Sci-twi was working in her physics and chemistry class in a science lab, which is on her new school, Canterlot high. She was originally a student in Crystal prep academy, run by Principal Cinch, her abusive principal, and was her former star pupil. After making friends with the Mane 5, and Sunset Shimmer, she has decided to stay in Canterlot high, to learn more about friendship, just like Sunset Shimmer. Sci-twi was mixing many random chemicals together, and was calculating the result, of the combination.

"Alright, just a little more Ca3, and it should be stable now." Sci-twi said, while mixing some special chemicals together, with some beakers. The combined chemicals became white in color. Sci-twi then putted the chemical in an empty blue water bottle.

"This is a very interesting combination. It may be one, of my most advanced intentions ever!" Sci-twi said in excitement, she imagined what the chemical could do. Maybe give other people increased strength, or the ability to fly, or maybe cure any people from aids.

"But i haven't figured out yet, what it does." She sighed in disappointment. The chemical she made, was very advanced, even for her, it took her almost 3 days to perfect the chemical.

"And i can't risk, either injecting it on myself, or drinking it." Sci-twi said. She then looked on her paperwork, seeing many advanced(and almost incomprehensible) sheets on her paper. She was about to make some calculations for what it could do... Until she was interrupted, and heard a familiar voice, coming from the back door.

"Hi Sci-twi, it's almost lunch time. You coming?" The voice, identified as Rainbow Dash, yelled out to her geeky friend. Sci-twi almost lost her beakers from her hands, but luckily she grabbed all of them just in time.

"Please warn me next time, you announce something to me." Sci-twi said slightly irritated. She almost got in trouble, the last time Rainbow Dash announced something behind her, where she almost broke the beakers, and almost dropped the microscope.

"Sorry." Rainbow Dash apologized. "But anyway, come and get lunch already, it's taco tuesday." Rainbow Dash yelled out.

"Alright, i'm coming. Just give me a second." Sci-twi said, while putting the white water bottle, on the left side, of her backpack. Rainbow Dash looked at it, slightly confused.

"What's that? Another one of your explosives?" Rainbow Dash snickered, remembering the last time, Sci Twi made something strange out of physics and chemistry, it exploded right in front of her face.

"Not this time Rainbow Dash. This time, i have perfected my invention." Sci-twi said to her rainbow friend. "All it needed was giving it a few more minutes to cool down, and then mixing some cobber, and some oxygen, while doing so, i figured out the perfect canisters to continue the..." Sci-twi began her endless talk, about how she made the chemical, in which Rainbow Dash found boring.

"Let's just hope whatever egghead language you're saying, you are successful." Rainbow Dash said, while still hearing Sci-twi's speech.

In the cantine, many students, including Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity, and Sunset Shimmer were eating some tacos. Pinkie Pie was eating the entire plate of tacos, much to the other's disgust.

"Pinkie, that's so revolting!" Rarity said, disgusted in Pinkie Pie's eating manner.

"Sorry Rarity, but i'm really hungry today." Pinkie Pie said, and then returned to her revolting eating manner. The other sighed at her. The other students also began to look disgustingly at Pinkie Pie.

"Pinkie Pie, you need to respect other people's table manners." Fluttershy lectured her pink friend. "You should use a fork and knife, like the rest of us."

"By the way, where's your fork and knife anyway?" Sunset Shimmer asked her. The others nodded at Sunset Shimmer's question, since she has never used her fork and knife today.

"I ate them." Pinkie Pie said, much to the others surprise.

"Ya ate them?! Pinkie that's not healthy, for ya." Applejack said to Pinkie Pie. "By the way, how did ya eat them, without even noticing them?"

"I don't know, i just did." Pinkie Pie answered, with a not really prober answer, but the others just let it go, since that's just how Pinkie Pie is. Then Sci-twi, and Rainbow Dash arrived to the cantine, they were noticed by the other Mane 5.

"Sci-twi, Rainbow Dash, nice of you to join us for taco tuesday." Pinkie pie greeted them.

"And i can see that you've had a good start in eating tacos." Sci-twi pointed out, seeing her face, completely covered in taco sauce. Pinkie gave an innocent smile in respond.

