What started off as a series of mysterious dissaperances and random beloved pets becoming unusually aggressive quickly leads to something more evil. Sunset Shimmer’s understanding of her world changes when she encounters her first Xenomorphs during the initial outbreak, which leads to the city of Canterlot being overrun with the black demons. During the outbreak, Sunset is injected, by the woman supposedly responsible for the outbreak with a mysterious serum, which gives her mysterious supernatural abilities. As the infection spreads Sunset finds Canterlot further corrupted by the disease known as the X.X.X. Plague and to make matters worse, a strong brand new breed of Xenomorphs have risen known as the Chimeras, powerful Xenomorphs who retain their intelligence and gained supernatural abilities of their own. They have claimed territories in all of Canterlot, [Psychological Industrial Complex, Infernobraze, Frostfalls, and Electric Fields] where they rule supreme. Sunset must fight the four Chimeras as well as Gloriosa Daisy before Canterlot’s final termination against the X.X.X. Plague.
