Their real mission is to discover the true nature of Lyra Heartstrings, and report back on her candidacy for religious veneration... and the answers they find will not be an easy burden to bear.

Lyra was many things to humanity: a hero, a martyr, even a saint. But if rumor is to believed, she has become so much more, and slowly, amidst cultures in conflict, on a battlefield of dreams, the truth behind those rumors must come to the fore...
