio?" The siren asked noticing that her sister was not in her usual spot between her and Sonata.
"No, i'm Sonata silly" The bubbly blue siren yawned as she too had been awoken by the noise.
"Not you, moron, Adagio isn't here!" Aria angrily growled at her sister.
"Oh, well, maybe she went out to get breakfast or something then" Sonata chuckled as she got up out of bed and stretched her arms trying to get the crick out of her neck.
"What's going on!?" A rather whiny voice yawned as Aria looked back and saw Juniper and Trixie were waking-up as well as the bright summer sun shown through the window.
"Apparently Adagio left while we were all still sleeping" Aria growled
"W-what!?" The two other girls shouted in unison being knocked out of their morning drowsiness by the revelation. "Why would she do that!?" Trixie pouted "How is Trixie supposed to learn anything if her teacher isn't here!" The girl whined.
"I-i'm sure it's nothing maybe she just went out for a jog or something "Juniper tried to reassure the other girls.
"Or maybe she had something important to do" Sonata chimed in re-appearing out of seemingly nowhere causing Juniper and Trixie to jump back and Aria to just roll her eyes.
"Important like what!?" Aria angrily asked.
"Well I found this letter in the kitchen, so maybe this." Sonata chuckled as she handed Aria the letter the grumpy siren sister looking at it and reading it aloud.
Dear, well... whoever see's this first. I'm sorry but something came up and I will be out for awhile, don't worry though we still have plenty of leftovers in the fridge, and i'm sure Sunset won't mind if you drink the Sodas, though don't touch the wine last time we did that she got a bit...peeved.
Juniper if you find this, you're in charge while i'm gone, I know my sisters can be a handful but please do try to get along.
Trixie if you find this, i'm sorry we'll continue your friendship lessons or whatever sacherine thing the Rainboom's want me to call them as soon as I get back
Aria if you find this, Please behave I know the others can grate on you, but c'mon they aren't that bad, I mean we put up with Rainbow Dash & Rarity at school after all!
And Sonata, if you find this....I dunno, just.....give it to Aria or Juniper I guess.
XOXO
Adagio Dazzle.
Aria just stared at the letter a bit after she finished reading it, still unsure of what to think. "What the buck" she muttered under her breath.
"Well, I guess Dagi is busy after all, have fun you three" Sonata chuckled as she slowly skipped towards the door.
"And where do you think you're going!?" Aria angrily growled as she clinched her fists crumbling up the letter as she did so.
"We'll if Dagi isn't here to play I might as well go out and see what everybody else is doing!" Sonata answered with a smile. "I bet Pinkie & Dash are up to something fun! Oh I wonder if they're baking cakes or playing Daring-Do! I better get going before I miss it!" Sonata chuckled once more as she skipped out the door, the others just looking on as if they had just watched a very stupid child skip away to her doom.
"I just don't get her" Trixie sighed.
"Me either" Aria agreed, both girls quickly turning around to look at Juniper who had randomly broken out laughing.
"And what's so funny!?" Aria growled.
"The letter!" Juniper answered. "I-I can't believe Adagio actually left me in charge while she's gone."
"Oh, that's right" Aria remembered... "Oh F-"
"Finally!" Adagio huffed as the bus pulled up to her stop. "Took this damn thing long enough" she exclaimed as she got off the bus and stretched out, feeling a bit cramped after such a long ride. "Who knew Uptown was so far away" she chuckled to herself as she looked around. The uptown area of Canterlot City was aptly named as it was where some of the cities most wealthiest citizens lived. Doctors, Lawyers, Actors, Musicians you name it, odds are if they were a big wig in Canterlot City or beyond this is the part of town they would live in.
"OK, let's see, Octavia's house should be around here somewhere" Adagio said to herself as she continued to look around, finally seeing a house with various musical themed decorations just a couple houses up from the bus stop "Huh, well that seems like a winner to me!" Adagio smiled as she walked towards the manor.
Getting up to the mansion she could see it was one of the older ones in the neighborhood, Adagio was not a master of architecture but this house had to at least be a good century old if not more. it was a tad smaller then the newer mansions further up the hill but the garden was still extremely well kept and the Gothic-Victorian architecture of the building itself really helped pull the entire thing together. A Black roof with purple trim along the sides, Octavia's family crest embroidered in the center above the front door. The grey stones that made up the foundation seeming as strong and sturdy as ever. Adagio walked-up slowly taking in the sight before finally getting to the front door and ringing the doorbell. Within mere seconds after ringing the door swung open and Adagio saw a very tall young woman, even taller then herself staring down at her. The woman was in a traditional black and white maid's outfit that admittingly somewhat clashed with her dark green skin and red hair, not to mention the freckles.
"May I help you miss?" The tall woman asked.
"Ah-ah-yes, I-i'm here to see Octavia, I mean ah-Ms. Melody-I-I'm a f-friend from Canterlot High" Adagio stuttered being unusually nervous as it was seldom she ran into a woman other then Principles Celestia and Luna that were significantly taller then her in stature, she was used to always being one of the tallest in her groups after all.
The rather tall woman just stared at Adagio for a bit before giving her a soft smile and replying "OK, I shall take you the young miss" as she motioned for Adagio to enter. The siren leader just nervously smiling as she gulped and took her first step into the mansion.
"You want us to do what!?" Aria shouted at Juniper, her face both angry and blushing.
"Calm down, it's not like I asked you to do anything unreasonable!" Juniper retorted with a huff.
"Ahh...Trixie is still not sure what exactly you are asking." The confused light-blue teen exclaimed.
"Ugg, fine i'll explain it again!" Juniper huffed as she opened back up the book she had gotten out of her over night bag, "So in the manga i'm reading there's this young guy that inherits his dead uncle's mansion and when he gets there there's three beautiful maids there at is beck and call!" Juniper began. "Over the course of the story all three fall for him of course and vye for his attention." Juniper continued "So i'm thinking why don't we just cut to the chase and copy the maids from my book to see which one of us Adagio would pick!" Juniper smiled finishing up her rather nonsensical rant.
"Yea, sorry-but no" Aria replied "listen if you wanna play some perverted version of dress-up you can do that on your own time, as for me I have better things to do" Aria huffed as she began to walk off.
"Yea-and while Trixie admires Adagio, Trixie does not feel that way about her" she bluntly stated as she slowly began to follow Aria to the door.
"Ugg, both of you stop right there, Adagio put me in charge and we're doing this because it's my plan and I said so!" Juniper growled showing her more domineering side once more, Aria and Trixie just looking back at the girl like she was crazy. Realizing her mistake Juniper let out a deep breath and pushed up her glasses to regain her composure. "I mean I understand it may sound a bit silly, but come-on Aria, don't you want Adagio to see how cute and sexy you can be!?" Juniper cooed giving a sly smile. Aria just standing there blushing as she made an expression a mixture of anger and embarrassment.
"Why would Aria care if Adagio thinks she's sexy, they're sisters?" Trixie asked somewhat confused before looking over and noticing Aria's expression.
"Oh my God, you, you have a crush-on your own sister!?" Trixie asked rather shocked "Wow, you Equestrian girls really are Fr-"
"THAT'S ENOUGH TRIXIE!" Juniper interrupted yelling at the girl. "Aria's um, extreme admiration of her sisters is not the topic here." Juniper seriously stated. Trixie just continued smiling devilishly. "Fair enough, OK then, Trixie is in. She still thinks this little game sounds ridiculous, but she is now very curious to see how it would turn out, though wherever will we get our costumes?" The showgirl asked.
"hehe, leave that to me." Juniper smiled back, Aria just looking back and forth between the two, unsure of what to do, why did Adagio and Sonata have to leave her alone with these lunatics!?
Adagio walked down the hall as the maid led her on to the back of the house. Finally arriving at their destination the maid swung open two very large doors to reveal an extremely large and open sun room. The entire room made of glass as sun shown down into it giving the plants sprawled throughout much needed nourishment. In the center of the room a small white table with just two chairs, Octavia sitting at one sipping her tea.
"Ms. Melody, a guest has come to see you" The large maid stated as she addressed her misttress. Octavia opening her eyes and looking forward. "Ahh, Adagio, welcome to my humble abode! Come, sit!" She smiled waving over at her friend, Adagio nervously complying as she walked to the small table and set down, the maid following behind and pouring her a cup of tea as she set, then bowing and leaving the room. "Thank you ever so much Lillywhite!" Octavia shouted as the maid left the room and she turned her attention back to Adagio.
"So my dear, what brings you here!?" Octavia asked with a smile.
"Well, you see-I-I think I may have, well-I may have another problem I need help with" Adagio reluctantly admitted to her classmate.
"Oh, really? Another one? So soon?" Octavia teased "My my, Ms. Dazzle you are quite the magnet for headaches aren't you!?" Octavia asked her friend with a chuckle. "Oh well, nothing I can't help with i'm sure, so, go ahead and tell Aunt Tavi all your troubles!" Octavia playfully sang as she looked at Adagio with an intense and curious face.
"OK, well....here goes nothing" Adagio sighed as she prepared to tell Octavia her story.
"I don't believe it" Aria exclaimed as she looked at the large assortment of costumes all around her.
"Believe it!" Juniper happily chuckled "My uncle has been making movies for decades! He's worked in pretty much every genre and he likes to keep as many of the costumes as he can as mementos! I have no doubt we'll find what we need here!" Juniper excitedly exclaimed.
"Even if that's true there's like a bazillion costumes in here!" Trixie whined. "Finding what we need will take fore..."
"FOUND EM!" Juniper happily exclaimed as she held up the three maid outfits, all very skimpy and all three seemingly the perfect sizes for the three girls
"OK, that's creepy" Trixie huffed.
"Nah, I just remembered where they were" Juniper smiled.
"What's up with these anyway?" Aria asked "You're uncle make pronos back in the day or somthin?" Aria teased
"The proper term is adult entertainment, and yes, he may have dabbled a bit back in the 80's, but I promise you these costumes are perfectly sanitary, they were just the back-ups" Juniper explained.
"What's all the strings at the bottom of them?" Trixie asked curiously.
"Well if you pull them the right way they make parts of the uniform looser or tighter, depending on what you need?" Juniper replied.
"And why are they so damn short!?" Aria huffed. "everyone will see our panties the second we bend down, heck even standing up they'll probably see busty's here buttcheecks" Aria mockingly howled pointing to Trixie.
"That's the point girls" Juniper mischievously chuckled. "We wear these all day tomorrow and Adagio is sure to fall for one of us eventually." Juniper finished still laughing maniacally.
"You know, I think there's something seriously wrong with that girl" Aria sighed looking over at Trixie
"Yes, Trixie Agrees" The silver haired girl replied also sighing as she like Aria realized at this point there was no talking Juniper out of this," well on the bright side it will give Trixie a chance to brush up on her acting skills for Drama club" she thought to herself as she looked on at the still laughing Juniper. Aria meanwhile still uncertain what to think of the whole situation.
Octavia burst out in laughter as Adagio finished her story.
"I-I don't see how this is funny!" Adagio screamed with a blush.
"I-I'm terribly sorry darling, I-I mean you no insult, it's just- you came all the way across town to ask me what you should do about a dirty dream!?" Octavia exclaimed as she did her best to stop laughing.
"W-well it-its just-I-I've never had a dream like that before" Adagio blushed "and especially not about friends and family" She blushed even brighter "Usually I just dream about swimming in the sea of my old world, or something random and abstract, even my nightmares are pretty tame overall, usually just about being tortured by having to listen to that awful country music Applejack likes so much" Adagio finished.
Octavia finally calmed herself and put down her teacup. "I see, well then I can understand why you would find this upsetting. But trust me Adagio when I say a dirty dream is nothing to be ashamed of. I don't know how things worked back in the world beyond the mirror but here it's perfectly normal to have a dirty dream from time to time. It doesn't mean you're a bad person or that you would actually ever do what you did to those girls in that dream....unless you wanted to" Octavia explained with a smile.
"No-no I would never, I mean the old me might have been into the whole dominatrix thing, but I-i'm not that siren, er person anymore" Adagio replied, unsure whether she was trying to convince Octavia or herself.
"Whatever you say dear, whatever you say" Octavia chuckled obviously not believing Adagio's reply "Though honestly being a dom isn't that bad, just ask my dear Viynl" Octavia chuckled as she thought of all the times she had dominated her dear DJ in the bedroom.
"listen i'm not judging, and if that works for you and Viynl, that's fine, but you just have one girlfriend. I have at least two girls with Juniper and Aria both after my attention, and maybe three with Trixie now, and on top of that Aria's my sister! I, I don't know what to do!" Adagio whined looking at her friend with puppy dog eyes begging for help.
"well first you need to admit that you have repressed sexual feelings for the three and maybe others you aren't properly dealing with which is why you probably had the dream you did" Octavia stated. "Then just be honest with them about how you feel and work from there. If they truly care about you and know you aren't comfortable being in either polyamourse or incestuous relationships I am sure they will understand, and even if it's not what they want to hear they will most likely respect your wishes."
"So...your answer is just to be honest..." Adagio huffed.
"I'm afraid so" Octavia chuckled.
"Ugg, if I wanted to hear that I would have just gone down to Applejack's farm!" Adagio growled as she got up and began to stomp out of the room. Octavia just waving her friend goodbye and telling her that she's there for her anytime.
As Adagio continued to pout on her way back to the bus stop she didn't seem to notice a pair of binoculars from a few houses up the road on the other side staring down at her.
"Hehe, so it looks like poof-head has friends in high places. Well, isn't that nice, you know I haven't been to visit any of my neighbors in awhile....maybe I should change that" A voice cackled as the binoculars lowered and Indigo Zap made the most devious of grins.

Sunset & SciTwi
Sunset looked at Twilight with a rather disgruntled face "Really, you get me all riled-up and you change your mind at the last minute!?" Sunset angrily huffed as she looked at the purple skinned beauty who was putting her glasses back on.
"I-i'm sorry Sunset, I-it's just" Twilight mumbled uncertain of how to answer as she pulled the sheets up trying to hid her naked body.
"You're still hung up about Timber Spruce, aren't you?" Sunset asked already knowing the answer.
Twilight just looked at Sunset and sighed "Yes, I mean, I know it's silly i've been dating both of you for months, its just...." Twilight paused
"The more you think about how he doesn't know about us makes you feel like you're cheating on him, and that you feel like you need to tell him even though you're afraid it would ruin what you have with him either because he would feel like you have been lying to him or he might be some jerk who ends up hating you when he finds out you're bisexual?" Sunset finished rather non-chelauntly.
"ahh....yea, more or less" Twilight nervously chuckled. "sorry"
Sunset just looked at Twilight and sighed. She cared for Twilight deeply, truly she did, but sometimes the girl could be a bit of a handful. Like her Equestrian counterpart she seemed to worry about every little thing at times, and she seemed to be even more OCD and insecure then Princess Twilight had ever been. Not that Sunset minded that, it's part of what made her little SciTwi so adorable. At the same time though Sunset had to admit this whole thing with Timber Spruce was starting to get on her nerves. She had been fine with Twilight going out on dates with the young man as Timber actually did seem to be a decent guy and she knew that aside from a couple of awkward hugs and a quick peck on the cheek Timber had never gotten anywhere near as far with Twilight as she had. Still part of Sunset admitted she wouldn't mind having Twilight all to herself, she was after all quite beautiful, even if she was too humble to ever admit it. when freed from her stereotypical "nerdy" clothing Twilight's skin glistened in the moonlight the deep purple rather mesmerizing, her lavender eyes were like deep pools that paradoxically echoed both the wisdom of a soul wise beyond its years and the uncertainty of a child looking for reassurance in another. Her dark hair much longer in length when not done up made her look as regal as her Equestrian counterpart and her cheeks were ever cute and pinchable.
"Uhh...Sunset, earth to Sunset!" Twilight said snapping her fingers at Ms. Shimmer's face.
"Oh, ahh, sorry Twi, I just got..ahh, lost in thought." Sunset chuckled
"Yea right, you were just ogling me you pervert!" Twilight mockingly scolded as she wrapped both her hands and her blanket around her bussom.
"Was not!" Sunset protested. "Though you can't blame me you are adorable!" She chuckled "and thanks for acting so insecure because I almost forgot to take a peak at your little friends" Sunset teased looking down at Twilight's breasts, the purple girl just blushing. While not quite as big as Fluttershy's *but then again who's were* Twilight was fairly well endowed, definitely well endowed larger then Sunset's by a good couple of cup sizes. "how come Sonata's the only person to go through the portal to come out the other side stacked" Sunset internally pouted looking down at her average sized breasts before turning her attention back to Twilight.
"LIsten Twilight if this is bothering you that bad why don't I just drive you down to Camp Everfree tomorrow and you can talk things out with Timber, if he really care about you he won't do anything to hurt you, that much I can assure you" Sunset smiled as she rubbed the back of her hand against Twilight's cheek.
Twilight didn't say anything for a good long while as she thought Sunset's proposition over. "OK" she eventually replied. "But how will we get there?"
"Well your big brother did leave his car here incase we needed to use it" Sunset reminded her.
"But that's only for emergencies!" Twilight nervously shrieked "I mean I know he and Cadence said we could use it while they were at that book retreat with my mom and dad, but.....what if, what if you wrecked it!?" Twilight panicked.
"Ugg, Ms. Sparkle, why i'm offended!" Sunset teased looking at Twilight with a pout.
"Sunset it took you three times to pass Mr. Cranky Doodle's driving test!" Twilight stated.
"Yea, well, can you blame me, it's not my fault that Fluttershy and Rarity gave me bad advice those first two times!" Sunset pouted once more. "Though in hindsight it makes sense that Applejack would be the best driver I guess" Sunset chuckled remembering it had been the cowgirl's advice that had finally helped her pass.
"Anyway I promise i'll be careful, it's not like the highway out to the camp is ever that busy anyway, it'll be fine, I promise!" Sunset reassured her love as she put her arm on Twilight's shoulder and smiled softly
"OK, I guess-if you don't mind" Twilight nervously replied.
"Not at all, now c'mon sweetie, let's get some rest" Sunset yawned as she laid down next to Twilight and closed her eyes, the still unsure purple maiden eventually deciding to do her best to try to relax and do the same.
"I take it back, I don't want to go to the camp!" Twilight whined as she hyperventilated into a paper bag she had handy in the passenger seat. Sunset just staring at her and rolling her eyes. "Sorry Twi, but this is for your own good and you know it" Sunset sternly replied much to the adorkable girl's dismay. "Besides we're almost there, see!" Sunset stated as she pointed ahead and the two could see the Camp Everfree Flag over the horizon. "Oh Great, me and my big ideas!" Twilight whined again. Sunset just smiling doing her best not to laugh as they pulled up to the edge of the property and looked for a place to park.
Getting out of the car Sunset could tell how nervous Twilight was, the poor girl's legs were buckled down and shaking. Sunset merely smiled at Twilight as she walked-up to her. "Listen, it'll be fine, I promise, no matter what happens i'll be here for you" Sunset reassured the nervous nerdette. Twilight just gulped and nodded in reply. "OK then, let's go say hi" Sunset teased as she headed towards the campsite, Twilight nervously following behind.
"OK kids, that's enough for today, good work, now go get some lunch in the mess hall, Gloriosa made you all some great PB&J sandwiches!" Timber exclaimed with a smile as he watched his obviously already exhausted campers slowly trudge to the mess hall.
"Well seems things are a lot less exciting here then they were last summer" He heard a voice tease from behind, looking back seeing Sunset and Twilight approaching.
"Oh, hey girls!? What's up!?" Timber asked as he turned around looking at Sunset who was in her usual confident pose, with Twilight obviously much more nervous was partially hidden behind Sunset just blushing and waving.
