It has been one year since Twilights battle with Starlight, she still apologizes for what she did as Starlight and Spike were telling her they forgive her.

Shining Armor and Cadence heard what happened and were glad Spike was alive and getting a little disappointed in Twilight for her jealousy over Starlight Glimmer.

"For the last time Twilight, we forgive you", Starlight and Spike said in union annoyed from Twilight apologizing for the past straight year.

"I know, but I can't stop thinking about how I hurt you guys", she said with her head down and ears folded back.

Spike smiled and gave her a hug, "I know it wasn't you Twi, you will never hurt me and no pony will ever replace you as my big sister", he said kissing her cheek.

Twilight smiled, "and no pony will ever replace you as my sweet little brother", she said back as she hugged him while nuzzling her little brother affectionately before kissing his cheek.

"Twilight, the girls are right here...not in front of them", he wined like a little colt while blushing from embarrassment as Twilight Starlight and the Crusaders giggled.

Twilight and Spike became closer siblings then ever, he even started seeing Starlight Pinkie Rainbow Dash Applejack and Rarity as big sister's sort of and his family.

Pinkie popped out of nowhere scaring them, "today is Spikes 13th birthday, let's finish up so we can celebrate", she said disappearing somehow.

They smiled, "Pinkies right, let's finish decorating", Twilight said grabbing a list with her magic and looking through it.

The cmc hugged Spike, "happy birthday Spike", they said in union as they each gave him a kiss.

"Thanks girls", he said with a smile.

Spike was the last of the Crusaders to turn 13 year's old, and they became just a little bit taller and their manes and tail became a little bit longer.

Everypony was helping decorate Sugercube Corner as Spike was thinking with a smile, "I love being a alicorn, this is gonna be the best birthday ever".

After a while when everything was done, ponies started showing up to Spike's birthday with present's, even Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon which surprised them.

"Why are you here Diamond", Spike asked with a minor glare, remembering what she told his fillyfriend Sweetie Belle.

She looked down, "I've been doing a lot of thinking and I just wanna say I'm sorry for everything girls and Spike", she said with a frown.

"Yeah, me too", Silver Spoon said looking down also feeling bad for being bullies to the Crusaders.

The girls looked at her, "we forgive you", they said in union as they hugged her.

Diamond smiled, "thanks girls", she said hugging them back.

They broke the hug and looked at Spike, he sighed, "I forgive you too", he said hugging her.

Diamond smiled and hugged him back, "thank you, and to tell you the truth..you do look cute as a colt", she said with a smirk and breaking the hug as Spike blushed.

The girls glared at her as Spike said with a smirk, "too bad, because i'm taken by three cute and beautiful fillies", he said giving the crusaders each a kiss as they blushed with smiles.

Spike looked out the window and saw 2 chariots land, "mom dad Shining and Cadence", he said with a smile as he ran out the door when the Princesses and Princes stepped out of them and several Royal Guards stood by them.

Celestia smiled when she saw her son, "Spike, how my little birthday boy", she said as she hugged and nuzzled him affectionately.

"Mom, i'm not a little boy no more...I'm 13 years old with three fillyfriend", he wined like a little colt while blushing from embarrassment.

She gave a pout, "but I want you to stay my little boy forever", she said as she continued to hug and nuzzle him close.

He turned to his chuckling dad and laughing brother, "dad, do something", he said trying to get out of his mother's hug.

Solaris horn glowed and teleported his son out of his wifes hold, "Tia dear, the boy is growing up..you can't baby him forever you know", he said as he transformed into the Draconequus Discord, the lord of chaos.

The Sun Princess glared at her husband, "he will always be my little boy no matter what", she said with a pout.

He shook his head, "by the way, happy birthday Spike", he said giving him a hug.

Spike wrapped his hooves around his neck hugging him back "thanks dad", he said with a smile, then his father put him down.

Shining Armor gave him a noogie, "happy birthday kiddo, since your 13 now and probably old enough...I got some 'special' magazines you can look at if you want", he whispered so no pony can hear him but Spike.

The colt got out of his hold, "special' magazines, what are those", he asked confused as Cadence heard him.

"You still have those", she said glaring at her husband as he scratched the back of his head with a hoof.

"I'll deal with you later at the Crystal Empire", she said still glaring at him.

She turned her attention to the colt and hugged him, "happy birthday Spike", she said with a smile as she nuzzled her little cousin affectionately.

He hugged her back, "thanks Cadence, and what did Shining mean about 'special' magazines", he asked confused, yet curious.

She glared at her husband, "what it means is that your brother is dead when I find them", she said as she put a confused Spike down.

Shining Armor gulped and prayed to whatever power source that she won't find his hidden stash of playcolt magazines.

Spike saw a little filly flying towards him with a smile, "uncle Spike", she barely said as she hugged him with a nuzzle.

Spike smiled, "hey there Flurry Heart", he said as he hugged his niece and nuzzling her.

They walked in Sugercube Corner and everypony bowed when they seen them, "mom daddy..so glad you can make it", Fluttershy said in joy as she flew to them and hugged her mom.

"And hello to you too my daughter", Celestia said with a smile as she hugged and nuzzled her affectionately.

Fluttershy broke the hug and hugged her father, "how's my little Princess doing", he said with a smile and hugging her as she blushed from the embarrassment.

"Cadence", Twilight smiled in joy as they walked up to each other.

"~Sun shine sun shine lady bugs awake..clap your hooves and do a little shake~", they sang in union as they did their little dance and embraced each other giggling.

Shining death glared any stallion that looked at his wife and little sister when they they shook their flanks, causing them to gulp an fear and look away.

