On the edge of the small town of Ponyville, Jason stood waiting for Manus and Kevin to arrive, standing near him were several pony and Caribou guards along with Rei, who was watching the man with great concern and guilt as Jason stared off into the Everfree forest.

“Ah there you are Jason” A voice called making the man turn to see the red eyed man who he was sent to help.

“Are we doing this?” Jason asked.

“Yea just everyone was looking for you after Luna upset you” Kevin said as Jason simply shrugged.

“She didn’t upset me… look lets just get this shit done than be alone” He said gaining a frown from Kevin.

“Trust me, you don’t want to be alone” Kevin said as he stepped forward and placed his hand on the taller man’s shoulder.

“Let’s just get this done” He said as he turned and walked off towards the demon’s home.

“Hey wait Jason, what did you do to think that you are a monster” Kevin asked as he walked beside the winged man.

“That is not something i wish to talk about” He said to the man as the pair reached the manor and walked to the entrance, where they were quickly stopped by Luna and Celestia.

“Jason i wish to apo…” Luna started only for the man to teleport passed them and into the house. “...logize”

“Ah Jason there you are, ready?” Manus said to his friend.

“I need weapons and new armour and also we need and plan for battle and also i need to know everything about this guy and also his connection to everything here” He said as he removed his shredded armour and dumped in on the ground before stretching his wings.

“Alright… and looks like your shoulder has healed nicely” Manus said to the man, who ran his hand over a large fresh scar on his left shoulder.

“Yea, you never cease to amaze me” Jason said as Kevin entered with the royal alicorn sisters, both of who stopped and took in the sight of the muscular and scarred man in the living room.

“Hey maybe try not to be such a prick” Kevin asked.

“Look we have a fucking job to do, when this cunt is dead then we can be friends but until there, we are coworkers” Jason said  causing Kevin and the alicorns to recoil just as Manus appeared with a large chest. “Where did you get that?” Jason asked.

“The Storm Citadel” Manus said smiling softly as Jason nodded before opening the chest and began to suit up in armor.

“So Kevin, who are we killing?” Jason asked as he tightened his cuirass and chainmail to his naked chest before securing a plackart and faulds onto it.

“Well he is a Demon Lord who i kind of replaced and kind of is holding a grudge about it and also he killed my lover” Kevin said with a frown as energy sparked around his hand.

“Okay first… why the fuck did your wife grab me instead of Luke? He is pretty much the god of demons” Jason said to Manus who shrugged. “ And second, don’t worry about your lover being murdered as i can fix that” He said as he placed his boot on the coffee table and strapped on a cuisse, poleyn and fan plates to his leg before tightening it.

“Wait you know a Demon god?” Luna asked shocked.

“Know one? He is my baby brother” Jason said as he attached the greave and a sabaton to his lower leg and boot before he tightened them correctly and started on his other leg.

“Wait what!” Kevin asked shocked like all the other’s in the room save for Manus and Rei.

“Yea, and?” Jason asked as he tested his range of movement before nodding.

“And he could help here” Kevin said as Jason simply shrugged as he started on attaching a cowter to his left elbow followed by a vambrace and rerebrace above his elbow.

“Well i guess you are stuck with me then” He said with a shrug as he started on the other arm.

“Fine i guess… also why not just use magic to put that on, it makes it a lot quicker and easier.” Kevin said with a sigh as Jason pulled on pauldrons onto his shoulders before attaching gardbraces to the front of them.

“Yea i am wondering that also Jason, like i have seen you do it in battle multiple times” Manus said.

“Yes that is when i am usually caught off guard or have to ambush someone but usually i try not to as when i attach it, it isn’t perfect and screws with my movement” JAson explained as he put a Mail collar on and tucked it under his chest plate.

“I that makes sense” Luna said as Jason pulled a pair of studded Gauntlets and a great helm from the chest.

“Manus where are the weapons?” Jason asked as Manus gestured for them to go outside.

“Go outside and select while i deal with this junk” Manus said as Jason and the others left save for Rei stayed behind while Manus obliterated the discarded armor.

“Ready to talk?” Rei asked hopeful as she moved towards her partner.

“No… no i am not, i am still taking in the fact that you are alive and everything” He said as his mate moved next to him and grasped his hand.

“Please let me help… i know i screwed up but i want to make things right between us… please” Rei asked as Manus was about to yank his hand away only to stop and sigh.

“Fine why no… ah!” Manus said before he was bear hugged by the void dragon and smothered in her bust.

“Thank you sweetie!” Rei said happily as Manus pushed himself free and gasped for air.

“Please try to refrain from killing me” He stated as the woman turned bright red with embarrassment.

(Outside)

“So what are you going to pick?” Celestia asked.

“Hmm i usually enjoy using a sword” Danse said as he looked over the swords.

“Yea so do i” Stated a white Caribou doe in silver armor.

“Yes but what if expects that?” Kevin stated as Jason simply placed his gauntlets and helm on a table before grabbing several different kinds of swords and inspected them before dropping them before collecting two falchions in their sheaths and strapping them to each side of his hips before grabbing a long sword and strapped it to the left side of his waist.

