Princess Twilight Finds Sci-Twi's Device

Princess Twilight was wandering around the corridors of her castle. After defeating Princess Dark Matter with the help of Megan Williams, she was exhausted, and needed a break from evil, all-powerful demonic beings trying to destroy or take over Equestria. Besides, she had royal duties to perform as well. She was the Princess of Friendship, after all.

After doing a fair bit of wandering, she saw a faint purple glow coming from the left side of the corridor she was in. She went over to investigate what it was, and saw a necklace-like contraption. She picked it up to get a closer look.

"What is this? I haven't seen anything like it before." Twilight said as she put the device around her neck. After a matter of seconds, her cutie mark appeared on the device as well. Twilight smiled, and let out a quiet chuckle.

"It looks so pretty! It even has my cutie mark on it!"

Suddenly, the door opened. It was Delta Brony. Delta had helped Twilight many times, such as when the Tree of Harmony became corrupted, and when Twilight's doppelganger, Twivine Sparkle, tried to take all the alicorn magic in Equestria. So, he's probably just as exhausted as Twilight was, if not more so.

"Hey Twilight, how's it going?" Delta asked as he approached Twilight, with a welcoming grin on his face.

Twilight smiled. "Delta, I'm so happy you dropped by. Look what I got!"

Delta Brony looked at Twilight's new necklace, and stared briefly in shock and awe. "Sweet Celestia, where did  you find this?"

Twilight thought about her answer for a minute. "I honestly don't know how it got into my castle, but I DO know that it looks very nice."

Delta smiled once more. "Indeed it does. Hey, maybe show your friends what you have on your neck. maybe they'll love it."

Twilight looked behind her, to see her friends walking through another door. "Sure thing, I'll go tell the others."

Delta Brony watched as Twilight showed her firends her new necklace, and they all loved it. Delta's face quickly became a look of concern though.

"Twilight...that device belongs to human Twilight." Delta spoke to himself as he turned to leave the corridor.

"I have to warn Sunset Shimmer, right away."

 

 

 

Delta Brony Visits the Human World

Delta Brony went through the portal to the human world that Twilight kept in her castle, and was welcomed by Sunset Shimmer, and the human world's Twilight Sparkle.

"Sunset Shimmer, am I glad to see you."

Sunset grinned. "Well well well, if it isn't Delta Brony."

The human Twilight looked on with shock "Woah...I never expected another person to come through that strange portal."

Delta was suprised. "WOAH! Are you...Twilight Sparkle of this world?"

Twilight smiled. "Yes I am. I was a former student at Crystal Prep, but I just transferred here to Canterlot High."

Delta looked at the human Twilight. "Well, I'm glad I found the right person to talk to."

Twilight looked confused "Is there something you want to discuss?"

Delta nodded. "Look, this might sound crazy, but it's true. Sunset Shimmer, the device that the human Twilight created...is now in the hooves of Princess Twilight."

The human Twilight, once again, looked confused. "The one I met a few hours ago? How can this be?"

Delta once again looked at her. "Look, Sci-Twi, your device can gather Equestrian magic once it detects it."

Twilight nodded in agreement. "Yes, it does."

Delta Brony continued "So, if Princess Twilight is wearing it, she will be drained of her alicorn magic. And I CANNOT let that happen!"

Twilight decided to butt in again. "There's something else you need to know. Um...what's your name?"

"Delta. Delta Brony. Sorry for not telling you my name."

Twilight continued. "Well, Delta, during the final event, the students made me release ALL the magic I collected, and I transformed into something...much worse. I thought I had so much power and I wanted to understand magic. But Sunset Shimmer showed me that there was another way. And that's the magic of friendship. I'm willing to learn from my friends as of now."

Delta smiled. "Awesome, I look forward to that. But...it's Princess Twilight I'm worried about."

Twilight once again was confused. "Might I ask, did someone bring my device into the world called Equestria?"

Delta was in thought. "Ah, good question. Who would be eager enough to bring your device into Equestria and have Twilight wear it?"

Suddenly, a flashback of Princess Dark Matter appeared in Delta's head. "I left a little present in case you manage to defeat me again."

Delta fell into a state of rage. "No...PRINCESS DARK MATTER!! YOU FOOL!!!"

Twilight was more confused than ever. "Dark Matter...is something wrong?"

Delta turned to Sunset. "Sunset Shimmer, it was Princess Dark Matter! She found a way to outsmart Princess Twilight! You have to write a letter to her as soon as possible!"

