This is a Fall of Equestria story that takes place in the same universe as my other story, The Freeville Chronicles. Schorl Tourmaline's story Bruised Apples is considered canon for this setting.

It has been nine months since the end of the caribou occupation in Equestria. Those caribou who weren't sent to Tartarus for crimes against ponykind are now confined to specific areas, and a few dedicated ponies are helping them create a new culture for them that can be integrated into a peaceful, harmonic new Equestria.

One of these ponies, Spring Breeze, mayor of the new town of Freeville - a town founded by a resistance group of ponies and caribou in the vicinity of Luna's old castle during the Dainn regime - is now getting married to Baldr, the representative of the caribou population in Freeville. Princess Luna, now in charge of Equestria's government, has come here with her sister to hold the wedding ceremony.

(This story takes place about nine months after the final chapter of Schorl Tourmaline's Bruised Apples, about three months after the prologue of Freeville Chronicles, and about eighteen months after the current chapters of Freeville Chronicles.)