“There now we can… why are you grabbing more weapons?” Danse asked as he watched Jason collected a spikeless mace which he attached to his waist on his right side and a belt of throwing knives that he slung over his chest along with a long sadistic knife before grabbing a bardich and tested the weight before nodding. “Got enough?” Danse asked sarcastically as Jason looked over his weapons before grabbing a crossbow. “I was kidding!”

“I am preparing for anything that will be thrown at me” Jason said as he slung a quiver of bolts over his shoulder.

“Isn’t that like incredibly heavy?” Kevin asked.

“Not really, i have practiced with more” Jason said.

“I like him” The doe said with a smirk.

“Um so what is the battle plan then hot stuff?” Kevin asked crossing his arms.

“You distract him and i go in and rend him mortal then we kill him” Jason said with a shrug.

“Wait render him mortal?” KEvin asked as Jason simply nodded before pulling on his gauntlets and grabbing his helmet.

“Yes, this will far easier then what i have dealt with… hopefully” Jason stated. “So where is this guy?” Jason asked Kevin.

“Oh he is about a few hundred miles east” Kevin said “I can open a portal there” He added.

“Okay, get dressed and we will go” Jason said as Kevin teleported away while he looked at the crossbow and dumped it on the ground along with the quiver. “I won't need this” he said before dumping his polearm and grabbing a battle axe. “This should work” He muttered before he looked back to the group, who were looking at him with curiosity. “What?” He asked.

“Just never really seen anypony willingly go into battle carrying so much” Celestia said in amazement.

“I’m only half a pony” He said as he walked off to find his friend.

“Wait half a pony?” Danse asked as Kevin reappeared in his gear.

“What’s happening?” Kevin asked just as Jason returned with Manus.

“He said he is only half a pony” Twilight said.

“Yes i did, but we can explain this later, right now we have to save the world” Jason said as he rolled his eyes as the demon opened a portal.

“This will put us about a kilometre away from the combat zone” Kevin explained.

“I’ll set up a barrier between you guys and us so we will be safe” Shining said.

“Manus could you please do it cause i have a feeling that Shining won’t be enough” Jason said before walking through the portal, along with everyone there.

(Unknown Location)

“So why this place?” Jason asked as he stepped to the edge of cliff and knelt down as he surveyed the land before him.

“What do you mean?” Kevin asked confused.

“What i mean is that someone like a Demon Lord would likely not chose a that would be a tactical disadvantage to them let alone a level playing field” Jason said as he removed his helmet and raised his hand as a dark aura surrounded it. “He would desire an advantage and he has one” Jason said.

“How does he have an advantage? There are two of us and…”

“Three thousand of them” Jason said as his hand stopped glowing and he put his helmet on.

“T-three thousand… maybe we shoul…” Twilight started before Jason cut her off.

“Stick to the plan, i sense many bound souls to this place and buried corpses that i can rise to help” Jason said as he rose to his feet.

“Wait, corpses that you can rise?” Nyx asked confused as Jason placed his axe by his feet moments before deep purple lightning sparked between his fingers, black energy spilt from his hands like slime and dark red flames burnt around them as the group save for Manus stepped backwards.

“Yes, i am quite proficient in Necromancy, Dark magic and Black Magic” Jason said as he rose his hands into the air.

“You’re a Necromancer!?” Celestia asked disgusted.

“What you are perfectly fine with a demon but not a Necromancer?” Jason asked as his magic reached out and found their marks.

“Well actually Celestia doesn’t really like… mmmph!” Twilight started before she was gagged by her brother.

“They had a rocky reunion.” Shining said as the energy around Jason’s hands expanded in size.

“Right, well just to letting you know that it’s either this or you sending in hundreds of your precious soldiers who have families they want to return to and have most die” Jason explained as the royalty behind him frown as they took in this information.

“Alright… i shall allow this” Celestia said.

“I wasn’t asking for permission” Jason said as the magic suddenly vanished from around his hands moments before the sound of fighting could be heard.

“So we attack?” Kevin asked, staying a few feet away from the tall necromancer, who rolled his eyes from under his helmet.

“Jesus fucking christ i am not going to fucking do anything… just go and fucking distract this guy and save the hostages he has and i’ll do the fucking rest” Jason said annoyed before he teleported away after picking up his axe.

“Is he always like this?” Kevin asked.

“No he isn’t… he's just upset” Manus sighed and rubbed his eyes.

“Why is he so upset?” Danse asked.

“Well he nearly killed his finances and their unborn children while he was trying to protect them, in reality it was not his fault but he can’t accept that” Manus sighed.

“Why were they in the situation?” Celestia asked.

“Because his grandfather was a psychopath that only wants to ruin the lives of his kin… and he used Jason’s herd as a shield and whenever Jason attacked, well he can't forgive himself” Manus said just as a massive explosion of dark energy erupted on the battlefield. “Looks like Jason grew impatient” Manus said.