Sunset picked up her book. "I'm on it Delta." she said as Delta Brony raced through the portal again. Sunset turned toward Twilight.

"Let's hope that she doesn't transform into the same thing."

Princess Twilight Gets Possessed

Princess Twilight walked into her room, and saw that her magical book was glowing with a purple aura. "Hey, it's my book!"

She opened her book, and found a letter from her friend in CHS, Sunset Shimmer. "It's from Sunset Shimmer." Twilight began to read Sunset's letter.

"Dear Princess Twilight, there's something I need to warn you about, and it's the spectrometer. You see, the human Twilight created this device, and started gathering magic from Canterlot High. She became an evil demon, obsessed with magic. She began opening several dimensional rifts to Equestria, but I managed to use the magic of Friendship to save my world. And turn Twilight back to normal. Oh, and I have some brief information from Delta Brony. He said that Princess Dark Matter repaired the device and carried it into your world so she could have you turn into the same thing that human Twilight became. I know what it's capable of. Whatever you do Princess Twilight, DON'T put it on! Because if you do, you'll destroy Equestria in an instant! From, Sunset Shimmer."

Twilight had a slightly concerned look on her face. "B-But, that's impossible. Princess Dark Matter was defeated. There's no way she could have brought the human Twilight's device into Equestria. Unless she did it before we vanquished her."

Suddenly, the device glowed a bright blue, and projected images of the human Twilight's transformation into a twisted demon. She realized, "I guess this device does have dark magic inside it. Sunset Shimmer might've been right!"

She tried to take the device off her but it opened up, and began to drain the energy out of Twilight.

"AH! What's it...doing? NO!!!!" Twilight cried out as she could feel dark magic entering her body. She writhed and struggled until it was too late for her.

"Everypony...HELP!!!!!"

Corrupted Princess of Friendship

Delta rushed into the corridor where he last saw Twilight Sparkle. Hoping he wasn't too late to stop her from draining her friend's magic, he called out "Twilight? TWILIGHT!"

Suddenly, the door in front of him opened and out came Twilight Sparkle, but there was something...different...about her. Her eyes were a light blue with purple pupils, and she had a sinister tone in her voice "Well now."

Delta looked on in shock and horror. "No, I'm too late!" He looked at the human Twilight's device, and its outer ring was spiralling with a light blue colour. Twilight looked down at the device, then back up to face Delta Brony.

"I'm gathering enough magic so I can understand what it's capable of!" Twilight spoke out as a menacing grin streaked across her face.

Delta Brony then realized something. "Wait a second...it's her device, it's taken full effect on her. If she gets enough magic, she'll turn into...*gasps* MIDNIGHT SPARKLE! I have to stop her!"

Twilight's horn glowed a bright blue, as she opened two dimensional rifts into the human world, all while letting out a villainous cackle.

Delta couldn't believe what he was doing. He had to battle his closet friend. "No...this isn't happening right now. IT'S TOO MUCH!!"

[BOSS BATTLE: PRINCESS TWILIGHT SPARKLE]

Twilight began by opening fire at Delta Brony, launching a laser beam at him. He managed to roll away, but the blast left a large purple crack in the wall behind him. Delta than charged forward, projecting a magical shield and ramming into Twilight, knocking her down briefly. Twilight got back up and fired several small laser blasts at Delta, though he successfully dodged all of them.

"Twilight, you have to fight this!" Delta called out as he refused to hit Twilight any further, in the hopes that his friend was still in there, fighting against the darkness inside of her.

The Princess of Friendship looked down upon Delta as she flew up. "Fight it? HAHAHA! I've never felt so powerful! And once I drain your magic, NOPONY will stand in my way!" Twilight's device glowed a bright blue, and so did her horn. She fired a powerful, magic-draining laser at Delta Brony, hoping to suck every last drop of magic out of him. Delta countered with his own magical blast, causing the two to interlock as the pushed each other back. Both Delta Brony and Twilight Sparkle pushed as hard as they could to knock one another out, until a large magical explosion swept them both off their feet, and crashing to the ground.

And then...silence.

Max Speed in Ponyville

Delta was blasted out of the castle, while Twilight regained her composure. She cackled as she teleported above her own castle, and opened up Sci-Twi's deice, draining magic from  all the ponies below. Delta saw the rest of the Mane 6, along with Spike and Starlight Glimmer.

"Everypony, Twilight is collecting magic with her device! This is not a drill, I repeat, this is NOT a drill!!"

