Chapter 8 Test My Element

Now you may think that now I’m back in my own world and people know who I am that everything is fine? Well… no turns out that some just aren’t as convinced as others; as it turns out these individuals have convinced everyone, even my friends that it was all stunt and that I’m just seeking attention, turning everyone against me again.

But even if the entire school is against me only 6 remain loyal to me as they know the truth. But even I think that won’t be enough, it seems life wants to push me over the edge now, just my luck.

“It’s almost complete In- oh, I'm mean Mistress,” said the guy in a hazmat suit as he faced a seemingly pitch black room with a massive machine in the darkness

“Good just keep working on it and no stopping or else!” warned the feminine voice

“Ok but what will you do?” asked the man as lights began to light up in the machine

“Now that wouldn’t be fun now would it?” she said as she laughed

*Location Canterlot High*

As another day began the sun continued to rise higher and higher and the sound of distant chatter began as people began to walk into the school. Inside a massive dome hung over the massive entrance and 3 hallways of lockers and rooms branched out as crowds of people walked to and from their destinations.

One locker, however stood open as inside a blade in its holster lay in place and many books and pages laid in a pile as a hand wandered around for something

“For damn sake where is it?” mumbled Blaze as his cloaked arm kept searching “As if my day can’t start off bad already”

“Hey you alright Blaze?” asked Sunset from behind him making him jump and bang his head on the top of his locker “Oops sorry”

“Ow I’m fine, what’s up?” asked Blaze rubbing his head

“Are you looking for this?” Asked Sunset as she handed him a small microchip

“Yea but where’d you find it?” asked Blaze

“You left it in the computer lab,” said Sunset

“Well thanks; shall we get going before my day can scrape away what little sanity i have left? The rest will meet us there,” said Blaze as they began to walk

“Might as well… but how are you?” asked Sunset with a hint of worry

“You either mean my quote on quote “date” or what’s been happening recently?” said Blaze as Sunset nodded “Well the first one went very well and I only needed to hit myself in the head a dozen times” as Blaze smiled “the second well you tell me”

“Well considering only me and the others believe you I’m guessing not well?” said Sunset with a fake laugh and Blaze sighed as Sunset felt bad that even his Best friend doesn’t believe him “Hey I’m still trying to earn people’s trust so don’t worry you're not alone in this, trust me i know,”

“Thanks but I think I’ll be fine,” said Blaze as he smiled “Anywho the Fall Formal that’s happening will hopefully take my mind off this”

"Hopefully; even KAI’s staying quiet for the time being and not even a word from Neckros…"

*Location Halls 12:05 PM*

As Blaze made his way to lunch he felt like someone was watching him then he noticed his way was blocked and even the way he came by one of the people who convinced the others that Blaze was a fake.

He was Clockwork, again Blaze really didn’t care for the guy after the last time but he didn’t have a choice this time

“Hey Blaze going somewhere?” asked Clockwork sarcastically

“Yes but I’m having a hard time getting there with the way being blocked,” said Blaze as he stay perfectly calm “So please move and I will be one my way”

“No last I checked your nothing but I liar so why should i listen to you? Get on your knees and ask for me to move again” said Clockwork as he laid a hand on Blaze shoulder

“The nerve of this weakling calling you a liar, I could take care of him but I think that’s too good for him!” said Neckros maliciously in Blaze head

Blaze stood there as he glanced around and saw Twilight, Applejack and Rainbow standing in the crowd with worried expressions but Applejack was holding Dash back slightly

“No because I'm not your mother last night,” said Blaze firmly as he stared at Clockwork making him furious

“No; you think you can get a say in this?!” shouted Clockwork as he began to push down on Blaze’s shoulder but Blaze didn’t move an inch

“Well either that or i must be in a delusional coma,” said Blaze his voice dangerously low “Or what bile you speak must be bullshit”

“Ok then you- ahh!” said Clockwork before he was tripped up and kicked away “You fuck”

Blaze then turned to see a knuckle duster landing on his left arm as he felt it crack and fell back but then everyone including Clockwork dispersed as Vice-principle Luna came down the hall. Blaze then turned and made his way down the hall as he clenched his arm in pain and anger

“Hey Blaze wait!” said Twilight as she grabbed his jacket but he pulled away “Are you alright?”

