Do you think that there'll be any connection to the date? Daring Do cosplay is wild then, but won't it be cool, if they do a push for gr8 costumes? I can't wait!

I must admit, this decision caught me off guard. I haven't seen anything published in scrolls for years, not counting collectors and special editions. This is going to change the dynamic entirely. Now I understand why S&S pushed so heavily on miniatures and announcements at grand events. Midnight Castle: Everhere might be fiction, but it's directly competing with comic books.

I'm looking forward to see how this will unfold. If successful we might see other franchises follow suit, maybe even get Daring Do scrolls (admittedly not my bowl of oats).

The last few days were incredible! Yesterday, I got to spend some heat time with RRBB discussing the new series, got to meet Brush (I definitely didn't see that coming! Brush, you are the greatest!) and MixaMax's sis (Mixa, I want to strangle you!), my brother showed up out of the blue and gave me a signed first edition of the original series, and I got to see CEOWitch at the Wonderbolt show!

@CEOWitch: I have no idea who you are, but having Misty find me in the stands and give me a MC poster (signed by her, Spitfire, Fleetfoot, and Soarin) was way cool! I also got a few more to give out to the respective ponies.

@LyraHands: hope you read this and get better soon. I have a poster for you, as well as a first edition from Tech. Also, RRBB and I will be buying you a full collection of miniatures and the first series of scrolls. ;) Come back soon.

@Brush: sorry for my brother's behavior. He's not used to being round mares, so he starts acting all quiet. It's nothing personal. I'm sure he'll get used to you in time.

Now that I've finished bragging... Back to drawing. I have a ship and some illustrations to finish.

@PaintDrop: no sweat ;) Sorry I didn't come chat. Things were a bit tense because of that hurricane thing. Still, the show did go well (even if I didn't do much).

@MixaMax: can we do away with the one week waiting for the first scroll? I've already read it (weeks ago), but with the release coming out tomorrow, maybe we can start discussing directly? The schedule is a scroll per week for the first 13 (just to let you know).

@PrinceEric: you can wager they'll make use of Nightmare's Night. I'm all but certain that Icelos will make a reappearance! I hope they keep his ability to dreamwalk. That was the coolest part. Maybe he'll get to be Luna's sweetheart?

All is in order as far as I can tell. They are a flight and a half away from each other and unless someone is using some advanced coding skills, there's no way for them to fake their signatures.

Nah, it was all fun. Not that I would blame her. PaintDrop's brother is the real Bellucio! And yeah, Max' sis has always been nice, but this time was mega cool she was here during the scare. I tell you even my dad got worried. Heck, even my mom did! (Can you believe she went as far as tell em that "even the best minds get an occasional B in their studies".) Not that I ever would get a B, mind you!

It's just things at school that got me on edge, and that thing with the storm... Anyway, let me tell you what I got!
