Queen of Corruption
Chapter 1: Queen of Corruption Chapter 1 - Prisoner
It was hours before the familiar dark feeling stabbed at the mare again. She wanted to curl up and ignore it, but this would only mean one thing if he returned; her time of execution was due. She sat up quickly, her heart pounding in her ears as her legs began to tremble, her calm breath after earlier's breakdown starting to shake and become louder. She could've sworn she had a panic attack coming up. Her body froze, she couldn't do anything but stare out the dim light coming in the bars in front of her, or the bars that showed off freedom in which she would not be able to have ever again. She shivered, hearing those metal hoof armor hit the concrete did not fail to give her deep chills down her spine. A faint chuckle was heard down the hall, but it sounded like it was right in her ears. Words could not explain the feelings that overcame her body, it was really something that could not be explained.
Closer, closer, louder, and louder the sound came. But there was something more, something that had completely struck the mare with pure terror. The sound of chains being dragged across the floor. She was free to roam in her cell, but never outside it. When she was first captured, she fought, injuring the one who took her life and happiness away from her. Next thing she knew she blacked out, and woke up with a terrible migraine. It was only hours, as said before, until the same pony came down. Suddenly, a loud scratching sound echoed into the cell, and immediately there was a tight grip on her neck, enough to cause her to grip the chains as the corrupted magic gripped the end of the chain, pulling on it. A loud gasp escaped as her pupils shrank. It was him. Immediately she used her only hood back hoof to push against the ground as she leaned back, pulling on the chain and grunting. Her injured hoof, which was when her hoof was stabbed into a crystal during a fight, was no use to help.
The mare would struggle and pull, grunting or screaming out, demanding that he had let her go. Though, the demand was denied, of course. Her strength now that she was mostly starved due to the breakout of a war, was useless and gone. She was tired, weak, and useless at that. The chain suddenly pulled her toward the bars, causing her to yell out from being startled by the sudden move before she hit the ground, thee sound of a loud smack on the cold floor followed. Her cheek was impacted against The floor, and immediately a dark spot appeared, a pulsing pain surrounding the area. But, it wasn't over. As she attempted to get up, she was pushed back down, her head against the floor. Again, she screamed and jerked around, but the magic that had held her down shown she could do nothing. "Useless in strength, though execution will not be an option in my demand. I have some other good uses for you, Miss Archerkiller." The deep, rumbling voice came out of nowhere, and into her ear. She stopped, feeling her heart skip a beat as she breathed heavily. Silence would follow, then a chuckle. "You will be under my demand and control now, you got that?" He would ask, but the mare refused to accept or even answer. Not until she was let go, only to be picked up and slammed into the wall, the dark shadow now in her face, snarling violently. "Answer me, you damn fool!" The booming voice demanded. Fear and regret struck the mare, now that she had more wounds than she could count, and now that the pony had her pinned against the wall. Hesitation followed, then a quiet whimper. "Y...yes..."
The force between him and the wall suddenly became stronger, the force causing her upper body to ache. "It's Yes sir, not just yes... no wonder you was requested for execution..." He would snap as he let go again, pushing her down to the floor again, watching her stumble and hit the floor again, not showing care or sorrow for the poor weak mare. "Let's try it again, slave. You WILL be under my demand and control, you got it?" He asked impatiently, though this time the mare responded with a nod. "Y-yes, King Sombra..." "Then repeat it." He demanded. The mare sat up slightly, hoping to be free. He however didn't allow it, as he grabbed her jaw with his dead cold hoof armor, forcing her to look into his face, into his crimson, deadly eyes. "With eye contact. You ALWAYS respond with eye contact." The mare bit her lip, even though she was in tears already from the impact of her face to the ground, she felt even more tears build in her eyes, and drag down her cheeks. She truly hated it. "I... I w-will be under your demand and c-control, King Sombra..."
A grin on his face made her throat feel swelled up as he made her stare into his eyes longer, before finally letting go of her. "Good girl. Now, you will not fight me as I bring you to this other room. Stay quiet and only focus on following me." He ordered, got up and grabbed the chain again, walking and pulling the mare's neck cuff. She immediately responded, stumbling around as she forced herself up, and pushed her way forward, following the king. She wondered what will happen now.
