Rarity woke up in her bed, it was now wednesday, and Rarity needs to go to Canterlot high soon. She dressed up in her usual attire(and somehow got a new pair of boots, exactly like the ones she abandoned yesterday), and prepared to eat some breakfast.

In the kitchen, she saw Sweetie Belle already up, and was ready to head back to school.

"Oh, morning Rarity." Sweetie Belle greeted her older sister.

"Morning Sweetie Belle darling. Already on your way to school?" Rarity greeted back.

"Yup. I promised to meet up with Apple Bloom, and Scootaloo. See ya later." Sweetie Belle said, before walking out of the door. Now that Rarity was alone in the house, she could now think of what has happened yesterday.

"Yesterday i somehow became invisible. But how?" Rarity thought to herself, before remembering something Sci-twi said.

"Well, it's hard to say, but i've focused too much in perfecting it, that i've forgot to notice, what it could properly do."

"Please take the red one."

Rarity has now realized to her shock, that what she has taken, was not any weird water bottle... It was highly likely the invention Sci-twi made.

"So that's Twilight's inventions? It can make anyone invisible." Rarity said, now fully figuring out the reason she turned invisible yesterday. But she can't really blame either Sci-twi, or herself, since neither knew that it would make anyone invisible.

Rarity then walked out of the door, locked the it, and began heading to school, but before she goes to Canterlot high, Rarity has something to do quickly.

"I must find my clothes, my backpack, my purse, and especially that potion, before anyone notices." Rarity said, remembering that she abandoned all of it, in an empty corner close to a park yesterday, after turning invisible. And then thrown the water bottle in a trashcan. She then begun running over to the park, in order to find the items.

Rarity has just arrived, back to the park, she saw no one was there this time. She was also lucky that most people yesterday has forgotten about her wearing a barrel. She walked over to the same trashcan she threw the bottle in, she looked down, but saw nothing in it, like it has just been emptied.

"What! Oh no, it's gone. The garbage collectors must have beat me to it." Rarity said, thinking that it was now too late to get back the water bottle. "Now, how am i going to tell Twilight this?" Rarity thought to herself. She eventually shrugged it off for now, what could go wrong with the potion? It's not like someone has already taken it.

"Anyway, i need to find my clothes, and my backpack and purse." She said, while walking over to the same corner from yesterday.

Rarity arrived to the corner, she looked behind the dumpster, she abandoned her clothes, but to her shock, they were all gone, only her purse and backpack was left.

"No!" Rarity almost screamed out. "Someone has not only taking the water bottle, but now also my clothes!" She yelled out, someone must clearly have found them, and took them away. Rarity eventually took back her backpack, and purse.

"Well, at least they're alright." Rarity said, much to her relief. But now, the search was over, she need to go back to Canterlot high. It was almost time for class.

"Guess i have to worry about my disappeared clothes, and the water bottle for now." Rarity said, now seeing her school time more important right now, she then began running once again, to get to class in time.

Rarity made it to Canterlot high just in time, boy she was really exhausted, from all that running. The class bell rang, and more students arrived to the high school. She was then greeted by Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Spike, Fluttershy, and Sunset Shimmer, who has just arrived.

"Morning lorning Rarity." Pinkie Pie greeted, while waving to her fashionista friend.

"Morning Sugarcube." Applejack greeted.

"Sup Rarity." Rainbow Dash greeted, in her usual way.

"Morning Rarity. Had a goodnight sleep?" Sci-twi greeted.

"Good morning Rarity." Fluttershy gently greeted.

Spike barked happily at Rarity.

"Nice to see you Rarity." Sunset Shimmer greeted. Rarity smiled to all of them.

"Why good morning darling." Rarity greeted her friends.

"Ready for class today?" Applejack asked.

"Oh? Uh... Right of course." Rarity said. They were about to go in, until Sci-twi said something.

"Oh, and Rarity. Can i ask you something?" Sci-twi asked her.

"Why of course darling, Twilight." Rarity responded to her. Sci-twi looked a bit serious at her.

"Have you taken my chemical yesterday?" Sci-twi asked, much to the others surprise.

"Chemical? What chemical?" Pinkie Pie asked.

"The invention i perfected yesterday." Sci-twi cleared out.

"Oh right." Pinkie Pie said, while smiling as usual. The others looked at Rarity, who looked at herself, and decided to tell them.

"Yes i did. Sorry about that." Rarity said apologizingly. Sci-twi looked at Rarity.

"And you didn't drink it right? I don't know what it could do to you." Sci-twi said with a serious voice.

"Well... I technically did." Rarity said, with honesty. The others gasped in respond, until Pinkie Pie said something.

"What are we gasping for?" Pinkie Pie asked, with another one of her random questions. They ignored it, and continued the conversation.

"YOU DRANK IT?!" Sci-twi almost yelled out in panic. "Are you hurt? Did it do something bad? Do you feel weird? Is it still in you? Shall i figure out something to help you? Or should i..." Sci-twi was eventually silenced by Applejack, who calmly putted her hand in Sci-twi's mouth.