"Yeah, i'm really really really hungry." Pinkie Pie said. Sci-twi and Rainbow Dash both sat down on the table, beside Pinkie pie. Applejack noticed a big smile on Sci-twi.

"I can see that you've finally finished ya'r special project." Applejack said, while smiling at Sci-twi.

"How did you notice?" Sci-twi asked her.

"You've failed a few times in the last couple of weeks, but today ya look really satisfied." Applejack pointed out. Sci-twi saw her point clearly. The others now looked excitingly at Sci-twi.

"So tell us Sci-twi darling, what does that special invention?" Rarity asked her. The others now looked even more excitingly at her.

"Actually Rarity, i'm actually not sure myself." Sci-twi responded, much to the others surprise.

"What? You don't know yet? How come you don't know what it's gonna do." Sunset Shimmer asked Sci-twi, who had a slight hard time to answer that question.

"Well, it's hard to say, but i've focused too much in perfecting it, that i've forgot to notice, what it could properly do." Sci-twi answered. Fluttershy then gave a comforting clap on her back.

"Don't worry Sci-twi, i'm sure you will figure it out." Fluttershy comforted her friend.

"Thanks Fluttershy. By the way, how's Spike?" Sci-twi asked, remembering that she left Spike with Fluttershy, while she was working in the science class.

"He's fine, he's right in my backpack." Fluttershy said, while taking out her backpack, and opening it, with Spike's head coming out of the backpack. Spike happily barked at Twilight.

"It's good that you're alright Spike." Sci-twi said, while clapping Spike on the head. Then Rarity raised up from her seat.

"Sorry girls, but i have to leave now, i need to go home, and work on my dresses." Rarity said, Principal Celestia has allowed her to go home earlier today.

"Ya go home, and do that sugarcube." Applejack said to her. Rarity then began checking her backpack, but notices something.

"Oh no, i forgot my water bottle. And i'm quite thirsty." Rarity slightly whined, at her lack of water bottle.

"Rarity, just use one of the used water bottles from the backyard, and fill it up from the bathrooms." Rainbow Dash slightly irritated advised her posh friend.

"What? You can't seriously expect me to touch those hideous water bottles." Rarity said, the water bottles outside were dirty and old, something which doesn't make a perfect match to someone like Rarity. The others sighed, but then Sci Twi had an idea.

"Hey Rarity, i have a water bottle in my backpack, you can borrow it if you want." Sci-twi offered Rarity, who in respond was nothing more than satisfied.

"Really? Thank you Twilight. I knew i could count on you." Rarity said. "So where's your backpack?"

"Back in the science lab. Please take the red one." Sci-twi said, while pointing out to the door.

"Thanks, now darlings, see you later." Rarity said, while waving goodbye to her friends. She then walked out of the cantine.

"Does she seriously need a water bottle?" Rainbow Dash asked her friends.

"Well, she lives a little far away, and she has no money with her, for either a bus ticket, or a taxi today." Fluttershy pointed out.

"True." Rainbow Dash said in respond. She then noticed Pinkie Pie's plate.

"Hey Pinkie Pie. Where's your fork and knife?" Rainbow asked her, Pinkie Pie in respond innocently whistled in respond, while the others face-palmed at Pinkie.

Rarity has just arrived to the science class, where she was going to borrow Sci-twi's water bottle. She entered, and notices Sci-twi's backpack.

"There it is. Now i just need a water bottle, and i can go home." Rarity thought to herself. She opened the backpack, and saw two water bottles in it, one red, one blue.

"Two water bottles? Why does Sci-twi have two water bottles with her?" Rarity thought to herself, but then shrugs it off. The two water bottles looked almost the same.

"Which one was it now?." Rarity thought to herself, she has already forgotten which one she should take. "Oh well, i guess Sci-twi doesn't mind, i'm taking one at random." She thought to herself, she took one of the bottles, putted it in her backpack, and began to walk out of the school. Unfortunately, she haven't noticed, that the water bottle she took, involved the same chemical Sci-twi has just invented. The blue one.

