After the Overlord's tour in the dungeons, which was a place where he could spawn enemies to smite again, he and Starlight returned to the fields. After another summon from their minions, they went to the village, seeing the two villagers from earlier standing outside as the gate's opened.

"You saved us!" The prosecutor cheered "Our boys are safely home. Oh a fine job, my lord!"

"I never doubted you for a second!" The other added "We were just having a little fun with you earlier, no offense, eh?"

"None taken!" Starlight replied "I'm just gwad to see mowe fwiends!"

"Have your fellas move our barrier then go and have a tankard or two at 'The Happy Mule'," the first villager spoke again "It's on me!"

"DRINKS!?!?!?" The minions shouted in unison. Though the Overlord didn't want his minions to have too much fun, Starlight nodded at the remark. The Overlord sighed and dismissed his minions. The minions broke through the barrier and charged ahead to the Happy Mule, taking the tankards available on the table outside and drank wildly. Starlight was ready to join, but held onto her, shaking his head, easily telling her that's for adults only. She pouted and sat down, crossing her front legs across each other as if they were arms. A large man with noticeably darker skin came out of the mule with more tankards.

"Ah, it's nice to see folks enjoying themselves for a change." He commented with a cheerful smile "Quite a wild bunch, are they?"

"Vewy." Starlight replied "But who awe you?"

"Well missy, back home in Ruboria, I'm called Archibaldamius Methuselah Wobbleboard III."

"...That's quite the mouthfuww."

"Yes it is, but folks around here just call me 'Archie'."

"Much bettah! But... what's wong? Why awen't ouwa fwiends happy?"

"Well Missy-"

"My name's Stawight Gwimmah."

"...Well, Starlight, we've had some rough times; The Halflings have ransacked most of the farms and everyone's turned up in Spree... on my doorstep! They voted me mayor! I got the drinks, yeah, but no food to feed them. Look, I need some... uh... valiant knights to get us back the food that the halflings stole from us. Their village lies to the east; I bet they're keeping it there. Go on; full tummies for us equals fuller pockets for you, if you catch my drift."

"Wooks wike we need to get food fow owa fwiends." Her father nodded in agreement, heading east with their minions. They quickly slaughtered the Halfings behind the make-shift barricade and found another spell stone that Starlight learned easily just from observing it: Slow. The minions did their thing, taking the stone back and made a quick shortcut to the summoning area so Starlight's father could use it, much to their annoyance.

They looked over the ledge of a guarded cliff, after hearing some music playing.

"Wook! A pawty!" Starlight pointed out. Their minions chuckled, thinking she said something else but 'party'. Sure enough, there were some human prisoners serving to dancing and eating Halflings. They made their way down, but saw many Halflings guarding the area and another troll below, with the gate to the party shut tight, too strong for the Overlord to knockdown. With all enemies dead again, the Overlord saw that, though the homes of the Halflings were too small for him, only big for Starlight and the minions to enter, he noticed that one door was big enough for him to enter.

Guess we're taking this way then. He thought to himself. The minions opened the door for the two, and they entered.

Inside the only big door, laid the major home for a majority of the Halflings. Chaos ensued, as the minions crashed everything in their path while slaughtering the Halflings inside. Starlight joined the action, levitating small objects with her magic (much to the Overlord and Minion's surprise) and smashing them on the floor, laughing like any child would. The holes that Halflings entered from were quickly sealed by the Minions, along with huge rats released to kill more halflings (followed by the minions killing the rats), was the most fun Starlight had, enjoying the evil action she and the minions were having. The Overlord himself couldn't help but let out a loud laugh, seeing how much fun Starlight was having. They saved the local villagers trapped in a room, hearing that they were going against the Halfling Hero "Melvin Underbelly". Rest assured, they were rescued, and the group headed to the next room, seeing the way into the next was locked as the wheel to it was missing two spokes. Though they could've pushed it easily, not only was it going to take the minions forever to push it, but the contraption was locked.  

"This wodgeck makes no sense." Starlight complained. They headed to the left, seeing the largest pumpkin in the middle that made them all want to smash it... and they did. The Halflings came out to attack, but were defeated as well as their holes were clogged. The pumpkin revealed to have another one of the minion things, and minions took it. Starlight cheered when she found out that they were going to have a party of 15 friends. "The mowe, the mewweah!" More smashing, more Halfings killed, they eventually found the two spokes needed, turned the wheel, and entered the next room.

They entered what was the Halfling nesting hole, as tons of Halfling ate & drank inside. Not wanting all of their minions to die, both Overlord and Starlight figured to be sneaky: destroy the baskets filled with rats in them and let them cause the most damage to the halflings. It went off without a hitch, and the halflings were easily killed, along with any surviving rodent. The minions spinned the wheel and entered the next room; a large kitchen with multiple chefs around. The same tactic was used against the chefs.

"If it ain't bwoke, don't fix it." Starlight commented. They saw the food, all bundled up like a present. The Overlord made the minions spin the last wheel inside as well as carry the food out of the now opened door. They exited, only to see three villagers waiting.

"Oh, you've found it!" One of them spoke "Spree is saved! Thank you, Lord!"

"Of you could place the food over here, Lord," another spoke, pointing at the middle decoration "we shall take it to Spree."

"Come on, Daddy!" Starlight spoke "Wet's make owa fwiends happy! Happy fwiends equaws bettah wives!" Though she meant 'lives', this got the Overlord's interest.

Hm... maybe I could get a wife? He thought to himself And Starlight's gonna need a mother. Eh, for her, I guess. His minions dropped the food on the sign. The villagers cheered!

"Thank you, Lord!" One of them cheered "We'll get that gate outside open for you!"

"Yeah, and you can take down Melvin!" Another added.

"Get weady, Mevin," Starlight spoke "Stawight and Daddy awe coming fow you!"
