Celestia had a wonderful life; ponies who cared about her, a loving sister, and a kingdom of her own. Sure, it was a lot of responsibility for one mare, but she knew how to handle it for the sake of Equestria.

Never before had she thought it could all be taken away so quickly. With a simple stroke, Celestia found herself in a land above the heavens and a place of rest and peace.

But Celestia couldn't rest knowing she had to be there for her subjects. Could she really move on from her old life, everything she left behind, and the ponies that grieved for her?
