The sun slowly rose over the town of Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle sleeping peacefully in her bed as she turned on her side. Her mane ruffled from sleep, Spike sleeping just as peacefully before letting out a burp.

The burp causing him to wake up, grumbling to himself as a letter fell to the ground. His eyes having bags underneath them as he slowly opened up the scroll. His eyes skimming through the scroll before shooting open, “TWILIGHT!” He shouted.

This caused the mare to jolt awake rubbing a hoof against her head, “yeah Spike..? What is it..?” She asked looking extremely tired.

“Princess Celestia and Luna have requested an audience with all of us! Even Nick!” The baby dragon stated.

Twilight’s eyes widened as she quickly stood up, “Spike! Go wake up Nick! I’ll get ready and go gather the girls! I didn’t expect this today! This was so sudden!” She stated clearly nervous. Under any other circumstance she would’ve been fine visiting the Princess again, but bringing Nick along? That may complicate a few things…”

Spike gave her a salute before quickly bolting out of her room. Twilight gulping slightly.

Nick sat in the train rubbing his hair as the train moved almost at Cantrolot, “ok. So we’re going here to see the princesses?” He asked raising an eyebrow.

“Of course!” Rarity spoke up sitting next to him, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash sitting in front of him. “Trust me darling, you’ll love Cantrolot! So much to do and it’s so beautiful!”

“I hope so, cause I was actually sleeping pretty good before Spike woke me up. But hey, I can finally meet this Princess Luna.” He grumbled the last bit to himself, Rarity raised an eyebrow looking at him. “Oh? You know about Princess Luna darling?”

“Well...she did just sorta visit me in my dreams a few nights ago and it was just, weird and kinda creepy. So I am kinda anxious to meet her…” Nick admitted Twilight piping in from behind him. “Nick there is nothing to be anxious about, the princesses are amazing and will be intrigued in you!”

“I guess, plus no turning back now. We’re almost there.” Nick said as he looked out the window gulping a bit, Nick was honestly nervous about meeting the princesses yeah but he just felt...something else. He felt like he was being watched, and usually when he felt that he is always right.

Looking around in the train he saw Applejack and Rainbow Dash talking and having their casual rivalry, Pinkie Pie jittering and watching from the side intently. Fluttershy rubbing her mane with her hoof looking more on edge then Nick.

‘Maybe I’m just being paranoid...yeah...hopefully…’ He thought to himself as he took a breath the train slowing down, the doors opening as the girls where the first out.

Nick looking through the window seeing the huge group of ponies outside, fancy looking ponies. ‘Hmmm...better not take THAT chance…’ He thought to himself flicking through his watch.

“Where’s Nick?” Rainbow Dash asked raising an eyebrow, Applejack shrugging. “Who knows with that boy, he disappeared during his Thank You party and now this? Shucks I have no idea.”

“Well hopefully he can get his flank out here soon! The princesses will be expecting him!” Rainbow Dash said rather aggressively, “maybe he’s doing something? I know if I was him I’d be scared to go out in front of all these ponies…”

Twilight watched the windows, a bright flash of green light going off as the doors stayed open. An lime green unicorn walking out, “ah much better. This should help with peering eyes.” He said walking off the train.

“Hmmm...I suppose so, c'mon we better get going.” Twilight said Nick nodding.

Nick walking through the busy streets of Cantrolot making sure to stay close to the Mane Six, some of the ponies giving Twilight looks and a few murmurs. “The Princess of Friendship is here? And who’s that stallion with them..?”

Another voice said, “I don’t know but he is rather attractive.”

Nick let out a small chuckle, ‘tsk...if only they knew…’

Pinkie Pie walked beside Nick as she nudged him slightly, the unicorn looking at her. “Yeah?”

“I wanted to ask what it feels like!” Pinkie Pie said rather vaguely as Nick responded with a puzzled expression, “what?”

“To transform silly!” The bubbly mare said as Nick let out a, “ahhhhh.”

He put a hoof to his chin, “to be honest I don’t know how to describe it without putting you through a transformation. But maybe...to me? It feels weird, having your whole body change and adjust to fit a specific form. Like my pony form for example, having limbs change and having a horn grow from your head and your nose and mouth adjusting is weird but. I kinda got used to transforming pretty fast.”

Pinkie Pie let out a small “hmmmmm…” Then said, “ok!”

