Princess Luna clops her hooves together excitedly and leads you inside her chambers. “Oh, thank you! I feel so safe now!”

When she closes the door behind you, she uses her magic to begin untying the thick twine clasps on your armor. “P-princess?” you gasp, dumbfounded.

“I have a pre-bedtime tradition,” she tells you, gesturing with a hoof toward a loveseat and magical black box at the far corner of the room. “I always play video games before bed, and I need you to cling tightly to me as I do it.” She gives you a sly smile. “To reduce the surface area available to a would-be assassin. You understand it wouldn’t be comfortable to do so with your armor.”

“But without my armor I’m just a living pony shield!”

Her eyes flash with intrigue. “Indeed. Do you object to the plan?” she asks, leaning in towards you to look deep into your eyes. Her scent wafts towards you and makes you a little lightheaded. A few pieces of your armor clattering to the ground.

“O-of course not, Your Highness. I’m here to serve.”

“Wonderful,” she whispers heavily, her mane tracing patterns over your ear as she pulls away from you. She elegantly turns around and walks toward the seating area, setting up her game. You follow her, removing your helmet and placing it delicately next to the rest of your armor. When she is finished, she turns to you. “Dear protector, you may know better than me. How would you suggest that you protect me?”