“Oh yes just peachy now leave me alone,” said Blaze as he gritted his teeth.

“Hey now hold up, your injured so let us help” said Applejack as Blaze turned his head with a straight face but his eyes glared at them making them feel smaller in comparison

“Leave. Me. Be” said Blaze with anger as he headed for a flight of stairs

Blaze then made his way up to the top of the school and headed to the wall overlooking the front of the school that gave a great view of the town. He sat there and sighed as he just faced up towards the clear sky

“Why I decided to stay in this world his beyond me,” said Blaze as he pinched the bridge of his nose

“You know I still wonder that myself,” said KAI “And yes I decided to pitch into the conversation now of all times”

“Well at least you won’t almost break my arm,” said Blaze sarcastically “still I wish I could just be left alone”

“Well then how would we help our Friend,” said Dash as she walked over to Blaze and sat beside him

“You and the rest are very persistent,” said Blaze with a sigh of defeat

“Tell me why you’re now avoiding us?” said Dash with a serious tone

“Because if I do you all won’t be dragged down with me, that I hate getting people involved in my affairs” said Blaze as he faced her

“Well that’s what best friends do we get involved and help fix the problem, so let me help at least, because if you don’t become your old self, things are going to get pretty boring,” said Dash as she lightly punched Blaze’s shoulder as he smiled

“Ok- fine then you win,” said Blaze as he held his arms up defensively “Thanks, Dash and awww does someone miss me being annoying?” Blaze said sarcastically trying not to laugh

“Oh well I can’t just let my best friend mope around,” said Dash as he blushed slightly “Now shall we go?”

“Sure” responded Blaze as they began to walk “Just like old times?”

“Yes but It was more me being awesome if I remembered,” said Dash with a hint of pride only to have It shattered as Blaze pinched the bridge of her nose “OW!”

“Yes because me and the rest weren’t also there hmm?” teased Blaze as he let go

“Hey you guys helped” argued Dash but saw the look that Blaze had that said- Ok keep telling yourself that Skittles

Later that day none of them saw Blaze, this got the 7 of them talking and thinking of ideas to help Blaze cope with the situation. As they sat and talked by the statue Dash took notice of Xelor walking with Raiden as they talked.

Dash then walked over to them, grabbing their attention

“Oh hey what’s up Dash?” asked Raiden “You need something?”

“Yes I need you Xelor!” she said pointing a finger at him and at this point Raiden walked off

“You’re on your own mate!” he shouted as he left Xelor behind            

“So what do you need me for? And no I’m not getting involved in one of your schemes” he warned as he narrowed his eyes

“No I need you to help me and AJ fix Blaze,” she said but knew what was coming next

“Why should I help him? After what he did!” he growled

“Look Xelor your his best friend and you're the only one i can really trust to bring him around, that and for the last two weeks Blaze as been the complete opposite of himself, Please help us?” begged Dash as Xelor sighed

“Fine but if your plan fails I’m out!” he said crossing his arms

“Sure thing! And thanks” she said in a less harsh tone

“So we movin out?” asked Applejack as she jumped off the statue and Dash nodded in agreement

*Location Blaze’s home*

The 3 of them stood in front of a two-story house making it more noticeable and as they knocked on the door it opened and a voice rang out from in the house

“Come in you three I’ll tell Blaze you’re here,” said KAI

“Um ok?” said Xelor confused at the voice’s presence

They soon found their way into a basic layout of a living room as they heard talking coming from outside.

