The next day

Shard slowly opened his eyes and saw the ceiling of his bedroom. He was about to fall back to sleep, remembering that it was a Saturday, until he felt something in his arms. Opening his eyes and looking down he was treated by poofy blonde hair. Ditzy lay on top of Shard, her head resting on his bare chest and a huge smile on her face. He smiled at the sleeping girl and wrapped his arms around her, holding her close causing her to wriggle into his embrace. He felt the soft touch of her pyjamas on his skin, the same pyjamas that had taunted him at the sleepover that hugged the girl's figure perfectly. The only difference now is, he doesn't have to feel embarrassed about seeing her in such clothing, not that it was even inappropriate in the first place, they just sent the poor boys tough to to uncharted territory.

'Just my luck having a girl with an hourglass figure.' Shard thought with a blush. 'I don't know how I'm ever gonna take this relationship to a more intimate stage, she's way too fuckimg adorable for me to do anything like that to her.' He shook his thoughts away and took in the scent of her blonde hair that was so close to his face. 'I guess cuddling will just have to do for now.' He sighed happily and closed his eyes again.

Thinking back to the party the night before, Shard began to wonder what Cybe really wanted to do. For the past few years all the cyborg has done is try to develop plans to take the swordsman down in an act of revenge, staying in the CyCorp building. But now he was put attending parties? That just brought up a whole new wave of questions.

Pushing the thoughts of his arch enemy to the side Shard focused in enjoying the company of his special someone who had been welcomed into his weird and large family with open arms.

Mise had gotten into a drinking contest with Crush and was taken home by Shard who helped Octavia carry his drunk ass out of the party and into his car. Luckily Mise was unconscious or he might have brought up the food he had eaten and made a mess of Shards fine leather seats.

After about an hour of just laying there holding his love close he felt Ditzy beginning to shift and let out a small adorable yawn. 'So fucking adorable.' He set his arms to the side of him and watched as Ditzy placed a hand on his chest while she rubbed her eye with the other. She was too tired to notice what she was laying on until she had rubbed both eyes. She then placed her other hand on his chest and pushed herself up.

She then opened her eyes and saw what she was doing. Looking up slightly she saw the face of Shard looking at her with loving eyes. "Morning sunshine." He spoke softly.

Ditzy looked down to her hands again and blushed, she was about to pull her hands away until she quickly remembered that she was now allowed to admire the boys well toned body if she so wished. "G-Good morning Shard." She stuttered with a huge blush.

Shard noticed this and smirked devilishly. "What's the matter Ditzy? Are you cold? Come here I'll warm you up." He said teasingly as he wrapped his arms around her and held her close, her head resting against his chest and her body wrapped in his strong arms. Her face went red and she tried to keep her thoughts pure, but much like Shard when he saw her in her PJs, her mind wandered to the previously unknown, a small drop of blood coming from her nose as she unwillingly fantasised about her boyfriend.

Shard just chuckled and leaned down, kissing Ditzy on the lips, allowing her to tear her thoughts away from her fantasies and focus on what was happening in the present. She leaned in and moaned in bliss as she allowed Shard to take control of the kiss, the sense of love and security filing her with joy and pleasure.

Shard pulled away from the kiss and watched as Ditzy caught her breath while red faced. "I think it's safe to say you've had a good morning so far." He said with a warm smile. He moved Ditzy off of him and moved to get off the bed yo hit the shower when he felt Ditzy place a hand on his arm.

"U-Um..." She began with an even redder blush. "C-Could you...um...maybe...flex for me a bit?" She asked nervously and shyly.

'This may be easier than I originally thought. Oh well, the lady gets what she wants.'

Later, after Shard had finished Ditzy's request and had hit the shower the two began walking towards Stewart's store to see if anything interesting had found its way onto the shelves. Ditzy clung to Shards arm with a blissful smile and a small blush, tiny hearts popping around her head. "Wow...you are getting way too much enjoyment out of this."

Ditzy just hugged him tighter. "I can't help it." She moaned. "I just really like caring guys with muscles~"

*It was at this point that the writer realised that he was putting way too much focus on Ditzy's obsession with Shards muscles and proceeded to slap himself repeatedly for his crimes.*

Shard rolled his eyes and pushed the door to the store.

Stewart sighed as he looked around the shop, but brightened up as he saw hi favourite couple walk in the door. "Oh hey, welcome back you two." He quickly scanned the area with a glare and all of the guys that were staring at Ditzy turned back to what they were doing. "So, what can I do for you two lovebirds?"

"Got anything interesting in?" Shard asked the lonely store owner.

"As a matter of fact I did get something in that may just interest you two." Stewart walked up to a shelf and lifted a black box before setting it down on the counter and lifting off the lid, revealing a golden Nintendo GameCube.

"No way." The two said in disbelief as they looked at the console.

"How'd you even get something like this in?" Ditzy asked as she looked at her reflection in the shiny box.

"A guy I knew would collect a bunch of older consoles and sell them illegally, why he didn't just use EBay I don't know, but he was run out of business and he gave me this, I don't want it so I decided to put it up for sale." Stewart explained.

"If we buy it will we get any games with it or do we have to but them separately?" Shard asked as he took out his One Piece wallet and pulled out his debit card.

"Well usually with something like this I'd sell the games separately, but since it's not official store stock and you guys are my favourite customers I think I can throw in at least three games to go with it and then you can just buy more games upstairs if you want." Stewart offered.

"Well I got more money than I know what to do with, how much?" Shard asked.

"Three hundred and twenty dollars including the discount I gave you guys. The games I can give you guys are Sonic Heroes, Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg and Sonic Adventure DX." Shard paid for the items and took the box with the three games, Ditzy had rushed to the gaming floor and picked up a copy of Shadow The Hedgehog and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle which she paid for herself.

"We went in to look for collectables, we came out with a gold games console...this isn't Black Friday is it?" Shard joked as he and Ditzy walked out of the store.

As the two were walking to Shards car they froze at the sound of preaching. Turning their heads slowly around they saw a pack of angry nuns heading their way. "Shall we run as fast as we possibly can?" Ditzy asked.

"Yep." The two screamed in terror before shooting off towards their car while the nuns began to rush after them.

Ahhhh, it always feels good to go back to little moments in the earlier stages of a story, remind me what really made the story to begin with.

And yes I will be toning down on the while Ditzy loving Shards muscles thing. I just sometimes feel the need to show a certain side of the characters. More so I really like writing more intimate romance scenes, not clop or anything, but intimate situations nonetheless. It's just how I work and I feel like it's one of my strong suits.