"Well I wish I could tell you we were just in the neighborhood and decided to stop by, but the truth is Twilight here has something important she wants to tell you" Sunset replied as she stepped aside leaving Twilight in full view of Timber nervous and blushing.
"Something important eh?" Timber teased "Well if my friend and my girlfriend came all the way out to Camp Everfree to tell me I guess it must be" He chuckled giving Twilight a sly smile, he knew Twilight was nervous but there was something about the girl he couldn't help but tease her, she was just so cute when she was nervous.
"Um..yes-well" Twilight stuttered, pausing briefly to look over at Sunset who just gave her a thumbs-up and a wink.
"Y-you see Timber, T-the thing is" Twilight attempted to continue still nervously stuttering.
"C'mon Twi, I don't have all day" Timber laughed trying to get Twilight to spit it out.
"I'M BISEXUAL!!!" Twilight yelled before covering her mouth realizing how loud she had said it looking around grateful to find that the campers were all inside the mess hall by now.
Timber just stared at Twilight for a minute and started laughing.
"W-what's so funny!" Twilight screeched her face still bright red from embarrassment.
"I don't think i've ever heard you be that loud before" Timber replied looking at the now shaking girl. "Listen Twy, i'm glad you finally had the courage to tell me this, but it's really not a big deal, in fact i'm kind of glad" Timber replied.
"Glad?" Twilight asked rather confused
"Yeah" Timber laughed "Now when we go out on dates we can both tell embarrassing stories about the girls we had crushes on in the past!" Timber replied with a smile. Twilight just softly blushing again.
"Um-well...that-that's the other thing I wanted to talk to you about" Twilight responded with a gulp, noticing this time Timber's expression did change to one more serious and confused.
"Y-you see Timber-y-you aren't the only person i'm dating right now" Twilight nervously confessed.
Timber Spruce just looked down at the girl dumbfounded. "Oh, is that so" he said in his more serious camp councilor voice. "So, who is she?" He asked doing the best to keep the obvious pain in his voice to a minimum.
Twilight still shaking nervously pointed over to Sunset, Timber just looking over at the girl trying the best to repress the anger in his expression. Sunset just smiling nervously and waving.
"OK, yeah, that's cool, whatever, you two have fun" Timber quickly replied as he began to walk off.
"TIMBER WAIT!" Twilight yelled again. The boy momentarily pausing before turning around. "Listen Twilight, just, calm down OK, listen-I-I'm not mad, I mean, I am kind of mad but...ugg" Timber huffed "Listen like I said I don't care if you're bisexual or straight or gay or whatever, but Twilight, you- you were dating another person behind my back, and you didn't even think about telling me before now!" Timber exclaimed doing his best to hold back the tears. "How long has this been going on anyway!?" He angrily asked. "Well, since...about the same time I started dating you" Twilight nervously replied. And that was it, that was the last straw for Timber Spruce as he could feel the sense of betrayal rip his heart in two "So it was OK for her to know about us but you didn't want me to know about her, was I just an after thought to you, just some toy to play with on the side when she was too busy!" Timber shouted the tears now rolling down his eyes.
"No-No it's not like that, I just-I....Ohh!" Twilight began to sob.
Timber just let out a deep sigh and did his best to put himself together "Listen Twilight, the time I had with you was great, but this, I-I can't do this. I hope Sunset makes you happy, because I think you and me are done, maybe we can still be friends once summer is over, but right now...right now I think it's best if you leave" Timber responded as he turned around and headed to the mess hall. Twilight just watching him until he dissapeared inside. Turning around to see Sunset behind her as she fell into the girls chest and continued to cry.
Sometime Later Sunset and Twilight were sitting on the couch together watching an old black and white horror movie, trying their best to relax despite the sudden thunderstorm that had popped-up outside causing the lights of Twilight's house to flicker, all of a sudden the doorbell rang causing both the girls to go on alert and look at each other, Twilight squeezing Sunset's arm tightly, Sunset eventually convincing her that it was fine and wiggling her way out of Twilight's grasp to answer the door. Walking towards the door however Sunset did get a sense that something could be wrong, so she clasped her geode necklace tight just encase she and Twy had to pony up, but as she opened she was suprised to see not some spook but instead a rather worse for wear Adagio Dazzle, her hoodie soaked, the girl shaking though sunset wasn't sure from fear or from the cold downpour of rain, either way she could tell her friend and room mate was in need of help, though she had no idea from what.
Indigo Zap
Indigo Zap limped off the bus as she returned to her neighborhood in the uptown part of Canterlot City, the pain in her abdomen still quite strong. "T-that bitch-how, how the hell did she punch that hard? What was that!?" Indigo angrily hugged as she limped back to her home, pausing a bit to catch her breath looking up at the recently renovated manor and smirking "home sweet home" she laughed as she slowly forced herself inside.
The doors of the manor slowly creaked open as Indigo Zap entered her home, like her it was large and rather intimidating on the outside, but on the inside it was still quite empty, most likely because she was the only one home most of the time, her mother being an Olympic gymnast meant she was always off training, sometime she wasn't even in the same country, her father owning a large chain of sports retail stores meant he was pretty busy most of the time as well, meaning the only person at the manor was Indigo and...
"Welcome back Ms. Zap" Ingido heard a kindly old voice greet her.
"And the Butler" Indigo sighed under her breath as the rather old but kind man walked towards the girl
"Ms. Zap, are, are you OK?" The butler nervously asked noticing the young lady seemed to be rather worse for ware.
"I'm fine bootstrap, just needa...rest a bit" Indigo huffed as she did her best to prevent the pain from causing her to fall down or worse pass out.
"Well you don't look very fine to me young lady, now come along let's get you to the infirmary at once" Bootstrap sternly commanded as he motioned for Indigo to hop up on his back
"I'm not a little kid anymore bootstrap, I can walk back there just fine!" Indigo scolded before losing what little energy she had left and began to fall down, bootstrap quickly intervening and managing to catch her before she hit the ground.
"Now now Ms. Zap it is quite evident you are in no condition to be walking on your own right now, I hate to treat you like a child but I must insist you let me take you back to the infirmary room and let me give you a thorough examination, if you've been out rough housing as much as it appears you have I need to know whether or not I should take you to the hospital and whether or not I have to call your parents, I am technically your guardian while they are away after all." Bootstrap explained to the stubborn young female athlete.
Indigo just looked up angrily at the old man but said nothing, eventually just letting out a small grunt which he took as her agreement to his demands.
Back in the mansions private infirmary Bootstrap looked at the mini X-rays he had taken "well nothing seems to be broken but it looks like there is a fair amount of bruising, it appears there might have been some momentary internal bleeding as well but it seems to mysteriously stopped seconds after it started, whoever hit you knew what they were doing, quite frighting really" Bootstrap told the still agitated girl.
"so, what's the prognosis doc?" Indigo mockingly asked her gruff guardian.
"I'm afraid Ms. Zap you are going to have to rest for the rest of the week to let your body heal, but I've been watching you long enough to know that you're too stubborn to listen to me completely so let's compromise, just promise me nothing to extreme, no more getting into fights for at least the rest of the week, only light and short exercises, nothing that puts too much strain on that perfect body of yours" The old man stated "Your mother would kill me if anything happened to you, you know" he finished with a chuckle.
"Huh, yea right" Indigo scoffed looking over at Bootstrap. "That bitch doesn't give two shits about me" she laughed as memories of the past began to flood back to her.....
"Damn it Indigo, how the hell am I supposed to train you to be a Gymnast like me if you don't listen to a damn thing I tell you!" her mother yelled down at the young girl.
"Maybe I don't wanna be a stupid gymnast, OK!" Indigo growled looking up at her mother who just stood over her ominously. "Well maybe we all don't get the luxury of deciding what we want!" The mother scolded "I didn't decide whether or not I got a son or a daughter, I didn't get to decide when your father would be a fool and give up his carrer as a pro football player to start a stupid retail chain, and you don't get decide what you want, you are my daughter and you will do what I say or else!" The woman yelled down at the girl "Or else what you bitch!" Indigo yelled back. "Or else I'll send you to the orphanage just like my father did to my brother and sister!" Indigo's mom threatened as she slapped the poor girl as hard as she could on the cheek, causing Indigo to fall back and cry "If you don't want to be a gymnast fine, but you're going to be something ,you're going to work out everyday you're going to go to the best schools and you are going to be the best at everything you do, You're a Zap and we don't accept anything less then that, got it!" The mother asked her voice menacing and cold. "Y-yes mam Indigo replied still crying wet warm tears that stung the bruise on her cheek her mother had just left.
A few days later Indigo set out on her balcony and sipped her favorite soda looking through her binoculars, as much as she hated to admit it she did kind of enjoy the break from her self imposed extreme exercise regiment, it's not like her mother was home to punish her if she skipped a day or two, and besides Bootstrap had told her to take it easy, in the off chance the monstress did come back to town for some reason she could just blame him, not like anything would happen, Boostrap was her dad's best friend mom might verbally scold him but she wouldn't dare lay a hand on him like she would her. Indigo shook a bit thinking back to all the times her mother had punished her. "s-snap out of it Zap, she's not here, just go back to spying on your neighbors!" She joked to herself as she looked out through the binoculars once more, not quite sure of what she would fine as despite the gossip that people spread about the sweet and elite most of it was false and not much of anything interesting ever really happened, but she persisted her peeping none the less, quickly noticing at the corner of her eye a familiar shape. It took her a moment but she quickly realized that it was the same girl who had sicked the purple runt on her, yes there was no doubt the very same puffy haired yellow skinned girl that had embarrassed her so much and damaged both her body and her pride was leaving her neighbor Octavia Melody's house across the street and walking down to the bus stop.
"Hmm, so little Ms. Poof head has friends in high places?" Indigo chuckled "Good to know!" She deviously smiled as a plan began to form in her head.
Sonata Dusk
Sonata skipped happily along the streets of Canterlot City unsure of exactly where she was going, just happy to be away from what she felt would no doubt be way too much drama even for her. As Sonata skipped she heard a small mew coming from an allyway. Looking in she saw an adroable kitten inside a cardboard box just sitting there meowing.
"aww, what a cute kitty!" Sonata smiled, I could just stare at you all day! The bubbly girl cheered as she went over to stare at and hopefully play with the kitten,
Hours later the sun began to set and Sonata looked up noticing the ally had gotten quite darker
"Wait...did I really spend all day admiring a kitten!?" Sonata asked herself in disbelief. "Eh, surely it can't be that late i'll just hope over to Pinkie's anyway and see what she and Dash are up to! Later Kitty!" The bubbly siren girl chuckled as she waved goodbye to the kitten, the cat just waving back in reply and thinking to itself "That girl was nice, but something tells me she's not all that bright"
Bonus: Professor Whooves
"Statue inspection Log #0013 "After careful study of the trans-dimensional portal I can confirm that it is indeed this Equestrian Magic as CHS Student Sunset Shimmer calls it that has warped time here in Canterlot City and surrounding area, perhaps even the entire world. Seasons change, and we all continue to learn and grow as individuals in a academic and personal sense but there have been no signs of aging on myself or any of the students since the initial incident at the Fall Formal, My prize student Derpy says I am being paranoid but something is very wrong with time here, it passes for the seasons but not for us, and no one seems to notice or care, no one has graduated at CHS in a good couple of years now and no one seems to care, it's like we are stuck in a rare temporal paradox, the world around us continues to move forward but we are frozen in time, like a cartoon character I fear my students are stuck forever as teens and I sadly now stuck forever as a Science Teacher here at CHS, so long dreams of retirement, on the bright side I can't say being stuck as a thirty two year old man for eternity is necessarily a bad thing, this will still require further study of course, so until next time this is professor Whooves signing off. "

Chapter 7: Maid Madness
"This is stupid!" Aria Blaze huffed as she put on her rather risque maid outfit looking at herself in the bathroom mirror.
"You're just afraid you'll lose" Juniper mocked making a sexy pose in her outfit, giving Aria a teasing wink.
"Trixie still does not see the point of all this, but Trixie admits she looks quite ravishing in this outfit" The light blue teen admitted admiring herself in the mirror.
"Afraid, why would I be afraid of you" Aria angrily growled at Juniper.
"Well obviously you're the only one who isn't an actress" Juniper teased flicking Aria on the nose. "I've been watching my uncle make movies my entire life and Trixie is in the Drama Club, we'll woo circles around you" Juniper mischievously chuckled.
"Oh, is that what you think?" Aria chuckled back "OK, then guess I'll just have to prove you wrong!" Aria replied as she closed her eyes and took a deep breath, Juniper and Trixie looking at the shortest siren in suspense. Aria then opened her eyes and said in the most disgustingly cute innocent voice they had ever heard from the rowdy girl "Hello Mistress how may I serve you this fine morning?" she finished with a curtsy and a rather adorable smile.
"Holy crap, she can act!" Juniper internally panicked. Before regaining her composure "OK, so you're not half bad the girl admitted readjusting her glasses, Aria just smiling devilishly at her.
"Um, Trixie hates to interrupt but shouldn't we get in position before Adagio wakes up so we can get...what ever the heck this is started?" Trixie chimed in, the other two girls just looking at her and nodding in agreement.
The sun shown brightly through the large window's of Sunset's loft and Adagio reluctantly stretched and moaned as the day seemed to be demanding she wake-up. "Why must you torture me sun!" Adagio groggily moaned as she slowly arose from her slumber and continued to stretch out her arms as she let out a rather large yawn before finally opening her eyes only to be jolted awake by a quite peculiar sight. There in front of here were Aria, Juniper & Trixie in the most ridiculously scantly clad and quite obviously purposely seductive maid-outfits she had ever seen. Adagio just set there looking dumbfounded as the three girls greeted her in unison.
"Good Morning Mistress, how may we serve you today!?" The girls happily asked Adagio. The siren leader just continuing to stare at the group before finally loudly muttering..... "Seriously!?"
Adagio set at the table as the three ridiculous cosplayers continued to silently stare at her. "So, let me get this straight" Adagio began "You three, for....whatever reason just decided you, wanted to be my maids today!?" Adagio asked still rather confused by the whole thing.
"Yes Mistress, today we are yours to use however you wish" Trixie replied in a sultry tone. Juniper and Aria nodding in agreement.
"OK then" Adagio bluntly replied. "This is obviously some kind of ploy, one of these morons came up with this crazy idea to try to seduce me or something" Adagio angrily monologue internally to herself. "Well the joke is on them, they wanna be maids, fine i'll treat them like maids" Adagio chuckled as she looked up at the girls and gave a faux-innocent smile.
"In that case I do have a few requests" Adagio innocently admitted. The three girls now looking eagerly at her wondering what they could be.
"Trixie, be a dear and make me some breakfast ok?" Adagio politely commanded "And Juniper the restroom tile is looking a bit faded would you be a dear and give it a good wax." Adagio continued to smile. "Oh and Aria i'm sure Sunset would ever so appreciate it if you organized her bookshelf for her" Adagio cooed.''
The three girls just stood there dumbfounded, these commands obviously not at all what they were expecting, well except making breakfast, that one made sense.
"Well, don't just sit there, hop to it!" Adagio commanded. The three girls just looking at one another and sighing "Yes, Mistress" before moving on to their various appointed tasks.
"It is done, the great and powerful Trixie has cooked a great and healthy breakfast!" Trixie boasted as she puffed out her chest with pride and placed the plate of egg-whites and fruit in front of Adagio. "So what do you think Ada-er mitress?" Trixie clumsily asked, trying to save herself from almost breaking character. Adagio looked down at the plate and had to admit the meal didn't look half bad as she stuck her fork into the egg-white and began to cut, slowly putting a piece up into her mouth and chewing, Trixie looking on in earnest.
"Eh, not half bad I guess" Adagio replied in a rather blunt manner.
"N-Not half bad! Not half bad, EVERYTHING TRIXIE DOES IS PERFECT!!" The showgirl internally raged as she looked down at Adagio, letting out a heavy breath and quickly regaining her composure. "Well, Trixie is glad to hear it, is there anything else Trixie can do for you mistress!?" Trixie asked doing the best to hide her anger in her voice as she bent down and gave Adagio full view of her ample cleavage. Adagio just looking over at Trixie as she swallowed another bite. "No, not really i'm good" The stubborn siren leader replied, Trixie now visibly showing signs she was getting annoyed that her advances weren't effecting Adagio in the slightest, the Dazzling meanwhile doing her best to refrain from laughing knowing her friend must be livid that this little scheme of their's wasn't working as they had planned.
"Welp, that's enough breakfast for now I guess" Adagio stated as she pushed back the half-eaten plate and began to walk over towards Aria who was up on a ladder re-arranging the top of Sunset's bookshelf. "So how go thing's up there dear sister?" Adagio mockingly asked the siren turned maid, still doing her best not to chuckle as she could quite visibly see Aria's stripped pink and green panties from under the ladder. Aria turning around and letting out a small shriek before falling off the ladder causing Adagio to catch her.
"O-oh mistress you frightened me!" Aria blushed as Adagio held the short girl "T-thank you for saving me" She sang as she looked up at Adagio with the most ridiculously cutesie expression she could muster. Adagio just looking at her sister with a serious face before dropping her down on the floor, her bum hitting the wood quite hard. "You should be more careful" Adagio stated before moving off towards the restroom to check on Juniper "Damn it, that hurt!" Aria whined underneath her breath.
"Oh Junebug, you get that floor waxed yet?" Adagio playfully asked as she opened the door only to quickly get her answer as she found herself sliding straight into the lime-green girl.
"Ow, ow ow!" Adagio huffed as she looked up to find herself right on top of Juniper.
"Oh mistress, i'm sorry, I guess I put too much wax on the floor, what a fool I am, I fear you will have to punish me!" Juniper faux-whined.
Adagio just growled as anger filled up inside her. "You want to be punished, fine you can be punished!" Adagio replied giving Juniper a devious smile.
"What is this!?" Juniper angrily shrieked pointing to the dunce hat on her head as she set on a stool in the corner.
"Well you said you should be punished, this is your punishment" Adagio smiled in reply.
"Why do you even have a dunce hat!?" Juniper angrily shrieked.
"Aria made it for Sonata, used to make her sit in the corner and wear it anytime she felt our sister had done something incredibly stupid" Adagio explained further mocking the obviously disgruntled girl. "Now since you can't even seem to wax a floor correctly I think sitting there with that on your head for an hour is a worthy punishment, wouldn't you agree?" Adagio teasingly asked Juniper.
"yes, mistress" Juniper reluctantly agreed with a sigh.
"Good, meanwhile i'm going to take a shower, the two of you watch her and make sure she doesn't move" Adagio chuckled at the remaining girls as she walked past them and back towards the bathroom giving them a wink as she closed the door behind her.
"Well, this is going swimmingly" Trixie huffed looking over at Juniper
"Told you this wouldn't work" Aria likewise mocked the girl.
"It will work! We...we just have to be patient, we'll wear her down eventually! Just you wait and see!" Juniper retorted as she stuck out her tongue the dunce cap still firmly placed atop her head as she continued to sit on the rather uncomfortable stool.
After Adagio finished her shower and finished getting dressed she opened the door letting the lingering steam of the bathroom dissipate as it followed her back out into the main part of the loft, looking over in the corner as she flipped her hair seeing that Juniper was still obediently sitting there, but looking a bit squimish. Aria and Trixie meanwhile had most likely gotten bored as they were sitting on the couch watching TV.
"Everything OK Junebug?" Adagio mockingly asked the wanna-be maid.
"Y-yes, m-mistress,b-but" Juniper stuttered
"But what?" Adagio asked
"I-I...I n-need t-to relieve myself...please" Juniper stated as she continued to squirm.
