It was a particular day of Carrot Top as she was walking though Ponyville stores.

Ever since the dinosaurs started to arrived in Equestria things have been chaotic but with the Brachiosaurus, Apatosaurus, a Stegosaurus pair with the Camptosaurus, Gaston the Gastonia and six raptors that seemed really scary, but Carrot Top calmed when she saw then walking with the Maine Six and the princesses sometimes.

When she went to check her Carrot patch when she woke up, her Carrots where being eating by two small dinosaurs the first one was a Dryosaurus clan and the other was a Othnelia clan, they where behaving a little like birds with both clan sentries looking for any sines of danger every now and again.

Carrot Top ran over to her Carrot patch to try to scare both clans off as both clans looked over at her, even though they didn't know what the orange mammal was saying to them it looked like a angry herbivore was charging at them, as the sentries made a bird like call as both clans ran out of the Carrot Patch and back to there homes.

Right now Carrot Top was walking though PonyVille to get some food as she was walking she heard two ponys talking.

Did you hear that there is a Crystal carrot growing in the White Tail Woods. one of the ponys a mare with a red maine and a red rose on her cutie mark talking, as it got Carrot Top interested as she listened to the two.

She had heard of Crystal carrot's as they where only grow in the Crystal Empire far from hear and they made a high price if sold.

Yeah but what about the dinosaurs, one of those predators might kill somepony who enters. the other one a stallion with a brown maine and a sand timer on his cutie mark.

Not exactly the predators don't actually go to White Tail Woods but there might be a chance somepony might run into one, anyways I heard that when you bite into the Crystal carrot that it makes you feel like you been sent to heaven and back. the mare continued as Carrot Top thought about this along and hard even though there might be a chance of her running into a predators dinosaur but the talk about the rare carrot was all to much to ask for as she then decided.

She was going to White Tail Woods to find the Crystal carrot.

Carrot Top was on her way to White Tail Woods to find the Crystal carrot she was looking for.

Carrot Top didn't want to walk alone in the woods because there might be some predator dinosaurs in there, she would have brought her friends along with her to help her find the Crystal carrot but she couldn't find there anywhere so she was on her own.

Carrot Top was moving with a Stegosaurus herd and a Kentrosaurus herd as she entered the forest.

White Tail Woods was slowly changing but not by the dinosaurs of the weather but by plants like Ferns or by trees that where growing like Palm trees.

Carrot Top was keeping her guard up for any signs of any predators anywhere she then heard some chirping near by as she walked slowly as she moved a fern to see, only to relax to find it was a Leaellynasaura clan.

Carrot Top watched as they appeared to make nests out of dead plant life as Carrot Top watched one of the Leaellynasaura's moved some dead plant life to see some eggs in the nest as the Leaellynasaura was cheeking one the eggs as she can hear the young all ready inside as she put the dead plant life back on the nest.

Now when ever a Mammal like a badger come's near to the nest side the Leaellynasaura use the dead plant life with some soil so scare off the Mammals away from there nests.

'Man that was a little rude but I got to give then credit for protecting there nests' Carrot Top thought as she left the Leaellynasaura clan as she continued her search for the Crystal Carrot.

Carrot Top had been walking for an hour now as she was resting next to a tree as a clan of Dryosaurus and Othnelia from early along with a clan of Orodromeus where eating some food as they where behaving like birds.

'Man I been looking for the Crystal carrot for an hour now but still no closer to finding it' Carrot Top thought as she was determined to find the Crystal Carrot.

Carrot Top was brought out of her thoughts when the sentries made a bird like call as the clans ran into deeper woods.

'This can't be good' Carrot Top thought nervously as she looked for the scared clans.

She was proven right when she heard a growl she turns to find a lone Allosaurus coming out of the vegetation, it was about to hunt one of the small dinosaurs but had lost the element of surprize, now it was Carrot Top that was the only food here as it approached her slowly.

Carrot Top meanwhile was staring at the Allosaurus with fear as she know that she will not be able to out run the predator, she closes her eyes and accepts her fate when another roar make Carrot Top open her eyes to look to the left as the Allosaurus looked at well and then it did it growled a little in angry.

About 10 feet away from Carrot Top and the Allosaurus was one of the  Ceratosaurus pair that attacked ponyville a few weeks ago, the last she had seen the Ceratosaurus pair was when the Apatosaurus herd moved to ponyville and the pair had went to the mountain where the dragon was about to take a 100 year nap.

The Allosaurus turned full towards the Ceratosaurus full of anger, Allosaurus and Ceratosaurus lived in the same time back on Earth but Allosaurus where stronger then Ceratosaurus so Allosaurus can kill a lone Ceratosaurus easy, but this Ceratosaurus.

wasn't alone.

charging out of the vegetation was the female Ceratosaurus, the Allosaurus didn't have enough time to get a way as the female Ceratosaurus bite hard on the Allosaurus neck as it struggled to get free.

Carrot Top used his to run all the way behind some bushes as she watches the fight unfold.

The Allosaurus gets out of the grip of the Ceratosaurus teeth as blood went down it's neck it was about to attack when the other Ceratosaurus bites it's leg muscle as the Allosaurus roars in pain as it's trys to get the Ceratosaurus to let go.

The female Ceratosaurus charges at the Allosaurus as she bites in it's neck again this time it fell to the ground, as she bites as hard as she can in the Allosaurus neck.

The Allosaurus trys as hard as it can to get then to let go as it roared in pain, finally after an entire minute of trying to get the Ceratosaurus pair to let go, The Allosaurus finally let death take it to the after life.

The Ceratosaurus pair let go of there jaws as they look at the, Now dead Allosaurus, the male takes the first bite as he begins to feast on the kill as his mate follows.

Carrot Top meanwhile was looking at the battle a little amazed and afraid, then she heard a bird like call as she turns to the lift to find a pair of Ornitholestes as they watched and waited for the Ceratosaurus pair to finish there meal so they can have whats left.

Carrot Top seen enough she turns around as she finds that shocked her.

In front of her was a carrot growing out of the ground but it shined like a crystal.

'That's the Crystal Carrot!' Carrot Top thought excited as she grabs the carrot with her mouth as she leaves White Tail Woods.

As soon as she got back she found her friends and told them about what happened they where shocked that she was almost killed by a Allosaurus but they calmed down when she told them about the Ceratosaurus pair that distracted the Allosaurus enough for her to escape.

Carrot Top then went home after a long day as she instantly falls asleep after her day and her short adventure.
