Inside of the large machina vessel, the guardians all made their way to the bridge of the ship. Inside, Cid, along with a few other Al Bhed, were messing around with the several controls on the many consoles in the room. One of them was the same stallion working the controls up at the helm Rainbow met on their boat when they found her, Limestone fiddling with a visual feed on the side, a light gray mare with a dark gray mane with dark green streaks, similar to Limestone's hairstyle though a bit longer and draped over one side of her face, pressing some commands in one of the navigation seats beside the helm, and a dark gray mare with a violet mane on the other side, her hair shorter and bland, though it fit with her expressionless gaze.

"Rinno! Oui ymm ryja one minute du kad drec drehk eh dra yen!" Cid commanded.

"Fa yna fungehk yc vycd yc fa lyh, Vydran," the dull looking mare said in monotone.

"What in tarnation are we in right now?" Applejack asked as she looked at the steel bridge with advanced technology.

"You all ever hear of an airship?" Twilight and Applejack stared in shock, never hearing anything like it before, though Rainbow was a bit interested.

"Airship?" She thought back to the moment she worked with Pinkie excavate the underwater ruins, recalling the machina at the bottom of the ship was what they were in right now. "Wait, you mean this is the same thing Pinkie and I found?"

"Yeah," Pinkie said. "Took a while, but we got it cleaned up and running."

"Now that it is, I'm gonna rescue my niece from those Guado punks and give them all a taste of what this baby can do." Cid turned around, leering at Rainbow Dash. "Saw you freaking out in the sanctum and cry like a little baby. You said you wanted to see my little niece fight Sin."

"I didn't know what a summoner actually does," Rainbow said. "I said all those things without knowing what was going to happen to her."

"And you want to sacrifice her, just like every other fool who thinks it's smart to kill themselves to defeat Sin?" Cid questioned.

"I don't want to lose Fluttershy! I'm not going to let her die!" Rainbow shouted, nearly about to butt heads with Pinkie's father.

"And how are you gonna do that!? Huh!?" Cid shouted back, egging the pegasus on.

"...I don't know, but I won't let her die! Not as long as I live!" The bridge was silent as the stallion and pegasus stared each other down.

"...You better hold to that promise, runt. If anything happens to my niece, I'm gonna beat the living snot out of you." Rainbow didn't need to be threatened by Fluttershy's uncle to remind her of her promise to keep the summoner safe.

"Cid! Ajanodrehk ec ymm cad!" the stallion at the helm said, turning his head to him and saluting.

Cid chuckled in excitement. "Mad'c kad drec bibbo vmoehk!" Soon, the airship began moving, rising up from the hanger it was resting in. It soon moved forward and shot out from its hiding place, flying in the air as it escaped from the ravaged Home with the remaining Al Bhed still alive in the flying vessel. Everyone was amazed, and nearly fell over from the incredible power the large airship had as it began to speed off. "Ymnekrd. Mad'c keja dra Guado y byndehk kevd fedr drec."

The Al Bhed mares and stallion turned to face Cid, his expression serious as he closed his eyes. A moment of silence had passed until they began to sing the hymn played in the temples, the stallion driving starting the song. Confused, the others watched, but Pinkie teared up, knowing what was going to happen.

"What's happening?" Twilight asked.

"...We're going to...blow up our Home..." Pinkie's ears drooped as she wilted, another home gone far too soon.

"And we're going to be using the forbidden machina equipped on the airship." Cid approached one of the consoles next to Limestone, opening a glass case that had a big red button on it. "Vena!"

The stallion slammed his hoof down on the button, firing off a barrage of missles from inside of the airship and sending them flying off at Home. The blast was so powerful as they struck, the blast radius catching up to the ship as it soared over the desert sands. They all luckily made it out before the explosion could engulf the airship, flying off at incredible speeds despite its massive frame.

Now that they were in the clear and flying over the ocean, the Al Bhed all sadly looked at the feed, their home destroyed for the sake of their protection. "Gone again," Pinkie whispered.

"Uhh, don't feel so down," Applejack said. "Ah mean, we got rid of them Guado and fiends...Doesn't that count for somethin'?" The Al Bhed leered at Applejack, though the light gray mare looked sad and the gark gray mare still held a blank expression, but looking at her eyes made her cringe more than Limestone, and she always looked angry. "...Ah'm just gonna shut up now."

As Applejack backed away, making herself public enemy number one to them, not wanting to make things worse with any racist remarks she might accidentally spout. Cid approached a sphere in the center of the bridge, showing the entire world of Spira on the blue orb.