"Well, I dunno it hasn't quite been an hour yet" Adagio replied looking down at the obviously uncomfortable Juniper
"P-please mistress" Juniper begged
"Are you going to give-up on this silly routine!?" Adagio asked her with a devious smile
"I-I don't-I-uh, No-probably not mistress" Juniper replied.
Adagio just let out a disgruntled huff "Not the answer I wanted to hear, but I guess I do commend you for your honesty, fine you may get out of time out and go, powder your nose" Adagio chuckled, Juniper just acknowledging this with a simple nod as she ran towards the restroom herself.
Later after Juniper had finished freshening up the three girls still just stood beside the couch as Adagio set and watched TV. Adagio just looked over at the group who for some reason was still determined to stick to this ruse. Adagio turned off the TV and looked at the girls. "Fine if you're still gonna commit to this shtick you might as well make yourself useful." Adagio chuckled. "Aria you clean under the TV stand, Trixie you clean the kitchen and Juniper, my shoulders are aching a bit, why not give em a good rub down" Adagio commanded the three maids, the girls just looking at her with a short pause before replying, "Yes mistress!"
Adagio continued to lay on the couch with the TV back on, occasionally looking down and resisting the urge to chuckle as she saw Aria doing her best to clean under the TV display, her panties once again in full sight and her ass shaking back and fourth like a dog wagging it's tail. And though she hated to admit it a very small part of her was getting a bit turned on by the display, or perhaps it was the relaxing message Juniper was giving Adagio, the girl had started on her shoulders but then extended her parameters moving back and fourth between her shoulders, her neck and even being bold enough to message her back. And as much as Adagio hated to admit it the feeling was quite pleasant and relaxing, doing her best not to get lost in the sensation however she switched her attention over to the kitchen and saw Trixie diligently cleaning the kitchen, humming a happy tune as she spun around her skirt flirting around and her breasts bouncing a bit, the sight was equally ridiculous and adorable to the siren leader.
Juniper looked down at Adagio and could tell that the girl's stubborn resolve was weakining. "Now's my chance" Juniper thought as let out a small chuckle, moving her arms from Adagio's shoulders towards her breasts, the surprised siren giving out a small mixture of a shriek and a moan "You know mistress if you enjoy this there is so much more I can do for you?" Juniper seductively cooed into Adagio's ear. Adagio just looking-up at Juniper and replying "O-oh no, th-that's fine you're doing a fine job as is darling" Adagio replied trying her best to act as if she was still in control of the situation, however it guickly became evident that such was not the case as she noticed Aria and Trixie moving in on her as well.
"You know mistress, perhaps you would like a foot massage as well" Trixie playfully teased as she removed Adagio's socks and began to rub her left foot, Adagio letting out another low moan as the sensation jolted through her body, Aria following suite and doing the same to her right foot, meanwhile Juniper continued to Message Adagio's body rotating from her neck to her shoulders to her back and her breasts and finally teasing her by messaging her ears and softly rubbing her temples. Adagio couldn't help it anymore her entire body felt like it was melting and her inhibitions were slowly melting away as her relaxed state led her back to thought of her dream from the other night and a sense of lustful domination began to take over.
All of a sudden Adagio's gemstone in the palm of her hand began to glow and she could feel a transformation taking place, this one was different then her usual ponying-up however, it felt more primal, more bestial, adagio could feel some ancient force inside her just begging to get out, she could feel her hands turning more claw-like a fin trying to grow on her back, her nethers aching as.......
"NO!!!" Adagio souted as a bolt of red energy surged through the room knocking the other girls back as Adagio jumped-up in a panic.
"W-what was that!" Trixie asked looking at the others rather confused, then the three looking-up at Adagio who had a rather scared look on her face. The poofy haired girl quickly running towards the door as she grabbed her hoodie and ran off.
"Adagio, wait!" Aria shouted as the door slammed behind her and the three girls continued to look on in confusion.
"Nice going nerdette!" Aria growled as she looked at Juniper who was picking herself back-up on the other side of the couch.
"Adagio ran as the rain began to pour down on the streets of Canterlot City, she wasn't sure what had just happened but it had scared her more then anything had scared her in a long time, she ran and ran until she tripped and fell face first into a puddle. Adagio whined as she picked herself up and realized she had ran all the way to the park, she had been in such a panic she hadn't even been aware of where she had been going or how long she had been running.
"Wh-what do I do now!?" Adagio nervously asked herself as she set down on a nearby bench and shivered. "I-I've never felt anything like that before, that-that wasn't pony magic or siren magic, w-what was that!?" Adagio nervously asked herself again as she looked down at her reflection in a nearby puddle, her face looking normal, despite being a little dirty and her hair quite frizzed out. "I, I need help...b-but who!?" She pondered as she continued to sit and think about which of her friends would be the best to go to in this situation.
Sunset and Twilight set on the couch in Twilight's living room as they watched an old scary movie as the storm outside caused the old house to creek and moan adding an extra creepy atmosphere to the event. All of a sudden the two heard the doorbell ring and an already high strung Twilight grabbed Sunset's arm and squeezed it tight, Sunset eventually getting Twilight to calm down and freeing herself from the frightened girls grip, reassuring her she would be fine as she went to answer the door. Though as Sunset approached the front of Twilight's house she too began to feel uneasy and clutched her geode tight just in case as she opened the door, letting out a sigh of relief to see it wasn't some monster, just Adagio Dazzle, though admittingly looking quite the worse for wear.
"H-help, p-please" Adagio rasped looking-up at Sunset Shimmer, the bacon haired girl quite obviously seeing the fear & distress in Adagio's eyes.
"S-sure thing, come on in" Sunset quickly replied as she motioned for Adagio to enter the domicile.
Sometime later after Adagio had calmed down and been given some hot caramel tea by Twilight as she explained what had happened the two girls just looked at Adagio somewhat dumbfounded.
"So, you-you actually made friends with Trixe? Trixie of all people!?" Twilight asked quite shocked.
"Um, Twi Honey, I don't think that's what she wanted us to take as the main thing from the conversation" Sunset teased "Though I do agree it is pretty impressive" Sunset chuckled in an attempt to help lighten the mood.
"Yea-I guess" Adagio agreed with a rasp.
"But it seems the real concern here is something those three did activated some kind of.....unknown magic inside of you" Sunset replied her tone once again a serious one.
"Yea, i've never felt something like that before, it wasn't pony magic or siren magic, it-it was something darker, something much more....primal" Adagio nervously agreed.
"But-why now? Why would something like this be happening to Adagio now?" Twilight asked rather confused.
"I'm not quite sure, but it may be something to do with the potions Starswirl and Stygian made back in Equestria to give the Dazzlings back their magic" Sunset replied "They used magical elements from a bunch of different stones and creatures, it's possible this could be a delayed side-effect." Sunset theorized.
"So what!? Anytime I get horny i'm gonna turn into a beast!?" Adagio angrily huffed up at the unicorn teen.
"Well, not necessarily, this could have just been a one time thing!?" Sunset tried to reassure the siren.
"Or it could just be the start of a really big problem" Twilight pessimistically interjected.
"Not helping Sweetie" Sunset sternly stated looking over at Twilight
"So...what should I do!?" Adagio asked looking up at Sunset with rather desperate eyes.
"I'm sorry Adagio, i'm still figuring out how magic works in this world myself, I can't really tell you what to do, at the end of the day it's up to you." Sunset regretfully informed her friend.
"OK then, thanks anyway" Adagio sighed as she got up and began to head towards the door. "I think I know what I have to do, but i'm not gonna like it" Adagio gulped as she headed back out into the rain, Sunset and Twilight just looking on feeling both sorry and concerned for their friend.
Back at Sunset's loft the three girls just set in silence and waited hoping Adagio would soon return,
"Trixie thinks we really messed up" The silver haired showgirl pouted
"We didn't mess anything, this whole stupid ploy was Juniper's idea!" Aria growled
"Y-you're right, i'm sorry-I got ahead of myself, I was too impatient" Juniper confessed hanging her head low in utter disappointment of herself.
Thankfully though all three girl's moods improved quite quickly as they heard the door open and saw Adagio walk back in.
"Oh thank heavens, Trixie was so worried!" Trixie exclaimed as she got up the couch and ran towards her new friend
"Sis!" Aria replied a she too began to run towards her big sister
"Adagio" Juniper sobbed as she slowly walked up to the quite soaked girl.
"I-i'm sorry Adagio, this whole thing was my dumb Idea, I-I didn't mean to upset you!" Juniper began.
"Just shut-up ok" Adagio interrupted.
"W-what!?" Juniper asked rather surprised by her potential girlfriend's reaction
"I SAID SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU DUMB BITCH!!" Adagio screamed right in Juniper's face.
Juniper just stood there silent and dumbfounded staring at Adagio, Trixie and Aria doing the same.
"What the Hell is wrong with you, pulling off some stupid ploy like this, it's just pathetic!" Adagio continued looking at Juniper quite menacingly. "I can't believe you thought something stupid like that would work, are you that desperate to be loved by someone that you would dress-up in such a ridiculous outfit to try to seduce me!?" Adagio continued to scold.
Juniper just continued to look at Adagio silent and dumbfounded. "And you!" Adagio growled turning her attention to Trixie "I thought you wanted to learn how to be a good friend, but here you are acting like some airheaded bimbo, pathetic, I can't believe I ever even considered letting you be my friend!" Adagio growled at Trixie, the showgirl obviously quite hurt by these words.
"And you...Aria, my own sister" Adagio began looking at the shortest siren with anger filling her eyes "I expect so much better from you, you disgrace the name of the Dazzlings acting like this, I am so, so ashamed!" Adagio finished. The three girls all still frozen by her words.
"YOU ALL DISGUST ME, GET OUT OF MY SIGHT NOW!!" Adagio screeched loud enough causing the room to shake, and in a panic Juniper and Trixie followed her commands and ran out the door, not even bothering to take the time to grab an umbrella or change out of their maid outfits. Aria meanwhile was still frozen, just staring at Adagio.
"I thought I said I wanted all of you out of my sight!" Adagio huffed.
Aria froze for a second and gulped "c-c'mon sis, calm down, I mean yea, I-it was a silly idea, but-you know how these humans are." Aria stuttered trying to calm her sister down.
"That may be an excuse for them but you know better Aria, I can't believe you were desperate enough to go through with this, you disappoint me most of all, I thought you had more respect for yourself then this, but look at you in that ridiculous outfit....right now i'm ashamed to even call you my sister" Adagio scolded as she closed her eyes and quickly looked away from Aria.
The harsh words pierced through Aria like a knife, Adagio, her big sister, her leader, one of the people she admired and loved most in the world had just ripped her heart into shreds with words alone. Aria just remained silent as she walked towards the dresser drawer and got out her usual cloths, slowly changing out of the maid outfit and into her everyday dress, minus her usual pigtails. With an at least unemberassing outfit on Aria slowly crawled towards the door and grabbed her hoodie as she too slowly left the loft.
Adagio looked back after Aria had closed the door and did the best to hold back her tears "This, this is for the best, they may hate me now, but if they aren't here, if they aren't here I can't hurt them." Adagio mentally reassured herself as she set down on the couch and began to sob.
Meanwhile, across town......
Octavia Melody got off the bus and propped-up her umbrella as not to be bothered by the pouring rain. "I shan't let some silly rain ruin my dinner!" Octavia chuckled to herself as she made sure to hold her Hayburger bag tight against her as to make sure it wouldn't fall victim to the heavy rains.
"Hey, what yea got there neighbor?" she heard a voice-up ahead ask as she approached her home. In front of her was Indigo Zap, looking well, looking quite insane if Octavia were to be quite honest. "Oh, hello Ms. Zap, what brings you out in this foul wheather?" Octavia politely asked not wanting to show any tinge of fear to the obviously intimidating girl.
"Oh, not much, just felt a bit.....hungry" Indigo laughed as Octavia noticed the girl was holding a rather hefty looking metal bat. At that sight Octavia's composure failed her and the fear became quite evident in her eyes. This of course was the moment Indigo had been waiting for as the electric haired villainness gave Ocatavia a flat out evil smile and began to slowly move towards her, the young girl dropping her bag and hiding behind her umbrella as she began to scream in fear.

Chapter 8: S.O.S.: Fractured Hearts, Broken Bodies, Fixed Friendships!?
Adagio Dazzle awoke quite abruptly to the bright summer sun shining straight into her eyes through the loft's rather large windows.
"Ugg, why doesn't anyone ever close the blinds on those!?" Adagio complained as she got-up and looked around, realizing she was still quite alone, none of her friends or family present, Sunset's bed up in the balcony area still untouched and most likely collecting dust at this point.
"Oh, that's right, i'm the only one here" Adagio sorrowfully sighed. "But again, it's probably for the best." She reassured herself looking down at the gemstone in her palm. "Some good you've turned out to be" she hissed with a scowl. Her pity party was promptly interrupted however when she heard a buzzing noise, it took her a second but she quickly realized someone was buzzing the loft from the front of the building, Adagio looked out the window and saw a rather surprising sight. There at the front of the building was Vinyl Scratch, just hitting the button over and over in a steady and rather annoying rhythm.
"Ugg, what in the seven seas could she want so early!?" Adagio huffed as she quickly ran to get dressed so she could answer the door.
A couple of minutes later as the buzzing sound still persisted Adagio, who was quite irritated at this point as she was not one who cared to be rushed opened the door and screeched "WHAT, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT!!"
Vinyl Scratch just stared at the girl, her face looking quite stern, and though Adagio couldn't see through the DJ's thick glasses she felt it was safe to guess they were most likely seething with anger towards here. "You need to come with me, now" The snow-white skinned DJ sternly replied. Adagio was a bit taken back by this as vinyl was a woman of few words, so when she did speak-up you knew something was wrong.
"a-and why should I go anywhere with you!?" Adagio nervously stuttered in reply.
"You'll see when we get there, now c'mon before I lose my cool" The DJ bluntly responded.
Adagio just gulped and shook her head, she didn't know much about Vinyl, but if half of what little she had heard of the DJ's past from Octavia had been true at the very least she knew Ms. Scratch was not someone to be trifled with, so Adagio just followed the girl down the sidewalk and to the bus stop.
Adagio got off the bus grateful to finally be done with what had been the most tense ride of her entire life on one of the public transports as Vinyl Scratch had just set there in silence the entire time until they had gotten to their stop and the DJ had motioned for Adagio to get off. Adagio's relief however was short lived as she quickly saw where they were. "Canterlot City Memorial Hospital!?" Adagio nervously read the sign aloud. "W-what are we doing here!?" The siren panicked looking over at the DJ. "You'll see" Vinyl replied as she continued to walk forward into the building.
Inside the hospital Adagio grew more and more nervous by the second as the mysterious DJ remained silent merely leading her along to Neptune knows where to see Hades knows who in what would most likely be a horrific state! Adagio persisted however knowing that if she even attempted to make an escape that would most likely be the end of her. Soon however she was granted some small relief as Vinyl stopped in front of a door and knocked, a sad voice from the other side replying "Come in." Vinyl Scratch slowly opened the door and every fiber of Adagio's being was telling her to run the opposite way even though she knew she could not, when the door had been fully opened and the two girls had walked in Adagio couldn't help but gasp at the sight she saw. There lying unconscious in a hospital bed was her friend Octavia Melody who looked like she had been mauled by a Gorrila! Beaten-up and brused, a black eye and bandages on her head, standing next to her was Octavia's loyal maid and guardian Lilly white. "Oh Ms. Melody, please, please wake-up!" The woman sobbed staring down at her mistress.
"Wh-what is this, what, what happened to her!?" Adagio asked, the fear quite evident in her voice.
"You did" Vinyl growled looking over at the siren leader.
"M-me, w-what I-I don't understand!" Adagio stuttered rather confused by the answer.
"Octavia, she was hurt because of you, because you're her friend" Vinyl replied pulling something out from between her cleavage, Adagio noticing it was a piece of quickly and poorly folded paper. "I picked this up before the cops and medics came to help out Octaiva, gave it a look over, pretty clear it was for you" Vinyl scowled once again looking at the sorrowful siren as Adagio began to read the letter to herself.
"Sup Poofhead, if you're reading this I guess it means you got my letter, good! You know when you sent that little pig tailed runt to beat me up the other day it hurt pretty damn bad, so I decided it's only fair I return the favor, found out you were friends with ol Cello lover here, thought i'd use her as the first example, that's right this is just the beginning sweetheart, i'm gonna beat the ass of everyone and everything you ever cared about, and don't think I can't i'm a Indigo Fucking Zap baby, I can do anything!"
Adagio shook as she read the letter, how, how could Indigo have possibly known that she was friends with Octavia unless. "Th-the day I went to visit her, she-she saw me, or she was spying on me, or..." Adagio's mind raced trying to come up with an answer before Vinyl interrupted bringing her back out of her thoughts.
"Listen, if it was up to me i'd go beat that girl's ass myself, but I promised Octavia I wouldn't get into fights anymore, so-so you and your friends, your sisters whoever, you gotta fix this, whatever beef that crazy CPA chick has with you it doesn't make it right for her to take it out on my Tavi like that. So yea, you fix this or i'll fix you, got it!" Vinyl scolded as she removed her glasses and looked at Adagio with her menacing red eyes.
"Y-yes mam!" Adagio nervously replied with a bow, not wanting to dear bring upon the DJ's ire. "B-but you know I, I might need a little help with this, w-would it be OK if I borrow your phone to make a few calls?" Adagio nervously asked the DJ who just rolled her eyes but reluctantly agreed and handed Adagio her phone, the siren thanking her and doing her best to call as many of her friends as quickly as she could as she had no desire to drag things out with Viynl any further then she needed to.
Adagio waited at the front of the hospital as the automatic door swung open and Sunset and Twilight ran in, Applejack, Rarity & Fluttershy not to far behind.
"What is it!? What's wrong!?" Sunset asked in a panic unsure of what to expect given Adagio had merely called and shouted for her to quickly come to the Canterlot City Memorial Hospital before abruptly hanging-up.
Adagio looked at the nervous girl. "Calm down, i'm fine" Adagio reassured the group "But Octavia's not, she-she's been hurt and it's all my fault" Adagio sorrowfully confessed. The group looked at Adagio in shock and gasped, before they could ask why they heard a rather snooty voice proclaim "Well then, I guess hurting people is your specialty, isn't it Ms. Dazzle" The group looking back surprised to see Trixie Lulamoon standing there alongside a rather irritated looking Juniper Montage as well.
"And what the hay do yea mean by that!?" Applejack asked the pesky showgirl looking rather confused.
"Yea, i'd like to know that as well" A somewhat scratchy voice chimed-in as the group saw that Rainbow Dash had arrive with Pinkie Pie, Sonata Dusk and Aria Blaze in tow. "Aria here came over to Pinkie's and just spent hours crying into Sonata's chest" Rainbow Dash angrily exclaimed pointing over the two siren sisters Aria partially hiding behind Sonata. "Totally ruined Pinks and I's sleepover" Rainbow Huffed.
"OK, now I am terribly confused, what on Earth is going on here!?" Rarity dramatically exclaimed.
Adagio just let out an angry "ugg" sound. "That is what I am trying to explain!" She shrieked at the group. "Listen, OK, I got into a bit of a fight with my sister and my friends yesterday, but that's not why you are all here!" Adagio began, the group thankfully remainig quite this time. "The other day when Aria and I were saving Trixie's ass from getting beaten to a pulp by some Crystal Prep students one of them was some insane chick named Indigo Zap who said she used to be a Shadow Bolt and she blamed us at CHS for her school going down hill and her getting kicked off the team!" Adagio narrated as she took a deep breath "Only apparently Aria giving her a good beat down didn't do anything but make her even more mad because she found out I was friends with Octavia and beat the poor girl with in an inch of her life and her girlfriend Vinyl says if I don't fix this then basically my ass is grass as well!" Adagio finished as she wheezed to catch her breath.
