It's been four long months since the Mortal Kombat characters invaded Equestria the land that characters from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic live in. Several buildings and trees in Ponyville have been rebuilt and the ponies who died in the conflict were brought back to life by Princess Celestia. Now a new foe from the Mortal Kombat universe will take Shao Khan's place, will the fallen evil Elder God Shinnok be able to succeed where Shao Khan could not let's find out right now? Just like last time a portal opened up and they appeared once again after the sky went dark.

Applejack said in the trademark southern accent that all members of The Mane Six always talk in "oh no not again." Kano tried to sneak up on Applejack's older brother Big Macintosh but he punched Kano in the face with his left hoof. Big Macintosh told Kano as he got up "I ain't falling for that again" he was of course referring to when Raiden snuck up on him and shocked him with electricity until he exploded.

Kano told Big Macintosh in the trademark Australlian accent that he always talks in "at least you'll put up more of a fight than that girl horse I beat up and killed last time I was here, come on mate show me what you got" he was of course referring to Rarity. Reiko attempted to throw ninja stars at Pinkie Pie while Stryker attempted to shoot her with his gun.

Raiden told Stryker as he grabbed his gun and crushed it "no I don't know what made me want to fight and kill these innocent ponies last time I was here but we have come to make peace and stop Shinnok's forces remember." Reiko attempted to punch and kick Pinkie Pie but she dodged every blow and was about to fight back until Raiden touched Reiko's shoulder and transferred electricity into his body until he exploded.

Before Raiden, Stryker, Liu Kang and Jax Briggs went to talk to Princess Celestia and her younger sister Princess Luna in Canterlot or before Raiden reached out his hand to help up Pinkie Pie Sonya Blade told her Earthrealm friends and Raiden The Thunder God "are all the talking ponies here as cute and adorable as that pink one over there?"

Liu Kang told her "yes and they're tougher than they look too as a matter of fact before Raiden brought me back to life a purple unicorn (Twilight Sparkle) performed a magic spell on me that made me explode and when I came back to life Raiden told me that a blue pegasus with a rainbow mane and tail (Rainbow Dash) didn't kill Reptile but still kicked his butt regardless."

Sonya Blade told Liu Kang "wow i'm impressed they might not be humans like me and you but now of days a woman has got to be both tough and beautiful." So the defenders of Earthrealm, plus Princess Kitana and Queen Sindel from Edenia who soon arrived in Equestria and Pinkie Pie where on there way to Canterlot to talk to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna to make peace and fend off the Outworld invaders. Princess Cadence and her husband Shining Armor who is also Twilight Sparkle's older brother and captain of Princess Celestia's Royal Guards were fighting Baraka and a horde of Tarkatan soldiers and despite the fact that they had several other unicorn guards helping them they were outnumbered and repeatidly stabbed by the blades on their wrist and then died.

Back at the battle between Kano vs. Big Macintosh shortly after both Applejack and his other younger sister Applebloom to run Rarity showed up and offered to help Big Macintosh but also because she wanted a rematch as well and she knew her odds were better with Big Macintosh helping her and asked him before they tag teamed him in the trademark British accent that she always talks in "hey remember me you vile uncouth ruffian."

Kano asked the white unicorn "you but how are you still alive I killed you."

Rarity told Kano before asking
Big Macintosh if she can help him fight Kano "Princess Celestia brought all of the ponies that you and your evil friends killed last time you were here after Discord killed Shao Khan and you ran back to where ever it is you and your friends come from."

Rarity asked Big Macintosh "Big Macintosh would you mind if i helped you fight this ruffian?"

Big Macintosh responded with his trademark "eeyup" line. Rarity's little sister Sweetie Belle asked as she saw her use karate on Kano while Big Macintosh either punched him in the face like he did earlier or buck him in the chest with his two back hooves "ooh ooh Rarity can I help I want to try getting a cutie mark in fighting?"

Rarity told her gray unicorn sister as she blocked his knife and dodged his eye lasers "no Sweetie Belle run it's dangerous here now run before you get hurt." Sure enough just like Rarity said Kano accidentally hit the small unicorn filly in the chest with one of his eye lasers and he was about to finish her off by throwing a knife at the burn mark on the little unicorn chest but Rarity got in the way to protect her sister.

Sweetie Belle asked her dying sister "why did you do that for me?" Rarity smiled at her little sister before coughing up blood and answering her question "because i'm your older sister I love you very much and will always protect you, it's kind of my job", she temporarily coughed up blood before talking again "an older sibling regarless of whether they are a boy or girl will always love and do anything for their younger sibling even risk their life for them, they are the most important thing to them", coughs up blood and talks one last time before dying "I know that Big Macintosh here would do the same thing for both Applejack and Applebloom as would Applejack for Applebloom, Shining Armor would do it for Twilight, even Princess Celestia would do the same for Princess Luna and I know that even though they aren't directly related do the fact that she hatched him as a baby for The Entrance Exam for Princess Celestia's School For Gifted Unicorns Twilight Sparkle would do the same for Spike, anyway goodbye Sweetie Belle I love you."

Sweetie Belle's green eyes were filled with tears as she layed on the side of her dead sister she asked herself as she layed her head on dead sister's body and said as tears rolled down her face "why didn't I listen and leave when you told me too, curse my desire to have a cutie mark, why couldn't it have been my, why why why."

