Mane Seven, Cutie Mark Crusaders and Dragon Strike Force are on Camping Trip at Camp Everfree, along with Autobots and G.I. Joe. However, strange things are happening at the camp, caused by the mysterious entity called Gaia Everfree.
They must not only solved the mystery and stop her, but also teamed up with Cobra and Decepticons in against their new greatest threat - corrupted and dark heroes Nezha and his Ultimates, mysterious Cybertronian Creator and the raging wrathful Thirteen Cybertronian Knights in bringing the apocalypse to Earth. They also must saved Blazefist, Terrorcreep and Icy, who went missing during their mission recon on Ultimates' base for stealing the plans. Will the heroes able to stop and defeat their enemies in time?
Subplot: Twilight Sparkle must confront and face her dark alter-ego: Midnight Sparkle and the Black Alpha, who constantly haunted her in her nightmares. Twilight Sparkle's relationship with Shadow Dragon and Timber Spruce is about to be tested. Can she overcome the odds? Can her friends help her?
