After Nocturne left, Crossbleser made his way to Starlight Glimmer who was still chained to the ground. When she saw him coming towards her, she started growling.

"Don't worry my child. The Light will heal your corrupted heart, it always does."

Crossbleser extended his hoof to her head, she tried to bite him but she wasn't fast enough and once his hoof touched her forehead , a wave of light surrounded her and Shining armor. When the light disappeared, Starlight Glimmer and Shining armor were both unconscious on the ground with their wounds healed along with Shining armor's broken horn.

Crossbleser then said.

"Both of them will be alright, thank the Light i still have such healing powers."

"T-thank you so much!" Cadence said.

"Yes, thank you for saving Starlight and my brother."

"I was just doing my duty." Crossbleser said with a smile.

"Take my husband to our room and leave him there, he deserves the rest after.....that terrible mission."

"Yes your majesty!" One of the guard's saluted.

"And take Starlight with you as well!" Twilight continued.

Crossbleser then looked on the corpses of Shining armor's companions and he sighted.

"Crossbleser...." Celestia tried to comfort him.

"There is no need....i should have acted earlier than to wait in the shadows for them to be slaughtered.....Now, we need to talk."

"We should get inside then, to the trone room and....i am glad that you are with us again Crossbleser." Luna then hugged him as well.

Crossbleser hugged her back and said.

"I am most grateful that i am back to you both even under such circumstances"

Then, Celestia, Luna, Cadence and the Elements of Harmony got inside to the throne room where they started talking.

"So..um who are you exactly?" Asked Twilight.

"My name is Crossbleser, i was a priest and a teacher to Celestia and Luna when they were little."

"But i thought that Starswirl was the one who took care of them." Rarity said.

"Yes....yes he did....after i was killed."

"But...how are you...alive?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"There are....somethings that you don't need to know, i am sorry if it sounds harsh but...i can't talk about it."

"Oh and one more thing, back outside i heard the name 'Phobetor', who is Phobetor?" Asked Spike.

There was silence in the room for a moment and then he said.

"In the beginning of existance, the Creator began creating life. Many worlds WAY beyond our reach. He then made other Gods, which we mortals would worship, one of those Gods was Icelos The God Of Nightmares, at first his intentions were not wicked and like all the other Gods he had a role to play in the many different worlds and plane of existance. However a war began between them and The Old Gods."

"The Old Gods?" Twilight asked.

"Yes, at first there was only one, his name was Azathoth, also known as 'The Blind Idiot God'. It was him who created the rest of the Old Gods and some other worlds, all through his dreams."

"What happened next?" Applejack asked.

"The Old Gods were evil from the moment they were created and they had to be stopped. And in that Cosmic War countless worlds fell under their influence and as result they were destroyed. In the end they were defeated and were locked away in an endless loop out of Creation, however in that war one of the Gods was corrupted."

"Was it Icelos?" Asked Spike.

"Yes, their magics drove the Nightmare God insane and forced him to become hateful for the Creator and all of his creations and like the Old Gods he was stopped and locked in the loop as well. After that, he was known by the name of Phobetor."

"But what does this have to do with Nocturne?" Asked Rarity.

"It has everything to do with him! After everything returned to normal, our world came to be and later Nocturne."

"But, why our world of all places? I mean i know our world is awesome but we don't need creeps like Nocturne here." Rainbow Dash said.

"I...do not know, the reason why Phobetor chose Nocturne to be created here is as mysterious as he is."

"But...you also said that Phobetor was 'in control'?" Asked Fluttershy.

"Even when they were looked away, they still had some powers left, the Old Gods used their powers to Corrupt the minds of many and forced them to their side, these cultists made many horrible sacrifice to strengthen their Dark Gods but Phobetor, he had other plans. He deceided to create a Living Nightmare and have somepony carry this curse, this power. That somepony was Nocturne. But with every kill that Nocturne made, every Nightmare that he placed in somepony's head, only gave power to The Fallen God."

And just like that they knew everything. That they are not alone in this world, that there are Gods out there and Eldritch beings who hunger for their deaths.

"So you are saying.....all this time.....everything that Nocturne did was.....because of Phobetor....?" Asked Celestia with her head down.

"Yes my dear.....everything, until Nocturne found out about this and he travelled to the loop to kill Phobetor and be in control of his own fate. Phobetor however was not easy to beat and Gods cannot die even when their bodies are destroyed, if that;s even possible. But when Nocturne somehow did kill him, the Dark God found his way......into your father's soul."

