Chapter 1
“Welcome to Foal Resort.”

Twilight was sitting with her friends on a long bench inside a giant clean white room with absolutely nothing in the room but clean white tile, with a set of double doors in front of them, and the double doors that lead into the building.

Rainbow Dash muttered darkly, “So what did princess Celestia want us to do exactly?”

Twilight replied, “She wants us to go through this special trial she set up for us, it’s a part of my studies.”

Applejack was tapping her left rear hoof, “Well we’ve been here for nearly n' hour.”

Pinkie pie was just bouncing up and down on the seat “Well whatever it is I’m super excited for it!”

Rarity replied “Well this place is dreadful for the lack of decor, and should be shut down for making us wait this long. Besides, I do wonder what we’re going to do?”

Fluttershy just gave a silent whisper, “Well I hope it’s not anything dangerous.”

Twilight replied, “There’s no way she would make us do anything too dangerous?”

Applejack laughed “Really? What about n' we faced king Sombra?”

Twilight replied “that was different she said this is just to test our friendship.”

Pinkie pie replied, “What are you so worried about Fluttershy?"

Rarity just twirled her mane back and groaned, “Well they're taking forever.”

Rainbow Dash shouted “Hello any pony there!?”

Then two giant doors opened wide and a unicorn mare with a black coat and a white mane cut short around her head with brown eyes entered into the room. She wore square glasses with a black tie and black coattails flowing in the back with a bored expression on her face.

She said, “Alright it looks like all six of you are here, as expected.”

Twilight replied, “Finally, so what kind of test is this going to be?”

The mare replied “Test? This is a resort.”

Rarity’s eyes went wide, “A resort?”

Pinky Pie bounced up and down shouting “Like a vacation!”

The mare replied, “Yes like a vacation… what did princess Celestia tell you six exactly?”

Twilight replied, “She told us this was a trial to test our friendship.”

The mare replied, “Well did she tell you what this place is?”

Twilight replied "She didn't tell us anything just to come here for a special trial she set up for me and my friends."

The mare replied, “Well she paid for your tickets, come let's get you to your rooms.”

As she trotted back through the set of double doors down a single white hall made of the same tile as the waiting room, and the hall curved as if the hall formed a circle.

She then replied with a bored tone, “I’m sorry for the wait we had some trouble at the pool.”

Rarity just replied angrily, “Well do you have at least have a spa?”

The mare replied, “Yes we do.”

Fluttershy whispered, “Do you have any animals?”

The mare “We have a garden full of bunnies.”

Fluttershy’s face lit up.

Pinkie pie shouted excitedly, “Do you have any parties here?!"

The mare replied in a annoyed tone, “We have one every Friday.”

She then turned down the hall and turned to a door she shouted “Pinkie Pie!”

Pinkie Pie raised a hoof and shouted “here!”

The mare turned and said, “This is your room.”

The mare pressed a code in a key pad and the door slid open then Twilight asked, “Can we see her room?”

The mare shakes her head, “Each room was specially made for each pony and I’m on a tight schedule.”

Pinkie pie just galloped in and then the mare closed the door. The mare continued down the hall and did the same for each pony, Twilight was the last pony trotting with the mare.

Twilight asked, “So what’s your name?”

The mare replied “Domino.”

Domino opened a door and Twilight came through she looked around the room then the lights came on as the door shut behind her. Twilight saw that the room was small and still made of the white tile. In front of her was a white operating table with a white unicorn stallion who had yellow eyes and a black mane wearing a lab coat and spectacles. He looked up at Twilight.

He then replied with a demanding tone, “Twilight Sparkle correct?”

Twilight nodded, “Yeah that’s me.”

He asked, “Please take a seat.”

She starred at the operating table with a raised eyebrow. She asked with a questionable tone, “Why is there an operating table?”

The stallion replied, “Please for you to enter the resort we need to go through a safety inspection, nothing more.”

Twilight carefully trotted to the table and laid on top of the cold table. There was hoof straps and the colt strapped her down with his magic, he then placed a small white matallic ring on her horn.

He replied, “I’m going to ask some quick questions, first what’s your name.”

Twilight Sparkle replied “Twilight Sparkle.”

The stallion nodded and pulled out a small red ball and said “What’s the color of the ball.”

Twilight replied, “What does this…”

The stallion interrupted “Just answer the question.”

Twilight groaned and said “Red.”

The stallion placed the ball in the lab coat and the wall folded back revealing all sorts of equipment. The colt lifted a helmet with his magic and placed it on Twilight's head.

She shouted, “What is that thing?!"

The stallion muttered, “Please calm down.”

The helmet was strapped to her head Twilight tried to use her horn but nothing happened. The colt then strapped a chin strap under her head. He then took out a small remote from his lab coat and pressed a button. A small jolt went through Twilight but not enough to where she felt pain. She started to feel a calming sensation fill her mind, she felt more carefree, as if she felt her mind telling her body its worrying to much.

The stallion gave a Twilight a scan using a probe then replied matter a factly, “Alright Twilight what’s your name.”

Twilight replied “Twilight Spawkle.”

Twilight realized her lisped and shouted, “What’s gowin on?!"

The stallion pulled out the red ball and said, “Tell me what color is the ball?”

Twilight knew in the back of her mind what the color was, but she couldn’t say it. All she could do was sputter some gibberish, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t remember the color. In fact, she felt as if she forgot a lot of things.

The stallion just nodded and placed the ball in his jacket.

Twilight squirmed trying to free herself she tried using her horn but… she realized she couldn't remember any spells either.

The stallion then took put a purple bag with her cutie mark on it. The colt first took out a giant diaper used for a foal in toilet training. Twilight squirmed even more as the colt placed the diaper over her rump and he taped it on magically.