"Oh my!" Fluttershy exclaimed.
"that was like a lot to take in, even for me!" Pinkie Pie bluntly replied.
"So let me get this straight" Applejack began rubbing her chin "You helped out Trixie and then in return the gal you saved her from beat-up yer friend, if yea ask me this all sounds like ol Ms. Lulamoon's fault!" AJ scowled looking over at the light blue-skinned girl.
"My fault! Trixie did nothing wrong, the only reason Trixie even tried to hire those CPA goons was because Rainbow Dash wouldn't stop picking on Trixie!" The silver haired teen whined.
"What the what!?" Rainbow Dash interjected. "Like, when have I ever picked on you!" Rainbow Dash asked in a huff.
"You do it all the time!" Trixie screeched at Dash.
"ugg, I do not! Tell her guys!" Rainbow Dash huffed looking over at her fellow Rainbooms.
"uh, well..." Pinkie Pie nervously chuckled
"You, you do go a bit overboard in how you react to Trixie's um, bombastic personality at times Rainbow." Fluttershy finished.
"Oh, c'mon, you've got to be kidding me, like she doesn't bring it on herself!" Rainbow huffed looking over at Trixie with a scowl, Trixie in turn scowling back.
"OK, everyone cool it, now is not the time for this!" Sunset scolded the rest of the group, pointing over to Adagio reminding them why they were there. Rainbow And Trixie just letting out low grunts as they continued to stare at each other, eventually agreeing to back-off.
"So, What- what do you think I should do!?" Adagio asked Sunset looking at her with pleading desperate eyes. Before Sunset could answer however AJ interuppted with her own solution. "I'll tell y'all what we should do, we needa go ta where ever that Zap bitch is an beat'er ass something fierce!" AJ angrilly huffed. "Yea can't mess with a fella CHS student and not expect retribution!" the angry cowgirl finished.
"Oh, please Applejack, that is disgustingly brutish, if we attack Ms. Zap we are no better then her!" Rarity interjected looking at Applejack with a rather disgusted face.
"Rarity's right." Sunset agreed "No matter how much we want to just team-up and beat down Indigo, doing that would make-us just as bad as her." Sunset sighed.
"Oh, th-then what do we do!?" Fluttershy nervously wondered.
"Hmm..." Adagio pondered scratching her cheek. "You know I think I might have an idea, but i'm going to need all of your help, especially yours." Adagio stated looking over at Twilight. The girls all just looked at Adagio still quite confused wondering what the siren's plan could be.
Indigo Zap set in the living room of her mansion enjoying relaxing in her dad's message chair when she heard a rather loud and annoying knocking on her door. "ugg, Bootstrap would you get that!?" Indigo moaned not wanting to get-up from her lazy comfort. Sadly there was no reply. "Oh, right-forgot I gave him the day off" Indigo whined as she slowly got out of the recliner and headed towards the front door. "what is it!?" Indigo angrily growled as she opened the door, to her surprise seeing a very familiar annoying silver haired girl. "You!" Indigo growled.
"Ah-y-yes me" Trixie shivered as she looked at the rather intimidating teen. "Trixie is here on behalf of Adagio Dazzle to issue you Ms. Indigo Zap a formal invitation to a duel!" Trixie boastfully announced handing Indigo a letter before giving her a nervous smile and dissapearing using one of her patented smoke bombs.
After Indigo finished coughing and wafting away the smoke she looked down at the envelope and opened the letter, smirking as she read.
"Meet me at Canterlot City Park at Sundown, we'll deal with this once and for all!"
-Adagio Dazzle
"So, ol Puffhead wants to cut straight to the point" Indigo chuckled "That works for me just fine" The light tan teen chuckled as she quite looked forward beating the 80's cartoon reject to a pulp.
Indigo arrived at Canterlot City Park as the sun began to set just as the letter had requested, she eventually found herself at the center of the part in-front of a large fountain, looking to her right she saw her target or targets. Sitting on a nearby bench was Adagio Dazzle to the girls right side set the small purple pig-tailed runt that had caused her so much pain the other day, and to her left someone Indigo didn't recognize a rather busty dark blue girl who was slightly taller then the light purple runt but obviously shorter then the leader in the middle.
"So, you got more balls then I thought poof head." Indigo mocked as she walked-up to the girls. "ready to fight?" Indigo asked staring at Adagio quite intensely.
Adagio slowly got up and smiled at Indigo "Oh, did you really think I would waste the time or energy fighting some ant like you just cause you had a little temper tantrum and took it out on one of my classmates!?" Adagio mocked, smiling playfully at Indigo.
"W-what!?" Indigo growled starring daggers at the siren leader.
"Honey, I guess it wasn't made clear the last time we met. I'm Adagio Dazzle, leader of the Dazzlings, if you don't know what a Dazzling is, my sisters and I, well we're sirens, magical creatures." Adagio explained as she held out her palm revealing the gemstone embedded in it. "In-fact my sisters and I are the last three of our tribe, possibly our kind, and that defacto makes me the Queen of the sirens!" Adagio continued her cocky act. "And a queen doesn't fight dragons, no, that's the job of her knights!" Adagio finished motioning for Aria and Sonata to join her, the two girls getting up and standing alongside their sister.
"So girls, what'll it be, which one of you wants to squish this ant!?" Adagio asked her sisters in a rather villainous tone.
"hehe, c'mon sis, do you even gotta ask!?" Aria chuckled as she cracked her knuckles and began to stretch her neck and shoulders back and fourth to lossen up.
"Hehe, yea, go Ari, show that bug who's boss!" Sonata cheered as Aria stepped forward.
Indigo just growled as she could feel the rage in her growing as she looked at her opponent. This Aria girl was just standing there mocking her making some cheesy battle ready pose, even her attire was different and quite obvious she had come here ready for a fight, her hair straight instead of in its usual pig tails, a simple green t-shirt and faded jeans, black and white Neighke tennis shoes and bandages wrapped around her hands and arms, yea, she obviously came here for a brawl, well the joke was on her Indigo told herself, because she never lost a fight.
"Hehe, fine, you wanna fight little mutt, i'll take yea on, but no cheating this time!" Indigo growled as she too got in a battle pose, which quite frankly looked a bit ridiculous given she was still in her CPA uniform.
"Don't worry your pretty little head goggles, I won't have to pony-up to beat your ass." Aria mocked, riling up Indigo even more causing the girl to let out another angry growl as she darted towards Aria ready to strike.
"DON'T YOU DARE PATRONIZE ME!!" Indigo scolded as she quickly let punch after punch fly towards her opponent, Aria to Indigo's dismay blocking each and every one.
"Ugggghhh!!" Indigo shouted as she picked up speed punching at the girl faster and harder, Aria still easily dodging the attacks until finally the short purple siren managed to grab Indigo's fist mid-punch and just held it there, squeezing down tightly. "Ugg, let, let me go you little brat!!" Indigo screeched looking down at Aria who still tightly clutched her fist. Aria just chuckling and looking up at the girl with a smile "Hehe, fine!" Aria replied as she lifted Indigo on the air with one arm and threw her down on the ground behind her, the girl hitting the cement with her back and screeching out in pain.
"No, no one come out yet!" Adagio commanded as she noticed the bushes behind her rustling. "I know this looks bad, but its not over yet, trust me, you'll know when it is, don't worry, this will work!" Adagio reassured who or whatever was rustling in the bushes behind her, meanwhile Sonata was just smiling enjoying the fight, cheering Aria on.
"H-how?" Indigo wheezed as she looked-up at Aria, pain wrecking through her body.
"Cause you're weak" Aria replied "You thrash and growl like some wild animal, you think acting intimidating will make you as strong as you think you are, but you're anger and fear hold you back" Aria bluntly stated looking down at the seemingly defeated girl.
Indigo just closed her eyes and growled, how dare this runt call her weak, how dare..... "UGG!" Indigo screeched as she moved up her leg and kicked Aria right in the face, Sonata gasping from the sidelines.
"Hehe, if i'm weak why is your face mud on my boot!" Indigo chuckled as she slowly removed her shoe from Aria's face only to shockingly fine the girl didn't have a scratch on her only a slight bit of dirt on her cheek.
"He, that actually kind of tickled." Aria joked as she wiped the dirt off her face.
"Wh-n-no that's not possible, y-you should be down on the ground crying like the baby you are!" Indigo shrieked as she got back up and prepared for round two.
"The only baby I see here is you." Aria replied with a grin.
Indigo just let out another low growl before running towards the girl again and began to whale Aria with another barrage of punches, this time the small but stout siren not even attempting to block. "Hehe, guess you realized you couldn't win after a..." Indigo attempted to gloat but as she did she noticed no matter how many of her punches made contact with the girl none seemed to phase her, Aria was just standing there, sturdy as stone, staring at her, smiling. Indigo couldn't believe what she was seeing so she continued to whale on the girl until she was nearly out of energy, her punches slowly turning int o light taps and then into exhausted slaps against Aria's t-shirt.
"h-how...w-why" Indigo huffed, quite exhausted at this point.
"I already told you, it's because you're weak." Aria bluntly replied looking down at the girl who was now down on her hands and knees panting.
"N-no I, I am a Zap...Zaps are perfection, I...everyday I..she..she made me...I.I made myself..I...I'm perfect!" Indigo wheezed.
"Well then your worlds version of perfection totally sucks." Aria bluntly replied as she began to turn around and walk away, giving her sisters a wink as she did.
"N-NO!" she heard Indigo's voice shout "I AM A ZAP! I AM PERFECTION!!!" Indigo screamed as the girl somehow managed to stand back-up, this time a a pitch black flame like aura forming around her. "I-AM A WINNER, I AM STRONG, I AM A SHADOWBOLT I AM PERFECTION!!!" Indigo screamed as the aura around her caused her light tan skin to turn dark brown, demonic wings sprouting from her back, black horns sprouting out of her head and her body growing easily by two feet.
"What the fuck!?" Aria asked in surprise as the now demonized Indigo jumped towards her.
"ARIA HURRY, PONY-UP NOW!!" Adagio shouted, quite worried about her sister due to this unexpected turn of events.
"SHIT!" Aria replied as she ducked and rolled to avoid the demons claws as they swiped at her, quickly heading her big sister's advice and activating the gemstone embedded in her palm causing her to pony up, cute ears appearing at the top of her head, her hair growing a bit in length and clear green fin like wings appearing on her back. "Hehe, maybe this'll be a fun fight after all" Aria chuckled as she looked at the enraged creature formally known as Indigo Zap, smoke fuming out its nostrils, it's eyes pitch black, making deep throated growls and snarls as it stared Aria down before giving out a otherworldly high pitched shriek and flying full force towards Aria. "OK BITCH LET'S SEE WHAT YOU GOT!" Aria cheered as she powered-up her fist as much as she could the two girl ramming each other full force causing a small explosion in the air up above the fountain.
"ARIA!" Adagio and Sonata screamed worried there sister may have actually been hurt. Thankfully as the dust settled they could see that was not the case as Aria merely floated there in-front of the Demonic Indigo smiling triumphantly as the demon appeared to be writhing in pain, cracks slowly forming through its body, all it could manage to mutter was.... "How!?" as it began to fall and hit the ground with a hard thud making a rather sizable hole in the cement with cracks in the ground around it. Aria slowly levitating down seeing that the demonic form had faded and the black aura was dissipating into the wind as an unconscious Indigo Zap lay in the middle of the crater.
"OK everyone it's over, you can come out now" Adagio told the her hidden friends.
Indigo Zap felt only pain rush through her body as she heard what sounded miles away something, someone calling her name. "Hey, Hey Wake-Up you idiot! No one gave you permission to die!" With that Indigo opened her eyes and to her surprise she saw her old friends the rest of the Shadowbolts standing around her above the crater. "Oh thank God she's still alive!" Sour Sweet sighed in relief as she tightly squeezed Sunny Flare's arm "Yes darling, we our quite lucky our dear indigo is so reseliant!" Sunny chuckled. "W-we were worried about yea Zap!" Lemon Zest cried as she wiped the tears from here eyes.
"Wh-what are you all doing here?" Indigo rasped looking-up at the group with her eyes alone as she was still quite sore and unable to move. "Well Twilight told us you had gone bat-shit crazy and that they need our help, so here we are, looks like they were right" Sugarcoat bluntly stated pointing over to Twilight who also was once again in her old CPA Uniform.
"Hmph, Traitor!" Indigo growled looking at Twilight with malice.
"Hey, chill Indigo, Twilight didn't do anything wrong!" Soursweet scolded "She was the one who told us what was up and we came here because we were worried about you!" The leader of the Shadowbolts proclaimed.
"I know you and I never got along when I was at CPA Indigo, but that doesn't mean I wasn't your friend" Twilight began "The Shadowbolt's all really care about you, when they heard what had happened they rushed over to see how they could help us, help you" Twilight softly smiled looking down at the worse for wear athlete.
"Pfft, so what, beating my ass and showing me my ex-friends who kicked me out of the Shadowbolts is supposed to help me!" Indigo growled at Twilight.
"We never kicked you out, we only put you on probation!" Soursweet exclaimed. "You could've come back anytime you wanted after the two weeks were up!" she explained as she crossed her arms.
"I-I what!?" Indgio asked dumbfounded
"Yea Zap, we wouldn't dare kick the schools best athlete, and our best friend out of the bolts for good!" Lemon Zest exclaimed. "And yea know, I, er we really missed you" The cherry skinned girl blushed as she fiddled with her lime-green hair.
"Yes, we waited for you to cool off so we could resume our group activities together but anytime one of us even tried to get near you, well you gave us a look like an angry bear about to maul someone" Sugarcoat bluntly finished.
"Y-you mean all-all this time, I-I...." Indigo began as she started to sob.
"All this time you could have been spending it with your friends instead of sulking alone and letting your hatred consume you." Twilight finished as she walked down into the crater and took Indigo's hand, helping the weakened girl back up, the rest of the Shadowbolt's doing the same as the surrounded the sobbing Indigo and moved in for a group hug. The usually prideful and stubborn athlete continuing to let the water works pour as she continued to sob and repeatedly stated how sorry she was as she begged for her friends forgiveness.
"Wow, that's pretty impressive, how'd you know she was possessed by rouge Equestrian magic!?" Sunset asked Adagio, giving a curious grin.
"Truth be told I had no idea." Adagio chuckled as she looked over at Sunset and then back to her sisters. "Well, that's one problem settled, now time to deal with everything else I suppose." Adagio sighed under her breath as she looked back at the rest of her friends, The Rainbooms, Trixie and Juniper. She may have finally settled things with Indigo Zap, but the drama that was her life was far from over, oh well, one step at a time, one step at a time. Adagio smiled as she attempted to mentally reassure herself.
Author's Notes:
Well, that's one problem down, and just three to go, or three and a half I guess, Adagio still has to go tell Vinyl they settled things with Indigo so the DJ doesn't beat our poor Siren up on Octavia's behalf.
Also should we be worried that some of the rouge magic from Equestria seems to be dark magic!? Ehh...i'm sure it'll be fine.....maybe.
Anywho thanks for the continued support and thanks for reading, come back next chapter for a much more relaxed and hopefully shorter chapter as Adagio tries to sort out her feelings and mend her relationships with her friends and sisters!
Chapter 9: Making Amends
The large group of girls waited nervously at the Canterlot City Memorial Hospital, Adagio had promised Vinyl she would take care of things and she had, now the only thing left to do was get Indigo to issue a formal apology to Octavia herself, that is if Vinyl would even allow such and not just give into her urge to beat the bully within an inch of her life. Adagio looked over at the Shadowbolts who were doing their best to calm Indigo whom they could tell was rather tense herself about the whole situation, things not getting better as the elevator opened and the girls saw Vinyl walk out and slowly start walking towards the group.
"So it's taken care of then" Vinyl sternly asked adagio
"Yep, Indigo won't be causing either Octavia or anyone else for that matter anymore trouble," Adagio smiled looking over at the small assembly of Crystal Prep students "Right girls?" She innocently asked
"R-Right" The Shadowbolts nervously replied in unison.
"OK then, so why did you bring them here?" Vinyl asked shifting her focus to Adagio once more.
"Well" Adagio gulped. "I just figured it would be for the best if Indigo apologized to Octavia face to face" Adagio nervously chuckled giving a small meek smile at the DJ. Vinyl Scratch said nothing before letting out a rather hefty sigh and looking back over at the CPA girls "Fine" she huffed as she motioned for all the girls to come along. Adagio leading the pack with the Dazzlings and Shadowbolts behind her, the Rainbooms taking-up the rear, the large group barely fitting into the hospital elevator.
Lilly White sat by Octavia's bedside, the girl had recently woken-up which the maid was thankful for, but she was still worried about the young girl, Lilly had been put in charge of Octavia's well being by her parents, and the last thing she ever wanted to do was to let them or her young mistress down, though part of her felt if was far to late for that at this point. However before the maid could begin to pout she heard a knock on the door. "Who is it?" She cautiously asked.
"It's Vinyl" The voice replied. "I brought some....friends to see Tavi" The voice replied. Lilly was happy to hear a familiar voice but was also worried about how Vinyl had hesitated to call those with her friends when announcing the guests, she looked over at Octavia though who had put down her book and was just giving Lilly White a weak but calming smile. "OK then, send em in!" The maid told the girl on the other side of the door. With that Vinyl opened the door and the large group slowly walked in, which once again caused the space to become rather cramped, even though Octavia had been put in one of the Hospital's larger suites it was still a hospital room and space was somewhat limited.
"My, my" The gray skinned girl softly chuckled as she looked at the assortment of faces both familiar and foreign that had entered her temporary chambers. "And what brings you all here to see little old me?" The cellist weakly chuckled looking around the room.
"uh, i-it's me" Indigo nervously stuttered gathering all her courage to look at Octavia, or more down to the point what she had done to Octavia, the girl despite her smiles still had a bandage over her head and one of her eyes, the bruises while somewhat faded were still see-able, and the whole sight made Indigo feel sick to her stomach.
"I-I'm so-so sorry Ms. Melody!" Indigo exclaimed with a bow. "W-what I did was wrong, I-I know there's know excuse for it, I-I don't deserve to be forgiven, not one bit, but, I-I know I had to come here and try to do what I could to make this right!" Indigo sobbed as she was now down on the ground both hands and knees literally begging for forgiveness.
Octavia looked down on her assailant and could see the girl genuinely regretted her actions. Octavia just let out a heavy sigh as she began to speak. "You're right Ms. Zap, you don't deserve my forgiveness" Octavia began, the entire room looking at her wide-eyed and nervous, Indigo begging to shake. "But that's what makes it forgiveness isn't it" Octavia chuckled, the tense air in the room releasing itself a bit. "Tell me Ms. Dazzle" Octavia began again as she shifted her focus to Adagio "Were there any.....unusual circumstances that lead to Ms. Zap's behavior?" Octavia calmly asked looking at the Siren leader.
"Well, yes-I suppose" Adagio replied "It would seem Indigo here had been possessed by rouge Equestrian magic, we aren't exactly sure when it happened though, but odd's are it was before your assault, may have even been as far back as the Friendship Games according to Sunset" Adagio explained looking nervously at the Cellist.
"Well, in that case it's not fair to blame a possessed individual for their actions now is it?" Octavia stated looking back down at Indigo "I shall forgive you Ms. Zap, though there is still a price to be paid." Octavia chuckled
"O-of course!" Indigo stuttered as she jumped up. "I-I've got plenty of dough saved-up, I can pay your hospital bills, and even buy yea a new Cello if yea want!" Indigo nervously agreed.