"WHAT!!!" Celestia and Luna both shouted.

"If that's the case then.....our father did all he did.....because he was being controlled by Phobetor?" Luna asked.

"And the destruction of our home! The death of our mother and our sibilings! Your death and our father's! Because of him?!" Celestia asked almost shouting.

"I...am sorry, but this is the truth."

And again there was silence in the room, all of them had a lot to think, Twilight especially. Who would knew that the princesses had other sibilings as well? And how many? What did they look like? As for Celestia and Luna, they now knew why their family fell appart, why their home, the land in which they grew up was destroyed. All that took to take away their happyness was but one corrupted being locked outside of existance.

"I have a question to ask you Crossbleser." Said Cadence who was on her throne and with a serious, almost angry, look on her face.

"Tell me, for how long have been watching us?"

"What do you mean Pricness Cadence?"

"What i am saying is, you came out to help us in our time of need, just a few moments ago when Nocturne was about to take the life of my husband. So, why didn't you help earlier, did those other stallions need to die?"

She said with an angry face as she started walking towards him.

"I didn't want to give away my position, there are things that Nocturne will do, now that he knows i am alive."

"What could be more important than the lives of the innocent? Why did you let them die!?" She shouted a little."

"Cadence...."

"No!" Cadence interrupted Twilight.

"Because....listen all of you. Now that you brought that up princess. After i banished Nocturne years ago, i locked away the weapons and artifacts that he found during his adventures. These weapons posses IMMENSE amounts of power but now that he is back, he will want them back and if he consumes me he will get all the answers as to where i have hidden them."

"Consume you.....? You mean like when you eat a cake?" Asked Pinkie Pie with a smile.

"No, he won't 'eat' me, but we have given that ability the name 'Consume' because when it is cast, it looks like his target gets eaten."

"Oh.....wow!"Pinkie said.

"But when you are 'eaten' what exactly happens?" Applejack asked.

"You have seen it before, back at Canterlot when he first appeared, do you remember when he attacked those night guards? That they melted and then his body sucked them in?"

They all noded.

"That is his consuming ability, but when he does consume something, he can take their form."

"Like a changeling!" Rainbow Dash said.

"Yes like a changeling, but there is more. When he consumes somepony, he can inhert their abilities and the targert's mastery over them, he can also get their memories and overal become them, it's a perfect reflection with no flaws what so ever."

"Wow...." Rainbow Dash said.

"Anyway, now that this is out of the way i would like to tell you this. With Nocturne's return i began making weapons that can subdue him, because just like me, he has been watching you all for a very long time. With these weapons the world will be saved and we need to go to my library to get them."

"Weapons that can actually hurt him? Is that even possible?" Luna asked.

"Yes, yes there is. But only with them, he can truly be defeated. Now, Celestia, Luna, Cadence and Twilight, you will need to come with me to my library."

"I understand that Celestia and Luna would come with you but why me and Cadence?"

"Because you two need to be armed with these weapons as well. As for the rest of you, you must stay here and guard the Crystal Empire with this!"

He then used his magic to conjur a golden glowing crystal.

"Use this on the Crystal Heart, it will empower it with the light and keep the Unholy and the Corrupted out of the Empire."

"OH MY GOSH ITS SO BEAUTIFUL!" Rarity shouted as she picked up the crystal.

"And please, don't allow yourselves to get distracted by....other insignificant things."

"B-but of course." Rarity started laughing while blushing a little.

"Don't worry boss we got this!" Rainbow Dash said with a salute.

"Of course we do! And don't be late! I will have surprise party for when you get back to celebrate your success! Oh wait, it won't be a surprise now that you know about it! DAMM IT!" Pinkie Pie said while jumping around Crossbleser only to then lower her head and walk away due to the fact that she spoiled the surprise.

"And i....am glad to put my faith in you all. Now then let's go!"

Once they got outside of the borders of the Empire a light shield was created around it.

"Ok, the Empire is secure, i am glad that you have friends like these Twilight Sparkle." Crossbleser said.

"Yes, i wouldn't know what to do without them."

"Of course and friends like these keep the light in your heart strong."

Then out of nowhere a golden train appeared on glowing light tracks.

"What the!" Cadence said.

"Get inside we are going to Manehattan."

Once they got inside they were greeted by White Armor wearing Alicorns who were almost as tall as Celestia. The guards bowed before them.