"Do you know where Fluttershy is on that thing?" Rainbow asked.

"With the sphere oscillo-finder, I hope so." She wanted to ask Cid what exactly it was, but judging by how new this airship was, it didn't seem like he had the answers. "If it weren't for them Faust believers saying machina were taboo, we could better understand them without flying in blind."

"You mean you have no idea how this thing works!?" Twilight exclaimed, Mog and Smarty Pants holding onto each other for dear life as if the airship would crash into anything at any moment.

"Nope! But that's the fun of it! Ain't it a rush of adrenaline!?" The others began to worry, knowing exactly where Pinkie Pie gets her enthusiasm from, and her psychotic excitement.

"So, even if you find Fluttershy, what are you going to do?" Rarity asked as she approached Cid. "Are you really going to let her give up her pilgrimage?"

"Yes," he replied. "I'll have to force her to stop if she gets any of that stuff in her head."

"Against her will?" she asked.

"As long as I keep my niece safe! No law or teaching is gonna tell me otherwise! If she reaches Zanarkand, it'd be like killing her in cold blood!" Cid looked up at Rarity, giving her a deadly glare. "If anypony gets in my way, I'll deal with them myself. Even you, lady."

"...Whatever the captain says." Rarity walked back and decided to rest in the corridor leading to the bridge, the doors closing shut behind her as she passed.

"...She's weirder than Pinkamena," Cid uttered under his breath as he went back to searching for Fluttershy.

While the Al Bhed stallion began searching around the oscillo-finder for Fluttershy, Rainbow decided to wander around the airship. There were several Al Bhed around that had made it out alive from the Guado attack, even Hoity Toity was here for some reason. She figured he must have traveled to Bikanel to meet up with his fellow Al Bhed, only to get wound up in the chaos and managed to get to safety. Along the stairway, heading upstairs to the viewing deck, there were several screens that were lit up, showing some of the scenery that spanned out at least a mile from the vessel.

As she reached the deck, she looked out the window, watching the clouds fly by above them and the vast ocean below. She had never been on anything this big that could fly this quickly, and she had never even heard of airships back in Zanarkand. Rainbow Dash felt like standing at the top of the airship, wanting to feel the rush of wind in her face to ease her mind. She needed it, after figuring out the true purpose of a summoner's journey.

Sighing, she turned to head back to the bridge after watching the sky for a while, only to leap back in surprise when the dull mare from the bridge stood next to her.

"Rammu," she said, though sounding and looking bored.

"...Uhh, no? I'm not this 'Rammu', if that's who you're looking for," Rainbow said, confused.

"I said 'Hello' in Al Bhed," the mare said, speaking perfect Equish. "You and my sister, Pinkie, seem to get along well. She told Limestone, Marble, and me about how strong you were when you helped find the airship. And Cheese Sandwich is somehow jealous when she clearly likes him more, being just as wild as she is."

"Oh...Uhh, thanks...I guess?" Rainbow felt a bit awkward as she was being looked at by Pinkie's sister. She assumed the stallion was her coltfriend she mentioned earlier, who she nicknamed "Cheesie", and the other mare must have been her other sister, Marble. "So, you must be...Maud?"

"Yes. And you're Rainbow Dash. Easy to tell because your mane and tail are a rainbow...Funny." As much as Maud admitted her hair ironically matches her name, she wasn't laughing.

"...Yeah...Heh. Funny." The two stood in awkward silence. "...Did you...come up here to get me for something?"

"Actually, I was trying to look for- Oh, there he is." Maud leaned down and picked up a small rock. "Boulder, I told you not to wander off. This is your first time on the airship, and you could get lost."

"...Ok. You named a rock...and you don't seem all that emotional with anything you say...You always like this?" Rainbow asked, feeling more awkward by the moment being around Maud.

"I don't show as much enthusiasm as Pinkie, or Vydran," Maud dully said as she pet Boulder.

"...I can see that." More awkward silence. "...Well! I think I'm gonna head back down to the bridge! Maybe your dad found Fluttershy."

"Maybe." The two walked back down to the bridge, and as luck would have it, Cid seemed to have some good news to tell everyone.

"Ha ha! Found Fluttershy! She's in Bevelle!" Cid announced.

"Bevelle? Why did the Guado take Fluttershy to Bevelle?" Twilight asked.

