This was the one thing Shining Armor had learned from his one night with Cadance transforming his body to anything she fancied. It had ended with him as an earth Pony Maid, coupled with a persona spell making him act like a weak submissive one, who always followed the orders of her superiors. The problem was, all the other maids had become her superiors!

Then Cadance had lost track of her, only to mistaken some other maid for him, and had changed her back into 'Shining Armor' instead! The new lord soon discovered her secret, and not wanting to give up his new life, forced her to remain as she was. The bottom ranked maid "Lowly Servant" and his personal sex slave.

Humiliated and trapped by the spell. She had slowly lost the will to go on. Her days blurring together into one big mess. She had no illusions of rescue. No one knew who she really was. No one even cared. Only the command to not run away or hurt herself had kept her going.

Then came Twilight's new pupil Evening Storm. A unicorn stallion who's spell casting is more chaotic then anything else. He saw she was hurting. He wanted to help, but instead gets her caught in one of his spell misfires, which results in her being turned into a filly!

With this new form comes new commands and challenges, and maybe, possibly, some sort of escape for her.