Octavia just began to laugh however causing much confusion amungst the girls "Oh no Ms. Zap, I don't mean that, I am more then capable of covering my own medical bills" Octavia chuckled. "I was thinking of something a bit more in the...manual labor department" Octavia deviously smiled looking over at her maid. "You see as I will obviously be taking time to recover even after I am discharged I am afraid I won't be able to help my dear Lilly White around the manor as I am accustomed" the purple eyed teen pouted. "And as Vinyl will no doubt want to remain by my side to help me out, perhaps you Ms. Zap and your Shadowbolt friends could help her out for the next month or so?" Octavia deviously grinned staring at the girls.
"What-why all of us!? Indigo was the one who messed up!?' Soursweet pouted.
"Come now deary, you know how these things work, one of us messes-up we all must pay the price" Sunny Flare reminded her "Tis the proper thing to do" Sunny reassured her.
"As much as I hate to admit it, we are partially to blame for not keeping tabs on Indigo obviously increasingly erratic behavior" Sugarcoat stated as she pushed up her glasses"
"Yea, no friend left behind" Lemon Zest agreed looking over at Indigo with a blush.
"Well, then it's settled, you lot will help Lilly White at my manor for the rest of the summer to pay off your debt" Octavia smiled.
"And if you need any maid outfits i'm sure Juniper can hook you up" Aria chuckled looking over at the nerdy girl on the other side of the room. Juniper just giving Aria a mean look before huffing and turning her back to the short siren sister.
Outside of the Hospital the various groups said their goodbyes and began to head their separate ways, but before that Aria noticed Indigo approach her.
"Hey, runt..." Indigo began "Thanks, thanks for beating some sense into me...I guess" Indigo blushed looking down at Aria. Aria just looked-up at the girl and chuckled. "Hehe, anytime goggles, anytime." Aria replied as she held out her hand, Indigo taking it and shaking it in kind.
"Though, just know, next time we fight, i'm totally gonna win" Indigo grinned tightening her grip. "Hehe, keep telling yourself that" Aria chuckled.
"Hey, Indy, c'mon!" Lemon Zest shouted over to her friend as the rest of the Shadowbolts were heading out.
"Hey, you're girlfriends calling yea" Aria teased looking up at Indigo
"S-shut up!" Indigo Zap blushed as she removed her grip and began to head towards Lemon Zest.
"Aww, how cute, Ari made a new friend!" Sonata sang as she approached her sister. "D-did not!" Aria replied with a blush as she quickly walked past the bubbly pest and towards Adagio who was talking to Juniper and Trixie.
"So, you'll come by the loft. I mean, we-we still need to talk about the other day" Adagio blushed looking at the two.
Juniper just huffed "Sure, why not" she said as she rolled her eyes.
"Well Trixie still does not feel comfortable around someone who claims to be her friend and then yells at her, but admitingly Trixie doesn't have much else to do, so sure whatever" Ms. Lulamoon replied
"Good" Adagio smiled, let's get going.
Later as Adagio and the others returned to the loft, the leader of the sirens stood in the center of the living room area as the others set down.
"I-I think I owe you all an apology and an explanation about...before" Adagio sighed looking at the group.
"Agreed, go on" Juniper replied rather sternly.
"Listen, when I yelled at you all, when I said all those things, I-I didn't mean them, I was just---"
"Just what?" Trixie angrily growled.
"I was trying to protect you." Adagio admitted.
"Oh yea, making us feel like garbage is a real great way to do that sis!" Aria sarcastically replied.
"Ugg" Adagio huffed. "Well if you all hadn't" Adagio began before she stopped herself not wanting to mess things up and loose her cool.
"Listen. The other day when you were doing that silly maid seduction...whatever that was!" Adagio began "I-it triggered something inside me, something.....not good" Adagio nervously blushed.
"So basically they made yea horny and it freaked yea out!?" Sonata interrupted with a chuckle. The group looking at her with a "Seriously" face.
"It's not just that Sonata" Adagio angrily growled at the bubbly siren sister. "Listen, I-I felt something inside me, something primal, not like pony magic or siren magic, it felt dark....dangerous" Adagio continued. "I thought getting you out of the loft for a bit was the only way to protect you all" Adagio sorrowfully sighed.
Juniper just looked at Adagio and sighed "You know what, i'm the one who should be apologizing" Juniper admitted "I mean yea you were a total bitch to us, but my idea was too stupid and impulsive to work in the first place, I knew that, but...I guess I just couldn't help myself" Juniper sighed once more. "But you know, you still could have told us what you that was going on instead of trying to get us to hate you" Juniper chuckled looking-up at Adagio.
"Indeed" Trixie agreed her arms crossed.
"Hehe, true" Adagio chuckled. "But that's why I want to make it up to you, all of you." Adagio exclaimed with a smile.
"Aria, Soanta.... I feel like we haven't really done much together as sisters in a long time, so how about we start going out again, movies, a fancy dinner whatever you to want to do, lets do it, at least once a week." Adagio smiled looking over at the two other sirens.
"Y-yea mean it Dagi!" Sonata asked in excitement resisting the urge to jump up and down.
"I mean it sis" Adagio smiled over at the bubbly siren.
"And on top of that" Adagio continued. "Aria, Juniper, Trixie...I guess I owe you all a date" Adagio nervously chuckled.
"W-WHAT!" The three girls surprisingly shouted in unison.
"Yea" Adagio blushed "I mean I figured it was the best way to make it up to you all" She nervously explained. "So here's what i'll do. Juniper, I do like you, I think you could be a good friend, maybe more... I want to go on a date, a real one and see where that takes us, no matter where we end up, I feel like at the least we were meant to meet, yea know" Adagio blushed.
"Trixie, I promised i'd teach you how to be a good friend, and...I-i've failed at that in every conceivable way" Adagio sighed "But I promise i'll dedicate an entire day to helping you in any way I can, whatever you want to learn, whatever you wanna do, I'll be there for yea" Adagio nervously promised the silver haired sorceress.
"And Aria..." Adagio continued as she looked over at her dear sister "I know you have a lot of complicated feelings to work out, and I want to help you with that any way I can, so as soon as I can i'll help you with that, i'm your big sis and i'll always be here for you, we'll get through this, together, I promise." Adagio finished up with a smile. The room dead quite, all the girls still looking straight at Adagio, unsure what to think.
"So since I don't here any neighsayers I guess the plan sticks then" Adagio chuckled. "I'll spend tomorrow with Aria and Sonata doing whatever Sonny wants to do, then the next day i'll spend with Juniper, the day after that Trixie, and end things off with you Aria" Adagio replied giving her sister a wink, the small purple siren just blushing. "Y-yea sounds good to me" Aria stuttered.
"Well I guess that's reasonable" Juniper agreed.
"Meh, not like I have anything better to do" Trixie half-chuckled.
"OK then, it's settled, operation Date Nights are a-go!" Adagio smiled, Sonata giving out a small cheer as the rest of the room chuckled or rolled their eyes.
Meanwhile across town.....
"S'up Pinks? Yea look kind of...more serious then usual." Rainbow Dash stated as she noticed the peppy pink girl staring diligently out her window.
"I dunno Dashie, I just have a feeling like someone...something is watching us, all of us" Pinkie stated as she continued to seriously stare out the window.
Rainbow Dash just rolled her eyes "More like you've been watching too many late night horror movies with Maud and Limestone again" Dash chuckled walking over to her friend.
"Eh, maybe you're right Dashie...maybe you're right" The girl half-chuckled as she turned away from the window and began to walk back towards the couch with Rainbow in tow.
Meanwhile in a bush across the street a meanicing pair of red eyes stared at the spot where Pinkie had been before slowly fading away.
Author's Notes:
Ahh, always nice to have sort-of happy endings. Hope the Shadowbolts enjoy being maids for the summer!
...hope whatever is spying on Pinkie and the others doesn't end-up being a problem in the future and that Adagio's right and whatever she felt that day was just a hiccup.
Oh well come back next time for some fun sisterly bonding and then some silly, sexy and awkward dates!
Thanks again for reading and will come back and fix mistakes as I can.
Chapter 10: Sisterly Bonding 2.0
Sonata Dusk smiled as she skipped along, the bright sun shining down on the streets of Canterlot City. "So what exactly are we doing again?" Aria asked looking over at Adagio. "Whatever Sonata wants to do, today is her day afterall." Adagio chuckled looking down at the short purple siren, Aria just rolling her eyes and letting out a small somewhat sarcastic laugh of her own as she looked over at Sonata, the bubbly blue girl as happy as could be.
"So, what ya have planned for us first airhead?" Aria teased smiling at Sonata.
"Oh, I don't know, I mean there's just so much to do, we could relax in the park, shop at the mall, go to a movie, or visit the aquarium or the zoo. Oh yea that sounds fun, lets do that!" Sonata cheered happy at her idea.
"You want to go to the Zoo and stare at a bunch of stinky animals all day? Really!?" Aria asked in a somewhat disgruntled tone.
"Yea, we could see the lions, and tigers, and hippos!" Sonata sang
"Oh My!" Adagio jokingly replied.
"Yea, I guess that's cool and all, but remember none of them talk in this world like they did back in Equestria, or some of them.... man those Hippos back home could talk your ear off" Aria chuckled remembering that time she and her sisters had made a wrong turn while traveling the south seas beyond Equestria and ended up as reluctant guests to the queen of the Hippos.
"Yea, I know, but I still think it would be cool to check it out, I mean we've been in this world for so long and haven't been to the zoo once" Sonata exclaimed with a pout, looking at Aria with big puppy dog eyes. "Fine!" Aria huffed giving into her sister's plea "The Zoo it is."
"YAY!" Sonata cheered as she hugged her sister tightly, Aria letting out a small blush finding her face was much closer to Sonata's chest then she felt comfortable with.
"Hehe" Adagio chuckled. "Now that that's settled, let's get going. " The leader stated as she began to walk in-front of the two.
Later at the Zoo Sonata happily ran from one exhibit to another, here eyes wide like a small child experiencing the world for the very first time!
"Monkys, and Pandas and Koalas, OH MY GOODNESS THEY'RE ALL SO CUTE!!!" Sonata squeed as she jumped up and down here excitement growing with each new exhibit. "Oh, and there's the Hippos!" Sonata cheered as she ran towards the enclosure. "Hi Mr. Hippo, i'm sorry you guys can't talk in this world. Maybe you should talk to your queen about getting you transferred back to Equestria!" Sonata yelled at the Hippo the other men, women and children also looking at the exhibit staring at the girl like she was crazy.
"Ugg, that airhead!" Aria groaned as she went over to get Sonata. "Sorry folks she's had a bit too much sugar today" Aria nervously chuckled as she prayed Sonata away from the exhibit. "That's not true!" Sonata pouted "I've only had three cotton candies, Pinkie and I can easily eat twice that in a day and be fine!" The excited girl exclaimed.
Aria just groaned again and rubbed her temples "You're lucky you're cute or i'd have ended you a long time ago" Aria stated with a sigh staring at Soanta. "Ahh, c'mon Ari, you know you LOVE ME!" Sonata cooed as she gave Aria an innocent flirtatious stare. "i'd love for you to calm down and stop embarrassing us" Aria teasingly replied.
"OK, that's enough you two" Adagio interrupted, we better keep going or we'll never get through all the exhibits before they close. Adagio reminded her sisters.
"Oh my Neptune you're right!" Sonata nervously replied.
"So, where should we go next?" Aria asked the bubbly blue siren.
"Hmm, I dunno, i'm tempted just to make a b-line to the Aquarium, you know to see if the fishies here are as pretty as the ones from our home world, but maybe we should save that for last, how about the Elephents!" Sonata smiled "I hear they never forget anything, like ever! I'd love to know how they do it!" Sonata chuckled with glee as she continued to hop along her sisters trailing behind.
"OK, elephants it is." Adagio agreed with a chuckle.
The three girls set on the edge of the enclosure and watched the large majestic creatures slowly walk back and forth.
"Wow, they're so big, and adorable!" Sonata squeed once more.
"Yes, it's a shame some of the more garbage humans in this dimension kill these majestic creatures for sport or their tusks" Adagio sighed.
"Ugg, humans are just garbage sometimes!" Aria agreed.
"Yea, they're almost as nasty as Griffons or Storm Beasts!" Sonata concurred.
The three girls looked at one another and chuckled before looking back at the creatures that were the topic of their discussion.
"hey, you guys think maybe we should get jobs at this zoo?" Sonata asked her sisters.
"Why the hell would you wanna do that!?" Aria sourly cringed as she looked at her sister.
"I dunno, I mean it's just that, technically we're animals too, I mean we were magical creatures back in Equestria, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to help the creatures of this world just cause they aren't magical...right!?" Sonata explained looking at her sisters with sorrowful eyes.
"You know Sonata, you've always been the kind hearted one" Adagio smiled. "I think it's great you wanna help the creatures of this world, but maybe working at a zoo wouldn't be the best idea given you're um...uniquely energetic nature." Adagio attempted to let her sister down easy. "But maybe you could ask Fluttershy if she ever needs any help at that animal shelter of her's" Adagio softly smiled.
"Hmm...I guess you're right Dagi, maybe i'd be better off working with some puppy dogs just as hyper as me" Sonata smiled. "OK, I've had enough of the elephants, let's see what else this place has to offer" Sonata softly sighed as she began to walk towards the next exhibit, her sister's still on tow.
Hours later after the group had looked at every other creature in the zoo from Komodo dragons to that creepy indoor section with bugs and bats the group had finally made it to the aquarium part of the attraction, as the girls entered they looked on in awe at all the amazing recreations of this worlds seas and the various creatures that inhabited it.
"Aww, look at how cute those fishies are!" Sonata practically screamed.
"He, forget the small fry, look at this beast" Aria smiled looking at a Great White Shark that seemed to be grinning back at her as well as if it could sense her aura recognizing her as a fellow predator, one worthy of respect. Meanwhile Adagio walked towards the back where a pod of Dolphins swam in a rather large tank. Adagio watched the group of aquatic mammals swim back and forth as they chirped and sang and did tricks. The sight was calming to her but also somewhat melancholic as it made her long for her long lost home, the seas beyond Equestria, the underwater kingdom of Fantasia, now no more then a dream given their original siren bodies had long since been destroyed. The puffy haired girl felt a small tear roll down her eye.
"So, you miss it too" She heard a voice beside her ask, looking over to her left to see Sonata also watching the display begging to tear -up, Aria showing-up at her right making a small melancholic laugh. "Man, I haven't felt the sea on my scales, er skin in forever" The smallest siren sighed as she joined her sisters.
"You know guys, maybe our next sister bonding trip should be to the beach?" Sonata smiled as she wiped the tears away from her eyes.
"Yea, i'd like that" Adagio agreed as she did the same.
"Hell yea! That's a lot better then coming to a zoo full of stinky old animals that can't even talk" Aria laughed as she looked over at her sisters, Sonata just grabbing the two and bringing them in for a hug. "Thanks you two, today's been great!" She cried as she hugged them even tighter. "N-No problem" The two huffed as they tried to catch their breath while in Sonata's tight embrace.
That evening the siren trio decided to be a bit on the lazy side and take the bus back to the loft as opposed to walking all the way back, as they did Adagio couldn't help but find herself rather sleepy and quickly found herself drifting off to sleep on the public transport.
"hehe, hey Ari, look, Dagi fell asleep. We should totally draw on her face!" Sonata chuckled under her breath looking over at Aria who was on the other side of Adagio. Aria just rolling her eyes before replying "Yea, no, I'd prefer not to be killed by my big sister" Aria chuckled looking back over at Sonata.
"Hehe, yea, guess that would kinda suck" Sonata chuckled once more, before calming down a bit and getting a bit more serious "You know I really am glad we all got to spend time together today, it's been far to long, and I-I was kind of afraid you and Adagio didn't like me anymore." Sonata admitted to her siren sibling.
Aria just looked over at the usual bright eyed girl rather confused. "Why the heck would yea think that!?" Aria asked the bustiest of the trio rather sternly. Sonata just let out a deep sigh and looked at her sister longingly "Well ever since the whole thing with Sandalwood i've kind of felt like a third wheel, Pinkie Puts up with me still, but I feel like around everyone else, even you and Dagi i'm just a nuisance, I tried so hard to be grown up and it back-fired." Sonata sighed once more. "And on top of that now you have a crush on Dagi instead of me, and i'm kinda jealous" Sonata pouted looking over at Aria with her puppy dog eyes. "I mean, c'mon my bust is twice the size of hers!" Sonata huffed as she crossed her arms and puffed out her chest.
Aria just rolled her eyes and groaned. "Seriously!?" The shortest siren huffed "Listen, you're not a third wheel, you said you wanted more freedom so we gave it to you, and if it's any consultation I find you and Adagio both equally as beautiful as you are pains in my ass overall" Aria mischievously smiled over at Sonata.
"Well, that's nice to know I suppose, though really Ari you should find someone to crush on that's not related to you, seriously that's just weird!" Sonata exclaimed.
"Wh-bu-you...uggg" Aria growled looking at her sister who was still smiling realizing Sonata had been teasing her this entire time. "Your boobs are bigger then your brain....stupid airhead" Aria huffed, Sonata still chuckling as she let out a yawn, finding she too was getting rather tired, glad that they were almost at their stop as she was ready for a nice warm bath and a good nights sleep, it was nice to be spending time with her sisters again, even if Aria would probably get back at her tomorrow for teasing her like that,
Meanwhile in the back of the bus a cloaked figure with glowing red eyes just stared at the trio and let out a quite laugh "Yes, the gold one is almost ready, i'll have what I need from it soon enough" The figure reassured itself before dissapearing into a haze of black smoke, a nearby elderly passenger blinking in disbelief wondering what the heck they had eaten to cause that hallucination.
Author's Notes:
Well that was cute, wanted to do a bit of a more laid back chapter before we got back to building up of the chaos, next time Adagio goes on her date with Juniper, shenanigans ensue.
Chapter 11: Junebug Jitters
Adagio got up bright and early and began her long trek to Juniper's house, like most days in Canterlot it was bright and sunny, though the early morning wind did make it feel a bit chilly. Adagio didn't seem to mind however as her mind was rather preoccupied. This was the first real date she had been on with Juniper and the first real date she'd been on anyone in well, over a thousand years she guessed, though she imagined going out with a human would be much different then going out with a siren.
As adagio continued on her trek she realized she had made it all the way to Canterlot City Park. She looked at the scenery, calm and serene the only imperfection the crater by the fountain still there from the recent fight between Aria and Indigo. Adagio walked up to the impact site as a chill ran down her spine, It bothered her that Sunset still had no idea how or when Indigo had been effected with the rouge magic, and even more so that it seemed like it had been dark magic, not simple corrupted Equestrian magic, but something actually evil. Adagio shivered again as she quickly walked away from the site and continued her trek to Juniper and her uncle's abode.
"DING DONG" Went the door bell as Adagio placed her finger on the small oval button, quickly removing it and waiting for her prize. Not long after the door opened and Adagio was greeted by Juniper, a smile on the girl's face, and below that a rather colorful outfit. Juniper was wearing a pink sleeveless low cut top giving adagio ample view of her bussom and below that some tight bright blue jeans that accented her figure quite well, with some classy looking red high-heeled boots to pull the entire ensemble together.
"So, how do I look!?" Juniper asked Adagio with a blush giving the girl a wide smile.
"well, i'm still learning my human slang...:" Adagio began "But I believe this is the part where i'm supposed to tell you that you look Super Kawaii or something like that" Adagio chuckled.