"Wait, Fluttershy said the next aeon is there, right?" Rainbow asked, only getting more confused. "I don't get what the hay those Guado are doing."

"Well, let's see what's going on in that city." Cid looked over at Marble, nodding her head as she pulled out a visual feed of the grand city of Bevelle down below.

What they saw at the top of the city shocked and horrified the guardians. Climbing up the steps to what looked like a location set for a wedding, they watched Fluttershy climbing up one set, wearing a wedding dress, and Blueblood in a wedding robe for male Guado on the other side. Blueblood was actually alive when he was supposed to be dead, the two ponies meeting up to begin walking up the central set of stairs.

"W-W-What the hay!?" Applejack exclaimed, being the first to break out of the silence.

"That's not possible," Twilight muttered. "How is he still alive!? Rainbow Dash killed him!"

"He is dead, but his spirit lingers in Spira and manifests in a physical form," Rarity said, the others looking back at the unicorn in shock. "He was just like his father, Orion, back in Guadosalam. He didn't turn into a fiend, and he wasn't sent to the Farplane."

"Then, why is there a wedding!?" Rainbow asked, her anger coming back, only this time, it was all on Blueblood and his undead corpse.

"Fluttershy might plan to send him if she goes through with it. But, with all those guards down there, it'll get pretty tough," Rarity said.

"Tough, shmough! He's not gonna lay a hoof on her ever again!" Rainbow ran out of the bridge and headed up to the deck, the others following after her. The ship began to rumble as fiends ended up appearing all around the vessel. The Guado must have given them a hidden surprise in the cargo bay before they left. Fighting their way up to the deck, as soon as Rainbow looked out the window, she stopped and looked out as she saw a large, sky serpent-like fiend flying toward them. "What the hay is that thing!?"

"Evrae, a guardian wyrm," Rarity explained. "It looks like Bevelle's personal bodyguard is going to stop us.

"Wait, that thing's a fiend!? And it 'protects' one of the cities!?" Rainbow questioned. "Ok, are fiends supposed to be deadly or can they be tamed!?"

"Rainbow Dash, we saw Guado summoning fiends back in Macalania AND the Al Bhed's Home! Of course they can be tamed, but it takes so much time!" Twilight shouted. "Evrae as been around for centuries, but it's supposed to stop evil threats like the Guado at this moment...Why is it disobeying?"

"Blueblood...That's it! He is going down, and his new pet!" Ignoring her comrades' pleas to control herself, Rainbow Dash ran over to the lift and flew up to reach the upper deck.

As the others used the lift to reach the deck, they saw Rainbow Dash stand near the edge as she looked out at Evrae. "Rainbow, you have no idea how strong Evrae is!" Twilight warned. "It might end up destroying the airship! And I want to know how badly this thing functions!"

"Well, too bad, missy!" Cid said over the intercom. "We have no choice but to fight that thing if we want to get to Fluttershy! Though this thing isn't like a speedboat! It's not as agile as it really looks!"

"Oh great. So much for wondering how an airship functions," Twilight whined as she lowered her head, her dolls mimicking her disappointment.

"Twi, ya really want to learn how machina works?" Applejack asked, feeling a little skeptical to her friend's want to learn about using machina.

"I'm just curious." The group heard Evrae screech as it began to fly closer, also hearing the silos opening on the sides of the airship to fire at the fiend.

"Dashie?" Pinkie said as she watched Rainbow just stand where she stood, looking at the fiend. She finally opened her wings and leapt off the side of the airship, her body disappearing under the clouds as the ship flew off without her. "Dashie! What the hay is she doing!?"

"Don't worry," Rarity assured as the others panicked at her sudden leap. "If you thought she was fast in the water, just watch her speed when she flies."

After Rarity finished speaking, the all saw a rainbow blur shoot out from the clouds and fly faster than the airship. Rainbow Dash, with her sword held in her mouth, flew off and headed toward the guardian of Bevelle. Issuing the pegasus's approach as a challange, Evrae flew toward her, her sword clashing with its sharp claws as they met.

As the rest of the guardians watched from the airship as the furious pegasus flew circles around Evrae, managing get a few hits in before it slashed at her, they all stared in awe at her incredible speed. It far surpassed the guardian fiend's, even without casting Haste to increase her agility even further.

"Wow. She is fast." Cid soon began to fire a volley of missles out toward the fiend and the pegasus.