He then unstrapped Twilight from the table with his magic, and as she fell forward with the sound of the diaper crinkling echoed throughout the room. As her diaper forced her legs to spread apart, she galloped awkwardly at the colt in the lab coat as she shouted, “Wha di you do too me!”

The stallion took out his remote and pressed a button Twilight stopped and fell on her rump.

The stallion replied in a demanding tone, “This is a part of the resort and if you’re going to misbehave already you’re going to lose privileges. I’m going to let that attack slide this once. But, gallop at me again like that and you will get a demerit.”

Twilight shouted “Demerwit?”

The stallion replied in the same angry tone, “Your nanny will explain how demerits work.”

He then took up the bag and gave it to Twilight with his magic.

The colt replied, “Put on the dress.”

Twilight looked in the bag and inside was a pink frilly dress with a giant purple ABC stitched on the front.

Twilight replied “I’m na pwuting da on.”

The stallion sighed as he magically lifted Twilight upward and slipped the dress over her, as he set her down on all fours he gave another order, “Take out the sippy cup.”

Twilight looked into the bag and saw a pink sippy cup and she reluctantly placed it in the right pocket of her dress.

The stallion nods and said, “That’s it for now, follow me.”

Twilight reluctantly followed the colt through the opposite door and she entered a purple room. The ceiling was decorated with stars and planets. On her right side was a bed with a giant purple blanket on it, and on her right was a changing table with a cabinet full of drawers decorated in the same purple color. The wall next to the front door had a bookshelf full of picture books, with a small window that showed a yard full of grass and a sidewalk with some buildings in the background.

As the stallion went through the back sliding door, a pink earth pony mare who wore a pink drilly dress, with blue eyes and a red bouncy mane and tail smelling like bubble gum came in through the front.

She smiled and said in a bright cheery voice, “Hello Twilight I’m Nanny Bubblegum.”

Twilight replied, “What’s happened ta me?”

The nanny awed at her lisped and replied in the same tone, a mother would talk to her foal, “This is the Foal Resort Twilight and you are our special guest."

Nanny Bubblegum took out a scroll and looked it over,"Now we have to go over some rules...Here you are rules for phase three.”

Twilight gulped then the nanny replied, “Rule number one obey your nanny (that’s me) at all times if the nanny tells the filly to do something and the filly refuses to do it he or she receives a demerit. Rule number two if the filly has to use the potty he or she will use the training toilet with assistance of the nanny, rule 2A, if the filly uses the training toilet without permission he or she gets a demerit. Rule 2B, if the filly goes in her training diaper he or she will receive a demerit, (the only exceptions to this rule will be bedwetting, which special nighttime diapers will be applied, which includes inside the pool as well where a special swim diaper will be applied)

Twilight shouted “Wha do you mean I have da ask-“

The nanny took out a remote and pressed a button with her magic then Twilight’s mouth closed.

Nanny Bubblegum replied in her sing song voice, “Twilight, I haven’t gone over the rules yet, another outburst and you’ll get a demerit.”

Nanny Bubblegum then said, “Rule number three, there will be designated times for eating breakfast snack time, lunch, and dinner. The filly will eat what the nanny provides if he or she complains you will receive a demerit and you will drink what the nanny provides inside the sippy cup."

Nanny Bubblegum replied, “Rule number four you will have to wear a frilly dress at all times (The only exception to this rule is of course nighttime and nap time at which we will provide pajamas and swim time.)

Nanny bubble gum replied “Rule number five. This is the most important, if the filly receives ten demerits for any number of these reasons he or she will be placed into the phase two program.”

Nanny Bubble gum gave an exaggerated sigh and said, “Well glad that’s over, basically follow those rules and you’re going to have a lot of fun.”

Twilight gulped and she vaguely remembered the letter, which princess Celestia told her this, was some sort of trial.

Twilight lisped, “How do you ke twack of demerwits?”

Nanny Bubblegum replied, “Oh I will and you don’t have to worry about remembering anything that important.”

Nanny Bubblegum replied, “It’s late though so we will start your fun tomorrow. Now let me help you undress.”

Nanny Bubblegum used her magic to pull the dress over Twilight’s body. She then placed her onto the changing table in the room and took off her training diaper, and replaced it with a blue one that was much thicker with a moon pattern on it. As Nanny Bubblegum strapped the new diaper on.

Twilight whined, “Nanny Bwubble Gwum why are you dowing this?”

Nanny Bubblegum who was trying to keep Twilight to hold still replied, “Oh Twilight if I don’t place this diaper on you, you’ll wet the sheets.”

Twilight shouted, “Twhat’s not wha I meant?!”

Then she helped Twilight hop down from the changing table, Twilight heard a a large crinkle as she felt her legs spread even further, due to the extra padding from the nighttime diaper.

Nanny Bubblegum took out a onesie violet pajama with her cutie mark purple star pattern spotted all over it, then the nanny placed it on her with her magic and tucked her under the sheets where Twilight's body sunk into the mattress and her nighttime diaper, which crinkled loudly every time she made a move.

Nanny Bubblegum kissed her on the forehead and said in a soft sweet voice, “Goodnight little Twilight see you in the morning.”

Twilight complained like a filly, “I’m na Twierd.”

Nanny Buublegum picked out a picture book from the bookshelf and said in her sing song voice, "Alright one story then bed time."

She opened one up and read, “This story is called "The foal in the big city" Once upon a time...

Twilight listened to the story but found it hard to resist the soft pillow and the comfy bed. She relaxed her head back and listened to Nanny Bubblegum's voice and her rump relaxed within the diaper with its soft crinkling sound which made her feel comfortable, and she slowly drifted off to sleep.
