At that moment, the three Dazzlings appeared from the different sides of Toxigo, all singing along in perfect harmony, agreeing with him that there is no other option they have to stop the Queen.

Soon Toxigo began moving away from them, and the 6 girls that were singing along with him, had to do their best to keep everyone away from him so they didn't get hurt.

Toxigo:

Adagio and Indigo then had to try their hardest to keep Sunset from charging right after Toxigo, and soon Twilight and Flash had to hold onto her to keep her from chasing him.

Soon Tox stood facing the Queen with a grim but determined expression.

Tox: And now winning this war depends on me...

And with that line, Tox held his hands onto the Amulet, and began absorbing the energy from Chrysalis's heart, and she started becoming dizzy constantly nearly falling over just trying not to fall, and Tox began feeling the surge inside his heart.

Tox: And what gates might open if she tries to take it...

"Tox! No!!!!" Sunset yelled trying to charge after only to be held back by Twilight.

Tox had absorbed enough energy now his ears transformed back into pony form, and his hair extended back out, and his wings formed. But some bad things started to happen, he saw parts of the metal on his arm were starting to fire right off, a laser started firing from his non functional eye, and his left synthetic ear just exploded into nothing but spare parts.

Tox: And my friendship's all I really want to see...

Chrysalis had fallen down due to the pain of all the energy absorbed from her system. Weakly and slowly, she opened her green eyes to face Toxigo still glowing with the energy inside his body.

"Why... save... me? You know...there's no saving yourself...."

Toxigo faced her with one eye glowing due to the power, while the other one kept firing another laser beam.

"Because I don't want myself saved. I want my friends safe, and that means keeping you safe from the power overload."

"You knew I was going to die?"

Tox gave a nod replying to her question.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"Would you have believed me?" Tox asked.

Chrysalis sadly shook her head no, and Tox forced himself to float up into the air, and more energy beams kept blasting from him. Cracks of shining green and yellow were forming on his chest, and pieces that were falling off were firing off energy. His eye kept blasting laser beams, more bits of metal started falling off, and he began screaming in pain.

The group started to run back towards the CHS Shadowbolt, and had to keep their best to not get emotional during the sight of one of their friends possibly going to die.

"Don't look, just keep going!" Rainbow yelled.

"No! I have to save him!" Sunset teared as she tried to run back but kept getting pulled back by Flash.

"We can't save him, he wanted us out of here for a reason!" Flash yelled.

They were about to keep running, but they noticed King Sombra had stopped partway and was slowly moving towards the area where Tox was gonna die.

"Where are you going?" Princess Twilight asked.

"Twilight, I have made mistakes being in this world. Many mistakes. Mistakes I cannot undo, or take back. I think its only fitting that I stay with my son and die along with him. Besides, I can create a shield strong enough to keep the explosion inside Canterlot so it won't take all of you with it. Just get out as fast as you can!"

Princess Twilight simply nodded and everyone ran right onto the CHS Shadowbolt. Celestia made a quick count for everyone, and confirmed everyone was all accounted for.

"Punch it, Sentry!" Indigo shouted.

Flash slammed his foot against the gas pedal in the cabin, and the turbos fired off moving them away from the city. They had to fly through parts of the city that were exploding from the several amounts of fire, and the changelings that were bursting through. After making their way through the smoke, they were nearly clear from the city of Canterlot, and they could look back to see a giant red energy bubble form over the entire city, making it clear Sombra had kept his word.

In the medic ward, the beds kept on shaking, and Indigo and Flare had moved quickly down below to disconnect the IV units, and they held onto Lemon and Sour in their arms, and Sour had woken up from all of the shaking and loud crashing.

"Hey, what's happening!?" Sour shouted.

"Its okay! Just stay calm, and you'll be alright!" Indigo replied.

Sugarcoat somehow made it into the ward, trying her best not to fall, held onto the sides, and Indigo grabbed her hand, and the 5 of them pulled themselves together on a wall, and held onto it as more of the ship shook as Flash was attempting to get them out of the area. They looked out the window, and in a few moments--

KABOOM!!!!!

The explosion shook the ship, and it nearly knocked everyone to the sides. Flash managed to keep the ship stable, and noticed the explosion that only stayed inside the bubble. So, he hit a button which he spoke over the PA system.

"We're okay. The explosion stayed inside the bubble, it didn't make it with us." Flash spoke.

Rainbow looked out the window seeing the damage along with Applejack, both them disheartened to see the explosion.

"Well... its over." Applejack stated.

Inside the medical ward, Lemon slowly woke up after the explosion, and slowly opened her eyes to adjust to the light. After smacking her lips and yawning, she met eye to eye with Indigo right with her.

"In... Indy?"

"Hey Lemon. How you feeling?" Indigo asked as she pulled Lemon closer.

"Alright, I guess. Did, did we win?"

"Yeah.... we won."

Lemon then slightly moved her head to see the spandex tight Shadowbolt suit Indigo had on and looked back up to her eyes.

"Where'd you get the sexy spandex tights? Its kind of hot."

Indigo couldn't help but giggle slightly after hearing Lemon's comment. "I'd thought you say that."

Sour then looked around the room and where they were at.

"Where's... where's Tox?" Sour asked.

None of the three girls responded to her question, but instead stayed in silence

"Why aren't you saying anything?" Lemon asked. "Don't just stay slient, just tell us! Is he okay!?"

"Lemon, Sour, we have to tell you something. I'm sorry but... Tox sacrificed himself to save all of us, and all of Equestria." Flare replied in a gentle tone.

Lemon couldn't talk after hearing that response. She had just heard the guy they promised to make up to, had died to keep them alive, which made Lemon feel more guilty than ever before. All she could do was cry into Indigo's shoulder and Indigo held her in a tight embrace.
