Exactly as Alessio had said, he had stayed the next day at Candies and Shiny's amusement house.

Particular things happened, as he discovered that his marefriends, clients and the princesses themselves had gone there to do the photo shoot for the special album he had received from Twilight at last year's Hearts Warming eve.

as if they had been called, from the door at the end came the four dragonesses. ironically Shade and Gardenia were still wearing their succubus costumes used in their scene, it made sense it was Nightmare Night after all. While Ruby wore a maid uniform that Alessio admitted, she looked really good on her.

"Welcome back My Master. Alessio nodded, with a sad smile, "Already a long time. However yours is a beautiful Twilight costume".

She smiled before grabbing and lowering his neck warmer and gave him a light kiss on the lips, Alessio was sure to see expressions of jealousy from his marefriends. he turns to the rest of his friends in their Nightmare night costumes invited to the party.

Aloe and Lotus both wore timberwolf costumes like Applejack's, while Big Mac looked like Doctor Jekyll during Mister Hyde's transformation. Not far from the red stallion was Spike and his fiancée Sky Wing both wearing cop costumes with matching hats and other props.

Alessio heard himself called by name and looked back to see the Crusader Cutie Marks coming out from behind with baskets in hand. Scootaloo was dressed as a wonderbolt, Apple Bloom as a scarecrow with a few pieces of straw poking out of the folds of her dress and her mane and tail and an old straw hat on her head, while Sweetie belle was dressed as a vampire, complete with a stain of fake blood from the canines that could be seen smiling.

He was amazed at how beautiful their costumes are, he reached out of the candy bowl and gave all three of them a hand full of candy. All three happily thank him.
Alessio thought that one day, when Moonlight has become a little older, she too will ask for sweets and accompany her.

Alessio saw Luna wearing a cat costume, complete with black fake ears above hers and a long black tail above hers and a black costume adhering to her glorious hourglass figure, holding Moonlight in her arms, rocking her gently to one side at the other and smiled warmly at her colt and her beloved human walking towards her.
He looked down and was surprised as he watched that even Moonlight had been made up for the nightmare kitten night complete with a fake rattle that rattled as the foal giggles.

"Oh my..." said Alessio with a smile, poor foal mentally said about what her mother did to her poor foal, but admitted she was really cute, he stroked the foal's head and she rubs her muzzle against the glove and flaps her wings in cute way.

Twilight and her friends go aww seeing the scene, Luna chuckles a bit, admitting that she was tempted at first to make up Moonlight as a ghost just to scare Alessio, but at the last she changed her mind. Alessio admitted that he would be really scared if he saw their very pale foal.

Luna giggles as she brings her colt to Alessio's face, the filly makes cute verses and reaches out and touches her face. Alessio chuckles a bit, before kissing his beloved Luna.

The door to their right opened and Honey Pot, Starry Dusty and Velvety Bell came out in the same costumes as the previous day, but Alessio was relieved that they had changed it not to leave them too skimpy as before.

"Are you three coming to the event too? You are welcome" Alessio said, all three bow but shook their heads.

"No, we're going to stay here and relax and give the foals some nightmare candy instead," said Honey Pot, Starry Dusty and Velvety Bell fill the candy bowls with more.

"And we'll be with them!," Gardenia's flirtatious as she walked through the door.

Alessio and his marefriends and Luna widened their eyes as Big Mac and Spike literally push themselves backwards or in the case of the young purple and green dragon fell to the floor, both with blood dripping from their noses.

"Thank miss" say the colt brown.

"Thank" say the grey greyish foal, dressed as a skeleton.

"Hi Buttom Mash" said Alessio smiling as he stepped to the door, Sweetie Belle hiding behind his long coat. "How are you having this special night". he asked.

Button Mash looks up and smiles back, "It's great me and rumble are dressed up as characters from our favorite video game Minecraft," he said. Rumble smiled as he greeted Pipsqueak who was arriving dressed as a pirate to get some candy too.
Alessio knew the game, then, while he was giving them candy, he thought if Button was alone and asked him.