"Calm down Twilight. Rarity hasn't spoken yet." Applejack pointed out. Sci-twi took a deep breath, and calmed down a bit.

"Sorry. Anyway, Rarity did something happen to you yesterday?" Sci-twi asked curiously to Rarity. Rarity was a little skeptical about answering the question. Since she ended up, being completely naked yesterday.

"Well i..." Rarity said, before hearing the alarm rang once again, indicating that they're late for class.

"I will talk to you about it later." Rarity said. "In private."

"Okay, we can talk at the science lab, after lunch." Sci-twi said. The others nodded in agreement, and walked inside into Canterlot high, for their respective classes.

Later that day, right after lunch. The Mane 6, and Sunset Shimmer was all in the science lab together, which fortunately is not being used on wednesday. They were now restarting the conversation about what happened yesterday.

"So Rarity. What exactly happened when you drank my chemical potion?" Sci-twi asked. Rarity in respond blushed in embarrassment.

"About that... It's very hard to tell." Rarity said shyly.

"Did something bad happen to you?" Fluttershy asked in concern for her friend.

"Come on Rarity. Ya can tell us. If it's something embarrassing, we won't tell anybody." Applejack said in concern.

"You promise not to tell anybody?" Rarity asked her friends.

"Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Applejack said, with a pinkie promise, while doing the pinkie promise movements. The others also decided to pinkie promise.

"Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Rarity's friends said, along with doing the pinkie promise movements as well. Now Rarity was less embarrassed telling them about yesterday.

"Alright, i can trust you with it. But it's really embarrassing." Rarity admitted. The others braced themselves, ready to hear what Rarity has to say.

"Yesterday when i drank Twilight's potion, i became invisible." Rarity explained, her friends was surprised, especially Sci-twi, who was excited to hear, what her special potion could do.

"Aha! So my potion can give others the powers of invisibility. Interesting." Sci-twi said, with a fan girl voice, but became serious again, Rarity was clearly not finished with her story. While the others looked quite interested in the invisibility effect, Rainbow Dash however didn't look that impressed.

"Invisible? That's it? I was hoping for something like fire powers, or weather control." Rainbow Dash said, with a not very interested voice. Applejack and Sci-twi glared at Rainbow in respond.

"So... How was it to be invisible?" Pinkie Pie asked Rarity, which was the most difficult part of to answer. Rarity eventually decided to tell them, in another way.

"Why don't i show you?" Rarity said, much to the others surprise. "Twilight. Do you have some more potion?"

"Uhh... Sure Rarity." Sci-twi said. She took her hand inside her backpack, and found another water bottle with the same substance as the potion. She handed it over to Rarity.

"Alright girls. Take a good look." Rarity said, she took a few swigs, much to her disgust. And then shocked the others, when Rarity's body disappeared right in front of them, seeing only Rarity's clothes moving around.

"Okay... That was just... Awesome." Rainbow Dash cheered, who now began to show more interest in it.

"By the name of my apple trees." Applejack said in surprise.

"Oh my." Fluttershy said also in surprise.

"That's incredible." Sunset Shimmer said.

"Very interesting." Sci-twi said in interest.

"Ohh look. Rarity is invisible." Pinkie Pie said, before getting a little funny idea.

"Hi. Do you think i can move my hand through her face?" Pinkie Pie said, while pointing her hand in front of Rarity's invisible face, she slowly tried passing her hand, through her, but was stopped by an invisible hand, holding it.

"Pinkie. Just because i can't be seen, doesn't mean i can't see you." Rarity pointed out in annoyance.

"Sorry Rarity. Just seeing if you're actually a ghost." Pinkie Pie giggled, while the others giggled as well. Then Applejack realized something.

"Hi Rarity. I can see you're clothes are still visible." Applejack now pointed out, which made the others stop giggling.

"Appearantly, the potion can only affect your body DNA." Sci-twi speculated. "Maybe the potion is turning your DNA invisible, and then gives your cells the ability to become transparent, but that's only my theory, maybe it actually..." Sci-twi was then cut off by a hand from Rainbow Dash.

"Put the egghead talk aside Twilight. I think i know what's coming next." Rainbow Dash said, while Sci-twi glared at her. They now looked at the still invisible Rarity.

"Yes, i drank some potion in the park, and others ran away screaming, thinking i was a ghost." Rarity explained. "When i noticed my invisibility, i ran over to a corner, to hide away from the public." Rarity said, making it obvious that going around like some floating clothes will cause too much attention.

"So what did you do afterwards?" Pinkie Pie asked. Rarity now blushed once again(except this time, you can't see it).

"About that. I needed to return home, but without causing attention. That's where i figured out the only way to get home, without getting seen." Rarity said. The others now begins to see what Rarity is trying to say.

"You... Stripped naked?" Rainbow Dash asked, which earned her a small bash on her back.

"Rainbow! Manners." Applejack said in annoyance, for Rainbow's rudeness.

"Sorry." Rainbow apologized. They looked back at Rarity.