They all approached a massive set of glass windows/doors overlooked a garden with a fountain and river surrounding a smooth stone area in the center and what stood there was Blaze as he held a Bo staff in his right arm and had his shirt off as he talked to himself. Whilst he did this a glowing body in front of him deconstructed but all of them were wondering what it was as it seemed to smile back at them with a huge grin

“Yo KAI Deactivate Necro program,” he said as a construct of Neckros disappeared “Seriously Neckros even as a construct your bloody difficult to beat”

“What can i say it’s a perk” Said Neckros through Blaze’s mouth

“Done and also you have people staring at you,” KAI said as Blaze turned to see Dash, AJ and surprisingly Xelor and he swore he could see a tint of red on AJ and Dash’s faces

“So what brings you here?” said Blaze as he somehow appeared beside them with a shirt on as he crossed his arms

“Well, um we came here to prove to Xelor that you’re not a liar” explained Dash as Blaze just stared blankly

“Well I appreciate it but if he does not want to believe me, that’s fine,” said Blaze as he sat down “But i am curious...”

“Look Blaze i… I’m sorry it’s just-” stuttered Xelor but was stopped

“Look I said its fine, you’re my best friend and trust me I've been through worse than this, but what did you have in mind to convince him?” asked Blaze as he leaned forward and rested his head on his hands

“Well you know how where able to pony-up when we play music now?” explained Applejack, Blaze nodded “Well we were thinking it might work for you if you give it a try”

“Well even with a super computer built in me I can’t play,” said Blaze simply

“I can but your bloody hand won’t sync!” KAI said as he swore he heard him grunt

“How about singing?” offered Xelor “I’ve heard you sing in the past and you are very good”

“Well I haven’t sung in years…” admitted Blaze “But… I’ll give it a shot”

“Awesome!” cheered Dash

“Right then KAI activate speakers,” asked Blaze

“Done and which song?” asked KAI through the camera in the corner he could see Xelor’s baffled look “And yes I am real, dumbass!”

“Yes forgot to mention KAI can be insulted so watch it” Blaze warned as the camera seemed to glare at Xelor

“Oh um sorry just processing,” said Xelor as he rubbed his temples “So I guess you’re A.I is real?”

Blaze nodded as he waited for the song to start

“Um I got it put this one on” said Blaze as he closed his eyes and felt the beat hitting his eardrums as he waited to sing

Blaze kept singing without missing a beat as he felt pure joy enter his body then he felt it, the same energy when fighting well anything he finds destructible rushing through his body. His Hair grew slightly longer, followed by metal wings and a black tail as he gently floated to the ground as the song ended.

Blaze finished singing as his pony appendages disappeared and he was applauded by his friends “Well?” said Blaze as he blushed slightly from embarrassment

“Amazing,” they all said in unison

“Well i guess that answers your question of i can sing very well, so what now?”

*Location Changeling base*

“Are your men nearly finished with it?” asked the robot

“Yes we are preparing its gravity amplifiers,” said a changeling gang member as he stared uneasily at the bot

“Good the master does not want to waste his time with you pathetic humans,” said the bot with some disgust

“Yes well that person you mentioned before will he be a problem?” asked the member suspiciously

“Blaze will not be a problem he and his friends have no way of travelling to this dimension” responded the bot before saying one last thing before leaving the room “And the master said nothing about the subject only to help you weak minded people” and with that it left

*Location Blaze’s Home*

As they four friends sat and talked mainly Blaze explaining more about KAI and the whole fighting ring of his which helped straighten things out as well as confuse Xelor more.

“So that thing was who?” asked Xelor still wrapping his head around it but Blaze seemed unnerved by the question and simply said

“The last thing you want to see or tick off” this sent chills down their spines until Blaze said happily “Anywho i think you should all be heading on your way, I've got things to do before the party thing tonight at the school”

They nodded as they proceeded to walk but Blaze stopped Dash and at this point Blaze just kept repeating in his head “Don’t Fuck up”

“Hey what’s up?” Dash asked as Blaze did his best not to turn red... it was a lot of work

“So, um Rainbow i was wondering if you would... if you would want to go to the party with me?” at this point he was about to break as he felt he would shatter if touched but what he got was a large smile for her and a unexpected hug and then... he shattered