The forth mares gasped at the sight. Especially Twilight and Cadence because they thought that there were no other Alicorns. They then sat down on the chairs of the train and there they started talking while an Alicorn guard would bring them some refreshments.

"More Alicorns! But how?" Twilight asked.

"I know right? If only Shining armor was here with me to see this...."

"Don't worry Cadence, he is safe now, along with your friend Twilight." Celestia said and the three of them traded smiles.

"Crossbleser why are we going to Manehattan?" Luna asked.

"Because from there we will get a ship and sail for my library and when we arive, we will have a fighting chance against Nocturne."

In the Throne room of Canterlot, Nocturne was resting on the throne, still thinking about what Crossbleser had told him and it was then that he felt something. He rose up from the throne and said.

"So, you have left the Empire have you?" He said referring to Crossbleser and the others.

"You think that you can make it to your library don't you? Shrez'rik, reveal yourself."

And from the shadows a giant eyeball appeared with tentacles under it.

"How may i serve you my lord?"

"Crossbleser and my sisters along with the other Alicorn princesses are making their way to Manehattan as we speak, i want you to intimidate them and prepare them for my arival!"

"Thy will be done!" And he disappeared.

"Now that i know you are alive my dear Crossbleser, i will make sure to get back what you have taken from me."

Meanwhile in the train.

"Nocturne always was aggressive , demanding, power hungry, at first i was blaming myself for not raising him right."

"It's not your fault Crossbleser, i too wanted the best for him and i wished that things had turned out differently." Celestia said.

Then a black fog covered the train and they couldn't see anything from outside of the windows.

"Everypony keep your eyes open!" One of the guards said.

"What is going on?" Cadence asked.

"He is here!" Luna said.

And from the other end of the train a big stallion burst open the door and came through. He was wearing a black suit of armor, he was standing in two and he was carrying a big sword with his claws. Around him he also appeared to be radiating purple energies.

"Knight Terror!" Crossbleser shouted.

The Knight Terror then began swinging his massive blade cutting down some chairs along with the walls of the train while moving forward.

"We have to get out of here!" Twilight said.

"Everypony back! Me and the guards will handle this!" Crossbleser said.

"No way, i am not letting you die again!" Celestia said.

"Listen to me Celestia! Only you four can defeat Nocturne! The weapons that you will acquire are for you and you alone! If you die then we are all doomed!"

He then charged his horn and a light barrier appeared before him and it started pushing back Celestia and the others right to the next room of the train.

Two of the guards then advanced towards the Knight Terror and they started fighting.

"Feel the wrath of the Light you unholy fiend!" One of the guards shouted as he swinged his sword.

The Knight Terror then blocked his attack with his sword, grabbed the guard by his head with his other claw and crushed his skull, causing his dead body to fall from his claw and out of the train.

The other guard was about to attack too but from the tips of the Knight Terror's claws appeared tentacles that when they came in contact with the guard, it caused him to be consumed.

In the room only the Knight Terror and Crossbleser remained. Crossbleser sat down, closed his eyes and started saying The Sacred Words. When that happened a halo appeared around his head, he opened his eyes and from his horn a beam of light struck the Knight Terror, causing him to go back and shatter his helmet, revealing that his flesh was rotten along with two pairs of glowing blue eyes.

Crossbleser then used his magic again and this time he conjured a golden simple sword.

The two then engaged in combat and after a few minutes of dodging and parrying each others attacks, they ended up coming face to face with their blades against each other.

"Ya hiksq yor raeq dnaeqayq esaeu! zaeaer zes haeng lizz gaednaees yaza maeun alicorns oth sa lizz finaly sowa siz okoired esaeu!" The Night Terorr said.

"Nocturne lizz trael ya qnuy! Phobetor iz edizz ohiwa oth rael oz la zdaot sa iz okoired uz! naqunr qae esaeun zoedabbi oth qazz siz yoq!" Crossbleser replied.

The Knight Terror then laughed and said in the common language.

"You have been outplayed!"

From the other side of the train, Shrez'rik pierced the top of the train with his tentacles and saw the four Alicorns along with some guards.

One of the guards threw his spear against Shrez'rik and hit him on his eye. That caused him to scream, pull out the spear and throw it back at the guard, pinning him down on the ground.

"GET BACK, GET BACK!" One of the guards shouted.

Shrez'rik then grabbed him with his tentacles and devoured him whole.

This scenario almost made Cadence cry who was trying to calm down only to fail.

"We are done for!" She shouted.