"I hate to say it, but yes, i took off all my clothes, and even abandoned my backpack and purse." Rarity said sadly. Sci-twi and Fluttershy comfertably clapped her gently on her back.

"We're so sorry something so embarrassing happened to you." Fluttershy said in sympathy to Rarity.

"And i also needed to hurry, when i found out Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle are coming to my place." Rarity said, recollecting the part where the Cmc was going to her and Sweetie Belle's home. "They can't see that i was gone."

"So did you make it?" Sunset Shimmer asked.

"Yes. But not without a few risks." Rarity continued. "Just when i was in an alley, and very close at home. The potion's effect wore off." Rarity explained, while the others gasped in shock, realizing what has happened right there.

"While i was happy that the invisibility wasn't permanent, it just turned off at a wrong moment." She said.

"Oh i'm so sorry." Fluttershy comforted her.

"Then how did ya get home in that moment?" Applejack asked her.

"I simply had no choice, but to use a hideous barrel to cover me." Rarity said, while earning a few snickers from both Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, who was silenced by the others glare toward them.

"And nobody noticed?" Sunset Shimmer asked curiously.

"Luckily only a few noticed. One of them being a cop." Rarity told them. She explained how her little misadventure with the cop was. But she luckily found a quick way to get away.

"So how long was your invisibility?" Sci-twi asked.

"I would say about 30 to 40 minutes. Maybe depends on how much you drink." Rarity theorized.

"Interesting. And how much did you drink of it?"

"About a quarter of the water bottle." Rarity said.

"And you drank about half as much as you drinked yesterday. So i would think your invisibility wears off in about 15 minutes." Sci-twi speculated.

"Hey. Do you guys think i can get some invisibility potion?" Rainbow Dash asked, much to the others surprise.

"Why Rainbow Dash?" Applejack asked.

"Because then i can watch the private soccer fights, pull pranks on someone, and enjoy the complete freedom." Rainbow said dreamingly, imagining all the things she could do, while being invisible.

"You do know that you must be naked to be completely invisible right?" Rarity pointed out.

"Who cares? I don't." Rainbow Dash simply said, while the others sighed at her. But then, they heard the closed doorknob on the door shaking.

"Hello! Open the door! I need to clean here!" A voice yelled out.

"It's the janitor!" Pinkie Pie yelled out.

"I can hear you!" The janitor yelled out to her.

"Quickly! We need to hide Rarity." Sci-twi yelled out, the janitor must not see Rarity invisible.

"But where? There are many few hiding places around the science lab" Fluttershy pointed out. All of them now looked around. Then Sunset Shimmer noticed the door to the lab coats.

"Quick Rarity. Hide in the lab coat room." Sunset yelled out to Rarity, who in respond ran into the room. Sunset then closed the door, just right as the janitor opened the door.

"Finally. What are you girls doing in here?" The janitor asked curiously.

"Nothing." Pinkie said innocently. "By the way, how did you come inside?"

"I used my janitor keys of course." The janitor clearly pointed out. He walked inside, with a vacuum, and a few rags. He then noticed Sunset and Applejack standing in front of the door, to the lab coats.

"Why are you two girls blocking the door to the lab coats?" He asked them.

"No reason." Sunset said, with an innocent smile. Applejack was whistling innocently.

"Are you hiding something? Did you mess up the room?!" The janitor harshly asked.

"No no. That's not the case." Applejack said, while trying to give an excuse.

"Oh really. Let's find out." The janitor said, pushing himself in front of both Applejack and Sunset Shimmer, and opened the door, much to the others shock.

"Oh no! When he sees an invisible Rarity, he will scream, and maybe report it to Principal Celestia, thinking there is a monster here." Sci-twi panically thought.

But to their surprise, the janitor didn't look either surprised, or shocked at all.

"I don't know why you were blocking the door, but i couldn't see anything around there." The janitor said.

"Nothing?" Pinkie Pie said, before getting shushed by the others. Pinkie quickly shut her mouth.

"Yes nothing. Now if you'll excuse me, i need to clean this place, including the lab coat room later." The janitor said, before turning away, and began cleaning the other things around.

"Why didn't he see Rarity?" Fluttershy whispered to her friends, while their forming a circle.

"Only one way to find out." Sunset said. All of them walked into the lab coat room, and also saw nothing at all.

"Hey?! Where is Rarity?" Pinkie Pie asked, while looking to the left and right, seeing nothing but unused lab coats. Then Fluttershy notices something behind the door.

"I may have a clue." Fluttershy said, while pointing at behind the door. There they saw all of Rarity's clothes, her skirt, her shirt, her bra and panties, stacked together nicely, along with her shoes and stockings beside it.

"Well, if she's completely invisible. Why doesn't she show call to us?" Sci-twi asked.

"I may have another clue." Fluttershy said, now pointing at a window, which has just been opened. Which clearly means Rarity has crawled out of the window.

"Come on girls. Let's find her." Sci-twi said. Applejack putted all of Rarity's clothes in her backpack, and they all ran out of the science lab.

"Damn these girls. They forgot to clean their boots." The janitor said in annoyance, seeing dirt all over the floor.