Kano told the crying Sweetie Belle "don't worry darling you'll be reunited in the afterlife." Big Macintosh tried to stop him but Kano backhanded him and knocked him out. Kano once again attempted to bring his knife down on Sweetie Belle who now wasn't just crying but also shaking in fear, too scared to move or run away but Liu Kang Bicycle Kicked him over to Sonya Blade who grabbed him by her feet and ripped him in half.

Sweetie Belle looked up at her saviors and Raiden and told them "thank you it's too bad you couldn't save my sister Rarity though." (sad sigh)

Raiden told Sweetie Belle as he brought the dead Rarity back to life "do not cry little one for I can bring your sister back."

Sweetie Belle wiped the tears from her eyes and asked him "really?" Raiden told her yes and sure enough Rarity's heart beat again, she opened her blue eyes and got up off the ground only to be tackled back down again and hugged by a no longer sad Sweetie Belle. Rarity kindly returned the hug but Rarity was told by Raiden "I hate to break up this happy reunion but we must speak to your co-rulers." Rarity agreed and joined Pinkie Pie, Raiden, Sonya, Jax, Stryker and Liu Kang as they saved Fluttershy who was getting beat up by the evil sorceror Quan Chi and Rainbow Dash from a three on one team up by Reptile who she beat before plus Sektor and Sub Zero's evil older brother Noob Saibot but instead of being saved by Raiden and The Defenders of Earthrealm she were saved by old enemies turned friends Sub Zero and Scorpion and Smoke who was never enemies with either one of them.
Twilight Sparkle who was visiting not only her older brother Shining Armor and her sister in law Princess Cadence before they were killed by Baraka and his Tarkatan horde but her parents as well managed to kill Sheeva but Goro snuck up on her, grabbed the lavender purple unicorn with all four arms by putting his two front arms on her arms and his two bottom arms around her waist and ripped her in half with super strength. Raiden shocked Goro with electricity until he exploded and brought not only Twilight Sparkle back to life but her parents, Shining Armor, Princess Cadence and Princess Celestia's royal unicorn guards. Then all six members of The Mane Six, The Defenders of Earthrealm, Raiden The Thunder God plus Princess Kitana and her mother Queen Sindel from Edenia finally arrived at Canterlot castle to talk with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.

Raiden told The Defenders of Earthrealm plus Princess Kitana and Queen Sindel before stepping up to talk with the two royal alicorn princesses "let me talk to them I got this." They all agreed and let him do just that as he got down on one knee and bowed his head before saying "Princess Celestia, Princess Luna long time no see." Princess Celestia told the god of thunder "Raiden we haven't seen you in two thousand years since Shao Khan's first invasion before he came here again four months ago for the second time." Both Princess Celestia and Princess Luna asked him in an angry tone "why didn't you offer to help us four months ago?"

Raiden apoligized by saying "i'm sorry something made me want to fight and kill the innocent ponies of Ponyville and Equestria rather than offer to save them from Shao Khan like I did two thousand years ago but I have come to apoligize and make peace because an even bigger threat than Shao Khan is here." Princess Celestia and Princess Luna both asked him with curious expressions on their faces "what threat could be bigger than Shao Khan?"

Raiden told them "good questions your majesties but I will tell you, the threat is a former Elder God like me turned evil named Shinnok." That was when a gust of wind appeared in Canterlot Castle Throne Room and Fujin The God of Wind appeared and said after making his dramatic entrance "Raiden let me fight alongside you to protect Equestria from Shinnok."

Raiden agreed but that was when Queen Chrysalis and her changeling army/ swarm showed up and Queen Chrysalis attempted to tell them before they interrupted her "me and my changelings are back once again to take ov-----" but before she could say we are back once again to take over Canterlot followed soon by all of Equestria all six members of The Mane Six plus Princess Celestia and Princess Luna told the queen of the changelings "Chrysalis not now we have a bigger threat to deal with other than you."

Queen Chrysalis asked as she flew downard with her insect like wings "there's a bigger threat in the land of Equestria than me, who or what is it?" Raiden, Fujin, Princess Kitana, Queen Sindel, Sonya Blade, Jaxson Briggs, Liu Kang, Stryker, Sub Zero and Scorpion, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Twilight Sparkle, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna all told Queen Chrysalis at the same time "a former evil god from another dimension and his henchmen for one." Queen Chrysalis reluctantly called agreed to help fight Shinnok but when he showed up she got knocked out with one magical energy blast from his hand. Shinnok said before he fought his former Elder God friends "Raiden, Fujin it's been a while hasn't it." They both told him at the same time "one thousand years to be exact." Shinnok told them "enough talking let's fight." After several minutes of punching and kicking for several minutes of exchanging magical energy blast and Shinnok dodged Fujin's mini tornados and Raiden's lightning which they fired from their hands. Shinnok was finally defeated and fled Equestria along with Kano, Quan Chi, Reptile, Noob Saibot, Baraka, Cyrax, Sektor and Reiko plus Fujin, Jax, Queen Sindel, Liu Kang, Raiden, Scorpion, Sonya Blade, Stryker and Sub Zero all returned to their respective realms but not before Fujin and Raiden got thanked by all six Mane Six members, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna for saving Equestria from Shinnok. The End.