The Mane 5, Starlight, Spike, and Delta Brony gathered in a small crowd, watching as Twilight drained large amounts of magic from any unlucky ponies who got in her way. They rushed toward Twilight, ready to do anything to halt or prevent her transformation into Midnight Sparkle.

Princess Midnight Sparkle Rises

Sadly, despite their best efforts, they were too late. Twilight stopped absorbing magic through Sci-Twi's device, and floated down to the ground.

"Now I have lots of magic in this device, and now I'm gonna use it!" Twilight called out as she began to open the device around her neck.

Delta Brony looked on in horror as he rushed toward Twilight. "No, don't do it!" he yelled, but alas, he couldn't save her.

He and the rest of Twilight's friends watched in fear as Twilight suddenly had a large sphere of Equestrian magic in front of her. Delta Brony tried one last time to get Twilight's attention. "Twilight, you have to get away from that! NOW!"

Twilight Sparkle looked at Delta, with a menacing and maniacal look on her face. "Now...witness MY TRUE POWER!!" she yelled as she was drawn closer and closer to the energy sphere. Her friends all had horrified looks on their faces, and Spike even ran away in terror.

"No...TWILIGHT!!!!"

She laughed as she was now surrounded by all the energy that she had collected. Her transformation was beginning. She grew taller, her mane and tail became messy and unorganized, she generated gloves on her hooves, and she grew a tall, magical, gnarly horn. She emerged out of the orb; she was now Midnight Sparkle.

"Hahahaha! YES! I can feel the magic flowing through me!" she called out.

Delta Brony was horrified. "Princess Twilight...look at yourself! Do you even realize what you've become?!"

Midnight Sparkle looked down upon her once good friend. "Twilight? I am, Princess MIDNIGHT SPARKLE!"

Delta's jaw dropped. His and Sunset Shimmer's greatest fear was confirmed. "Why are you doing this?"

Midnight Sparkle's horn glowed slightly as she answered Delta's question. "I was created to see what magic could REALLY do, and there is NO stopping me!" Midnight's horn glowed brightly, then fired a large beam of energy into the sky, opening a large dimensional rift to the human world. She flew through the rift.

"Everypony! She's going into the human world, I HAVE to stop her!" Delta said to Twilight's friends as he swiftly followed her through the rift.

Delta Brony Stands Up To Princess Midnight Sparkle

Over in Canterlot High, the portal to Equestria became surrounded by a large blue beam of energy, with only the human Twilight Sparkle and Sunset Shimmer to watch.

"Oh no...something is coming from the statue!" Sci-Twi called out.

Sunset gave a closer observation, and saw a silhouette within the beam. "What is happening?" she asked herself as the world around her suddenly shifted into a subspace-like dimension, and the beam faded away, revealing...Midnight Sparkle?

Sunset looked on in horror at what she was seeing "It can't be!! NOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

Princess Midnight looked down at her subordinates with a menacing smirk across her face. "Soon...I will have everything I want!"

She cackled, as her former self's human counterpart and her former friend looked on in horror.

"Princess Twilight!! What have you done?!"

Midnight Sparkle looked through one of the dimensional rifts she had opened, fixing her eyes on a large castle. Meanwhile, the human Twilight began to question a thing or two. "Twilight Sparkle is a princess?! I never thought of this until now, Sunset Shimmer"

"Also, how is it possible for her to become something like me?" At this point, Sunset Shimmer was ready to snap. Her best friend was now a corrupted demon, and her other best friend was pondering the blatantly obvious. She couldn't handle it.

"None of this would've happened if YOU hadn't created that device!!" Sunset yelled at Twilight. Her friend suddenly felt slightly shameful, and Sunset began to regret yelling at Twilight again.

"I know, but we have to find a way to stop her." Twilight decided to do what she though was the right thing, and confront Princess Midnight Sparkle.

"STOP!! You're creating too many rifts!!" Twilight called out to her counterpart. Midnight turned around and faced her enemy.

Midnight sneered. "You're only delaying the inevitable!!"

Twilight took her bravery to a new level. "I can't let you destroy this world! I made a mistake when I released the magic and turned evil, but Sunset Shimmer showed me that there's another way to make amends."

Midnight became infuriated, and immediately charged up a magical blast to eliminate Twilight.

"TWILIGHT!! RUN!!" Sunset yelled.

Midnight fired a large magical blue beam at Twilight, sending the young girl running back to Sunset's side.

