The sound of crackling electricity filled the air between two figures. Before the sparks flying from their swords grew too intense they both leapt back, skidding several meters in the dirt.

"Dammit. This is bad." One of the figures spoke over his shoulder. "Twilight, how's our exit looking?"

"Not good Ethan." A third figure replied from another room. "I've already emptied the reactors of nine rifles and I'm not seeing much effect. We might have to use our engine units."

"But we've got your experimental's on right now, we have no idea what they'd do." Ethan gawked incredulously.

"Do you have any better idea's?" Twilight responded. "My nanoshift is running low too."

"I still have my mirage blast, but I can't clear a path with it and destroy the branch's mainframe with one charge." He sighed. "What's the restriction number on these engines?"

"Restriction zero zero zero."

"Zero zero zero?"

"Yeah.. all prototypes use restriction zero zero zero, it's the strongest one we have."