“Yes, totally, but yeah i would like to,” she said as she too tried not to blush

“Cool then see tonight then?” he said and she nodded and once Dash left he collapsed

“Shall i get the bat?” KAI asked as Blaze quickly got to his feet

“No, no I'm good” he said trying not to sound in distress “Well that was painful”

As Applejack, Dash and Xelor walked Dash thought to herself

“Well that went well, but slightly painful, i almost broke”

Then Dash noticed the grin on both Xelor and Applejack’s faces and she sighed

“You both saw didn’t you?” she said in defeat as they both nodded making her shrink more and more “I hate you guys”

“What are friends for?” They said in unison

*Location High School*

It was night time and people in either pairs or groups began walking into the school and most of them were quite freshened up in comparison to Blaze who sat on the steps in his usual get up and waited until the rest arrive. Eventually they did and to Blaze’s surprise Xero was actually good looking for once instead of a hippy. But then Blaze’s felt something inside him snap when he saw Dash as she wore the same dress from the fall formal.

“Hey guys about time you showed up,” Blaze said as the rest joined him

“Yes well we were all mostly surprised by Xero looking... good for once,” said Medic and Xero responded with a hey and a punch to his shoulder

“You can’t blame Medic Xero you most of the time look well... bad” Blaze said trying to sound less harsh

“Still why aren’t looking well... smart or at least different?” Rarity said trying not to sound harsh

“Oh give me a sec, KAI now” with that KAI made Blaze’s clothing then distorted and soon he was in a black suit with a red shirt and tie and they all just stared in awe “Done”

“Well that’s helpful” Sam said as he poked his clothing “You think it will change if i poke it?”

“No because i would have hit you by now but i’m feeling happy so you’re lucky” Blaze warned and Sam backed off

“Just wondering,” he said putting his hands up defensively

As they headed in Blaze hung back a bit with Dash and he tried once again to not shatter

“Wow Dash you look... well awesome,” Blaze said making her red slightly

“Well same back to you” she responded and Blaze smiled “Except you cheated”

“Wait now how did i cheat?” he asked

“You can just change in an instant and i had to deal with Rarity for hours,” She said narrowing her eyes as she tried not to laugh as Blaze tried to come up with anything

“Well, i-i-i um...” Blaze tried to think of something but failed horribly

“You’re dead mate it’s been a good ride!” shouted Xelor as he laughed

“Universe, I hate you...”  Blaze thought to himself

As the night went by Blaze and the rest would either dance or talk amongst themselves and thanks to having an A.I in his head dancing was easier considering Blaze is more of a fighter than a dancer for obvious reasons. But even though he was enjoying himself he felt something off, like he was begin watched.

“Hey Blaze what’s wrong?” asked Dash as she broke his train of thought

“Oh nothing it's just i have this feeling where i know something has or is going to happen,” he said as he looked around

“So like Pinkie?” she said and Blaze nodded “Well that might explain why she was acting odd and i mean odder than normal Pinkie”

“Wait Pinkie’s sense acted up!?” Blaze asked in alarm

“Yes... Why?” Dash was now confused  

Blaze ignored her and then took notice of Clockwork but the people he was around weren’t with him, in fact Blaze instantly stopped and ran in his direction.

“Clockwork duck!” yelled Blaze as he shoved him aside

“What’s your-“ he paused as Blaze was assaulted with a dozen slashes from a hooded figure then that’s when people moved back and some screamed as Blaze fell to the ground in pain.

“Ah, son of a Bitch!” Blaze cursed as he fell in a heap

“You know i didn’t think you would have spotted me that fast Blaze,” said a voice that made in shift back as the cloak was removed reviling those soulless yellow eyes and blue hair but something was different. Then he not struck with fear but rather annoyed.

Indigo was relatively the same besides from wearing boots with heels but her left arm, right eye and leg were cybernetic and her face showed less emotion besides her psychotic grin. She was nothing but a puppet.

