The door to the apple family household burst open as a familiar red haired human ran inside in her bra & undies and quickly shuts the door behind herself. Applejack who was reading the newspaper at the kitchen table looked over to see Amy as a deadpan expression appeared on her face as she asked.

“Did you lose a bet with somepony or did Twilight try to do her science stuff on you?”

“Science stuff! You gotta hide me!” Amy yelled as Applejack tapped her foot onto the floor board causing it to open up.

“Get down stairs. I’ll take care of her.” The earth pony said as the door to the basement quickly closed upon seeing the human hopped down into it. Just as it closed, Twilight poofed into the room as she looked around for the human.

“Where is she? I know she’s here because I saw her run in here!”

“Twilight, I think you might have a bit of a problem.”

“I don’t have a problem. What makes you say that?”

“Oh I don’t know, maybe because you chased Amy here in nothing but her underwear!?” Applejack stated as she glared at the unicorn. “Serious, this has been what the sixth time that you've done something like that to her?”

“Seventh actually, but they weren’t that bad...” Twilight said as Applejack’s left eye twitch a bit from this.

“That bad!? Freezing her in a block of ice in her sleep wasn’t that bad!?”

“I wanted to see if her body would be able to automatically keep itself warm if she passed out in cold temperatures.”

“And almost drowning her in water?”

“I wanted to see how long she could breath underwater. Have to say, she lasted for about an hour and forty-five minutes.”

“And what about throwing her off a mountain from Canterlot mountain...twice?” Twilight paused for a moment, before a sheepish expression appeared on her face.

“To see how durable she can handle falling from high places?” Twilight said as Applejack looked at her in both anger and disappointment. “Okay, maybe that was going a little bit to far.”

“A little?”

“Okay maybe too far. But I have to do this in order to catalog this for both science and health reasons. I mean now that she has a pair of ears and a tail, I can’t just ignore this and not do some research on this!”

“That’s good an all, but what you did was going to far. Even by your standards of craziness.”

“Hey what I’m doing isn’t crazy. It’s for the good of science and pony kind! Now can you please tell me where Amy ran off to?”

“Fine, she used one of them teleporting stone things and skiddle off to where Granny Smith is at.”

“I knew she would be in Appaloosa!” Twilight said before waving goodbye to Applejack and quickly teleports off. As she did that, Applejack stomped her hoof to the ground as the door to the basement opened up. Amy slightly poked her head up and quickly looked around before coming out.

“Sweet buttery jesus! What is up with that mare!? I've never felt this scared in my entire life. Well other than my childhood, this one takes the cake to a whole new level of fear!”

“I am so sorry about that. Normally Twilight isn’t like this when it comes to something like this, but this is going a bit to far.”

“Oh yea think!? Who the fuck takes a person’s clothes in their sleep and ties them to an examination table!?”

“....That would explain why you’re in your undies. Speaking of that.” Applejack walks over and opens the kitchen closet. As she did that, she soon tosses a black shirt and navy blue overall over to the human.

“Thank god you keep a spare set of clothes laying around the house in case for emergencies.” The human said as she quickly puts them on with haste. Once they were on, she caught a scent of Apple and Cinnamon coming from her clothes as she smiled. “I guess there are some perks to having clothes on the farm.”

“You’re welcome by the way sugarcube. So anything else you’re planning on doing today, or are you going to hide from Twilight?”

“Originally I was going to hid from Twilight. But seeing how she’ll be someplace else, I can actually relax a bit...at least for the most part. I’ll have to ask my cousins for some kind of motion detector that can sense movement and magic.”

“That would be nice knowing that I don’t have to worry about you disappearing during the night.But what if that failed to work?”

”Hm, maybe Celestia can help me with her.” Amy said as she heard Applejack snicker. The human raised an eyebrow at her. “You got something you want to say?”

“No offense sugarcube, but there’s no way in tartarus that Princess Celestia would help you. Especially with how much of a pain you been for her.”

“Hey I’m not that much of a pain to her!”

“Oh really? Need I remind you as to what happen when you first went to Canterlot three months ago?”

“Hey, Celestia? You know those nobles from neightpon you were talking to?” Amy asked as Celestia slowly nodded after looking up from her work. “I think I struck a deal with them.”

“You don’t speak neighponese...do you?” Celestia asked with a worried look on her face.

“No, but I think I might’ve sold your sister to them? That might of happened.” Amy said as Celestia heard someone yelling from outside. Looking out the window, she could see Princess Luna flailing around as she is carried away by kirins and earth ponies.

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? UNHAND ME YOU CURD! DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM!? SISTER PLEASE, HELP ME!” Luna yelled as Celestia looked over at the human with an angry expression as her hair lite on fire.

“I think we get like five crates of gold, so that’s worth it right?”

(End Flashback)

“...Okay I see what you mean. But to be fair she has been somewhat of an ass towards me. Mainly having her guards keeping an eye on me in secret. Which isn’t much of a secret when they stick out like a sore thumb due to the armor they’re wearing.”

“Either way, there’s no way Princess Celestia nor Princess Luna will help you with Twilight. Not unless you be nice to them...which I doubt you’ll do.”

“Yeah, not going to happen unless hell freezes over.” Amy said as she took a seat next to Applejack. “Before I forget, didn’t you say that you would talk to Twilight about what she did to me?”

“I did...for the most part. It’s kinda hard to get her to listen when somepony like you and your cousins appear out of nowhere with stuff never seen in Equestria.”

“So basically, I’m fucked.” Amy said before an idea appeared in her head and a grin appearing on her face. “Unless~”

“You’re not going to burn Twilight’s home to the ground.”

“I wasn’t thinking it...But I’ll save it as a last resort. Do you have a book on the rules and laws of Equestria?” Applejack reached underneath the table as she tosses said book over to the human who blinked in surprise by this. “Any reason why you have this underneath the table?”