"Hehe, well I was going for sexy, but cute works too" Juniper replied giving off a small chuckle of her own.
"Well of course that goes without saying." Adagio cooed giving Juniper a sly wink as she wrapped her arm around her. Juniper blushed taking in Adagio as she did as well, the girl had her ever puffy hairdo and was wearing a black choker with a fake red jewel inside. below that a rather tight fitting pink t-shirt that read "Queen of The Sea" in blue letters and long black pants leading down to a simple pair of brown strapped sandals.
"So, what exactly do you have planned for me?" Adagio curiously asked as she stared down at the the lime-green girl.
"Hehe, it's a surprise." Juniper teased as she gave Adagio a devious smile.
"Well then, let's hope it's a good one" Adagio replied giving Juniper a soft smile, the two heading towards the nearest bus stop.
Adagio stretched her arms and yawned as she got-up, the two girls had been riding the bus for hours, but according to Juniper they were finally at their stop. Following her date she got off the bus and was admitingly quite surprised with what she saw.
"w-what is this!?" Adagio asked as she looked around, the group seemingly out in the middle of nowhere, but at the same time there was a large assortment of colors, lights and sounds, she could she various concession stands, rides, even a Ferris wheel and did she hear singing coming from the center of...whatever this was!?
"It's The Appleoosa State Fair!" Juniper cheered as she grabbed Adagio's hand and began to run towards the rather loud hodgepodge of tents. "W-what's a state fair!?" Adagio asked rather confused.
"Wait-you've never!?" Juniper began before pausing. "Oh, that's right you're from another dimension" The girl chuckled as she let go of the obviously confused siren. "well, think of it like.... A really big party, people come from all over to listen to music, ride unsafe rides and eat unhealthy food till they puke!" Juniper laughed out loud.
"That sounds....Awful" Adagio replied with a cringe.
"No, it's really fun, I promise!" Juniper reassured the uncertain girl. "And at night, everyone goes up on that hill over there and watches the fireworks." Juniper finished her eyes making a nostalgic glaze as she looked over at the nearby hill.
"So..... this is something that means a lot to you I take it?" Adagio asked her date rather inquisitively.
"Yea" Juniper sighed. "When my mom and dad were still alive we'd come here every summer, he'd always get sick riding the tilt-a-whirl and mom would always laugh. Sometime Unc would come along and insult the clowns for not knowing how to make a balloon dragon. " Juniper chuckled reliving the memories. "I know it's probably not what you were expecting, me the nerdy girl liking something like this, you probably thought we'd be going to the movies or a museum, but nah, I think this is what i'd really like to do." Juniper softly smile as she looked back to Adagio.
" I see, well then, let's get this show on the road" Adagio smiled as she wrapped her arm around Juniper once more and the two began to walk towards the attraction.
After a couple of hours of adjusting to this odd human ritual Adagio had to admit she found herself having fun, the various rides and arcade games had been much more enjoyable then she had expected. Though she was pretty sure that game where you had to knock the bottles over to win a prize was rigged as even her siren strength couldn't get them to budge no matter how hard she threw a ball at it, on the bright side however she had managed to win Juniper a plush unicorn (one that looked disturbingly similar to what she imagined Sunset Shimmer's unicorn form looked like if she were being honest) at the stand where you shot the water guns into the clowns mouth until the balloon popped.
"So, yea having fun yet!?" Juniper asked looking over at Adagio with a bright innocent childlike smile.
"Hehe, I guess" Adagio replied "I still don't think I fully understand the point of this fair, and i'm pretty sure that guy at the bottle game is a cheater, but yea, I guess I can see why you like it. Being out here in the sun, walking from tent to tent to see whats what, it does have it's rustic charm I suppose." Adagio smiled giving her date a wink.
"Well now that we've played some games and rode some rides, how about some food" Juniper asked. Before Adagio could reply however she heard her stomach grumble. "I'm guessing that's a yes" Juniper laughed looking at the now blushing Adagio.
"Hehe, yea I guess so" Adagio replied rather embarrassed.
As the two girls set on some nearby benches and chowed down on their burgers while sipping their soda Adagio looked around to see if she could see anyone she recognized, but sadly it seems not anyone from Canterlot City or not anyone she knew was present at this event, she was guessing most of the people here were from the nearby city of Appleoosa for the small town of Dirtsville that was between the location of the fair and Canterlot. As she took a large gulp of her soda to help swallow her meal however she noticed a small group of young men seemingly walking towards them.
"Well, whadda two perrty things like you doing all alone at a fair like this?" The largest individual in the middle asked. Adagio looked at the young man, he was probably around the same age as she and Juniper, maybe slightly older, possibly a college kid. HIs hair was auburn and his skin was roughly the same shade as Adagio's, he was tall and muscular, obviously someone who was used to doing a lot of manual labor, she also noticed he was wearing a stereotypical cowboy get-up which frankly looked quite ridiculous even if it was expected for the region.
"If you must know" Adagio began as she cleared her throat. "My girlfriend and I were just enjoying yer quaint little fair here" Adagio cooed adding a slight touch of a fake southern accent to mock the young man, giving off a devious smile.
"Ahh, that so" The young man replied, still giving them that fake smile. "Well mah name's Breaburn and the two twigs behind me r Hayseed and Tumbleweed" The young man announced pointing to the two behind him, Hayseed was tall and skinny but lacking Breaburn's muscle, his black hair and dark gray skin making him look like a rather dull individual, Tumbleweed being the shortest of the group but also fairly lean had dark orange skin with dark brown hair, not the best color scheme, but hey what yea gonna do. The two young men were noticeably meek looking compared to Breaburn, despite wearing the same ridiculous cowboy get-ups.
"Well, a pleasure to meet you" Adagio politely replied. "But if you'll excuse us we need to get back to the festivities" Adagio stated as she motioned for Juniper to get up.
"Now, now, no need ta rush off, why not let the fellas and eye show yea around? We know this fair like the back o our hands! Right boys!?" Breaburn stated as he looked back at his cronies the two just nervously nodding in agreement.
"See, plus t'wouldn't be right ta leave two young pertty lil fillies all alone in a big ol fair like this, yea never know what kinda sleeze might try ta make a move" Breaburn added attempting to give off an innocent smile but instead gave one that looked less then pure in it's intent.
"Like Adagio said, we'll be fine thank you very much!" Juniper huffed in reply as she got up and walked over to Adagio's side of the table taking her hand as Adagio got-up. "Thank you for your offer and your hospitality but we would really prefer to just spend some time together." Juniper stated as stared sternly at the group and began to pull at Adagio motioning for her to come along.
Breaburn was quite noticeably irked by this and motioned for his goons to cut the two girls off. "Now ah've tried being nice about this, but I don't think ya'll understand, I get you city girls get confused sometimes, thinkin yea got crushes on each other er what not, but mah boys n I are just trying ta help yea out." Breaburn explained as he and the others surrounded the two. "Now why don't y'all be good lil girls n come with us." The tall cowboy asked as he did his best to look intimidating.
"Yeah, no, sorry hun, but I don't think so" Adagio chuckled as the gem in her palm began to glow and she commenced her attack.
In the blink of an eye Breaburn saw his friends get knocked down flat on there backs and land with a thud, and before he could process what was going on he felt a fist make contact with his gut causing him to bend down in pain with another fist quickly uppercutting him in the jaw causing him to fall back on the ground. "Wh-What n tarnation!?" Breaburn gasped in disbelief as he looked up at Adagio the gem in her palm still glowing the girl looking down at him with malice.
"W-what are you!?" Breaburn fearfully asked, his eyes wide looking at Adagio as a small mouse would a hungry cat.
"Ahm yer worst fear sugah" Adagio mocked as she bent down and flicked his nose before smiling devilishly and walking back towards Juniper.
"T-that was awesome!!" Juniper cheered as she looked at Adagio in awe.
"Hehe I know, now let's get going." Adagio smiled as she wrapped her arms around the girl and gave Juniper a kiss on the cheek.
Hours later the sun began to set and the girls headed up towards the hill to find a perfect place to sit and watch the fireworks. Shortly after they found what the figured would be the perfect viewpoint two more unfamiliar individuals approached them. One was a tall older gentlemen with gray skin and black hair like the one before but a thick silver mustache, along with him was an incredibly tall brown skinned woman with beautiful yellow hair, a rather athletic and muscular frame yet somehow she also appeared very feminine and womanly.
"There they are" The older gentleman stated as he pointed to the girls and began to head back down the hill.
"Who are you and what do you want?" Adagio bluntly asked.
"I-um-well" The rather tall woman nervously muttered. "You see my name is Little Strongheart and ah..." The surprisingly shy woman gulped. "I'm Breaburn's wife and I wanted to apologize for the way her treated you two earlier." The woman explained. "He and his friends always drink a little too much and get a bit too rowdy at these type of things, i'm usually able to keep him in line but I got distracted watching the concert and they had wandered off, i'm terribly sorry they harrased you as they did!" The woman exclaimed with a bow.
Adagio just looked at the woman and began to laugh "Hahaha, please it was nothing, i'm sure as you could tell I put those clowns in their place." Adagio chuckled "I will admit i'm a bit irked to find out you have trouble keeping your man in line though" Adagio deviously added. "You know where i'm from if a man acts up like that we cut their balls off" She evilly growled at woman. Little Strongheart just gulping and bowing once more promising it won't happen again before she runs off down the hill herself.
"Wow, that was savage!" Juniper replied looking at Adagio in disbelief.
"Yeah, well, if you ask me women who can't keep their man in line are just as pathetic as the men who try to pry on beautiful young girls like us." Adagio stated as she flicked her hair.
"Hehe, I guess" Juniper chuckled "But do people in Equestria really chop men's balls off!?" Juniper asked rather curiously
"Haha, of course not, I just wanted to scare her a bit" Adagio chuckled in reply as she set down on the blanket with Juniper as the sun set and the two waited for the fireworks to start.
"He, yea those scumbags will think twice before they try to rape us again" Adagio told herself "Ecspecially since the only one who gets to ravage Juniper is us!" A voice from deep inside stated. Adagio froze at the unexpected thought, but to her horror more began to appear "I mean I can understand why they wanted to" A voice inside continued "Juniper is adorable, and so innocent looking, but we all know how those innocent ones really are, just scheming manipulative little sluts that want to get caught and dominated, the voice continued" Adagio grabbed her head as it began to throb, from the corner of her eye she could see the gem in her palm glowing red again instead of it's usual yellow. "S-shut up!" She whispered to herself "That is not true, Juniper is our friend, maybe our girlfriend, w-we would never do anything to hurt or take advantage of her!" Adagio told herself. "But is it really that bad if you know she wants it!?" The voice replied in a cackle. "T-that's not-shut-up!" Adagio loudly whispered again.
"Adagio-are you OK?" Juniper asked as she looked at her potential lover with concern.
"Oh-ah-yea" Adagio nervously chuckled "I-I just have a bit of a headache, I think i'm just a bit dehydrated." Adagio lied giving her best faux-smile to Juniper as she hid her still glowing hand by sitting on it.
"Well do you want me to go get you a drink real quick?" Juniper asked.
"Y-yes that would be nice." Adagio nervously replied giving Juniper a smile as the girl walked off.
"Don't be gone too long darling" Adagio cooed "Wouldn't want to miss those fireworks of yours!" She sang as she watched Juniper run down to the concession stand at the bottom of the hill, quickly turning her attention back to her gemstone which was still glowing red.
"W-whatever this is, I don't think it's good" Adagio gulped as she looked down at her palm with concern.
Author's Notes:
Well, outside of dealing with some jerky locals nothing too bad, overall a decent first date i'd say.
Though I guess we should be concerned that Adagio apparently is hearing a dark voice in her head...or is it in her gem.....why doesn't magic in this world make any sense!?
Anywho next time it's Trixie's turn to spend some personal time with Adagio. Surely nothing can go wrong just from giving friendship lessons....right!?
Thanks again for reading, and as per usual will go back and fix mistakes later as I spot them.
Chapter 12: Magic Trix
Adagio Dazzle walked up to the old two-story building in down town Canterlot and took a good look at the sign to make sure she was in the right place. "Hoofdini's Magic Emporium" She read aloud looking up at the sign before going up to the door and looking at the two doorbells, the red one with marked shop and the blue one marked home. Adagio let out a sigh and pushed the blue doorbell hoping that her protege would be ready by now as when she had called her from Sunset's loft the showgirl had promised Adagio she would be ready and raring to go by the time the siren leader had arrived.
"Just a minute!" Adagio hard a voice shout from the other side as she heard the fast heavy thump of someone walking down the stairs ended with a quick sprint to the front door as it swung open to an obviously winded Trixie Lulamoon.
"r-ready!" Trixie wheezed as she caught her breath.
Adagio couldn't help but let out a small chuckle, as much as Trixie found herself running away from annoyed students or bullies you would think she wouldn't get so easily winded from merely running down a single flight of stairs.
"And what's so funny!?" Trixie asked with a pout.
"Oh, nothing" Adagio replied. "You look cute"
"Oh, ahh...thanks" Trixie blushed playing with the curl at the front of her hair. Adagio meanwhile examining her friend. The girl was wearing a sleeveless purple t-shirt that like Juniper's the day before did a very good job of showing off occasionally boastful teens ample bussom, if there was one thing Trixie could brag about it was she was by no means lacking in the size department, Adagio devilishly thought to herself before taking in the rest of the attire, a dark blue short skirt and some silver leggings going down into a pair of black boots.
"Nice ah... shop you got here" Adagio smiled wanting to make sure that her friend didn't catch on that she had been oogling her.
"Yes, well technically it's my fathers. Hoofdini was my great-grandfather you know!" Trixie boasted with a smile.
"Is that so?" Adagio asked with a somewhat inquisitive look.
"Yes, I never met him myself but my father is always telling stories about what an amazing man he was, and how he could do any trick without fail!" Trixie continued to brag. "Growing up my dad's stories inspired me to want to be a great performer as well, I was determined to become the world's first great musical magician....but....you've seen how that's turned out." Trixie sighed hanging her head looking down at the sidewalk.
"So you've hit a couple bumps in the road, give it time i'm sure crowds of people will be chanting your name in no time!" Adagio reassured the blue girl with a wink.
"Well, of course, I know that" Trixie puffed with an air of faux-confidence. "I just get impatient sometimes that's all" The girl half chuckled. "So, what do we do first? How should we start our Friendship lesson?" Trixie asked looking at Adagio in anticipation.
"Can't say" Adagio replied much to Trixie's surprise. "I'm just here to help you if you need it, overall what you decide to do is up to you."
Trixie just sighed and thought things over for a bit before gulping and shaking her head as if to confirm she had made some form of decision internally. "OK then" Trixie began "I-I think I want to confront Lavender and Fuchsia and apologize to them!" Trixie nervously exclaimed.
"Well, i'll admit that's a bit of a surprise, I was expecting something a bit more basic to ween you in, but if you think you're ready for the big guns I say go for it!" Adagio cheered giving Trixie a thumbs-up.
"I mean, I-I know most of why they hung out with me is because I paid them to, b-but I know deep down we really were friends despite that, or at the very least we really did have fun together at times" Trixie continued. "A-and if I don't at least try i'll never know for certain, right!?" Trixie gulped again as she nervously asked Adagio.
"Makes sense to me." Adagio chuckled. "But do you even know where they'd be?" The siren leader asked.
"I-I think I might" Trixie stuttered. And with that the two were off to find Trixie's potential ex-friends.
Lavender Lace and Fuchsia Blush groaned as they set on the bench in front of "The Flim-Flam Bros. Music Company"
"Ugg, I hate having to work summer jobs!" Fuchsia whined.
"I know F.B." Lavender sighed "Working when you should be having fun in the sun and flirting with hot guys on the beach is the worst!" Lavender added. The two girls just looked at each other once more before letting out a small half hearted chuckle. "Almost makes me wish we were still on Trixie's payroll" Fuchsia stated. "Yea, as if, i'll be happy if I never see that bratty bimbo again!" Lavender replied, quickly feeling as she had jinxed herself however as she turned around and saw the aforementioned Trixie walking towards her and Fuchsia with Adagio Dazzle of all people!
"H-hey girls" Trixie nervously smiled as she looked at her former back-up performers.
"What are you doing here Lulamoon!?" Lavender asked in a rather angry tone.
"And what the heck are you doing with that Dazzling chick!?" Fuchsia chimed in rather confused to see Trixie hanging out with a girl that she had previously considered one of her rivals.
"W-well you see girls I..." Trixie began with a stutter obviously quite nervous as she temporarily looked back at Adagio who just gave her a nod confirming her vote of confidence in her friend. "I-i've been getting, lessons, sort of, on how to be a better friend, and I-I wanted to come and tell you both I was sorry for the way I treated you and-and I was hoping maybe-maybe we could start over, you know, be friends, f-for real this time" Trixie nervously spouted out with a blush.
Lavender and Fuschia just looked at each other before looking back at Trixie, their face still rather disgruntled. "So let me get this straight...." Lavender began. "You think just because you've been spending some time with some reformed magical girls, whom you used to hate by the way; that we will just magically forgive you because you say you think you can be a good friend now!?" Lavender huffed.
"u-umm yes." Trixie mumbled.
"BWAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!" The two girls laughed out loud causing Trixie to move back closer to Adagio.
"Seriously Trixie, the only reason we even hung out with a loser like you in the first place was because the pay was decent, but even that wasn't worth putting up with a brat like you at the end of the day." Lavender told the devastated showgirl.
"B-but what about when we weren't at school, th-the shopping spree's at the mall, t-the sleep overs!" Trixie asked, her eye's sorrowful and pleading, begging for any form of validation that at some point the two girls had cared for her.
" The shopping sprees were just a way for us to trick you into buying us stuff, and as for the sleepovers, well everyone needs a break from their family now and again, even if it means spending the night at a dusty old apartment of a bratty bimbo and her dusty old dad." Lavender manically laughed.
Trixie was heartbroken by her former compatriots words as she began to sob. "F-Fuschia, I-is this t-true!?" The heartbroken teen asked. Fuschia didn't say a word however as she just looked straight at the ground, obviously not having the courage to contradict Lavender's words despite obviously not agreeing with everything the girl had said.
Unbeknownst to the rest of the girls standing behind the spectacle Adagio began to feel her blood boil, seeing Trixie cry had awakened something in her like, that same primal force she had felt before began to take hold once more.
"YOU BITCHES!" Adagio shouted as her eyes began to glow bright red like the gemstone in her palm. "She came here to make amends and you just decide it's ok to break her heart!?" Adagio screeched as she walked up to the two girls anger oozing from her body she grabbed Lavender by the neck of her t-shirt and brought the now frightened girl right up to her face. "I should gut you like the pig you are!" Adagio growled in a scratchy demonic voice as her fingernails began to extend out into claws as she held them up for Lavender to see. Lavender meanwhile was paralyzed with fear and couldn't even scream out, nor could Fuschia who was in disbelief. This obviously did not please Adagio however as she let out another growl "Squeal for me pig, it's no fun if you don't squeal!" Adagio laughed as she arched her hand back as if she were ready to strike.
"AHHHH!!" Lavender shrieked as Adagio's claw closely came down towards her. Only to be stopped at the last minute by Trxie who was holding back the girl's arm.
"Adagio, Stop! T-this isn't right!" Trixie pleaded as she held back the angry siren's attack.
Adagio looked over at Trixie and saw the frightened look in her eyes. Immediately Adagio was knocked back to her senses. Realizing what she had almost just done her eyes grew wide with fear and she ran off.
"A-Adagio wait!" Trixie shouted as she ran off after the girl. Meanwhile Lavender and Fuchsia who were still in a state of shock just looked at each other, without uttering a single word just nodding knowing they were both thinking "Note to self, never piss off a magical girl."
