The Weirdest Canterlot Alternate Universe fic EVER!!!!

At her brother shining armor wedding Twilight is turned into a changeling by Chrysalis.

In the scene with the Canterlot mines, what if Chrysalis had different plans and had a mate, and had the ability to turn those she deemed worthy into changelings. Also only Twilight's friends show her any compassion during the wedding rehearsal.

And if this sounds cliche that is not what I was trying to do.

And gore tag because of blood mentioned.

Uh-oh

Twilight's mind was still thinking of what had happened. When she had tried to worn her mentor and brother about Cadence they lashed out at her. When Shining Armor and Celestia had left her friends and Spike went over to comfort her, telling her that it will be okay. Applejack them said she might need some alone time. She looked up to see Cadence standing above her stroking her head like a puppy.

"I'm sorry." she apologized to the pink alicorn.

Cadence merely looked at her with a smile before her eyes shifted into green slits, then turned back very quickly. Before she could assume she was seeing things Cadence said "you will be!"

Suddenly a ring of green fire circled her and created a dome. Then Cadence closed all the doors and windows, her magic was green. That made no sense, Cadence magic is blue. A flash of green light caught her attention as "Cadence" was engulfed in green fire and turned into a creature she had only read about. A changeling. She guessed it was female.

"Hello Twilight," she said.

"Who are you, and where's Cadence?" Twilight asked slightly scared because she was in her magic.

"I'm queen Chrysalis and she is in the abandon Canterlot mines." Chrysalis said smugly. "In fact why don't you join her, i'll meet you there in a bit."

Twilight then felt the scene fade out as she passed out. Chrysalis took the unconscious pony and teleported her to a cocoon in the mines.

When Twilight woke she looked around her. She was in a cocoon. Chrysalis was there smiling turned to a familiar pink alicorn held down by slime "Cadence!" she tried to shout but the slime in the cocoon made it muffled. However she was heard and Chrysalis turned to face her.

"Finally your awake, now we can get started." Chrysalis said as though she had been for hours.

"What do you want with me?" Twilight asked, fear in her voice.

Chrysalis smirked before saying. "Its quite simple Twilight, that cocoon your in will turn you into a changeling. And not just any changeling but by using a spell I will infuse with my and my mate's DNA making you my heir. I was just waiting for you to wake up."

As Chrysalis's words sank in Twilight started to thrash about the cocoon trying to escape, but all it did was amuse Chrysalis.

"Don't you dare touch her." Cadence shrieked. Chrysalis laugh.

"And what are you going to do about it?" Chrysalis asked before turning to Twilight. "And don't worry your not going to be alone, when your done and we invade i'll turn your friends into your sisters."

Cadence had a look of shock of Chrysalis's plans but Twilight asked "Why." "Because I'll need heirs now that all be ruling Equestria, It will be vary painful and long for you but it will be worth it, you'll see." Chrysalis answered.

"Chryssi are you done monologue yet, I want to get started?" Can a different voice and Chrysalis, Cadence, and Twilight looked to see three changelings, one appeared to be scarier and one foot bigger then Chrysalis.

The two smaller ones stayed where they were but the bigger one walked over next to Chrysalis. "So this is the pony you picked to be are daugther" he asked.

"Yes Aphid, her and five others. But they'll be transformed after invasion." Chrysalis said smiling.

"Why are you doing this?" Cadence asked.

"Because I need heir's, and I can't have daughters." Chrysalis said before putting a muzzle on Cadence's snout. She then turned to Twilight. "Lets get started."

Chrysalis and Aphid both charged there horns and fired at Twilight and she immediately felt a change from were they blasted her.

"There, by tomorrow we will have a daughter." Chrysalis said in a giddy tone taking off Cadence's muzzle.

"Won't ponies notice your disappearance and Twilight's." Cadence cried.

"Not likely, they didn't seem to care about her at the rehearsal except her friends, and I said disguised as you that I was going to bed, And a changeling is there pretending to be asleep in your form." Chrysalis said "So I will be staying here. Aphid can you get the army ready for tomorrow."

Aphid nodded and left knowing he could see the transformation of one of the others. Chrysalis sat down to watch.

Twilight writhed in agony, the last few hours have been tormenting. She had felt her horn lengthen and twist, her skin turn into exoskeleton, and holes develop in her legs as well as changeling instinct and ways being ingrained into her mind. The only good thing that had happened was Chrysalis had left an hour ago. She wanted it all to stop.