“Granny uses it for support seeing how the table is a bit lopsided on this end.” She said as she notice Amy looking through the book. “What are you looking for in that book?”

“Trying to see if I can use the law in my favor or something to that degree.” The human said as she looked through the book a bit more before seeing what she was looking for. “And it would seem that I have found what I need. Thank god Celestia and Luna never change the laws of Equestria for the past one-thousand years from what I saw in the Canterlot Library.”

“Care to explain?”

“Says here that I can challenge anyone-”

“Anypony.” Applejack corrected which caused Amy to flip the bird at the farmer pony who chuckled.

“Anyone that have been born and raised in Canterlot has the right to challenge anyone to a dual. The challenger has the right to pick said dual be it of any kind ranging from combat, magic, or a game of chess.”

“Doesn’t that only apply to ponies that have been in Equestria for a long time?” Applejack asked, which caused the human to close the book and tosses it over to the earth pony.

“Welp, that idea is out the window. There has to be a way to get her to stop doing this crap to me.” The human said as she pulled herself up and began to walk back and forth while thinking.

“Wait, what about Twilight’s parents?”

“Come again?”

“Why not talk to Twilight’s parents about this?” Applejack said as a wide grin appeared on Amy’s face.

“Of course! Why didn’t I think of this before!? All I have to do is talk with Twilight’s parents, get them to talk some sense into that thick head of her’s, and then I won’t have to keep one eye open every time I go to sleep. Applejack I would kiss you if this plan works out.” She said as the mare blushed a bit from that.

“U-Um, well, you’re welcome sugarcube.” She said before shaking her head. “A-Anyway, let’s head over to Canterlot with the help of your cousins.”

“Why not take the train?”

“You’re banned from taking the train remember?”

“Oh...right...Let’s head over to Sugarcube Corner to see if Sandy can help us get to Canterlot.” Applejack nodded as she pulled herself up from her seat and began to make her way towards the door.

“We might want to hurry. Twilight might return from Appaloosa when she realises that you’re not there.”

“How long do we have?”

“About an hour or two if she hasn’t run into Granny Smith yet.” She said as the duo stared at each other for a moment before booking it down to sugarcube corner. While the two make their way over to Sugarcube Corner, a certain rainbow colored pegasus took notice to them running down the dirt covered road. She raised an eyebrow to this as she begins to follow after them. Mostly Amy after what she almost did to her when they first met, and to see if she can get some kind of payback on her.

“I’m not going to carry you two to Canterlot Amy.” Sandy said as she pulled out a tray of freshly baked cookies from out of the oven.

“Come on Sandy, you’re the second person I know who can help me out with this.” Amy said as she tried to take one of the cookies from off the try, only for Sandy to smack her hand away from it.

“By second you’re referring to my sister as first?”

“Yes. And I would ask her first, but she’s a bit busy with the repairs for the train and train tracks from what happen two days ago.”

“Look I know your cousin can be a bit...rash and impulsive at time. But even she doesn’t deserve to be harrassed by Twilight like this. I mean, how would you like it if This was happening to you?” Applejack said which caused Sandy to grimace from the thought of it.

“Okay, I’ll help. But I won’t be able to carry the both of you to Canterlot. Some of the parts I have are kind being looked at by Twilight so she can see if she can make replicas incase they get damage or broken.” Sandy said before putting another tray of uncooked cookies into the oven. “But I might know of a way to get you to Canterlot.”

“I hate to ask, but what would that be?” Amy asked as she motions for the two to follow her outside to the back of Sugarcube Corner. Once there, they see a giant blue colored cannon with Pinkie Pie’s cutie mark on it. “Oh, hey. I remember that….Oh fuck.”

“Yep, I can use this to fire you both towards Canterlot.”

“....Nope.” Applejack said as she started to walk away. “Not going to soar through the sky like before. Earth ponies were not meant to fly like that.” She said before yelping due to feeling Amy grab her tail and was pulled back over to the two.

“You sure this is the only way to get to Canterlot?” Amy asked as Sandy nodded.

“This is the only way. Unless you want me to get Rarity to do it? Which I doubt she would be willing to due to the fact she’s not good at teleporting like how Twilight is.” Amy and Applejack looked at each other for a moment before sighing and began to get into the Cannon from behind.

“Sugarcube. You’re kind getting a bit too close to me.” Applejack said as a blush appeared on her face while trying to push Amy back a bit from her. “Could you move back a bit?”

“It’s not like I can do that AJ. This cannon doesn’t have much spare room.” Amy said as she head the back part of the cannon closing. Once it closed, the two hear the cannon turning to the right as they saw Canterlot Castle from the hole of the cannon they’re in.

“Just a fair warning. You will hit Canterlot with the help of this cannon, but you might be a few inches off where you’ll be landing. So I hope you two brought a parashoot or something to support your fall.” Sandy said as the human and earth pony looked at each other with worried expressions.

“Did you bring anything like that?” Amy asked as Applejack shook her head.

“No, I thought you would seeing how you always have something in that saddlebag of yours when it comes to something like this.” There was a moment of silence between the two before hearing Sandy starting to count down.

“Okay! In Three...Two...One!”

“Sandy wait! We change our-!” Before Amy could finish, Sandy pulled the rope attached to the cannon as she fired Amy and Applejack out of the cannon. She quickly looked over from behind the cannon to see the two holding each other as they flew through the air while screaming.

“I’m...sure they’re be okay. I mean if all else fails, AJ can just use Amy as a means to cushion the fall.” She said before noticing a hot air balloon flying by beside her as a sudden realization hit her like a ton of brick. “Oh...I didn’t know they had hot air balloons...I hope they don't hold it against me for not noticing that.”