Trixie continued to run after Adagio until the girl finally stopped at the park atop a small hill.
"W-what the hell was that!?" Trixie wheezed looking at Adagio.
"I-I don't know, i'm sorry, I-totally ruined things for you back there" Adagio chuckled as she began to cry.
"No, i'm pretty sure those two didn't really want to be friends with me anyway." Trixie laughed as she too began to sob the harsh words of Lavender Lace still echoing in her mind.
The two girls just continued to laugh like they'd gone insane as the both decided just to say "screw it" and fell back onto the grass and looked-up at the clouds. "You know, while Trixie is sad to know her fake friends do not want to be real friends, Trixie is still very grateful for the real ones she does have." The silver haired beauty smiled looking over at Adagio.
"Well, same here" Adagio softly smiled back. "I mean you're no Rainbow Dash, but I guess you're still kinda awesome" Adagio teased, Trixie just playfully poking out her tongue in reply.
"So, what do we do now? I didn't really have a back-up plan." Trixie explained.
"Well, I could think of a few things" Adagio cooed looking over at the buxom beauty.
"Hehe, yea right, Trixie doesn't want to be the one to cause a rift between you and Juniper" The girl teased back using her arms to cover herself up. "Besides you are not Trixie's type" The girl continued to tease.
"W-what!?" Adagio scoffed in fake anger.
"Yes, well for one thing your hair is far too poofy for my liking and well, like Sunset Shimmer and her little pet Twilight, Trixie prefers.......the more nerdy type." The girl admitted to Adagio.
Adagio just pouted "Fine I understand, everyone has a type I guess, Just don't be trying to steal Juniper away from me" Adagio chuckled.
"Oh heavens no!" Trixie reassured. "I said nerdy, not insane!"
"Hey now, that's my girl you're dissin!" Adagio continued to chuckle.
"Yea, well, that's your fault, not mine" Trixie playfully mocked.
The two girls eventually just sighed and laid down in the grass once more looking at the clouds as they relaxed.
Meanwhile a mysterious cloaked figure watched on from the shaded trees "Almost ready, but not quite....just one more push" The figure mumbled as it slowly faded away.
Author's Notes:
Poor Trixie, that didn't go how she expected, still at the very least she has real friends with The Dazzlings, and maybe Juniper and The Rainbooms someday.
Anywho 2 girls down, one to go.... Next time Adagio's awkward day with Aria and after that, things get super crazy!
Thanks for reading and as per usual will go back and fix errors as I find them!
Chapter 13: The Awkward Aria
Aria looked at herself nervously in the mirror. Tonight was the night that she had waited so long for, so much so that she had spent all day mentally preparing. After Adagio had spent the day with Juniper and the day after with Trixie it was finally Aria's turn and she knew exactly what she wanted to do with it. She to Adagio's surprise had decided to forfeit spending the entire day with her in exchange for one good old fashioned date. With some quick arrangements made with the help of Rarity Adagio had managed to get a reservation at "Gustav's" One of the fanciest restaurants in Canterlot City owned by the world renowned Gustav Le Grande! And they were set to arrive at 7:00 P.M. sharp.
"OK, Aria you can do this, this was your idea and you can't let nerves cause you to back out now!" Aria reassured herself in the mirror, looking at her reflection. She had her hair up in their usual pigtails though this time they were held in place by two bronze stars as opposed to her usual silver ones. Her outfit was a cute little Goth Lolita style dress that Rarity had found in her shop, saying she had originally made it for her little sister Sweetie Belle but forgot about it, so she had been more then happy to gift it to Aria. The white frills on the edges of the dress and sleeves complimented the black fabric quite well and the red lace cross stitched lace near the top added a lovely accent. The costume topped off with long black and white leggings that feed into black boots. As much as Aria hated to admit it, the dress did suite her well, conforming near perfectly to her small petite body, though part of her still bemoaned that she would never be considered sexy in any outfit, at the very least she could pull off adorable, even if she felt it might damage her reputation as a tough girl.
Aria was quickly brought out of her thoughts and insecurities however as she heard a knock on the door and Adagio's voice
"C'mon Aria, we need to get going, Gustav's is all the way across town and we need to be there in 45 minutes!" Aria gulped one last time before responding "O-OK i'm coming!" She nervously boomed as she opened the door to see a rather stunning Adagio Dazzle on the other side. Aria looked up at the siren leader and couldn't help but blush. Adagio was wearing a simple sleeveless black dress that hugged her body tightly showing off her exquisite form. the dress was embedded with shiny sequins that caused it to sparkle in the light a black choker with a fake red stone on her neck, and some glorious golden high heeled shoes. Adagio knew she was beautiful and she wasn't afraid to show it given by the amount of skin the revealing outfit showed off. Aria could do nothing but continue to gaze in awe.
"So, yea ready?" Adagio playfully asked giving her sister a wink.
"A-ah yea! Totally!" Aria stuttered.
"Well, OK then, let's get going" Adagio purred as she took Aria's hand and headed out the door.
"You two have fun on you're totally not weird sister date!" Sonata cheered as they left.
"Yea, something tells me calling it that isn't going to help them Sonata" Sunset chuckled. The bubbly blue siren just smiling a wide smile as Sunset just rolled her eyes.
Despite arriving on time the line at Gustav's was still fairly long. Some of the people the sisters recognized from CHS or walking around town, many they did not, but no one they knew directly was there, so that did ease their tension abit.
"You know Aria, i'm still a bit surprised this is what you chose" Adagio stated. "I would have expected a punk rock concert or a crazy night on the town" Adagio teased.
"Yea. well-yea know, i'm just-full of surprises I guess" Aria nervously stuttered.
"Indeed you are. Indeed you are" Adagio agreed as the two slowly inched closer to the MaƮtre d'hotel at the front.
Shortly after confirming their reservation, and mentioning they were friends of Rarity the two were taken to their seat, a small candlelit table for two in the upper back part of the restaurant nicely snuggled by the fire place and two medium sized oval windows meaning they could see the beautiful stars in the night sky.
"Well, this is nice and private too" Adagio sang noticing that the few other seats in the area were empty.
"But of course. Mr. Gustav would not dare disappoint friends of Rarity" The waiter smiled. "It was her ingenuity that prevented his own daughter Gilda from having a bad date some time back, and a Gustav always repays their debts!" The waiter smiled. "Now would you like for me to pour you both some wine? On the house of course." The waiter asked still giving off a gentlemanly smile.
"Hehe, sure, why not" Adagio smiled in reply. "How about you Aria?" She asked looking over at her date.
"Oh, ah yea-sure" Aria blushed nodding her head in agreement.
"He, We-We Mesdemoiselles" The waiter replied as he slowly poured the red wine into two glasses giving one to each siren and then promising he would be back in roughly ten minutes or so to take their order.
"Well sis, here's to you" Adagio smiled as she raised her glass, Aria nervously responding and raising her's in kind until the two klanged together "Ch-Cheers' she mumbled before returning the glass towards her and taking a sip.
an awkward silence surrounded the otherwise romantic scene as Adagio looked at her sister who just kept looking down at her wine glass and blushing. Adagio had to admit this aggravated her somewhat. Not that either her dates with Juniper or Trixie had been perfect but they had at least engaged in proper conversation with her. Adagio just put down her wine glass and let out a sigh.
"So, want to call this off..." Adagio sternly asked her sister.
"N-no, No I...it's just" Aria fumbled.
"It's just what?" Adagio asked getting rather perturbed at Aria by this point.
"I-I guess I just don't know what to do" Aria bashfully admitted.
"Come again?" Adagio asked, still rather unsatisfied.
"I mean, I can't believe you actually agreed to this, Taking me somewhere nice like this, not just as a friend or a sister, but an actual date, even though if anyone who knew us saw us here, the rumors they could spread." Aria explained a sign of concern and regret growing on her face.
Adagio just let out another deep sigh "That's the problem with you Aria, you worry so much about the bad things that could happen to Sonata or I that you just can't enjoy life" Adagio huffed. "Really, you've gotta lighten-up sis, it took a lot of last minute string pulling from our friends to get this night to happen, the least you could do was enjoy it" Adagio playfully scolded.
"Yea, I know-i'm sorry-and you're right, this-this was what I wanted, I shouldn't feel bad about that, thank you si-no-Adagio." Aria smiled at her date, Adagio Hhnnnging a bit and almost choking on the wine at the cute sight. the two just looking at each other and laughing as the waiter returned to take their orders and fill their glasses back-up.
As the two girls waited for their food they decided to do the only thing a couple could do at a place like this, what Adagio had hoped Aria would do from the start, they talked.
"So, Aria-what do you really think of this world. What do you think of our friends?" Adagio asked as she slowly stirred her wine glass.
Aria just looked at Adagio and let out a small moan "Well I mean, I guess I like having hands instead of hooves, but I do miss my tail-fins" Aria nervously chuckled. "I think it sucks you and Sonata got such beautiful bodies and I got stuck being the runt" She pouted as she continued. "As for our friends, I dunno-we've never really had friends, not even back in Equestria or Fantasia, all we've ever had was each other....so having friends, it feels...odd, I-I don't really know if i'll ever get used to it" Aria admitted as she hung her head " Was that a bad answer? A-are you mad at me?" She nervously asked as she looked back-up at Adagio with longing eyes.
Adagio just laughed. "No, not at all dear Aria, infact I think that is a perfectly suitable answer." Adagio smiled. "The truth is I miss it too, I miss being able to swim freely in both the sea and sky, I miss our original magic, our music and its powers, I won't deny that" Adagio sighed giving a melancholic expression "But at the same time, there's something about this world, it's so fascinating, so different from our homeland but at the same time in some ways so similar, I feel that maybe, just maybe we were supposed to end-up here." Adagio smiled at her sister.
"Ugg, you've been spending way to much time with Sunset Shimmer, that was way sappy!" Aria playfully mocked.
"Oh, like you're one to talk about sappy, Ms. Goth Lolita" Adagio laughed pointing at her sister's adorable outfit.
"Well, i-it's all Rarity had in my size!" Aria stated attempting to make an excuse.
"Sure, sure-it's not like you secretly have a desire to be a cute lil doll or anything" Adagio continued to tease
"Oh you're the worst!" Aria pouted.
"Hehe, I know-but that's why you love me!" Adagio devilishly smiled.
"He-Maybe" Aria playfully replied.
Before the two girls could continue their banter however the garcon came with their food and the two decided to dig in.
The stars in the night sky shown bright as the two girls walked through the park, Aria's arm wrapped around Adagio's as they strolled along taking in the beauty of the night sky, the warmth of summer still lingering despite the sun long since gone to bed. "It's beautiful isn't it" Adagio smiled looking up at the heavens.
"Yea, almost as good as the sky's back above the south seas" Aria smiled back as she looked up at Adagio, the girls beauty even more prominent in the moonlight. Both continuing to take in the sights around them until they reached their favorite bench in the middle of the park and set down.
"Thaks for this" Aria softly smiled as she laid her head on Adagio's shoulder. "I know you all probably still think i'm a weirdo, but-I appreciate you putting up with me, even if it's just for tonight." Aria replied as she did her best to restrain a sudden feeling of sadness inside. Adagio noticing however that something was wrong.
"Aria? Whats wrong?" Adagio asked rather concerned.
"I-it's just" Aria began to sob "I-I know this is wrong, I know feeling the way I do about you is wrong, and I know you'll never love me back b-but I ca-can't help it" Aria continued to sob.
"Oh, Aria-sweetie" Adagio empathetically sighed as she took the smaller siren's hand and held it up to her heart, Aria unsure of what to make of this. "Aria, I love you and Sonata with all of my heart, that will always be true." Adagio reassured her. "Now my love may not be the kind you want, but that does not make it any less genuine Aria Blaze. You and Sonata are my sisters and you are both so very precious to me, I will always be there for you no matter what, I promise." Adagio smiled looking straight at Aria. The siren now sobbing even more, though there now seemed to be joy mixed in with the sorrow.
"I-I-T-thank you" Aria blubbed. "So-so I-is it OK if i'm a bit greedy, a bit selfish-just for tonight?" Aria muttered between tears "Y-you-won't hate me f-for it!?" Aria asked as tears continued to flow.
Adagio just softly smiled at the girl. "Not at all sis, not at all"
Aria just looked up at her leader whom she so admired and as their eyes meet she couldn't help it and she leaned in for a deep loving kiss. At first this caught Adagio by surprise and she was tempted to scold her sister, but she knew this was Aria's night and just this once she would allow this, as long as Aria now understood this would never become something that would become common place, no matter how much Adagio cared for either her or Sonata.
All of a sudden though a surge of energy rushed through Adagio's body and her gem began to glow red once more as she panicked and pushed Aria back.
"S-sis!? Whats wrong!?" Aria asked in a panic looking up at Adagio.
"I-I don't know-b-but Aria-l-listen to me, you need to run, NOW!" Adagio warned her beloved sister.
"No-no way i'd never leave you alone!" Aria stated as she watched the red energy consume her sister.
"Hehe-Good to know!" A voice boomed from Adagio's body somewhat deeper and scratchier then her own as her eyes glowed red and everything was surrounded by a blinding flash of light.
After the bright light dissipated Aria looked-up and couldn't believe what she saw. There on the ground set Adagio unconscious, the color almost drained from her skin and hair. And infront of her stood... Another Adagio? Or something very close to her sister, though this other Adagio had much shorter hair, her outfit a biker jacket with a t-shirt underneath that read "One Bad Bitch" black leather pants and shiny silver tennis shoes at the bottom. If the sight wasn't so confusing and randomly terrifying Aria would probably find it ridiculous.
"Who-wh-what are you!?" Aria asked rather confused.
"hehehehe....Now, isn't that a silly question to ask one's new sister?" The Adagio-esque girl laughed maniacally as all Aria could do was stare at the faux-Adagio in horror, too scared to move, and still unsure what the hell had just happened!
Author's Notes:

Welp, only two chapters left, hope we get a happy ending! Thanks again for reading, I hope you've enjoyed so far! As per usual will go back and fix mistakes as I find them.
Chapter 14: The Inner Demon; Outside; Battle For Love & Friendship!
Sunset Shimmer set quietly in her favorite chair as she relaxed reading her copy of Faust one of the many books Twilight had gifted her over the past year. All of a sudden however her peaceful relaxation was interrupted when Sonata let out a rather loud and unexpected random shriek!
"W-what's wrong!?" Sunset asked in surprise as she almost fell out of her chair.
"S-something bad happened to Dagi!" Sonata screeched.
"W-what, how do you know!?" Sunset asked rather confused.
"I-I can just feel it. C'mon we have to go, you gotta call everybody and we gotta go now!" Sonata panicked as she jumped off the couch and headed towards the door.
"Sonata wait for m-" Sunset shouted at the girl as she fell out of her chair face hitting the wood floor. "Wait for me" She moaned as she got out her phone and began to speed dial her friends. If Sonata was right and Adagio was in trouble, something told her it was indeed a good idea to have back-up.
Back at the park Aria continued to stare in disbelief at what she was seeing, a dark mirror version of her sister standing there staring at her giving a sly meanicing smile. "W-what the hell are you!" Aria asked again.
"Ahh, I already told you, i'm your big sister." The imitation adagio smiled.
"No-no you're not you're not Adagio, you-you're something else, something-wrong" Aria stuttered as she slowly backed away the creatures dark aura becoming quite evident at this point. She could not retreat fully however as the actual Adagio still lie unconscious behind it, her energy drained and her skin pale her hair partially gray.
"So mean, so defensive" The shadow Adagio whined. "It's not like i'm going to hurt you or anything, well-not unless you want me too" The shadow Adagio devilishly chuckled. Aria just gulped but stood her ground none the less, she knew she couldn't run and if this thing, this impostor wanted to fight, so be it.
Sunset huffed as she ran to catch-up with Sonata as she speed dialed as many people as she could. She had managed to get ahold of Twilight who said she would call the Shadowbolts and Pinkie who said she could get a hold of Dash, she had just finished calling Rarity who was thankfully already over at AJ's so it seemed most of the group was accounted for, the only two left...Juniper and Trixie. "Ugg, do I really have to call them" Adagio whined as she wheezed. "But if Adagio is in trouble they may be able to help, guess I don't have a choice." She consented. "Well one of the perks of being involved with all the events at CHS at least means I have near everyone's number" Sunset chuckled as she scrolled through her contacts and hit Juniper's icon.
Aria huffed as she ran, hiding in the bushes nearby the center of the park, the fake Adagio was actually much faster then she had anticipated as she had barely been able to block the creatures attacks even after ponying-up.
"Hehe, come out my little mutt, you can't hide from me forever you know!" She heard the creature's raspy voice sing as she looked out and saw it looking around for her, the dark magical aura growing ever stronger as did the creatures nails, now looking sharp like knives. "You know it doesn't have to be this way little one" The fake Adagio continued to coo. "If you just behave like a good little girl I'll give you what you want, what she couldn't, A lovers touch." The shadow of Aria's sister playfully mocked. This striking a cord with the girl as Aria jumped out from her hiding spot and began to attack the creature head on.
"How dare you! How dare you try to play with me like that!!" Aria screeched not caring for an already insulting mockery of her beloved leader trying to toy with her emotions like that.
"Hehe, oh did I strike a nerve little mutt?" The Faux-Adagio asked as she dodged Aria's attacks. Aria just angrily screeching as she did her best to try to land a blow.
Meanwhile back at the center of the park Sonata finally arrived and was dumbfounded by the site, she saw her sister Aria fighting someone that looked almost like Adagio, but also somewhat different, and there by the bench lay the real Adagio unconscious on the cobblestone ground.
"Dagi!" Sonata sobbed as she ran towards her fallen sister, grabbing her and laying her head close to her chest. "Oh thank Neptune, she's-she's still alive!" Sonata rejoiced. "Ahh, but she's unconscious again...how do I wake her up!?" Sonata bemoaned looking around the park and then an idea hit her. "Ahh yea, the fountain, I just gotta get some water on her face and that'll wake-her right up, or at least it always works in the movies!" Sonata cheered as she began to drag the unconscious Adagio towards the large fountain in the middle of the park's inner circle.
"So let me get this straight" Rainbow Dash began. "Sonata freaked out and ran off cause she said something bad had happened to Adagio?" Rainbow asked as she ran alongside the now winded Sunset shimmer "Ah-yeah, and then I called all of you." Sunset wheezed. "Good thing too cause i'd hate to miss out on a fight" Dash boasted. "So where are we headed anyway?"
"Well if I had to guess I would say the park, that always seems to be where we wind-up anyway...well there or the mall" Sunset chuckled. "Or the mall" Rarity added, Applejack just giving her one of those "Really" Faces.
"Well The Shadowbolt's were at Ocatavia's when I called them, but they said they would get with us as soon as they could, i'll text Soursweet and tell them where to meet" Twilight stated as she grabbed her phone from her pocket.
"Oh, I just hope we get there in time" Fluttershy worried.
"Don't worry Fluttershy, i'm sure no matter what big-bad mean meanie pants is after our friends we'll be able to beat em!" Pinkie Pie smiled at the anxious girl.
"Ugg, she is sooo annoying" Trixie whined.
"Well, you could have stayed home you know" Juniper angrily chimed in.
"Pfft, as if, The Great And Humble Trixie always helps her friends!" The showgirl boasted, Juniper just rolling her eyes as she did her best to keep up with the rest of the group.