Rainbow Dash flew away just in time as she heard the missles shoot out from the airship. Each one hit the fiend with perfect accuracy, only irritating the guardian as it shrieked angrily. It flew away from the pegasus and swooped around to reach the airship, taking out its vulnerable prey on the upper deck. Everyone prepared to defend themselves. Instead of getting slashed at by Evrae's claws, its eyes shone as it glared at Spike, his body instantly turning to stone.

"Evrae can petrify!?" Twilight panicked, only to suddenly turn to stone as well from Evrae's gaze.

"Oh boy. Good thing I stole some of these from the machina back in Bikanel!" Pinkie pulled out the potions labeled in the Al Bhed language, throwing one in the air as the healing properties shrouded everyone on the airship.

Spike and Twilight were freed from their petrification, almost feeling their lives flash before their eyes. "W-What the hay was that!?"

"Al Bhed potions! Healing your injuries and deadly of status effects when you have no white mage in your group!" Pinkie exclaimed as if she was endorsing the potions. "Does not include reviving anypony from the dead, doesn't cure the common cold, or soothe aches and pains. Ask your Al Bhed doctor if you are pregnant and/or nursing to use this product safely."

Everyone stared at Pinkie as she grinned and held out the somehow slowly rotating bottle, even Evrae was looking at her strangely. The moment was thankfully averted to the matter at hoof when Rainbow Dash flew in and slammed the fiend's head down onto the airship. She held on tightly as it tried to shake her off, getting in a few stabs and a chance for the others to deal any damage they can on the fiend.

Evrae managed to fling Rainbow Dash off of it, sending her spiraling down below the clouds. She quickly righted herself back up, growling at the annoying guardian fiend's persistance to stop them from getting to Bevelle. She needed to be faster and kill it before it could hurt the others.

"What can I even do? I don't think I'm doing enough to take that stupid thing down. I need to be faster than it...Wait. Twilight said something about 'Haste', some kind of spell anyone can learn..." Rainbow groaned, flying fast to catch up to the airship. "I'm a pegasus! I don't know how to use magic!...But, everypony else is able to. Fluttershy summons and can heal, Applejack does that weird blind shooting attack, Spike can copy other fiends' abilities..."

She looked down at her hoof, trying to will some kind of unknown power inside of her, but she was completely clueless as to how it works. Twilight was able to cast spells easily since she was a unicorn, but how did the others use their magic: their own will, some kind of stone, learned through a book? Growing frustrated, she just punched her hoof at a nearby cloud to break it into air, but suddenly, she felt a strange rush of adrenaline course through her body, and she felt a lot lighter and faster. Even for a brief moment, she saw an orange aura appear and disappear around her.

As she continued moving forward, she was already catching up with the airship and sped past it within a millisecond. She stopped a mile away from the ship, astonished at the possible magic spell she cast, wondering if she really did use magic. Trying it again, she thought of increasing her speed and thrust her hoof forward, the same orange glow appeared around her, though her speed increase was already in effect. She smirked, now gaining a better advantage on the fiend and sped off, ramming right into Evrae and knocking it far away from the airship.

"Whoa! Was that Rainbow!?" Applejack asked as the group managed to avoid a really dangerous attack Evrae was about to unleash.

Pinkie pulled out a pair of binoculars and peered over the edge of the deck, spotting a quick blur of rainbow spiraling around the guardian of Bevelle. "Yup! I think that's her! But how is she faster than before!?"

"...Rainbow Dash must have cast Haste!" Twilight figured. "She must be able to reach Mach 2 speeds with that much agility!"

"She finally realized she could use magic," Rarity whispered.

"Should we help her?" Applejack asked as they watched Evrae getting overwhelmed by the faster pegasus.

Evrae was too slow to react as Rainbow Dash continued hacking away at the fiend. She soon felt an unknown power coursing through her veins, backing away from the flying serpent. With her enhanced speed, she flew toward Evrae, giving a powerful slash, then turned back around and struck again, her agility increasing as she continued hitting it. After another few more times, she flew up high in the air, out of everyone's line of sight, falling back down as she reached the apex of her ascent. Flapping her wings hard, she increased her speed, faster and faster, a mach cone forming in front of her hooves.

She broke past the cone and unleashed a sonic boom right as she made contact with Evrae, while also creating a massive shockwave of rainbow lights, able to be seen for miles. That final blow also ended the guardian fiend's life as it screeched in agony, several spirits flying out of its body as it expanded out along with the shockwave.

