Back in the collapsed, cave, Adagio was pulling her two stunned siblings over to the throne room, plus with some help from Chrysalis who was using her magic to help move them over. "Can't believe this, one shot, and they get stunned." Adagio complained.

"Their weaponry was supposed to counteract against our magic. More powerful that I had imagined it to be."

"Well how come you froze when that red-haired girl pointed one gun at you?"

"That type of weaponry can obliterate me. Whatever it was used to make it, and whatever it contains can take us down. We don't want to be down early in our conquest for Equestria, now do we my dear Adagio?"

"Good point." At that very moment Aria and Sonata finally woke up from their stun chamber and got off from the dirt and pavement and stretched.

"Agh, how long have we been unconscious?" Aria asked.

"About thirty minutes." Chrysalis replied.

"Did we get any of them?" Sonata asked.

"Oh we did my dear Sonata. And all of them are trapped in the Realm of Darkness where they'll stay alive. Well, almost all of them."

Chrysalis cocked her head to the left to see Human Twilight held captive, as she was sitting on the ground while her feet and hands were trapped in the sticky green blob, and she had a gag wrapped around her mouth to silence her.

"I still beg to ask my dear Queen, why didn't you banish her into the same realm with the others?" Adagio asked.

"Because Ms Dazzle, everyone else has no use for me, she on the other hand has some much more use than I ever imagined. I took a look into her mind and have found the most interesting piece of information.." Chrysalis then started circling Twilight as she spoke, "Our little Twilight turned into the most horrifying being I could ever imagine, she had transformed into a she-demon properly named... Midnight Sparkle..."

Twilight's face shown she was absolutely scared of the thought that could be forming inside the Queen's head.

"What's the point here Chrysalis?" Aria grumbled.

"The point being is that we're going to have her, help us... by transforming her into the very nightmare that continues to haunt her to this very day."

"And just how are we going to do that? In case you haven't noticed our powers do not work in that manner." Adagio asked with some concern.

"I am well aware of that Adagio... that is why I am calling forth someone who can do it...."

At that moment, Chrysalis fired a beam into the ground which opened up a portal that kept on blowing air into the cavern, then out of nowhere, several figures appeared. Ponies that looked like they would be soldier ponies with dark and evil knight armor appeared, along with another pony that the Dazzlings had never seen before. This pony was a dark gray stallion, with purple florescent flames steaming from his green jeweled eyes, with a red horn, a cape, and several amounts of armor on him.

"I... have returned.... Wait, where am I? How am I alive? I died..." The stallion said while rubbing the side of his head, only to turn to see Chrysalis.

"Chrysalis you old warmonger, its been so long since I've seen you. You look absolutely stunning..."

"Why thank you Sombra you old nightmare." Chrysalis responded.

This pony that she had brought back was King Sombra, an enemy of Princess Celestia back from 1000 years ago. The Dazzlings however had never heard of King Sombra for they were banished into the human world and so they never saw King Sombra before.

"I must apologize my good Queen, but I beg to ask, who is this King Sombra?"

"Well my dear Dazzlings, I was once the ruler of the Crystal Empire, but alas I was defeated by Princess Celestia and her sister... And now I am back, I can reclaim the empire..."

"Now hold on my good king... I had summoned you back because I require your help..."

"And what do you propose in this deal?"

".... We all rule Canterlot, side by side, king and queen, and you take revenge for the death of your son..."

King Sombra gave a devilish smile and grin giving an indication that he was interested. "You've sparked my interest... now how shall we begin our attack?"

"First things first, I need you to do a little transformation spell on a prisoner of mine. Specifically... Make her the nightmare entity that she fears to this very day...."

"Very well." Sombra turned his attention to Human Twilight and his eyes glowed as he read her mind. "My, my, that is one horrifying she-demon. If I wasn't afraid, I'd be shaking in my hooves. Lets see about a little, remaking..."

Sombra fired a beam from his red sharp horn towards Twilight and raised her into the air, which she then started glowing with dark purple energy from her heart, which engulfed her whole, transforming her back into Midnight Sparkle.

"MUAHAHAHAHAA!!! I am back once again!" Midnight boomed.

"Excellent... Now with the sound of a siren's call, the changing bugs, an entity of fear, a she-demon, and a changeling queen, nothing can stop us now!"

"Hehehehehe... its so easy when you're evil..." Sombra replied.

At that moment, a light shined on him in the darkness, and music soon began to kick up, and he began singing.

Sombra's eyes glowed scary red once again, and he closed them in the darkness, finally finishing his song, and going to sleep, waiting for when they begin the attack on Canterlot, and all of Equestria.