Nick let out a small snort as he walked beside the girls, his green eyes examining and scanning every detail of the city. “Hmmm. It does seem pretty nice here.”

Rarity piped up, “see darling told you! Cantrolot is the most beautiful city in Equestria!”

“I thought that was Manehattan!” Rainbow Dash said laughing as Rarity narrowed her eyes at the cyan mare, “ok Dash...first best city with Manehattan right behind it..”

“Manehattan? What is this? Sounds like a disgusting rip off of Manhattan. The Big Apple, my favorite city.” Nick said as the group looked at him, “Nick we’re gonna have to take you to Manehattan one day, if it’s anything like it is in your world then you’ll love it there!” Twilight said smiling widely at him.

He scoffed, “yeah sure.”

The guards at the entrance of the Cantrolot castle allowed the group in with no problem but stopped Nick, “is he with you princess?” They asked in unison.

“Yes he may proceed.” Twilight replied the group waiting as the guards lifted their wings, Nick passing through.

The way up to the throne room was surprisingly silent aside from the sound of hooves clicking against the ground, the gigantic doors to the throne room opening as Nick finally clicked the Omnitrix on his flank.

Reverting to his human form, “ah much better.” He said as what sat in the back of the room was Princess Luna and Celestia.

Both their manes flowing in the room with no breeze, “ah! You must be Nick!” Princess Celestia said smiling at him.

Nick got a vibe from her just from her words and how she held herself, friendly and yet assertive and ruling. ‘Traits for a princess obviously.’ He thought to himself.

“This is the human Twilight Sparkle has been talking about along with us sister. He is quite the interesting character.” Princess Luna said as Celestia just stared at him. Almost examining his form and features.

“Correctamundo! I sure am.” Nick stated proudly, “well welcome to Equestria Mr. Taylor. I am Princess Celestia Goddess of the Sun.”

Luna then followed up, “we have already made our introductions Nicholas.”

“Ah yes, I am well aware when you sent that slime monster after me in my dream.” He replied narrowing his eyes, “yes thy performed beyond our expectations that night. Certainly we were impressed.” She complimented as Nick rolled his eyes but gave a small grin.

Celestia watched as he rubbed the back of his head, “Nicholas. May me and my sister speak to you in private? Preferably the gardens?” Her expression seemed a bit agitated about something.

NIck gulped a sweat bead dripping from his forehead as Twilight looked at the Princesses, “may I join? Considering me and Nick are pretty close?”

“We all are!” Pinkie Pie said as the group let out a, “MHM!” In unison.

Celestia let out a small sigh before smiling, “ok. Walk with us then, we have much to discuss.”

Nick looked at the girls as he smiled slightly, ‘huh....these guys are actually awesome…’ Stuffing his hands in his pockets he and the girls followed Celestia and Luna down the hallways of Cantrolot, and to the back door past the two sisters chambers.

Opening it and making their way to the entrance of the garden multiple statues outside as Celestia turned. “You can reveal yourself now.”

There was silence as Nick and the girls looked around confused, even Luna. “Sister? What is thee doing?” She asked.

“Reveal yourself NOW.” Celestia’s voice almost grew commanding as there was a feminine chuckle in the air, Nick turning seeing a ripple in the air a large skinny brown creature appearing. It having a mish mashed body, the tail of a dragon, the wing of a pegasus and bat, the paw of a lion and the claws of a eagle. Very unique indeed as her white hair her antler and horn.

“Why do you have to be such a buzzkill Celestia?” the creature asked.

“Why are you here Eris?” The princess responded, Nick looking at the girls seeing Fluttershy almost go pale he was rather confused.

“Well. A week ago I was sitting in Fluttershy’s cottage and felt this weird flow in the magic in Equestria. Next thing I know I teleport to the disturbance and I see our new friend.” Eris said pointing to Nick with her talon.

The human scratching his chin, “probably residue from my initial arrival in Equestria…” He grumbled to himself.

Eris nodded, “and because I care about Fluttershy and our resident heroes of Equestria I decided to keep an eye on our new friend. Even when he brought over a playmate yesterday!” She said as the group looked at Nick.

He rubbed the back of his neck, “well uh...heh...I have a lot of explaining to do don’t I?”

Everyone nodded as Eris grinned widely at him. Nick gulping slightly, this already felt like it was gonna be another very. Very. VERY long day...