Button Mash shook his head and pointed to his mother who was in plain sight who was talking to Cheerliee and kept her gaze always keeping an eye on her son, both were dressed as sexy devils and smiled seeing Alessio and greeted him. He returned the greeting.

"Have you found anyone to trick or treat with besides your friend Rumble and Pipsqueak?" She asked Alessio with a sly smile, before stepping to the side and pulling aside her long coat and Sweetie Belle let out a cute meep and shyly smiled at Button Mash who was also blushing and gave her stammering greeting and smile.

"Because Sweetie Belle doesn't have someone to trick and treat with ..." Alessio said, Button Mash nods with a shy smile. Sweetie Belle tells him to wait a moment because she had to warn Rarity, before disappearing around the corner and Alessio had to stifle a smile when he saw Sweetie Belle hopping over and over happy at the idea of being close to her crush, Applebloom and Scootaloo giggled. Then Alessio looked at the time and turns to the others and asks if everyone is ready. once everyone confirmed they went out and headed for the festival.

* During the party *

Shortly before arriving at the festival to attend Alessio had wandered off to Fluttershy's cottage and had given her a bowl of her favorite fruit candies, telling her that even if she couldn't come, it wouldn't be nice to leave her like this without having something. The yellow pegasus accepted the candies and told him that she didn't have to worry and not blame himself if she didn't participate, even though Alessio understood her motives. After everyone said goodbye and returned home, Alessio with Moonlight asleep in his arms, returned home with Luna arm in arm.

Once inside the house, Alessio went up the stairs and went to put Moonlight to bed, Luna in the meantime had magically removed her cat costume, smiled slyly as she looked at her beloved Alessio who was taking off his costume and he was wearing a pair of night pants and a T-shirt.

"Are you going to bed too, Luna?" Alessio asked as he put away the costume in the closet, and then sat down on the bed.

"I'll stay up for a while my beloved" she replied as she walked over to him and grabbed his face with both hands and kisses him passionately.

"Oh, my beloved Alessio. Rest well, because at midnight the real fun will begin" thought Luna giggling in her head as she walked to her desk, magically sweeping off her cat costume and wearing a transparent nightgown, highlighting her beautiful curvy figure of her goddess body and sat down and read the papers of the night court.

Alessio smiled admiring Luna, reluctantly decides to go to sleep.

At midnight. Alessio felt as if he had been awakened by some kind of sound. he quickly sat up on the bed and looked around carefully. The pendulum clock indicated midnight and the entire bedroom was dimly lit with only a few rays of the moon coming through the window.

"Well awake, my faithful subject of the night" said a loud and booming voice but with a mellifluous tone, coming from his right, when he turned his eyes were wide open for the amazement and the beauty of those who saw.

The same figure that existed a marble statue a few blocks from the city of Ponyville and the Everfree forest, representing Equestria's scariest monster of all time. The monster who founded the nightmare night and brings terror into the hearts of fillies everywhere.

Nightmare Moon.

Now, Alessio knew from what Luna had told her about the story of Nightmare Moon and who she was. From Luna, he learned that she is her counterpart a thousand years ago. Although she had been hesitant for a moment to say that she was formed after years spent in Celestia's shadow, that she has always felt excluded from her for so long and that ponies do not love and adore her as well as Celestia. In the end she couldn't stand being overshadowed and so, with so much anger and dark magic that she kept inside her, she tried to take Equestria for herself. However, the cost was higher for both.

Reluctantly Celestia had to use the elements of harmony to banish her sister and her evil counterpart to the moon. Luna had also said that for a thousand years spent on the moon in captivity she still wanted to take Equestria and bring eternal night.

Alessio remember well the expression of pain when she told her story, in the first moments when they met in Canterlot and in dreams and that had consoled her, but made it clear that ponies in the past, perhaps even if they did not enjoy the beauty of the night, they knew that their beloved princess of the night, watched over their dreams and over them, feeling safe.
