“It’s hopeless Courage. You and the ponies have failed... Mwa ha ha ha ha ha!! Once I finish absorbing this power, no one will be able to stop me!”
It was hopeless it seemed he had finally won.
“What are we going to do?!?” asked Twilight in fear.
“Um... Panic?” said Fluttershy timidly.
“That’s your answer for everything!” replied Rainbow.
We all suddenly went silent as we heard engine noises coming closer and closer.
Vroom Vroom! Crash!
A jeep came crashing through the roof and landed on Discord. Discord’s shield didn’t even try to stop the jeep. The elements were thrown away from Discord and Twilight quickly secured them. Liam jumped out the jeep with Pinkie and they both started firing at Discord.
“Yeah! Fuck you!” shouted Liam.
Discord’s shield deflected the bullets as he got up.
“Quick Girls! The elements!” shouted Twilight as she levitated the elements to the matching pony.
“No!!” shouted Discord in fear.
The ponies all got into formation to do their thing with the elements.
“No! I wont go back! I won’t!” yelled Discord before he disappeared in a puff of purple smoke.
“Urgh! Not again!” I complained. “He’s cheating! Every time we are about to get him he runs!”
“Fucking Pussy!!” shouted Liam into the air.
“He got away again? Really?” I complained again.
“But at least we have the elements now! All we have to do is keep chasing him down! He can’t run forever” stated Celestia.
Suddenly a load of pony soldiers came through the doors.
“Secure the area!” shouted one of them.
“It’s about fucking time!!” complained Liam. “Would’ve been nice if they had got here BEFORE Dracos beat the hell outta me!”
Luna then waked in and approached us.
“Wow Luna... Thanks for arriving with the back up on time” I said sarcastically.
“I’m sorry Courage. We had some problems and I...”
“It’s okay Luna. I was just joking” I interrupted with a smile. “Right now we need to go after Discord! No time to waste!”
“Of course! Let’s get back to the ship. Transport is just outside...”
“No sister... That’ll take too long... Allow me...” said Celestia.
He horn began to glow as she focused her mind.

The next thing we knew, we were on the ship’s bridge.
“Woah. That was weird...” I said to myself.
“Commander Macintosh! Are repairs finished?” asked Luna quickly.
“Eeeeyup!”
“Good! Crewman! Take us round and engage Discord’s fleet. It’s time to end this now”
“You got it Ma’am”
The ship began to move around the planet and Discord’s fleet came into sight.
“Bring shields to max and prepare all gun batteries” ordered Luna calmly.
Luna’s ship leveled up and pointed towards Discord’s fleet. The main gun blasted a massive blue laser into the first ship and it was ripped in half. The rest of Discord’s fleet began to fire on us and Luna’s machine gun batteries returned fire.
“Main gun is charged and ready to fire again Ma’am”
“Alright. Pick the next target and fire...” replied Luna.
“Have you upgraded your main weapon since last time?” I asked curiously.
“I had Big Mac make a few changes, Yes...”
I nodded my head in interest.
Luna’s main weapon fired again and a second ship was torn apart. Our gun batteries still bombing the other two ships.
“Ma’am! We’re picking up a hyperspace window!”
"It's a trap!" shouted Liam.
“What?!?” shouted Luna in surprise.
Another Twelve ships came out of hyperspace and Discord’s ship began to turn away and flee.
“What the fuck!” I complained loudly.
“Ma’am! The enemy ships are moving to engage!”
We began to take a whole load of laser fire. The ship began to shake around violently.
“Return fire at once!” ordered Luna.
“What are we going to do now?!? We can’t go up against that kind of fire power!!” Panicked Twilight.
We took many more hits and the ship shook violently again.
“We need to do something!!” I shouted.
“Discord’s ship is preparing to jump to hyperspace. What should we do?” warned a crewman.
“Can’t you take out his hyper drives?” Luna asked in response.
“We are out of range and there are to many ships between us and him...”
We then started to take more heavy fire from the enemy fleet. The ship was bombed with more laser fire and the ships systems began to take damage. Shields were dropping fast.
“Shields are failing Ma’am! What do we do?!?”
“Gun batteries 2 and 4 are down!”
“Main gun is over loading!”
Luna stood there silently for a while and considered her options as more notifications were shouted at her.
“Use the Huffian Cruiser to go after him...” said Big Mac boldly. “Take the girls and the elements, stop Discord and end this war...”
“What about you Commander?” asked Luna in worry.
“I’ll stay here and hold off Discord’s fleet for as long as possible. I’ll buy you all the time I can while you chase after Discord”
“But you’ll be killed!” Luna shouted in worry.
“If that’s what I gotta do to save Equestria... Then it must be done...”
“You can’t do this Big Mac!” cried Applejack, trotting up to him to hug him.
“Don’t worry about me Applejack. I have to do this. Now go! Go stop Discord!”
“No! Ah won’t leave ya! It’s not right!!”
“You know this is the only way Applejack. You need to stop Discord. You’re the element of honesty. The girls will need you. I need to stay here and protect Equestria”
Applejack was in tears but then swallowed hard and saluted him.
“O- Okay! Ah won’t let you down big brother!”
Big Mac nodded back at her proudly.
“Good luck Commander!” saluted Luna. “Girls! Courage! Come with me down to the Huffian Cruiser”
“Russell, Liam, Blades: You’re coming too. You too Spike...” said Twilight.

