When I woke up again, I found myself in a small space that forced me into the fetal position. It was tight, the walls were fleshy, and it was really comfortable and warm.

Was I still in Cadence’s womb? How come I didn’t arrive somewhere new this time? Ah well, I’ll figure it out one day.

I felt Cadence rub her belly in a loving manner.

“Almost time little guy. I’ll give birth to you any day now.” Give birth to me? Well I guess it would make sense since I was inside her womb. If I was gonna get out of here, she would need to give birth to me. However, I was content on being in here for now. It was so warm and comfy! I then heard a door open from outside.

“Hey honey,” a new voice said coming into the room.

“Hey Gleaming.” Gleaming? Who was Gleaming? The only person I knew who fit that description was Gleaming Shield, the female version of Shining Armor. Was he a female in this world of anthros? “How was the meeting?”

“It went well, just had to sit through a few reports and listen to the plans to celebrate our incoming ball of joy. Speaking of which.” I felt a pair of lips press against where I was. I guess Gleaming was kissing Cadence’s stomach. “How’s my little guy? Mama can’t wait to see you.”

I smiled as I felt her nuzzle me and playfully kicked the walls around me.

“Oh, I think he’s excited too.” Cadence and Gleaming chuckled a little, which made me smile. Looks like I was gonna be born into a world with two amazing mothers. “So, did they find out yet?”

“What, if he’ll have all of his memories and stuff? Yeah, they said the spell will prevent any changes, physical or mental, from happening to him. Biologically, he won’t even be related. But even so, since he spent nine months in your womb, I think that qualifies for you to be his mother.”

So they knew about me? I guess that’s a relief. I wouldn’t want them freaking out or being depressed when I finally come out.

“They said he might even be conscious during the last day he’s inside you.” Gleaming said.

“Really? Hey, are you awake in there Dominic? One kick no, two kicks yes.” I happily complied with two kicks. “One… two! He is awake!”

“Really? Well then let’s talk to him.” Gleaming got on her knees and peered at Cadence’s tummy. “Hey Dominic, can you hear me in there?”

Two kicks.

“Alright cool. Are you all snuggled up and comfy in my wife’s womb?”

Two kicks.

“Well I’m glad,” Cadence said. “So, you excited to be born again?”

Two kicks.

I heard a few chuckles, which made me laugh too. But then, I suddenly felt a bit of sadness coming from Cadence. I wasn't sure how though, maybe because I was connected to her with an umbilical cord?

“Hey, Dominic? Um, I know that you going in there and spending nine months in my womb may have been an accident, so I'll understand if you don't want to do this but… would you let us raise you like you were our real baby? I know it's a lot to ask but-”

Two kicks.

“Two… Two kicks! He said yes! He said yes!” Cadence and Gleaming cried out happily and hugged each other, tears of joy in their eyes. Gleaming quickly kneeled and hugged Cadence's waist before kissing her tummy.

“Oh thank you Dominic! I promise we'll be the best mothers ever!” I laughed as the two thanked me over and over again. I just couldn't wait to be born and held in their arms.

And that's when Cadence's water broke.

Cadence and Gleaming started to panic and quickly went to the hospital. There, Cadence was put in a room, and was put through the paces of giving birth to me. But since I was so tiny, giving birth to me was easy.

I thought it might make them happy if I played my part as a baby, so when I came out of the birth canal, I started to cry. The doctors got me out quickly, and soon I was brought into the world.

“It's a boy!” the nurse who had taken me cried. She brought me over to a sink and washed me off with warm water. I was quickly wrapped up in a towel, and brought over to Cadence. The nurse handed me over, and Cadence cradled me in her arms. Unexpectedly, there had been a few changes to my body.

For one, I was now an anthro pony as well, a white furred baby colt with a black mane. I was still the same size as before, so I was still tiny, but I had room to grow.

Cadence and Gleaming didn't care though. They happily looked down at me as I started to calm down.

“Welcome to the world Dominic,” Cadence said, kissing my head. I laughed and smiled up at her. Cadence looked at Gleaming and offered me to her. “Wanna hold him?”

“Sure,” Gleaming said, taking me in her arms. “Hey there Dominic. I'm your mama.”

I smiled up at her, which made her smile too. Suddenly, my stomach growled, and I started to whimper. Thing was though, it was against my will. I suppose that, since I had a new body, my mind hadn't really figured out how to control my instincts yet. I started to cry, but Gleaming knew what to do.

“Oh, I think someone's hungry,” Gleaming said handing me to Cadence.

“Alright everyone but those two clear out,” said the doctor. “A baby's first feeding is a very intimate thing. We don't want to disrupt it.”

And so with that, the nurses and the doctor cleared out, leaving me, Cadence, and Gleaming alone.

“Alright, let's fix those tummy growls,” Cadence said pulling up her shirt. With her shirt now off, her breasts hung free, and she cradled me against them, my head right next to her nipple. Knowing what to do, I latched onto her breast, and started to suckle. Sweet, creamy milk started to flow from her breast, and I drank it greedily.

Cadence smiled as she breastfed me. She rubbed my back in a comforting manner, and watched as I suckled.

“Good boy,” she praised. She pet my head and sighed as I continued to drink. Soon I stopped, and she set me against her shoulder and pat my back until finally I burped. “There we go, all done.”

She held me in her arms again and kissed my head. I laughed, then yawned, which made my new mothers smile. Cadence started to rock me, and sang me to sleep.