“Really? Reverse cybernetics... that’s just sad” Blaze said with an unamused look only to be kicked flying by her new leg causing him to gasp

“That copyrighting waste of life!” KAI yelled in Blaze’s head “That’s my job to rip off others!”

“What after the pain you put me through i had to upgrade and don’t worry i brought friends” she then snapped her fingers and 20 bots appeared and a crack showed on the wall Indigo stood by

“Oh, you got to be kidding me?” Blaze said with a groan

“Who the fuck is that?” Clockwork asked as him and Dash stood by Blaze

“The last person you want to know and trust me she makes you look normal” Clockwork just stood there in fear for once

“Blaze i thought she was gone,” Dash said with a hint of fear

“No she is gone, whatever is in front of us is just another bot in my way,” he said as he ignored his injuries

“Now that i have your power i can do what you do and that’s open rifts thanks to The Master” she then laughed like a madman or woman in this case

“Who’s that?” Twilight asked

“Your master the one- oh sorry he wants to meet you in person but sadly that would have to be from beyond the grave only after i skin you all,” she said maliciously

“What. The. Fuck” Blaze, Neckros and KAI thought in unison

“The master wants us to take care of him Indigo and for you to work on the rift,” said one of the bots

“Yes, fine then... LET THE SLAUGHTER BEGIN!!!” she screamed as the bots drew their weapons and approached people making them try to run anywhere but some couldn’t from fear as they waited to be slaughtered

Blaze sat on the ground shaking slightly as Dash and Clockwork kneeled beside him and the others just watched in horror. Blaze was covered in cuts from the attack but he just smirked and before the bots could mobilize Blaze rushed forward and smashed his fist through a bot as his arm and its body sparked until Blaze threw it away from the crowd of people, but then Blaze turned to be met with a fist to the face, followed by a roundhouse kick from another bot that sent him rolling to the ground.

The hall was dead as the night but a small suddle laugh filled the room. All of it was coming from Blaze as he began to stand up as he wiped the blood off the side of his mouth then he stopped laughing and just smiled at the small army.

“You know i spent the last two weeks dealing with people calling me a faker and an attention seeker but this, this right here is what i needed... a lot of bots to send to hell” Blaze gave them a cold stare as he continued “Girls make sure everyone stays at a safe distance”

“Wait what are you going to do against an army?” Dash asked as she saw him turn and he smiled

“Get Reckless” and with that his suit distorted and became his usual attire his left side held a black holster and his left eye and leg and right arm uncloaked reviling his cybernetics “Ahh much better i hate hiding my weapons makes me feel.. Wrong” then a voice ringed out as Blaze brought his arm up

“Blaze i would like to inform you that the update is ready to go,” KAI said

“Just in time, shall we test it?” Blaze asked as KAI agreed then Blaze’s body began to glow blue as gridded lines ran across his body and his armor began to form but the metal gave off a red sheen and his sides, chest, upper arms and backs of his legs were plated with red metal and over his eyes was a red visor. He then upholstered his blade reviling its multicoloured design as he stood his stance and the bots did the same.

“Now then...who's first in line and please don’t be shy,” Blaze said sarcastically as the surrounded him then Indigo chimed in

“Oh please why help these pathetic lowlifes?” she hissed and Blaze under his visor rolled his eyes

“And here goes the why save the people who betrayed you speech”

“They have treated you like dirt, and what if they still think this is an act then what? You just hide behind that smile and pretend that everyday is fine when really after Omega you have been in pain, the pain of never resting and always putting your life on the line, so tell me why hide it?” at this Blaze’s smile was gone

“Blaze is that true? Have you been lying?” Twilight asked as she felt his worry from where she stood but then saw him smile again

“You see that’s why people like you loose! You think you can break me but you can’t! yes everytime I'm putting my life on the line i ask myself those questions... but then i remember why i do this... if i don’t then whose going to stop you... so bring it on, You, Bitch!” at this point Blaze was glowing and he waited

“Now Then...Battle scene commence!”

