New Feelings
"Apple Bloom! Wake up!Time for breakfast!"
Apple Bloom wearily lifted her head out of her pillow. She just had a really weird dream, though she didn't remember much of it. She remembered there was a colt, and he was getting really close to her, but the more she tried to remember what happened next, the harder it was to remember.
Apple Bloom slowly walked down to the kitchen and sat down to a delicious breakfast of pancakes.
"Well, good mornin', sugarcube, did ya sleep well?" Her older sister asked cheerfully. Applebloom didn't know how somepony could be so happy in the morning.
"Yes, sis" Apple Bloom answered, wishing she was back in bed. She began eating her pancakes, thinking real hard about what happened in that dream. She remembered that the colt was a little muscular, with a handsome face, and coming toward her. What was he about to do? Why couldn't she stop thinking about him? What was even so special about this dream?
"Wow, Apple Bloom, you're almost as talkative this mornin' as Big Macintosh!" Applejack joked. Applebloom just let out a "hmm" in response.
Apple Bloom finally finished the last bite of her pancake, drank the last of her apple juice, then went up to the bathroom to get ready for school.
"Do ya think somethin's botherin' her?" Applejack asked her big brother.
"Nnnnnnope" Big Macintosh answered. He wasn't really paying attention to his surroundings as usual.

After brushing her teeth, Apple Bloom sat down on the toilet to pee, with the partial memory of her mystery dream colt still embedded in her mind. She looked down to her pee-pee area, imagining what her dream colt's pee-pee looked like.
Apple Bloom quickly shook her head, trying to get that image out of her mind. Why would she think something like that? Besides, she knew boys didn't have vaginas. They had penises. Though she didn't quite know what they looked like. She remembered seeing part of Big Macintosh's penis once when she accidentally walked in on him in the bathroom. She remembered it being a lot longer than her's, and-
Apple Bloom hit herself on the head with her hoof. "Stop thinking silly thoughts, brain!" She told herself. She then flushed the toilet, washed her hooves, then went downstairs to walk to school with her big sister.

