It's just a normal day in Ponyville, but that is about to change. Twilight is in her house, than she hears a knock on her door.

Twilight opens the door, and she sees a strange pony, he's an alicorn but he has bat wings, he's black with green eyes and a red mane, he says his name is Shade and tells Twilight to follow him, Twilight listens and follows him into the Everfree Forest and past it to a strange place, Twilight is surprised when she sees that there are cotton candy clouds raining chocolate milk and the ground is all polka-dotted, Twilight says "Why does this look like Discord did this?", Shade says "Because the Elements Of Disharmony are here, I need you to get them out of this place."

Twilight says "Uh... okay, why do you want me to take the Elements Of Disharmony anyways?", Shade says "They do not belong here in this place.", Twilight looks for the Elements Of Disharmony and than she finds something that looks like her Element, but the gem is green instead of pink. near that, she finds a necklace that looks like Fluttershy's Element but it has a spider instead of a butterfly, than she finds one that looks like Applejack's element, but with a brown, rotten looking apple, than one that looks like Rainbow Dash's Element, but it has a storm cloud and a regular lightning bolt instead of a regular cloud and a rainbow lightning bolt, next, Twilight finds one that looks like Pinkie Pie's Element, but it is a deflated, popped balloon, finally, Twilight finds one that looks like Rarity's Element, except it is a cracked, yellow diamond.

Twilight says "These must be the Elements Of Disharmony!" and picks them up and puts them in a bag, than, Shade says "Now give each one to the one who has the Element Of Harmony that is the opposite of the Element Of Disharmony you are giving them."

Twilight does that, and eventually, she decides to get her friends to come to her house and put on the Elements Of Disharmony, than every one of them does, Twilight's eyes go black instead of white, and her and her friends are hit by a gray rainbow, when it hits them, their fur starts falling off, revealing black chitin, their eyes turn pure blue with no pupils except for Twilight in which there are black slit pupils, their teeth turn into fangs, their wings turn insect-like and the ones who didn't have any get them, their horns turn deformed and jagged except for the pegasus ones which get smaller black just curved horns, and they become changelings, Twilight becomes a queen changeling except mini.