5 bots charged Blaze and he stood still then he began to glow, they got only inches from him as he leaped into the air and grew his metal wings, his hair grew slightly and his tail appeared and then dropped like a rock and crushed a bot under his feet “Well that happened but i would like to keep my hair thank you”

The other 4 charged again and Blaze slid around one blade as he swiftly cut its arm off followed by its head, Blaze then back flipped as another blade *whooshed* past and he cut the bot down the middle. He then drew *vengeance* as he blocked a blade as it shattered on impact and Blaze turned to his left as a bots blade impaled the other and Blaze spun as he cut that bot’s head off also then magnetised his two blades to his feet as he dropped kicked two bots in front of him and impaled them both.

He then felt something connect with his back but he turned and X slashed the bot as it fell to sparking pieces of scrap.

“Sorry but this is resistant to bullshit backstabs,” Blaze said with a hint of sarcasm

“Grr kill that thing! kill it, kill it, kill it!!!” yelled Indigo as the other bots besides two left through a portal “Cowards!”

The two then connected their blades with Blaze’s as sparks flew

“So tell me, can bots feel pain?” asked Blaze as they looked at each other and nodded but then felt the pain in slow motion with great intensity as they fell to the ground in half “Cool just wondering”

The hall was then filled with cheers as people rallied at the victory but it was short lived as they gasped at the sight and Blaze turned and smiled weakly at the massive hulking thing. The Bot was at least 15 feet tall it was armoured like a medieval knight and its face was nothing but a black void behind the face plate it then spoke

“I am Prototype Fl-0437 or Flamar and you have forfeited your life to me,” it said in a deep robotic voice

“And i have decided to revoke my death sentence thank you, goodbye,” Blaze said nervously

“Bloody hell, has this guy been juicing?”

Blaze then holstered his black blade and punched it with enough force to send it back only inches as Blaze’s body rang out like a drum as he dropped his blade and clutched his head in pain, Blaze then noticed it bringing its arm towards him as Blaze lifted a bench in front of him

“Protect me bench!” he said but the arm smashed right through and the rigging sound was replaced with a bone crushing punch to his chest as his body rattled as he rolled into the ground.

Blaze then struggled to get up as his body began to resist the vibrations but then he saw a shadow loom over him as he was crushed under a massive hand and once lifted he laid there, unmoving as his body survived thanks to the new armor.

“How am i supposed to fight something i can’t even hurt?”

“I think i have an idea but it will require a boost of energy” responded KAI

“Yes let me get right on that” groaned Blaze as thought he heard voices then came back to reality

“Get away from him!” yelled someone followed by others

“Yea you piece of scrap!”

                                                      “Burn in hell you freaks!”                              “Get up Blaze!”

                                    “Kick his Ass!”                                      “Get Up!”

     “Get up!”                                             “You’re better than that tin can!”

The words fed Blaze as he began to rise and some began to cheer as his broken body lifted itself. He then began to glow as he felt a warm energy pulsing around every point of his body as he grabbed his blade and stood his ground.

“Come On! I’m Right Here! You want to get to anyone of my friends you’re going to have to go through me!!!” yelled Blaze as the heat radiated until his appearance began to change. His hair and tail gained a strand of red and his metal hands and feet gained a glow of red with tiny blades dotted around the area, his visor disappeared as his eyes were both red and at the sides of them burned with small flames wisped off his eyes and he felt a lot stronger but not as strong as if he was in his other form.

“What’s this?!” shouted Indigo

“Error: unknown power detected” Flamar stated  

“RP for the win boy!” Blaze retorted as another fist came hurtling at him as the Beast tried to hit him but missed as Blaze flew up “KAI chain attachment!”

“Acknowledged” KAI responded as Blaze gained a holographic chain around his arm as it connected with the blade

He then began swinging his blade as he shot it forward and as the blade strained against the beast’s gravity field it broke through and left a slash across its chest and it roared in pain as it ran forward and Blaze slid under its legs as the blade dug into its leg and as Blaze pulled it crumbled to the ground then he leaped up and shot the blade into its back but as Blaze tried yanking his sword out he was swung around until being smashed into a beam and as he fell, was punched into a wall.