"How could we stop her?" Twilight asked Sunset, cowering behind her back.

"Sunset!! Human Twilight!!"

Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle looked behind them to see Delta Brony once more, but Sunset doubted he would be able to stop Princess Midnight. "Delta, she's too powerful!! Especially since she's a princess!!"

Delta looked at her. "Yes. This is what Princess Dark Matter wanted Twilight to do the whole time, but with my magic I can save her."

Sunset gave Delta's words a thought "You think it's possible?"

Delta went up to Princess Midnight, who also assumed a human form upon travelling through the portals. "Twilight, I know you want to understand magic, but you already do. Don't destroy their world."

Midnight looked down on him, giving Delta a menacing grin streaks across her face. "There is plenty of magic in this world, and it will ALL be mine!!"

Delta continued. "It doesn't work that way, Twilight. I understand that YOU are the Princess of Friendship." He then began to glow, and floated up, before flashing with a bright light, beginning a transformation. Midnight looked on.

"WHAT'S THIS?!!" Midnight yelled as Delta Brony emerged with a knight-like uniform, and a large red cape. He had become...Seraphic Delta Brony!

"WHOA!! It would take a miracle for Delta to beat her, Sunset Shimmer."

Midnight looked at Delta in slight fear. "Don't worry, Twilight. I'm here to help."

The final battle to save Princess Twilight Sparkle had begun...

 

 

 

Final Battle with Princess Midnight Sparkle

[BOSS BATTLE: PRINCESS MIDNIGHT SPARKLE]

Seraphic Delta Brony began by sealing up the portals that Midnight Sparkle had created. She tried to counter Delta's movements by ramming into him, but time and time again he dodged. Once he sealed most of the rifts, he took to battling Midnight Sparkle directly. He fired a few magical orbs of energy at her, but she countered with one sweep of her magical beam. She fired her own projectiles at Delta Brony, one of them made impact with him, the others creating dimensional rifts. Delta used his own magical beam to temporarily blind Midnight, while he took to sealing the rest of the dimensional rifts. Eventually, he managed to seal them all.

"You will PAY for this!!!" Midnight cried out as she charged a massive beam of energy.

[BOSS BATTLE: PRINCESS MIDNIGHT SPARKLE PHASE 2]

Delta countered with his own magic beam. Delta Brony and Midnight Sparkle locked their energy beams in a decisive battle for both the human world and Equestria. It became a very swift close call, but eventually Delta managed to deflect Midnight's energy beam back at her, defeating her.

[PRINCESS MIDNIGHT SPARKLE DEFEATED]

Princess Twilight Sparkle is Back to Normal

Princess Midnight Sparkle's energy beam was pushed back at her, along with Seraphic Delta Brony's energy beam. She screamed as the force of the beams impacted her, ultimately resulting in her defeat.

[MISSION ACCOMPLISHED]

Twilight was turned back to normal, and she woke up, feeling weak. "Delta...is that...you?"

Delta Brony laughed in joy. "Twilight, you're OK!!"

Sunset Shimmer, as well as the human Twilight Sparkle, looked on, happy that the world was saved. "He did it, he finally did it!" Sunset said with glee.

"Incredible. That Delta guy was able to use his magic was able to use his magic to turn Twilight back to normal." the human Twilight spoke, almost as if she had a great admiration for Delta Brony.

Princess Twilight got up, as Delta Brony summed up what just happened. "Princess Dark Matter wanted you to take human Twilight's place as Midnight Sparkle. That's why she took her device, so you could wear it."

Twilight was very confused. "What? Princess Dark Matter was behind all this?"

"Yes."

Twilight approached Delta, resting her hand on his shoulder. "Oh Delta, I was so worried because of what she did. Thank you so much, I didn't know it was going to happen. How could I ever repay you?"

The two ponies-turned-humans locked arms together. "We could start by sealing the portal between these two worlds." Delta said as he and Princess Twilight were teleported back to Equestria, and the final rift closed behind them, as the human Twilight waved them goodbye.

"Bye, Delta Brony."

Sunset turned to go back inside the building, with the human Twilight following close behind. "Thank you Delta, for saving our world."

Back in Equestria, all of Twilight's friends were waiting for her return. "I'm back!!" Delta called to the others.

Pinkie Pie immediately noticed Delta had some company. "Look, there's Twilight!"

Princess Twilight Sparkle was glad to be back to normal. "Hey, let's party."

And so, another end to another adventure for Delta Brony and company.