We were all boarding the Cruiser now. It was inside it’s own hanger at the bottom of the ship. It was the size of about twenty fighters and was attached to the roof using metal supports and a massive door below it for it to drop out from. We were on board now. Me and Liam were by the airlock as I watched the last few troops loading up the ship with ammo and weapon creates.
"Yo Dawg! I heard you like Crusiers so we put a crusier in a crusier so you can like it while you like it!"
"Really Liam?" I replied in disappointment.
“This is Big Mac! Are you ready to go Luna?”
“Yes Big Mac. We are ready” she replied.
I closed the airlock and moved to the bridge. Luna sat down in the pilot seat and prepared the ship for drop. Rainbow was in the co-pilot seat. I walked up behind Luna and looked at her screen. She was opening the doors below.
“This is Luna. We are dropping out now”
The doors were wide open and Luna detached the supports. The ship jolted and we fell from the hanger. Once we had dropped out the ship Luna engaged the engines and moved away from the battle.
“Rodger that Luna. Good luck...”
“You two Commander...” replied Luna.
Behind us all we could see was Luna’s ship getting bombed by Discord’s fleet. Big Mac wasn’t going to last very long. Applejack was sill upset about her brother staying behind to die, but some one had to stay or Discord’s fleet would just annihilate Equestria.
“Prepare to jump...” said Rainbow with absolutely no expression. I could hear the stress in her voice. Looking around I could see everyone in despair. Our ship then jumped into hyperspace.

We jumped out of hyperspace above earth. The whole planet as scorched. I could see the flames from orbit. Discord... he had glassed everything with his fleet. He had finally destroyed earth. It was... Gone... I looked at my home world as it burned, tears rolling down my face. I hit the communications button.
“Hello? This is Courage Tyler of the U.N military. Call Sign Cobra 1-1, anyone reading me? Repeat. This is Courage of the U.N, if you are still alive, please respond!”
All I got was static. Absolutely nothing was coming through.
“We are not reading any signs of communication down there... I’m sorry Courage...” said Luna in sadness.
A tear fell from my face. I couldn’t believe my home world, my entire species was gone. Rarity put a hoof on my shoulder.
“It’s okay Courage... Stay Strong...”
“Discord is gonna pay for this!” swore Rainbow.
“Discord’s ship is currently over Russia... Preparing to enter earth’s atmosphere...” informed Luna.
Rarity wiped away my tears with her hoof. “Stay strong Courage. Discord will not get away with this...”
“Rarity is right...” said Celestia. “I’ll be sure to make Discord pay for his crime against your kind and our own”
I sniffed and wiped my eyes. “Okay Luna. Take us in...”
Luna pressed a few buttons and the ship began to enter the earth’s atmosphere. This was it. This was our final chance to end this. Failure this time would mean the end of Equestria. I just hoped that Big Mac could hold the enemy fleet for as long as possible.

Luna landed us down in a snowy wasteland. Apparently Discord’s ship was landed a few miles from here. We stood a better chance on foot than we did in our tiny little cruiser. We were all in the supply room arming up with the weapons the soldiers brought on board. We had Tasha, the Russian woman who tried to arrest me and Rainbow back in the day, You know... the sexy one with the exposing outfit... Yeah we had her and four of her Russian soldiers with us, two teams of Pony marines, and of course Celestia, Luna, Twilight and all that lot: So we didn’t have much. Luckily it was a completely different story with our arsenal. We had everything from machine guns to rocket launchers to mini-nukes to C5 explosives. Some of the pony marines had large LMG battle saddles and one even had a rocket launching saddle that was rapid fire. I chose to have two MP5K’s that went in holsters in my legs, an USAS 12 shotgun on the back of my waist, an M249 LMG on my back and an M202A1 rocket launcher on my back next to the LMG. I also loaded up on A LOT of ammo, all armour piecing.
“Warning, user weight exceeds armour capacity. Please lighten your load or lose some weight” said the computer voice in my helmet.
“Ha Ha! Your suit said you’re fat!” laughed Liam.
I glared at him. My equipment felt heavy on my shoulders but I think I could managed. I’d end up losing half of it anyway. All it meant was that I would not be able to jump around as much or run very fast.
“It’s good to finally have some pony friendly weaponry” said Rarity gracefully as she lifted up her pony LMG.
“Ah hear ya Rarity. Ah couldn’t take using that Famas anymore...” replied Applejack.
“Alright! Look alive everyone!” I ordered as I walked to the centre of the room. “Discord has hidden himself away inside his ship. He has parked it in the air above an old office building. He has got his troops to secure the building and protect the gravity lift. Tanks and mounted turrets secure the perimeter and the interior is most likely filled with close range fighters. The gravity lift is located on the very top floor of the building and it goes through a massive hole in the roof, that’s our ticket in. We need to fight our way through the outer defences, storm through the building, make our way to the gravity lift, board the ship, find discord and use the elements on him. Twilight, Rainbow, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy must be protected at all costs. They are the only ones that can use the elements and must be alive when we find Discord. We must lay down our lives to keep them safe... Am I understood?”
Everyone agreed. They didn’t look too enthusiastic about it though.
“Hmm... Gravity lift?” said Liam. “This sounds like a crappy Halo rip off...”
“Shh... Liam...”
“Well by the sounds of it, we’re screwed” said one of the pony marines depressingly.
The other pony soldiers began to agree. Moral was very low amongst us. I even had doubts.
“Listen...” said Twilight as she walked beside me. “...I know that it seems like we are against impossible odds, and I can guarantee that this will be near enough to that, but we have to do this. All our fillys and colts are depending on us. Everypony will look back at this day and they’ll remember how close we came to destruction and they’ll remember that it was us brave ponies and humans that prevented it. We have to do this: For us, for our friends, For Equestria!!”
The soldiers looked a little more enthusiastic now. Twilight’s little pep talk seemed to work.
“That was pretty good Twilight. A little short but I think you got the message across quite well...” I then turned to the others. “So C’mon! Lets go and kick some ass!”
We all finished gearing up and moved out. It was time to end this...