Blaze then felt two hands begin to compress him as Flamar began to literally flatten Blaze. Blaze pushed with all his might to stop the bot’s arms but inch by inch he got closer to becoming a puncake. Blaze then managed to push himself out as the clap of hands echoed and Blaze landed and at this point his suit was sparking.

“Alright, then Rainburst!” shouted Blaze as he shot forward in a blaze of colors and began drilling into the mech’s chest as the metal screeched until Blaze shot right through its body and the beast fell to its knees and was engulfed in a mass of flames.

Before Blaze and the others could celebrate a resounding shattering glass sound echoed and everyone faced the wall Indigo stood by as the wall seemed to crack and shatter reviling a very familiar place to some. It was facing the town square as people and ponies stared at each other as most ponies cleared out and some people ran also. Then Blaze and the Hu-mane 6 see the mane 6.

“Wait Blaze is that you!?” asked pony Applejack in shock

“What’s happening Blaze!?” shouted Rarity as she looked at her pony self

“Really can you go one day without being in a life threaten situation?” Dark Oak asked as he came through the portal

“Yes well, when aren’t i in a situation like this?” Blaze asked as they agreed “Look we’ll talk later, you guys and Twilight use a teleportation spell to disrupt the portal to close it!” Twilight then jumped through to join them “alright you 5 help clear most people away from the portal alright?” they nodded as Pinkie and Pinkie mimicked each other through the portal “Pinkie’s!” they halted “Help!” they saluted and got to work

“Was the mirror pool not enough!?” yelled a distant voice

“You’re running low on time Blaze what do you hope to do?” Indigo hissed as she drew her daggers

“Well first off you’re flat out insane, you know that right, like it’s not just me hearing her hiss?” Blaze said worryingly before smiling “Let’s Dance!”

“Hmm well then let the battle for both worlds commence,” said a ghostly voice

*Location High school/ Ponyville*

Blaze and Indigo charged at each other as their weapons clashed and they begun to slash away at each other like killers. Blaze managed to strike her across the face but that only seemed to make her smile more as she kicked Blaze in the gut and soon teleported behind him and tripped him up and brought her foot down on his face.

Blaze then jumped up and brought a leg down but was blocked by her blades, as he back flipped and kicked a piece of wood at her to distract her as Blaze tackled her upwards and smashed her into a support beam only to have her punch him in the side of the head, but Blaze wrapped his legs around Indigo and swung her into the cold surface below.

“The reason you can’t win is because you’re missing something” Blaze grunted as she kept hitting him deeper into the human-sized hole

Before she could answer she was met with a punch to the face by a blue hologram as it lifted Blaze up

“What is that thing?!” she shouted but noticed the entity turn red and fire a pulse blast from his palm which sent her flying

“I am not a thing! My name is KAI! And let the power of pain compel you!” he yelled before disappearing

“So that’s why you never tick KAI off,” Xelor said in understanding

Blaze then whistled as he jumped back to avoid another bombardment of slashes. Both Pinkies’s brought out party cannons as Blaze jumped into one. Indigo then stepped into Equestria and began trying to stop the others as they avoid her attacks and kept working with magic, and then Indigo heard Blaze yelled.

“Waka, Waka!!!” as the cannon shot him forward, his legs outstretched then as he passed through he became his pony form and connected his two hooves with Indigo as she fell back, then she saw he landed in the next cannon as it was shot but she slashed frantically but hit nothing and then the sky above her became grey as she saw Blaze kick the cloud and a bolt of lightning conducted of Indigo’s blades, shattering them and shocking her as she then felt a metal leg smash and break her metal leg as she fell back through the portal.

Blaze then stood as a human as he held his blade ready to attack with a smug grin which just made Indigo angrier then she notice the portal shrinking as Twilight came back through.