Twilight waited, she knew she was missing wings. A extremely painful feeling in her back told her they were coming. A muffed scream was heard in the cocoon as translucent changeling wings burst out, the slime keeping her from bleeding to death and healing the damages around her wings. As she felt more changeling ways being ingrain in her mind she saw Celestia in a different light, as a tyrant. She didn't care for the ponies or any other creature. She sent her on deadly missions. She even let her own sister suffer, then sent her to the moon for a thousand years when she couldn't take it anymore. She turned a creature to stone for being himself, and the chaos wasn't that bad. And she and her "brother" abandon her when she tried to warn them. Maybe mommy Chrysalis wasn't so bad. She actually cared. She would love and care for her and her friend/future sisters.

Chrysalis entered the mines seeing that Twilight was ready, with a slice she ripped the cocoon and aloud Twilight to slip out. Twilight then started to cough trying to get slime out of her lungs and stomach. when Twilight was done Chrysalis took a good look at Twilight. Twilight looked like a royal changeling should. But was only a bit taller then a pony foal.

"Are you feeling better darling?" Chrysalis asked.

"Yes mother." Twilight chirped. Chrysalis smiled.

"Twilight do you recognize me?" Cadence asked cautiously.

"Of course I do Cady" Twilight said cheerfully.

"Okay you come with me. Will hid you till the wedding then you'll get your sisters." Chrysalis said as she shrank Twilight, transformed into a Cadence look alike, put Twilight in her pocket, and teleported to her room.

Cadence started to sing.

Which ever ending gets the popular vote I will end the story as

1) happy ending with Chrysalis as ruler.
2) angry ending with Chrysalis as ruler.
3) happy ending with Chrysalis defeated.
4) angry ending with Chrysalis defeated

UPDATE

I'm sorry I didn't get to this but I'm working on two other fanfics i havn't publeshed yet and life of a thestral. But I promise this will be completed it just might take longer then expected.

Chrysalis sneaked back into her room with her daughter. There were 5 hours till the wedding. She then woke the changeling that had temporarily taken her place. He stood up and asked "Is princess Twilight ready?"

"Yes she is Anthill." Chrysalis responded before taking Twilight out of her pocket and unshrank her. Twilight looked at Chrysalis, then the changeling. "Why is he a different color and has no Wings?" Twilight asked.

"That's because there are different types of changeling, he's a land changeling. I will tell you of the other types after the wedding." Chrysalis responded.

"I also have another question. Why am I a filly?" Twilight asked.

"Because that spell also de-age you, its more convenient." Chrysalis said before turning to Anthill. "When the invasion happens you are to keep a eye on her. Don't let her out of your sight."

"Yes my queen." Anthill said happily he then turned into a beetle an flew into the closet to wait. Chrysalis then levitated Twilight onto the bed and curled up next to her. "Good night my little changeling." Chrysalis said as she set the alarm clock for morning.

Chrysalis got up and woke her daughter. She then got ready for the wedding as she sang.

When Chrysalis left Anthill looked at Twilight and said. "Do you want to play a card game I found in the closet?"

As Chrysalis walked down to get ready she ran into Applejack.

"Howdy princess have you seen Twilight I can't find her?" Applejack asked.

"Yes I saw her head back to Ponyville." Chrysalis lied.

"Oh, thanks for telling me princess Cadence." Applejack said as the two went in different directions. Applejack then went to where her other four friends were.

"Did you find her Applejack?" Rainbow dash asked.

"No, Cadence said she went back to Ponyville." Applejack told her Pegasus friend.

"Was she really that upset?" Fluttershy asked.

"I would be that upset if Maud or Limestone disowned me like that." Pinkie said knowing was its like to have older siblings.

"Will have to cheer her up after the wedding." Rarity said the rest nodding and walked over to the wedding.

"I do." Chrysalis said.

Celestia smiled, it was a pity Luna was still asleep. "I now pronounce you-"

Celestia looked outside and to her shock the shield broke and different types of changelings pored in.

Twilight looked up from the 27th game of go fish and saw all the different types of changelings, she counted at least 5. "Are they all of the other types of changelings?" She asked.

"No there's other types besides them, they just fight the best." Anthill said.

Princess Celestia turned around to see green fire envelope Cadence to find the queen of the changelings right there.

(the looks on there faces)

"What in Tirek's flaming Tartarus is going on?" Rainbow dash cried.

"A invasion." Chrysalis said smugly.

"I don't think so." Celestia said. "Because you so foolishly reveled yourself I can protected my pony's from you!"

(ignore the monologue and Twilight)

"Get the elements and Twilight." Celestia said weakly.

"Ya about Twilight, she's not in Canterlot." Rainbow said nervously. Than changelings burst in causing all the pony's to runaway. Soon Celestia was held down with slime on her legs, wings, and horn and the mane 5 were all put in cocoons they couldn't escape from. Chrysalis smiled as she sang.