Later, she was halfway home, and it was quite hot today. Rarity became slightly more and more thirsty.

"Wow, it's really hot today." Rarity said to herself, her body was all sweaty. She eventually walked over to a park, and sat on a bench.

"I could really use something to drink right now." Rarity said, while taking out Sci-twi's water bottle from her backpack. She opened the bottle, then opened her mouth, and then taking a huge swig from the bottle, but then spitted out in respond to the taste of the drink.

"Ew, what was that disgusting taste?" Rarity said, the drink tasted worse than Sweetie Belle's pancakes. Rarity looked disgustingly at the water bottle.

"Maybe Sci-twi's drink was very old." She said to herself. She then decided to throw the bottle in the trashcan. "I'll give Sci-twi a new water bottle tomorrow." She thought. While it did taste awful, she at least got something to drink, and was now much less thirsty than before. She raised from the bench, and began to continue her way home.

But then something happened to Rarity, something she doesn't notice herself. Her body... Slowly begins to disappear. Her white skin on her arms and legs, slowly fades into nothing, her face, and hair did the same, what now was left of Rarity, was her clothes, floating around. Other people began to notice her, and they were really shocked.

"GHOST!" A teenage girl yelled out, while running away in terror. Rarity was confused.

"Ghost? I don't see a ghost anywhere." Rarity said, confused at, why the girl ran away, the moment she saw her.

"GHOST!" Another voice yelled out, and so did even more voices. Rarity saw all of them running away from her, and immediately left her alone in the park, much to both her confusion, shock, and annoyance.

"Hmmph. I think people these days are watching too many horror movies." Rarity said to herself, while holding her hand in front of her face, but then she notices her hand... Was gone. Rarity made a huge gasp.

"What?! My hand is gone?!" Rarity yelled out, before noticing her arms, and her legs, they have also disappeared.

"What has happened to me?" Rarity said, while taking out a little mirror from her purse. She looked in the mirror, and almost dropped it, when she saw absolutely nothing. Her face was also gone.

"My face! My beautiful face is gone. Literally." Rarity whined. Rarity has now fully noticed, that she was completely invisible. Well almost, her clothes are still visible. She ran out of the park, over to a nearby corner, and hid behind a dumpster.

"What should i do? I can't go out like this!" Rarity yelled to herself, but fortunately no one heard her. She can't walk home, while her body is invisible, but her clothes isn't. And her phone has just lost all it's power, so she can't call Sci-twi for help. Wait, her body is invisible, but her clothes isn't, that gives her an idea, she would never imagine she would do. Taking off all her clothes.

"I know i'm invisible, but i still can't go around naked." Rarity whined. Even through she was invisible, she clearly didn't like the idea, of going around naked. But it was either strip naked and go home, or staying hidden and starve.

"Alright fine. Guess i don't have a choice." Rarity said, to her dismay.

Rarity started to take off her white blouse, followed by her dark blue shoes and stockings, she then took off her dark blue skirt with three diamonds on it. Rarity was now left with her bra and panties.

"Now i only have my bra and panties on. Oh this is so embarrassing." Rarity thought to herself embarrassingly. She started by taking off her panties, sliding it right through her legs, and then out of her feet, she eventually dropped the panties to the ground.

"Now i only need to undo my bra." Rarity thought, she then unzipped her bra from behind, and took it out from her left arm, and then her right arm. Rarity was now completely invisible, and completely naked. She felt it was slightly chilly now.

"Okay, now i just need to go home, get myself some new clothes, and hopefully tomorrow, get my clothes back." Rarity thought to herself, now beginning to walk out of the corner. Rarity was full of embarrassment, due to walking in public naked, although she was invisible, she was still embarressed.

She hasn't noticed, but a mysterious girl, around the same age as Rarity was looking from the end of the park.

"This invisibility potion is quite interesting. Perhaps it could be useful for something in the future." She said, while holding the blue bottle, Rarity threw in the trash can. She then walked over to the same corner, and took the clothes Rarity left behind, leaving only her backpack, and purse behind.

"And Rarity, i shall also have my revenge on you." She also said.