“Blaze i managed to collapse the portal!” Twilight shouted as Blaze nodded

“It’s over Indigo, give up!” Blaze shouted as he lowered his guard "Its not too late to leave this all behind, please"

“No! I won’t lose to you!” Indigo yelled as her hand began to channel yellow energy as she then shot a beam forward “Die, Die, Die, Die ,DIE!!!”

Blaze then held his blade in front of him and began channelling the energy into his blade, it hummed as the blade began to glow with power then Blaze shot a crescent energy wave back at her and soon Indigo had a massive slash mark on her chest but she didn’t care and kept firing shot after shot but soon Blaze was only a foot away and Indigo was covered in slash marks and began coughing up blood.

Before she could attack once more her cybernetic arm was severed. By then the portal was nothing but a small human sized void and Blaze looked into Indigo’s fearful eyes as she began shaking.

“Please, no I'm sorry, don’t hurt me please, he forced me into doing this” she begged as Blaze sighed and put a hand on her shoulder and then before she could react she felt nothing but pain as Blaze stabbed her through the gut

“Sorry but you had your chance, your nothing but a hollow shell,” he said coldly as he kicked her through the portal as it shut completely and Blaze reverted to normal as he holstered his blade then everyone began cheering and talking amongst themselves as the Hu-mane 6 joined Blaze.

“I promise you this Indigo I’ll kill him for you”

“Well, that happened?” Blaze laughed as he then saw Clockwork walk over with a look of shame on his face

“Hey... Blaze look I'm sorry for everything, i get it if you don’t want to forgive me, i was well out of line” Then he was surprised when Blaze smiled at him

“I forgive you,” Blaze said simply as his other friends joined him and soon Xelor began to yell

“What!? how can you just forgive him after what he did?!” shouted Xelor as Clockwork shrunk

“Because i believe in second chances and Clockwork I hope you can save yourself next time, plus i don’t hold grudges so... yea” at this Clockwork smiled and laughed with Blaze “Now I think we odda get back to the party” responded Blaze as Pinkie smiled brightly and fired off a party cannon and the party commenced again

“Hey, why don’t we make this party 20% cooler by playing? I mean we have been practising for that band competition coming up and Blaze doesn’t even need to practise we can just sing” Dash suggested as some of them began to nod in agreement

“Hey, I'm up for it if you all are?” Blaze responded to the group as they talked amongst themselves

“You sure you can handle standing in front of so many?” asked Rarity

“I just fought a small army, a massive beast, and a nut job... i think i can handle singing in front of people at this point,” Blaze said with a hint of annoyance

“Let’s kick this party up a notch!” shouted Pinkie

As the night went on people began to disperse as the night was coming to a close. But as Twilight along with the girls and boys began to leave they noticed that Blaze was missing.

“Hey Twilight where’s Blaze?” asked Raiden as the other then noticed he was nowhere in sight

“I think he said he left early but he never told me why” she answered

“Well then I'm sure he had a good reason” responded Xero

*Location Blaze’s home*

Blaze stepped into his home as KAI activated the lights and as soon as Blaze shut the door he fell to his knees as he held his side as blood made itself clear as it stained his shirt, giving it a different shade of red and then he shakily made his way to his feet

“That was very stupid of you” KAI responded, “Shall i get the bandages?” Blaze nodded

“Heh I said i would make it till we were all done and so i did,” Blaze said with a smirk as he made his way into the kitchen “Still she said...”

Blaze then sat there as he patched himself up and thought about what she said

“You just hide behind that smile and pretend that everyday is fine when really after Omega you have been in pain, the pain of never resting and always putting your life on the line, so tell me why hide it?”

“The reason doesn’t matter the only thing that matters is that i beat you and now I’ll be coming for your master” Blaze mumbled to himself

“Master the girl has failed and-,“Said a bot with a worried look

“Good” was all the voice said as its large hand held an eye between its large white claws but the rest of its body was concealed in the darkness as the sound of water dripping from the ceiling of the cave echoed

“But sir i don’t understand,” said the bot in confusion

“Don’t worry... everything is going according to plan,” said the thing as the eye glowed “The past is history, the present is nothing and the Future is now set...”