"No! I won't let you!" Twilight shouted as she used her magic to attack Shrez'rik. Her attack however did nothing, Shrez'rik then jumped into the train and from his eye a beam of darkness appeared, the four mares quickly dodged and then Celestia pulled out the spear from the dead guard's chest and pierced it with all her might right through Shrez'rik's eye.

"Now Luna!" Celestia shouted.

Luna then jumped above Celestia and pierced Shrez'rik with a fallen sword in his eye.

In the other room, Crossbleser looked behind him and saw Shrez'rik fighting Celestia, Luna, Cadence and Twilight. He then pushed the Knight Terror back with a light bolt and he tried to open the door but it was jammed.

From the Knight Terror's chest tentacles appeared and attacked Crossbleser, it was then that he dodged them and they pierced the door and ended up coming out of Shrez'rik's eye.

From the other side Celestia and Luna both charged their magics and they knocked Shrez'rik back with such power that he fell off the train along with the Knight Terror.

"We....we did it!" Twilight said.

"I can't believe it! We survived." Cadence said.

Then Crossbleser came through the wreckage and said.

"Is everypony ok?"

"Yes, we barely made it!" Luna said.

"But at the cost of more lives...." Celestia said with her head down.

"Yes i know, that is why you must get these weapons and face Nocturne."

"And after that what? What do we do after he is defeated." Twilight asked.

"Phobetor nor the Old Gods can come here without being summoned through their dark rituals, however there are still out there cultists that practise such rituals."

"But that's impossible! We cleared them all out in the crusades!" Luna said.

"Yes, yes we did and we saved a lot of poor souls, but when our Kingdom fell, the cultists started rallying again and if they perform these rituals then the Old Gods will come and the end will be upon us."

Meanwhile in the forrest.

The Knight Terror rose up from his fleshy coffin. He saw Shrez'rik dead on the floor with his eye completely smashed in and a pool of blood around. He then noticed that his right hoof was missing. He then charged his demonic energies and a new hoof appeared. He picked up his sword and said.

"Time to report to the master." And he dissapeared.

Now that the dark fog cleared out the could see Manehattan. Just like all the other places of Equestria Manehattan was destroyed, the city was covered in the same fleshy substance that was in Canterlot, with buildings burning and one Giant Beutiful Ship in the docks.

They got out of the train and made their way to the ship where more Alicorn Guards waited for them.

"More Alicorns....." Twilight said.

"You have to get used to this Twilight Sparkle, this is how things used to be in our home." Luna said.

"What do you mean?" Cadence asked.

"From where we come, all of us are destined to become an Alicorn, it's just how it works. It doesn't matter how we start, either with wings, horns or nothing. The end is still the same, think of it as a cutie mark." Luna said.

Twilight and Cadence were complete speechless, both of them would have to meditate on such information. And what of the land that Luna told them about. The place that she and Celestia call home? Where is it?

They then got inside the ship and sailed.

In Canterlot

The Knight Terror walked into the throne room and he saw Nocturne on the throne sharing a kiss with a pink skined mare, with two on her head horns, blue glowing eyes, bat wings, black hooves, a small black chest plate and with flamed tattoos across her back legs.

The Knight Terror bowed and said.

"It is done my lord!"

Nocturne stopped the kiss and said.

"Good, good. But tell me what has happened to Shrez'rik?"

"He is dead."

"Oh well, he served his purpose at least. There are after all a lot more Watchers in the Void. Isn't that right Lynthea?"

"Of course darling, all you need to do is tell me and i will bring here as many as you want."

"That won't be necessary. But do tell me, what about Shining's child?"

"You mean the one that you send me 'seduce'?"

"Yes, that one."

Lynthea then laughed and said.

"Oh, but he is ready! Should we sent him out?"

"Not yet, not until i have taken back my weapons, when that happens, we will lunch a full attack on the Crystal Empire and my revenge will be complete."

"Naughty....but aren't you worried about what that vermin Crossbleser said?"

"What, about Phobetor? He is just trying to convince me to give up on trying to kill my sisters. But he is wrong, i killed Phobetor, i consumed him! There was no way for him to survive....but....there is something that still bothers me though."

"And what would that be?"

"N-nothing....forget about it, i am just being paranoid."

Lynthea then laughed again and said.

"You? Paranoid? Since when? They day you met me in Hell?"

"It doesn't matter, the only thing that does now my little succubus is this."

He then grabbed her by her chin with his claw and the two started kissing once again.