Sounds of concrete smashing and trees falling echoed through the park as Aria continued her fight with...well whatever it was that had started all this as Sonata finally got Adagio to the fountain. "OK Dagi, easy does it" She nervously chuckled as she propped her unconscious sister against the water filled display. "Just a little should do, right!?" Sonata tried to reassure herself as she clasped some of the cold water in her hands and splashed it in her sleeping elder sister's face. At first there was no reaction but then she heard a low moan coming from Adagio. "Ahh, almost there, maybe one more!" Sonata gasped as she quickly got another handful of water and splashed it on Adagio, the siren moaning once more and finally opening her eyes.
"S-Sonata!?" Adagio asked as her vision unblurred. "W-whats?" Adagio tried to ask as her weak voice struggled to come out.
"Well, I got this funny tingly feeling that told me you and Ari might be in danger so I came running over here and I found you unconscious on the ground so I dragged you over to the fountain and splashed some water on you ta wake you up!" The siren explained. Adagio still just looking tired and dumbfounded however.
Before Adagio could ask a follow up question a loud crash came from in front of the two as Aria fell down to the ground the fake Adagio standing mere feet away from her laughing.
"Hehe, well looks like the sisterhood's all here" The Faux Adagio cackled looking at Sonata and the weakened Adagio.
Before the beast could attack however the group heard a multitude of footsteps running their way, they looked and saw Sunset and The Rainbooms with Juniper & Trixie in tow running towards them.
"YAY, WE'RE SAVED!" Sonata cheered. The imposter Adagio just giving off a low growl as she turned around to face them.
"What the heck is going on and how the hay are you!" Sunset angrily asked looking at the pseudo-Adagio.
"Ugg, I wish everyone would stop asking that!" The creature growled. "But fine, since such a large audiance came to watch my show, I guess I can at least try to give you an answer" It cackled. "You see I was one thing and then I was nothing, and then I was just a part of a thing that fell off a bigger thing, until I became this thing" The shadow-Adagio attempted to explain.
"Huh?" The group asked with a confused look.
"OK, yea, that didn't even make sense to me!" Pinkie Pie added.
"Ugg, fine, you wan't to make it simple, I guess, oh... all you creatures need names don't you" The shadow whined. "Well then....you can call me Arpeggio Fade, at your service!" The mean looking girl chuckled with a bow.
"Fine, Arpeggio it is then, so tell us, why are you trying to hurt our friends!?" Sunset asked the wanna-be biker chick that had stolen Adagio's appearance.
"Hurt, no you misunderstand I was merely trying to put that mutt in her place" Arpeggio chuckled looking back at the injured Aria. "Afterall as the new leader of The Dazzlings it's only fitting I keep my minions in line" She evilly sang.
"A-as if i'd ever let a freak like you lead anything!" A weak voice boomed. Arpeggio looking back and seeing that Adagio was standing-up with the help of Sonata who was acting as a crutch to balance her sister's weight.
"Oh-so the failure still has some fight in her, good to know" Arpeggio growled.
"I-I won't let anyone hurt my sister's or my friends!" Adagio confidently stated, despite her weakened state.
"Yea, you tell that loser!" A new voice wrang out, the girls looking over and seeing that the Shadowbolt's had finally arrived.
"I don't know what the hell is going on here, but it looks like the new chick is just asking for a beating!" Indigo smiled looking over at Arpeggio.
"Ugg, look at the biker outfit, so gousch!" Sunny Flare added,
"Way too early 90's yo!" Lemon Zest teased.
"She looks like a dime store villain from a bad movie!" SourSweet mocked.
"And on top of that i'm guessing she's probably a huge bitch" Sugarcoat stated pushing up her glasses.
Arpeggio just looked at the rather large gathering of girls and began to laugh as loudly and manically as she could. "BWAHAHAHAA!!" The creature chortled. "Man, a whole little army of cute teen girls, i'm soo scared!" Arpeggio mocked.
"Yea, well-maybe you should be!" Rainbow Dash growled looking at the wannabe Siren. "C'mon girls, lets pony up!" Rainbow shouted as she grasped her geode tightly. the seven girls beginning to glow as they transformed into their magical girl costumes.
"pfft, show offs" Trixie grumbled. Juniper just rolling her eyes once again at Trixie's bone headed responses to what was happening around her.
"He, c'mon Shadowbolts, we may not have magic powers, but we can still kick ass too!" Indigo cheered as she got ready to fight. The rest of the Shadowbolts not looking quite as confident but knowing their was no arguing with the stubborn athlete just sighed and decided to follow her lead.
"Aww, how cute, you think your friendships will be able to beat me" Arpeggio chuckled. "But let me tell you something, no matter how strong your friendship is, it doesn't change one simple truth, your biggest enemy will always be yourself!" The faux-siren cackled as her eyes glowed red and a similar Aura formed around all the girl's shadows, save for Juniper and Trixie who were now hiding behind the bushes.
"W-what the hell is this!?" Dash asked in a panic as her feet began to tingle and her shadow began to rise-up from the ground slowly gaining form as the park light's shown down on it. the other Rainbooms and Shadowbolt's not fairing much better as their shadow's too began to spring to life.
"Oh-oh Celestia no!" Sunset panicked as she saw her shadow grown and stabilize into a demonic form she was all to familiar with, the demon she had turned into way back at the Fall Formal, Sunset Satan. Meanwhile Twilight too began to panic as she saw Midnight Sparkle come to life right before her eyes. "I told you I'd always be a part of you" The dark Twilight chuckled as she finished forming. Twilight just looking at the creature with pure unbridled terror.
Pinkie Pie looked around and noticed the chaos, Fluttershy running from a mean and flat out bitchy version of her self, AJ's shadow being super mean and yelling at how it was AJ's fault her parents were gone, and Rairty' we'll apparently Rarity's dark side just had really bad fashion sense as it was wearing a ridiculously mismatched outfit causing the fashionista to freak out.
"Hey, pay attention idiot!" She heard a familiar but slightly graviler voice boom as she shifted her attention back to her own dark side. The dark pink girl with straight hair and an angry scowl. "Chill Pinkamina i'll get to you when I get to you." Pinkie chided her shadow self. "Yea-right!" Pinkamina shouted. "You always say that and you never do! You care more about your friends then your own well being and you always ignore me!" Pinkamina shrieked. "You let everyone take advantage of you and you don't even care how much it hurts you, hurts us, you're awful Pinkie Pie, I HATE YOU!!!" Pinkamina shouted as she ran towards the girl a black knife forming in her hand. "I HATE YOU, AND I HATE US!!" Pinkamina shrieked as she attacked. "Well, that's just kinda sad" Pinkie replied non-chelauntly as she began to defend herself from well herself "Because you know, I really love us!" She smiled as Pinkamina prepared to strike.
The Shadowbolts aren't fairing much better as they too were facing their dark sides. Lemon having an alter-ego that apparently loved classical music to her dismay, and Soursweet's darkside being a savage beast that growled and in broken slurred speech mocked her for being a broken bi-polar weakling that no one would ever love and friends only put up with out of pity. Sunny Flare's alter was a mere pallet swap that didn't really seem that different in personality and quite frankly the girl was dissapointed in how lazy her shadow was, and Sugarcoat's surprisingly looked exactly the same, the two girls just staring at each other. The most notable however was Indigo who faced off against the demonic version of herself she had shortly become for a time.
"He, like i'm gonna let some demon beat me!" Indigo confidently smirked as she wiped the blood from the scratch on her cheek. "Fool, I am you!" The creature growled. "Yea, well then I guess i'll just have to kick my own damn ass then!" Indigo replied as she prepared for her next attack.
"well, looks like no one can save you now" Arpeggio devilishly chuckled as she turned around to face The Dazzlings who now had managed to all huddle together, Aria having slowly crawled to her sister's while the demon was distracted.
"He-I was just about to say the same thing to you" Adagio wheezed as she wrapped her right shoulder around Sonata to help retain her balance and placed her left hand in front of Aria in an attempt to protect her. "HEHE, Cute, but in the end a meaningless gesture" Arpeggio scolded as her eyes grew red and her claws began to grow.
"See Sunset, no matter what you do people in this world get hurt because of you, because you brought magic back to this world, everything you do just leads to others pain and misery!" Sunset Satan mocked as Sunset fell down on her back. "N, no that's not true!" Sunset sobbed as she closed her eyes. "oh honey, but it is, you left Equestria and spent years plotting revenge over a petty grudge against Celestia without thinking about the ramifications, and now this world is infected with magic, magic that can hurt these weak fragile humans and it's all your fault!" Sunset Satan laughed as she continued to mock the girl. Sunset could do nothing but continue to sob as the devil approached her until she surprisingly heard her dark side scream out in pain. She looked up and saw it was wiping exploding sprinkles out of it's eyes
"Cheer-up Sunset!" Pinkie smiled as she helped the downtrodden girl back-up. with a large smile on her face. "Don't listen to that big meanie, you and Princess Twilight didn't do anything wrong, sure magic is super silly here, but think of how much happier we've all been since it brought us together, it's thanks to you all our friendships are as strong as they are now" Pinkie Smiled reminding Sunset of all the good times they'd had. Sunset just wiped away her tears and nodded in agreement. "Thank you Pinkie, you're right.....Magic brought me to all of you, and my past is not today, I won't let my old sins dictate my actions or my feelings anymore! Sunset boldly stated as she stood firm in front of her dark shadow, the demon hissing and slowly moving back knowing its inevitable defeat was at hand.
Meanwhile back on the Shadowbolt's side of things the girls had easily defeated their dark sides and had began to help The Rianbooms, Fluttershy and Rarity's were fairly easy to take care of but Dashes and AJ's like the girls themselves were quite stubborn. "He, seems like these fakers just don't know when to give up" Dash wheezed looking over at Indigo. "Yea, guess we'll just have to knock more sense into em! Indigo smiled as the two girls reared back and jumped towards the imposers giving them both a firm kick to the face.
All around chaos ensued as Juniper and Trixie watched the girls fight the remaining demonic doubles. "W-what do we do!?" Trixie panicked. "I don't know but we have to find a way to help them!" Juniper nervously replied.
"Help them how!?" There's still like at least four evil doubles of our friends out there and that fake Adagio!" Trixie whined. And we don't even have any magical powers to help them with or anything!" The showgirl added.
"So what, the Shadowbolts don't have magic and they're fighting, so we can too!" Juniper added. "We just need too..." She thought as she looked around the brush and within her sight saw a rusty old pipe. "Ah-ha, I think I have an Idea!" Juniper smiled.
Arpeggio inched ever closer as she prepared to destroy The Dazzlings, her smile growing ever wider, her laugh ever deeper and more manacle!
"Well, guess this is it girls" Adagio nervously laughed looking at her sisters. "Just know that no matter what happens it's been one hell of a ride and I love you both, so much" She began to sob as she brought her sisters in close for a tight hug.
"Yea-b-best sisters ever" Sonata blubbed
"Together Forever, No Matter What" Aria calmly added as she closed her eyes and braced herself for what was coming. All of a sudden though the three heard a loud shriek and opened their eyes to see Arpeggio screeching out in pain a old pipe pierced through her with black goo leaking out the wound.
"DON'T YOU DARE, HURT OUR FRIENDS!!" Juniper and Trixie shouted as they pushed the pipe further into the beast causing it to hack up more black goo as it screeched out in pain. "Y-you-l-little bitches!" Arpeggio howled as she tried to remove the intrusive rusty thing.
"Hurry, now's our chance!" Sonata cheered. "C-chance for what!?" Aria asked rather confused as she saw Sonata place her palm on Adagio's the weak girls gemstones beginning to glow. Aria catching on and following suite. As the three girls clasped each other's palms their gemstones began to glow even brighter as a small rainbow aura began to appear around them.
"D-Damn it...No!!" Arpeggio growled as the rainbow energy began to grow until eventually it fully encased the girls and like a laser it shot straight at Arpeggio piercing every fiber of her dark being. "hehe, so I that's it....fine then" Arpeggio smirked as she began to fade away, the remaining shadows plaguing the others also following suite.
After all the enemies had faded away the girls began to walk towards The Dazzlings who were still laying down by the fountain recovering their energy. As they approached they noticed a strange jagged black stone sitting where Arpeggio had been.
"What's this?" Sunset wondered as she bent down to pick it up, as she did the black goo on it disinigrating revealing a bright shining rainbow stone underneath. Before Sunset could pick it up however it began to glow with a bright light as it seemed to fracture into pieces as smaller fragments of light shot out towards the Shadowbolts, Juniper and Trixie as the lights cooled and floated into each girls palm Sunset's eyes grew wide, she couldn't believe it, they were more magical geodes!
"Wh-what!" Sunset asked with a rather stunned face.
"Uh-what is this?" Trixie asked rather confused. The stone quickly answering as it glowed and caused the surprised girl to pony-up. Juniper and The Shadowbolt's doing the same as they too began to change, Indigo and Soursweet gaining wings just as their Rainboom Counterparts Rainbow Dash & Fluttershy had, though Sour seemingly having trouble controlling her's causing a panic as Sunny Flare did her best to help bring her back down by constructing a lasso out of energy. Sugarcoat just feeling of the pony ears now on her head. "Huh, interesting." The girl said in rather unimpressed voice, meanwhile Lemon was celebrating and Indigo was flying around laughing like an idiot. Juniper feeling her own ears and wondering why her hair was now longer.
"More Magical Girls....Really!?" Sunset moaned. "Ugg, I have enough Trouble as is, I do not need this!" Sunset whined.
"Don't worry Sunny, I-I'm sure everything will work out in the end, and hey, it never hurts to have more friends...right!?" Twilight nervously tried to reassure her.
"Yea, something tells me everything is going to be OK, Adagio weakly chuckled as she looked at her sisters feeling her strength slowly return to her.
Meanwhile from the shadows a cloaked figure looked on. "Huh, so that one wasn't one of the keys.... oh well-that's fine at least I got one of my missing pieces back, and the outcome was still rather....interesting" The cloaked figure chuckled as it dissapeared into the night.

Finale: Crossroads
Adagio
Adagio Dazzle Set in Sunset's loft seemingly starring into nothing and humming a relaxing tune. Sunset meanwhile as per usual was sitting in her favorite chair reading a book, until her curiosity got the best of her and she looked towards the siren.
"OK, what's all that humming about!?" Sunset asked the siren.
"Oh, not much, just...you know, thinking about everything that's gone on as of late." Adagio sighed.
"Yes, well I guess you've had a bit of a hectic summer so far" Sunset chuckled closing her book.
"Hectic, no-headache yes" Adagio half-heartedly laughed. "But it hasn't been all bad I suppose" The siren chuckled. "I did make a couple of new friends after all."
"And what do you plan to do with them?" Sunset slyly asked.
"Dunno" Adagio devilishly smiled. "I mean Juniper is cute n all, but i'm still not sure if i'm ready for a relationship or not." Adagio admitted. And Trixie....well, she's pretty good too, though I do feel she'll be a hassle in the future, ecspecially now that she and Junebug have their own magical powers." Adagio stated.
"Ugg, don't remind me!" Sunset moaned thinking about the ever growing number of magical girls in ths city.
"And then there's also my sisters to worry about." Adagio continued. Sunset now becoming even more interested in the conversation.
"I mean, i'm sure Sonata will be fine, she'a learned her lesson and I trust Pinkie & Dash to keep her safe as often as she hangs out with them...." Adagio paused.
"But..." Sunset added
"But I guess i'm a little worried about Aria" Adagio confessed. "I can't give her what she wants, not really. But she can be so stubborn and is afraid to let her tough girl act around others." Adagio continued. "I'm just afraid of what will happen when she finally does find someone, what if it doesn't go well...what then!?" Adagio pouted.
"Well, you'll just have to trust Aria will be able to handle whatever this world can throw at her." Sunset confidently smiled.
"Hehe" Adagio chuckled. "I guess you're right.
Shadowbolts
Sugarcoat Entery #1064
My Shadowbolt colleagues and I have recently acquired what the Canterlot High students claim to be magical powers. Being a woman of science I find the concept of magic ridiculous but I cannot argue with the evidence around me.
First off their is our leader SourSweet, who had developed powers simmilar to her disposistion. Her left hand causes things to decay while her right hand seems to heal any damage. Thankfully these are both controlled effects so sour need not worry about unintentionally harming those she touches, though that did not stop her from freaking out about it. Also unlike Indigo she seems to have trouble controlling her wings.
Next up we have Sunny Flare who seems to have energy construct based powers simmilar to Rarity, though where as the Rainboom's fashionista can only form diamond patterns our superior Sunny Flare can construct near anything she can imagine.
Lemon Zest has the most unique powers, being able to create music out of nothing, her patented air-guitar now producing real sound. I imagine she could also weaponize her musical powers if she ever felt so inclined, though this aspect would warrent furthur study.
Indigo Zap also gained a pair of wings that appear when we "pony-up" as the Rainbooms call it. She had also inherited increased strength and speed. Which makes sense given her athletic nature.
As for me....well I feel it is best to keep my own powers a secret for now, ecspecially when you never know who might be watching.
Aria
Aria Blaze walked through the park as the bright summer sun beat down upon her skin, the rays feeling as if they were refreshing her with new life. The recent chaotic events had taken alot out of she and her sisters, yet somehow they hadn't made her enjoy the park any less.
"Hey look out!" She heard a voice boom as she looked and saw a soccer ball slam right into her face.
"Oh my gawsh i'ahm shhhooo shorry!!" She heard a somewhat scratchy voice nervously and loudly apologize. Aria looked up after she finished rubbing the knot on her head and saw a skinny light blue girl with spikey white hair
"Hey, you're one of those Wondercolt chicks, right? From Rainbow Dash's soccer team?" Aria asked as she picked herself back-up and dusted herself off.
"Yea, ahm Fleetfoot!" The girl greeted with a smile. "Sharry I ahlmost knawcked your head awff" The girl nervously apologized. Aria just looking at her with a silly face before beggining to laugh her head off.
"H-hay-whaz sho fhunny!!" Fleetfoot angrily blushed.
"I-i'm sorry, i-it's just the way you talk!" Aria guffawed out loud.
Fleetfoot just growled. "I half a speech imdpetamhenth! OK!!" The girl continued to angrily blush at Aria.
"Right, yea-sorry about that" Aria chuckled as she calmed down, looking at the soccer ball before bending down to pick it up. "So, this Soccer...you think you could teach me how to play?" Aria asked seemingly out of the blue.
"Oh-ah-shure!" Fleetfoot replied with a wide excited smile on her face.
Sonata
"What! No way!!" Sonata exclaimed in disbelief.
"Yes, Way! 1 million sckizillion percent of the way!!" The peppy pink girl happily chuckled.
"You're telling me Rainbow Dash. Your best friend, the super cool jock actually has a crush on someone!?!" Sonata asked again in disbelief.
"Yep, and come with me this Wednesday and i'll show you first hand!" Pinkie excitedly chuckled
"Why Wednesday?" Sonata asked Rather confused.
"Because that's when she goes to meet him again." Pinkie smiled.
"Oh, I see....wait...him!?" Sonata asked again even more surprised then before.
????????
" So, I suppose neither of those girls were what I needed after all." The cloaked figure sighed in frustration. "Oh well, I still got a good show out of it. Though more girls with magical powers creates just as much a problem as it does new opportunities." The shdowy figure chuckled.
"No matter, I will still procceed with the plan, there's still a handful of reminants left to track down, and after that I can resume my search for the three keys I need to open the Gates of Eternity." The mysterious figure devilishly smiled. "Yes, in the end this can still work."
Author's Notes:

Anywho next story in the EQG-Drama series will be the official start of the Shadow Saga and will focus on Pinkie & Sonata driving Dash crazy! Sadly there's gonna be a bit of a break before that one starts up, other projects to work on in the meantime. But hopefully it won't be too long a wait.
But yea, thanks again everyone! Until next time.
