Princess Twilight while out trying to clear her head was walking along the edge of town, while lost in thought she had ventured off into the Everfree Forest pulled by some unknown force and when she finally came out of her thoughts she found herself in some very strange ruins with strange markings including some that look like claw marks possibly from a small dragon.

She was pulled by some unknown force into an underground portion and after a few minutes of walking through collapsed hallways she found a half collapsed room in which were very old books and scrolls far to brittle to be moved with normal means all but one, a strange colored scroll tube and inside a single rolled up scroll in perfect condition almost as if it was written up yesterday.

She brought it back to her tree home and read it, it contained a in completed spell which was very hard to translate but she managed to to make out enough to know that it was meant to help others become complete and it was meant to be used under a full moon.

She managed to finish the spell as it was only missing a few words and deep in the night she cast the spell but nothing obvious happened to her and so she went to bed to sleep on it. The fallowing morning she and others had disappeared.

Yet it had changed everything over the next six months mares all around Equestria disappeared it begun with Twilight, Applejack and Fluttershy all on the same night. Then Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash. Then on the third night the rest of the princesses fallowed and after that slowly mares begun to disappear all over and in some cases stallions as well.

Now more and more Stallions have begun to disappear and Spike along with Big Mac, Soarin, and Sky Stinger are searching for their friends but can they handle the dark truth when faced with it and can they survive the Eternal night and the beast with in it.

Now Its time for a new era to begin.