Down in Bevelle, Fluttershy and Blueblood were walking up for the procession at the top of the city. The summoner didn't want to be anywhere near the undead Guado next to her, but hoped that she can execute her plan. Suddenly, everyone heard a large explosion coming from the skies, a shockwave of multicolored lights spreading the clouds away as they looked up. Along with the sudden sonic boom, many of the warrior monks on the lookout for intruders gasping in shock as they saw Evrae disappear.

"What in the world was that!?" Sapphire Shores asked, watching over the proceedings along with her monks.

As the clouds cleared away, they saw a rainbow trail flying around and heading toward Bevelle, along with the Al Bhed airship following after it. "Rainbow Dash," Fluttershy whispered, recalling seeing the same shockwave when Rainbow used the Jet Shot back in Luca, only it was a lot bigger.

"I see, your friends," Blueblood grumbled. "Come here!"

The Guado began to drag Fluttershy up the steps, not wanting his plans to be foiled as he gave the command for Sapphire to attack. The monks all carried machina rifles, aiming them up at the sky, along with several stone machine built with cannons. Giving the command, every monk opened fire at the rainbow blur flying toward them, along with the airship.

Seeing them trying to fire at her, Rainbow Dash dodged the oncoming shots, not letting them get a chance to shoot her down. She was not going to be defeated, not when Fluttershy is in trouble. She spotted Blueblood pulling the yellow pegasus up the steps forcefully, angering her as she picked up her pace. Rainbow took down the machina artillery firing at them, keeping the airship from sustaining damage as the others would jump down to safety.

With less fire focused on the airship and more on the incredibly swift pegasus destroying their weaponry, Cid fired off grabbling cables, striking the lowest point of the walkway. With their bridge from the vessel to the battlefield connected, everyone leapt onto the cables and slid down the whole way to help Rainbow Dash. They leapt off just in time as the lines snapped, the airship leaving before it could get damaged even further after using up most of its power escaping Home and avoiding Evrae.

"W-What the...?" As the others ran forward to join Rainbow Dash, Applejack froze when she saw all the warrior monks wielding rifles and flamethrowers, along with the artillery machina and tall bipedal ones with a lack of arms all over the place. "W-Why are there machina here???"

Before she could be shot at, Spike saved the utterly shocked mare, thrusting his spear through the stallion's abdomen. "Applejack, have a nervous breakdown when we're not in any trouble! Focus!"

"R-Right." As much as she wanted to throw a fit about what the monks of Bevelle were doing using machina, she was at least able to let out her anger against them, using her blitzball to ricochet off each of her foes hard, knocking some of the stallions' helmets off.

The guardians fought their way up, taking out a majority of the soldiers and machina. Pinkie distracted many of them, swiping some valuables they may have had on them, and while their focus was on the Al Bhed, Twilight cast spells around them, killing some of them or knocking them unconscious. Spike leapt around the roofs, keeping many of the machinas' focus on him as he struck down the ones placed on ledges too far for the others to reach. Rarity blocked the bullets fired at her with her diamond katana, none of them making a single dent in her impenetrable blade. As she got close enough to one of them, she swung it hard, sending an unfortunate monk flying off the building and out of the city. The remaining soldiers who witnessed the mare's power turned tail and fled, only to be knocked unconscious by Applejack's hard hitting blitzball.

Rainbow Dash landed on the stairway, her Haste having timed out, looking up the steps as Blueblood watched them. She ran up the stairs, sword in mouth, ready to slice the stallion into pieces so he can't come back whole. Unfortunately, he didn't notice Sapphire Shores leap in, smacking her hard in the back of the head with the butt of a rifle, slamming her to the ground.

"I don't think so, dearie." The maester held her aim on the pegasus, causing the others to stop fighting.

"Sapphire, even you!?" Rarity exclaimed, leering at her old friend in disgust.

"There are exceptions," Sapphire said as Rainbow Dash stood up, keeping her weapon aimed at the pegasus.

"Lame excuse," Rainbow said, remaining quiet as the rifle was held against her neck.

Blueblood smirked as he turned to his "bride", only to see the summoner standing defiantly against him, her staff in her hooves. "...Really? You're going to send me?"

"Yes...I'm not going to let you hurt anypony," Fluttershy said, raising her staff to begin the sending.

Star Swirl suddenly teleported behind Blueblood, surprising the summoner. "Are you really going to give up your friends' lives to kill Blueblood?" Fluttershy looked down the steps, seeing her friends held at gunpoint. "Either you save them or end them. Your choice."

