The Splattered Pie

Pinkie Pie was working in the Sugarcube Corner. She was baking a pie for her best friend, Fluttershy. It was her favorite: cherry and strawberry pie. Pinkie also liked that type of pie, but, that time, it was specially made for her friend.

Pinkie was getting the hot pie out of the oven. It wasn't too hot, but it still was, so she needed gloves to carefully get it out. She was about to set it on a table, but she accidentally touched the hot pie with a hoof and it flew out of her hands and on a window. It was now splattered.

Pinkie Pie looked at it. It was ruined. Most of the content of the pie was all around the window, almost covering it. When she saw the horrible scene in front of her, tears started gathering in her eyes.

"It was for Fluttershy..." Pinkie Pie whispered and started crying.

Around half an hour after the incident, Fluttershy entered in the Sugarcube Corner. She saw Pinkie, still crying, and the pie's content scattered on the window.

"Hey, Pinkie" she said. "Why are you crying?"

"I-I had a p-pie f-f-for you and it-it splatt-splattered on the win-window..." her friend could barely say, through tears.

"You're crying just because of a pie?"

"It was for you..."

"Don't worry, Pinkie. It's just a pie. Now, do you want some of your homemade ice cream?"

"Uh, sure, of course!"

Author's Notes:

This idea was actually made by me for Shimmer Shy, but she never made it, so I sent it to Short Stories instead, but neither she made it, so here it is.

Smile

A knock was heard on Fluttershy's door.

"Fluttershy? Are you in there?" a cheerful, yet sad voice was heard from outside.

"Go away, Pinkie!" the other pony yelled. "I don't want you in my life!"

Pinkie Pie entered the door and saw a very messy Fluttershy. It was clear her hair wasn't taken care of in weeks. Part of her tail was cut. Her coat was messy and only the part with her cutie mark on it was alright.

"Why? Did I do something to you?" the pink party pony asked.

"Yes! You did! You ruined my whole life!" Fluttershy screamed and kicked Pinkie with one of her hind hooves.

Pinkie stood up, shocked. Her friend never acted like that. She never hurt her. She didn't understand what made Fluttershy so mean.

"How did I?" the pink pony managed to ask, afraid of the answer she'll receive.

"DON'T YOU KNOW?! YOU JUST RUINED MY WHOLE LIFE, MEMORIES, ANYTHING!" the pegasus screamed and looked at Pinkie Pie maniacally.

The earth pony decided that Fluttershy probably needed some alone time, so she went out of her cottage and waited in a spot where Fluttershy couldn't see her, but Pinkie could see her cottage.

Five days later, Pinkie Pie went back to Fluttershy's cottage. She waited and, a few seconds later, knocked on the door. She knew that her friend will refuse her help, but she still managed to try.

"What do you want, Pie?" Fluttershy asked with a mean tone.

"Um, Fluttershy, I wanted to talk to you for a second or two..." Pinkie said.

"Spit it out" the yellow pegasus glared at her.

"Cause I love to make you smile, smile, smile
It fills my heart with sunshine all the while
Cause all I really need's a smile, smile, smile
From these happy friends of mine" her friend sang. "I hope that this'll change you and be my friend again..."

"Pinkie..." Fluttershy whispered. "I'm sorry..."

"Oh, it's okay" Pinkie Pie smiled.

Author's Notes:

Idk how I came up with this.

If Friends Were Flowers, I'd Pick You

It was the first day of spring. Every pony from every Equestrian city were happy. From the Crystal Empire to Appleloosa, every one was happy.

Pinkie Pie was waiting at Sugarcube Corner's back door. Fluttershy told her that, after she is done with her spring cleaning, she wanted to tell her something special at four o'clock.

Pinkie looked at the clock. It was thirteen to four, but Pinkie couldn't wait. She wanted to hear what Fluttershy wanted to tell her.

Eleven minutes passed. Only two minutes were left until she and Fluttershy will meet. She decided to bounce around the bakery until her friend comes.

After bouncing six times around the Sugarcube Corner, Fluttershy was there with a bouquet of flowers.

"Hey, Fluttershy" the pink party pony said and smiled.

"Hi, Pinkie" her friend replied. "I brought you some lilies."

"Oh, thank you!" Pinkie Pie smiled and put the flowers inside the bakery. "So... What did you want to tell me?"

"Well, I, um..." Fluttershy said. "Um, I just wanted to tell you, um..."

"Flutters? Are you okay?" the earth pony asked, concerned.

"Well, um..." the pegasus whispered. "If friends were flowers, I'd pick you."

"Really?" Pinkie smiled. "You're so nice!"

"Thanks, Pinkie, it's really nice of-" Fluttershy was interrupted by her pet bunny, Angel, pointing to their home and gesturing to Ponyville's big clock.

"It's already snack time?!" she was shocked. "Well, I gotta go, Pinkie. Bye!"

"Bye!" her friend replied.

Author's Notes:

I took the title of this chapter from the back of a MLP magazine. It was cute and I decided it would be cool for a chapter name.

Let It Snow

Fluttershy got out of her cottage. She had a green scarf, a pink, yet warm hoodie and yellow boots. She looked at the snow outside. A huge, white abyss was in front of her. She stepped forward and looked up. Millions of white dots fell from the blue sky and disappeared forever in the abyss.

Pinkie Pie exited the Sugarcube Corner. She wore a blue scarf and dark pink gloves. The snow was still falling from the sky. It looked like it would never end.

After admiring the beautiful landscape of that snowy day, the two ponies walked to the center of the town. The fountain was frozen and slippery. Most of the Ponyville citizens were inside their homes, preparing for Hearth's Warming.

"Hi, Fluttershy!" Pinkie bounced. "Do you wanna build a snowpony?"

"Of course, Pinkie" the pegasus smiled. "I'd love to."

The earth pony and her friend modeled a pony who looked exactly like Pinkie Pie. In around half a hour, they were done.

"Wow, this is fantastic!" they both said at the same time. "I love it!"

"And it looks just like me!" Pinkie smiled. "Hi, snow-me!"

The two giggled and kept having fun in the snow until dawn.

Hoof Bump

"Hi, Fluttershy!" Pinkie Pie waved to the pegasus. "Whatcha doin'?"

"Well, I wanted to know something" the yellow pony said, shyly. "What is hoof bumping?"

"Oh, you don't know?" the pink party pony laughed. "It's simple. Want me to teach you how to do it?"

"Of course" Fluttershy smiled. "What do you need to do?"

Fluttershy sat down to listen to what Pinkie had to say.

"First things first" the earth pony said. "You need a hoof or two!" she giggled and Fluttershy did the same. "So, you need to keep the two hooves at the exact distance of 15 centimeters from each other. If you don't keep this exact distance, the hoof bump will cause unwanted results."

"Okay. Fifteen centimeters. What else?" Fluttershy asked.

"So, you need to move the hooves closer to each other until they touch each other with a sound. Understood?" Pinkie Pie asked.

The yellow pegasus nodded.

"Okay. Let's do it." Pinkie said and she stuck out a hoof. Fluttershy did the same.

The two hooves collided, but that caused a not-so-happy result. Fluttershy used a speed too high and she hurt herself.

"Ow!" she jumped and held her hoof. It was slowly turning bright red.

"Fluttershy, are you okay?" the pink party pony looked at her, concerned.

"Not really" her friend was about to yell in pain, but she managed to keep it in. "Can we try with the other hoof?"

"Of course!" Pinkie said. They proceeded to hoof bump and they did it correctly.

"Yay!" they said, at unison.
