Somewhere in a far away land lie a kingdom under siege by unknow invaders.All the kindoms surround had the noises of screams and armor footsteps,below them were two hooded figures along with some guards escape the slaughter carry some sort of basket.The hooded figures who were carry torches until they spotted a light.

"Quickly put the fire out!"

"Yes sir!" One of the guards replied as he diminished the flame.The heard the footsteps from above revealing more screams."Those monster!"

"Come this way my love!" a female voice said as he grabbed his lover's wrist leading him to a secret tunnel.

"Wait your going alone? I can't just leave you here all by yourself." A female voice said while he continue to stand guard.He bend down and decided to see the basket,he wanted making sure that what was inside the basket was nice and warm over the blanket.

"Please don't argue with me our main concern is protecting our baby." As she look at what the male dragon was holding in a small basket then to her lover."But what about you? Are you going to be by yourself" she ask as him as he was lost in his thought as he kept eyeing the basket,he replied with a smile.

"Of course I'm going to be ok."The male dragon said as he continue speaking to his love."Although more importantly,I'm worried about you and our baby" as her eyes shifted from Night Wing eyes than to the basket revealing a small purple and green egg.

"Now take the tunnel it will led you and the baby out safely to the wood. I love you."

"I love you too."Night Wing placed a kiss until hearing a gate break.

"I hear her voice they must be here!"

"Please hurry night wing save are baby We will lead them away." She said as she push Night Wing out of the tunnel along and the egg to sure they were safe as Night Wing took off leading the group of dragon away from her beloved and her unborn child.

A few hours later.

"We got her pin." One of the dragon said to NIght Wing's lover who has shackles on her wrist. "Tell us where Night Wing and the egg are heading and well let you go."  

"I will never tell you I rather die and tell you were they are." She replied as she spit on the dragon face.

"Why you little harlot! The dragon said as he lifted up is claw fixing to kill the dragons until another claw halted the attacking dragon only to be pined to the ground following by grunts and fighting in the back ground.

"Don't you dare lay your filthy claw on the Queen.

"M-Moon light it's you!" The queen said as she slowly got up. "Hey you solder! Quickly come and take this dragon to his new room."

"Yes sir as the solder dragon had grab the dragon that was pin to the ground by moon light. Moon light got up and walk towards the Dragoness queen.

"My queen are you OK?" Moonlight replied to the queen who replied with a nod.

"Of course I am but we need to drive out the assassins fast the sooner their gone, my love and my child will be safe."

"Of course my queen but may I ask you a question first."Moonlight explain getting the Queen full attention "I think I might know what you wanted to ask and they are safe,both your child and your husband had took the secret tunnel into the woods."Moonlight finished explaining hearing a sigh of relief." Alright men! As you may have heard our king is being pursue by assassin's with the heir of the throne!" Lets drive out the assassins for the Prince and the new king and welcome them both home." Moonlight cried out as he pump up his fist into the air . The rest of the solders did the same thing as the ran off determined to drive out all of the assassins .

"Please be safe my love and please watch over our baby." The dragoness queen though to her self.

Meanwhile deep in the forest. "he's over here" a mysterious voice said as Night Wing keep on running at the same time look down at the egg.

"Don't worry my child your father will keep you safe no matter what" Night Wing had to stop knowing that he can't outrun them.He search everywhere however spotted a bush. He placed  the small green and purple egg and gently place it under it to make sure that the egg was well cover

"Don't worry daddy will be right back" As he pick up the now empty basket and ran off  "

"He's over here! Don't let him escape." All the dragon shouted as they were able to trap Night wing to a cliff . Night wing slowly put the baby basket behind him.

"I will not let you kill my unborn child! I will defend him til my body breaks!" Night Wing shouted as the wind started to pick up.Night Wing felt strange knowing this wind aren't normal,is as if they were being created.

"I'm sorry but you don't have any right to order us around"Night Wing was startle as the assassin was behind him who disappear in a blink of a eye.

"He too fast!" Night Wing thought to himself right before the mystery dragon ram his claw straight into night wing chest . Night wing had taken a step back knocking the basket over the cliff. Night Wing try to reach out and grab it but it was to late as the basket had fell 50 form the ground shattering as it finally hit the ground,Before Nights Wing could do anything his vision went black.

"Is the job done?" the dragon said cleaning the blood off his claws.

"But what about the egg ?" One of the dragon ask.

"Don't worry there is no way that the egg survive that fall,now let's get going the other dragon said leading the others into the night sky.

A few hours pass "My queen we had found Night Wing's body and the babies basket..... I'm sorry to say this but.....

"Please don't finish that sentence I know what your about to say" the dragons said holding back tears  "what about moon light how is he holding up." She ask as she turn away from the solder as tears start to fall from her face.

"He's..... Not doing so good my queen he's lock himself up in his room and he's not coming out . The solder said as he to try to hold back his tear for the lost of the general son and the lost of the queen love and child and also for the lost of his little brother/ best friend .

"I see... is there anything else to report "the dragons ask.

"Um yes my queen we had found a little baby pony near the forest what should we do with it" .and with that the queen quickly turn around and said

"Bring me that little pony baby I will adopted it and raised it as my own."

"Of course my queen I'll Shall bring it over here right away.

August 29 1997

"Oh what is this" a female voice said as she spotted a small green and purple egg .

"It looks like a dragon egg Tia" another female voice said.

"You know what Lulu I think your right but it's solid cold." Tia said as she wrap her wings around the egg. "Oh I know what will work. Tia said as she place her horn to a small bag and use her magic to warm up the bag and put the egg gently inside it.

"I think it's about time he got a home right sister." Lulu said as she walk away."

:Yes let us return home." As both Lulu and Tia headed home Celetia knows the name of the egg when it hatches.