Discord broke the hug with his daughter, "by the way son, I brought you something as a present", he said as he snapped his fingers and making armor that look like it might fit a colt appeared in front of him.

Celestia glared at him, "I told you, he's too young to be a royal guard".

"He'll be fine, he's becoming a strong young alicorn, right son", he said with a smile.

Spike nodded, "right dad, Starlight and Twilight's been helping me become stronger", he said with a smile.

"Really, how so", Celestia said looking at Starlight and Twilight who's playing with a giggling Flurry Heart.

"They been teaching me defensive and offensive spells", he said with a smile.

The Princess and Prince looked at the two mares, "Spike, we like to talk to them alone if you don't mind", Celestia said with a smile.

Spike smiled saying, "got it mom".

He turned to his father and flew up to hug him, "thanks for the armor dad", he said breaking the hug.

"I'm going to try it on and show the girls", he said with a smirk as he grabbed the armor with his magic and flew away when Celestia and Discord called Starlight and Twilight over.

When Spike was out of earshot, "he hasn't been learning any dark magic, has he", Discord asked just to make sure.

They shook their heads, "no Discord, he hasn't", Starlight told him smiling as Twilight nodded.

Celestia smiled, "good....cause the one thing I would hate to happen, is my little boy becoming evil", she said frowning all of a sudden as her family agreed.

With Spike as he put the white armor on, he walked up to his fillyfriend's, "how do I look girls", he said puffing his chest out with a smirk.

They turned to him and saw him in the armor, "like our night in shining armor", Sweetie Belle said with a blush as Scootaloo and Apple Bloom agreed and walked up to him nuzzling him with smiles.

Fluttershy flew to him, "happy birthday Spike", she said trying to pick him up in a hug, but couldn't because of the armor.

Spike smiled, "hold on", he said as he closed his eyes and teleported the armor off of him.

Fluttershy picked him up and hugged him, "like I said, happy birthday", she said with a smile and nuzzling him.

"Thanks big sis", he said with a smile as he hugged and nuzzled her back.

Fluttershy let go of him as he was flying in place, "come on Spike, everypony is here and we can start the party", she said as they landed.

The party started as everypony cheered and the music started playing as everypony started dancing.

After a while, ponies were mingling with one another, Celestia noticed Fluttershy talking and giggling with a Pegasus stallion with charcoal fur and a silver mohawk mane, she grinned, "thats my girl", she said noticing how close they were.

Discord however, was burning a hole through the stallion with a glare of a protective father as he was thinking which deminsion he should send him too.

Fluttershy seen them and smiled, she walked over to them and told the stallion to follow her, "mom daddy..I like you to meet a friend of mine, this is Thunderlane", she introduced the stallion with a smile.

Celestia grinned, "so, is this your coltfriend", she teased with a raised eyebrow.

"Mom, we are just friends", Fluttershy said as her and the stallion had red faces causing Celestia to giggle.

She turned to her father and noticed he was glaring at a all of a sudden paled shaking in fear Thunderlane, "daddy, we are just friends", she said giving her father a stern glare.

The Draconequus turned to her, "I'm just reminding him who your father is".

He turned back to the scared stallion, "so, Thunderlane was it..ever wonder what's it like to see different dimensions", he asked the last part with a scary grin.

Suddenly, Thunderlane's eyes rolled to the back of his head as he fainted, Fluttershy and Princess Celestia glared at their father and husband for what he did.

"What, I was just asking", he said looking away like it was no big deal.

The party continued on untill it got late and it was time to open present's, Spike got thing's like sunglasses from Rainbow Dash, a book from Twilight and other things.

The Princesses and Princes were getting ready to leave, "bye mom bye dad", Spike said as he hugged them both.

He broke the hug as Fluttershy hugged her mom, "bye mom", she said with a smile.

Discord who turned back into Solaris turned to his daughter, "what about me", he said with a pout.

Fluttershy ignored him as she was flying in place with her back to him and her hooves crossed, she was still upset with her father for making her friend faint in fear.

Then he teleported her into his hooves, "your not still mad at me, are you my little Princess", he said frowning while nuzzling her affectionately.

Fluttershy smiled a little and hugged him back, "I hate when you do that daddy", she said nuzzling him and kissing his cheek.

The broke the hug as Shining called Spike over, "see you later Spike, and I umm..teleported something 'special' to your room and don't tell Twilight", he whispered with a wink.

Spike was confused, "ooook", he said with a shrug.

"What are you telling him Shining", Cadence said walking to him.

"Oh nothing, just saying goodbye and telling him don't forget to visit the Crystal Empire", he said putting on the best smile he can.

She stared at him with a glare, then turned her attention back to Spike, "bye Spike, it was nice seeing you again and don't forget to visit", she said with a smile as she hugged him.

After they left, Twilight teleported Spikes thing to his room in the Castle and started walking home after saying bye to everypony.

Twilight opened the Castle door, "I'm gonna head to bed Twilight, see ya in the morning", Spike said as he yawned and started walking to his bedroom.

When he walked in his room, he saw a magazine with a note on top of his bed, he walked up to it and read it, "dear Spike, here is my present to you. Ps don't let Twilight see it".

Spike picked it up with his magic and saw it had a mare laying down in a weird pose with lidded eyes like she was staring at him with the words Playcolt on it.

He looked at it confused and sat down on his haunches, he held it in his hooves as he opened it up with his magic.

His eyes widen and felt his face heat up as he looked at the pages, he turned from page to page with his magic as he felt weird the more he looked at it.

He put it down, "why would Shining give me this", he said to himself as he put it away.

He felt weird between his legs after looking at the magazine, but ignored it thinking it was nothing and put his things away and head to bed.