"Where's the real Cadence?" Celestia asked angrily.

"I'll tell you what I told Twilight, she's in the abandon Canterlot mines." Chrysalis said.

"What did you do with Twilight?" The mane 5 cried.

"You'll see." Chrysalis said as she used the hive mind to call Anthill and Aphid.

Anthill got a hive mind call and was walking to the wedding hall with the young princess Twilight on his back and 2 warrior changelings at his side. Thy were so large that Twilight could have easily fit in there mouth. They were there to protect there princess as they walked.

Rainbow dash from her suspended position saw a changeling without wings, 2 terrifying changelings and what looks like the young changeling version of Twilight.

"Answering your question earlier, I turned Twilight into a changeling." Chrysalis said proudly.

"Let me prove it?" Rainbow asked.

Chrysalis though about it. They didn't know how she did it so she temporarily let the Pegasus out. She could always force her back in.

"Hay Twilight do you want to listen to my song about Tank my turtle?" Rainbow asked the purple changeling.

"Tanks a tortoise." Twilight said.

"Ya its her." Rainbow said as she was overpowered and forced back in the cocoon.

"Darling how did that happen to you?" Rarity asked Twilight.

"Those cocoons will turn you into a changeling." Twilight said getting a horrified look from all of them. Then Aphid step in. "Sorry i'm late the other changeling wanted to celebrate. I told them to wait."

"Pony's meet the king of changelings and my mate Aphid." Chrysalis said.

Aphid looked at the young changeling princess then at the pony's in the cocoons. "So can we get started?" he asked.

"Um I have a question if you don't mind." Fluttershy asked.

"And what is that?" Chrysalis asked.

"If these turn us into changeling wouldn't we be regular changelings?" Fluttershy asked.

"No, me and Aphid know of a spell that will infuse you all with are DNA, as well as a de-age spell to get you the same age as Twilight is right now, I also found your bunny, he is being turn into a changeling as we speak." Chrysalis said as she and Aphid blasted that spell at the five mares.

"Okay i'll go and organize everything, You two watch my daughters." Chrysalis said to the 2 warrior changelings.

"Yes my queen." They said simultaneously. Then Chrysalis left to address her subjects.

Twilight waited next to her father. She wanted to greet her sisters when they come out. But she was getting really sleepy.

"Twilight are you tired?" Aphid asked.

"Of course not." Twilight lied, Aphid rolled his eyes.

Aphid was lying on his belly and Twilight was lying against his chest. "How about this Twilight, if you get some sleep now i'll wake you up when they come out."

"Okay." Twilight said as she drifted off to sleep.

Celestia couldn't believe this was happening. As the mane 5 writhed in agony she couldn't do any thing to help them. She also wondered what Chrysalis would do with her sister. Then a changeling bunny entered with a dragonfly changeling.

"Angel!" Fluttershy cried before screamed as a horn burst out the slime kept her from bleeding to death and she was getting changeling ways and instinct ingrain in her mind like the others. She looked at her sleeping sister she wondered what her new life would be like.

Pinkie was excited about when she would be able to be a changeling. at the beginning she was scared and begged the narrator to change the story, but when that didn't happen she accepted it and now she was okay.

Chrysalis smiled as she relest the young changelings from the cocoons. "How are you all?" she asked.

"I'm fine mommy." They all said at the exact same time.

"Good." Chrysalis said as she turn to Celestia. "And don't worry about your sister she's fine."

"What did you do to her?" Celestia cried.

"That is non of your concern." Chrysalis said before taking her six changeling and walk away with Aphid leaving Celestia with changelings and a still hypnotized Shining armor.

Chrysalis entered the room she had sleeping in for the last few weeks but it had some slight changes, one of them being a smaller bed next to hers she put the mane 6 in it, then snuggled next to Aphid. She had sucked up all of both Luna's and Celestia's magic and lowered the sun and raised the moon. Then she, her husband, and her changeling daughters slept peacefully that night.

Ending for now....

Chrysalis yawned and got up from her bed and stretched. It was time for her to address her subjects and new food source. Exiting her new bed chambers she left her daughters to sleep. Walking on a balcony she made a long speech about there victory. Then she left and was made aware that the dragon Spike and her daughters other pets were being turned into changelings as they spoke.

"Anthill." Chysalis called though the hive mind "Watch the girls."Then she left. She was going to need more changelings before the rest of Equestria found out. And that ment it was egg laying time.

Sorry the ending is so short but I really am just done with this story. The only reason it exists is I was practise writing. I might get back to this in the future. But for now this is the ending.