Twilight was utterly appalled, hearing her idol actually saying something like that and siding with the Guado. Star Swirl leered at Fluttershy, almost tormenting her to make the right decision. Eventually, she did. Fluttershy dropped her staff, the weapon tumbling down the stairs as she looked down in defeat, stopping at Rainbow's hooves.

"A wise choice, my dear," Blueblood said smugly. "Now, let us seal the deal, Lady Fluttershy."

Blueblood calmly approached his "bride", the pegasus slowly looking up at him as he gently grabbed her shoulders. The guardians could only watch as the stallion moved closer, Rainbow growling and wanting to beat the Guado up. If only she weren't held at gunpoint, she would gladly shove his undead plot off the edge of the platform. Blueblood moved his face closer, and only further ticking the cyan pegasus off, kissed Fluttershy, wedding bells ringing as they were "officially" married. No one noticed the summoner's let foreleg quiver, hating this just as much as the others.

"You son of a-" Rainbow froze as she felt the gun press against her neck harder.

As the kiss broke, Blueblood held Fluttershy against him, then looked out at the others with a sadistic grin on his muzzle. "Kill them."

The summoner gasped, the warrior monks aiming their rifles at the guardians. "You're all a bunch of hypocrites," Rarity said darkly as she looked at Sapphire. "All machina are supposed to be forbidden to use, right? How come Bevelle is using them, Sapphire? Care to explain?"

"Shut up!" Sapphire ignored Rainbow Dash and aimed her rifle at Rarity. "We won't listen to you after you had gone missing for ten years and decided to show up now! Learn to get with the times and changes in Spira!"

"And that change is going against Faust's teachings? Tsk. Reckless back then, and still reckless now." Sapphire growled as she was about to pull the trigger.

"Throw down your weapons!" Everyone looked at Fluttershy, having snuck away from Blueblood while he was too distracted watching the others die. She stood next to the edge, ready to jump off. "If you don't let them go, I'll jump!"

Blueblood began to chuckle. "You're a pegasus. You can fly."

"I'm not a good flier, and the dress you picked out for me is kind of constricting my wings." Fluttershy's wings were indeed underneath her wedding gown, making flight for her impossible without taking it off. She wouldn't want to do that when it's her wedding day, even if by force. "So, let them go, or else."

The Guado grumbled and gave in, waving his hoof to signal the monks not to fire. Sapphire wanted so desperately to shoot Rarity, not wanting to listen to orders, but Rainbow sucker punched the maester in the face, knocking her out for getting in her way earlier.

"Fluttershy, come on!" Rainbow said as she climbed up the stairs to get to her.

"Don't worry about me, Rainbow Dash. I'll be ok," Fluttershy assured.

"You're an idiot," Blueblood said, leering at his "wife". "You'll die if you jump!"

Leering back at him, she wiped her mouth with the back of her hoof, spitting at his hooves in disgust. Fluttershy looked back at Rainbow, reassuring her she will be ok. Rainbow Dash hesitated, but nodded, backing away. Without any warning, Fluttershy leapt off the edge, Blueblood and Star Swirl looking down as they watched her plummet to her death. Catching their attention, Valefor's glyphs appeared underneath her as she summoned the avian aeon. Screeching loudly, Valefor flew down across the sky, got underneath Fluttershy, and caught her on her abdomen, hovering them to safety elsewhere around the building.

Knowing she was going to be ok, Pinkie pulled out a grenade and threw it at Blueblood. "Cover your eyes!"

Heeding the Al Bhed mare's warning, the guardians shielded their eyes as the monks, Star Swirl, and Blueblood looked at the grenade in confusion. Suddenly, it exploded, emitting a bright flash that blinded everyone unlucky enough to look at it, the others hearing the Guado shriek like a mare as he temporarily lost his sight.

"What kind of bombs do ya even carry, Pinkie!?" Applejack asked as they all rushed to safety, shoving past the blinded monks.

"All kinds of bombs: water bombs, shrapnel bombs, party bombs, every kind one might need in case of an emergency! And flash bombs are always useful in any emergency!" Pinkie said.

"Where's Fluttershy even going!?" Rainbow asked.

"She's probably heading to the temple here in Bevelle to receive the aeon here!" Twilight answered, Mog and Smarty Pants hanging onto her mane for life as she ran.

"We'll meet her there!" Spike said, leaping ahead of the others in case more guards try to stop them.

As much as she didn't want to leave Fluttershy on her own, Rainbow Dash had to trust her. She's able to handle herself fine on her own, but not for long.