On the way to school, she couldn't stop thinking about male pee-pees. She remembered more about the incident with Big Macintosh. She remembered him yelling at her to get out, and that he tried to cover up his penis with his hoof. She remembered that behind his hoof was something a lot bigger than she had.
"Uh, is somethin' wrong, lil sis? You barely talked all day" Applejack asked.
"Ah've just been thinking about stuff" Apple Bloom replied, immediately regretting that reply.
"Oh yeah, thinkin' 'bout what?"
"Uh... Nothin'! Nothin' to worry about at least! Heh heh," Apple Bloom answered nervously, hoping to get to school soon.
"Doesn't sound like nothin'. If there's anythin' wrong, ya know you can always come ta me, right?" Applejack said, a little worried.
"Yeah, I would come to ya if there was somethin' wrong, but nothin's wrong, so there's nothin' to come to ya for! Oh, hey, there's mah school, better get going or Ah'll be late! Bye, sis!" Apple Bloom kissed her on the cheek and quickly ran off to school. She wouldn't dare tell anypony about what she was thinking. It was much too embarrassing.
The Substitute
Apple Bloom went to her desk and sat down, with the half-realized image of the mystery dream stallion still embedded in her mind. Also embedded in her mind was the thought of the male pee-pee, also just as mysterious. She looked around at all the colts sitting in their desks. Apple Bloom knew their pee-pees were all inside of them and only come out when they need them to come out.
What if one of them accidentally slips out? Or if one of the boys just decided to- No! Stop that, Apple Bloom thought to herself. Those thoughts aren't right! But why can't she stop thinking them? Apple Bloom put her head on her desk, waiting for Ms Cheerilee to come in and start teaching. Maybe once class starts, it will take her mind off these things.
The final bell finally rang and a handsome brown stallion walked in. He was tall and strong-looking, just like Big Macintosh. "Hello class, my name is Mister Oatmeal. Ms Cheerilee couldn't make it today, so I'll be substituting for her," he said in a deep, yet gentle voice.
When Mister Oatmeal starting talking, Apple Bloom suddenly felt something in her stomach. A feeling she never felt before. It was kind of like when she gets butterflies in her stomach, only the butterflies were much lower. As he started taking her attendance, she began really noticing his body. It was a little muscular, but not too muscular. She then noticed a quill and paper cutie mark on his nice little flank. Her eyes then traveled down his flank and to his-
"Apple Bloom?"
"Wha? Uh, Ah mean, here!"
Apple Bloom couldn't let herself be distracted the substitute teacher's looks. She still thought boys were icky. At least, she thought they were icky. No, of course they were icky! It's a fact that they were icky! Well, except maybe that one pony in her dream. No! That pony's not real! Stop thinking about him!
Apple Bloom tried very hard all through class to concentrate on what Mister Oatmeal was saying. Trying to really listen to the words coming out his handsome, kissable mouth. Wait a minute? Kissable? Apple Bloom doesn't want to kiss anypony! That's disgusting!
After and hour and a half of this torture, the recess bell finally rang. Apple Bloom has never been so thankful for recess in her life.
***
It was a beautiful day out when Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo were bouncing a ball off their heads to each other. Nothing like playing with your friends to get your mind off such nonsense!
Sweetie Belle bounced the ball to Apple Bloom and Apple Bloom missed entirely. Maybe her mind wasn't completely off those thoughts after all.
"Nice catch, loser!" Diamond Tiara said sarcastically, who just saw Apple Bloom miss. She and Silver Spoon then did that laugh that Apple Bloom loathed.
"Go away, Diamond, Ah'm not in the mood!" Apple Bloom said angrily.
"Why? Is it because you have a crush on the new teacher!" Silver Spoon said.
Apple Bloom's face went completely red and she became speechless. Before she could form a single word, Scootaloo chimed in to defend her friend: "You take that back! Apple Bloom doesn't like any boys! She thinks they're icky, don't you, Apple Bloom?"
Again, before Apple Bloom could say a single word, Diamond Tiara spoke: "Me and Silver both saw you make googly eyes at the teacher! Admit it, you love him!"
"Ah-Ah- Ah do not!" Apple Bloom lied. She couldn't believe others could tell how she felt about Mister Oatmeal. How many others knew? Was it really that obvious?
"Come on, Apple Bloom, let's go play somewhere else," Sweetie Belle said. Apple Bloom ran to grab the ball and they all went to another part of the park.
When Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon were finally out of earshot, Sweetie Belle asked, "You don't really like Mister Oatmeal, do you?"
"No! Of course not! Can we talk about something else?" Apple Bloom really didn't feel comfortable talking about this.
"Well, my sister is making this new dress for some colt" Sweetie Belle answered.
"Don't you mean mare?" Scootaloo smirked.
"I was confused too, but it really was a man she was making the dress for!"
And for the rest of recess, all three of them talked about the colt who wanted a dress.

After that excruciating day at school, Apple Bloom was happy to walk home from school with her big sister. But to her surprise, she saw Big Macintosh outside waiting for her.
"Big Mac? What're you doin' here?" Apple Bloom asked.
"AJ accidentally hurt her leg on some farm equipment, so she asked me to pick you up instead" He answered.
Apple Bloom and her big brother then started walking home together, with him being silent as usual. Apple Bloom thought she'd like not talking to him, but it just made her think those perverted thoughts even more. She had to strike up something to talk about.
"Uh, so Rarity's making a dress for this colt. Did ya hear about that?" Apple Bloom asked.
"Eeeyup" Big Macintosh answered, without saying anything else. Who was she kidding? She could never strike up a conversation with Big Macintosh.
Apple Bloom looked over to him. He had the same muscular build Mister Oatmeal had that Apple Bloom liked so much. Then she quickly looked forward trying to forget she ever thought that. She definitely knew it was wrong to think those things about her own brother.
Or was it? What's the worst thing that could happen if she and him- No! No! No! Apple Bloom looked forward the rest of the way home, without saying a word and trying to clear her mind of that thought.
